The new facility is comfortable and offers a great deal of services that make offer a one stop all inclusive way to purchase the car: financing and insurance. Buying a car is traumatic for us. We have two kids, a large dog, a small budget, a desire to drive an environmentally responsible vehicle that functions well in our Berkshire winters. Haddad Toyota always does such a great job with the vehicles being taken care of. About a week ago I had my 20k service done on my Tundra. I was about 3 hours late to the appointment, showing up to a waiting room full of people already there. Regardless, Chris got my truck in asap and was able to have all the servicing done immediately though I was so late. He also helped me with some tips on keeping the truck in great shape.Today I had our corolla get the 15k servicing done, and I was in and out even faster than the previous week. The store cares about your day, and does some real quality work. For both buying and servicing, I HIGHLY recommend going to Haddad Toyota. I arrived at Haddad and was helped by Bryan Torra who explained what would be done and an approximate price.... he even went out and took a quick look before he sent it in to be serviced ( I had mentioned a mouse problem) .... I purchased a used 2011 Rav4 from Haddad last month and could not have asked for more from the experience. My salesman Steve was exceptionally courteous, knowledgable, and most importantly, patient. Needless to say, any car buying experience is stressful, regardless of how prepared you may be, but never once did I feel pressured or that I was wasting his time. After test driving a few different vehicles that I saw online, I settled on my Rav, and negotiated a very fair price. Since I purchased from out of state (Connecticut), Steve arranged to have one of his runners handle the registration and deliver the car right to my door at no extra charge.Jeff from the parts department was also EXTREMELY helpful and expedient with my request to acquire a spare tire/wheel since the sport model that I purchased does not come equipped with a spare.Overall, I had a great experience with the folks at Haddad. I think it's safe to say that, unlike some other dealerships out there, Haddad's not in the business of cheating people, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Where to begin! I was in the market for a used car, and ran across a Volvo at Haddad Toyota. My girlfriend and I went to look at the car after dinner around 7:30. Got a good look at the car, took it for a drive and feel in love with all the features and options it had, especially for the price! I was quite worried about my credit and how upside down I was on my current car. Surprisingly I was approved at 2.99% and still had lower monthly payments than my current car!! I was in complete shock and couldn't even think of who I had for insurance. I work M-F 9:30-5 6 days a week and they came to me to sign the papers! Had my truck in for the 15,000 mile service, I was concerned as the facility is undergoing a MAJOR rebuild, so I was worried about the work getting done promptly & the safety of my vehicle while it was there. Nate Brown was quick to greet me & had my truck taken in right away. I was given a ride to my work place. 45 minutes later Nate called me sent me pictures of my cabin air filter, seems I had a mouse in it that had made a mess of it & he had a price for me to replace it. Shortly after I was called & told my truck was ready & they sent the shuttle to get me. My truck was waiting for me, all work completed & looking much cleaner than when I had dropped it off! The charges were very reasonable & Nate went over the bill & the technicians inspection report. Service Manager Chris Church also stopped by to say Hello & his brother Jeff who works in parts saw me & came over to say hi too.All around it was a great experience despite the condition these guys had to work in with the redo of their building, they are a great team & that's why I keep going back to them!

Being 45 minutes from the dealer I asked a friend who lived close by to look at a BMW x3 that I saw on the web site. It took some time to locate the car which was getting the mirror worked on at their Nissan dealership. The first question that I asked was what the warranty was. I was told 60 days so I made an appointment the following afternoon to see the car. It also took her a visit to the sales manager to get them to agree to the internet price. I left work early to meet the salesman and drive the car. Several times during the visit I asked about the warranty and again it was 60 days. I agreed to buy the car and asked about the documentation fee. It was explained and they also said that since I lived out of state I would get a check for my inspection. Several weeks later they said it was a mistake and I got no check. It was during the signing of the papers with the finance manager that it was finally disclosed that the warranty was only 30 days. Bait and switch for sure. I asked that they hold up to their word since I traveled to buy this car. Their answer was that they were losing money on the sale so no. They kept telling me that they were losing money. I am a customer and they are guilting me by saying they are losing money. Not very tactful sales strategy. Since I really wanted the car I bought it. I was also told that the car would get a complete detail before I picked it up. The car was not cleaned and in fact there was still actual dirt on the rear seat from their muddy parking lot that was there during the test drive 5 days earlier. After the purchase I had to bring the car back 5 times for repairs. Three times for the same coolant leak which they did resolve. The last time was for a heated mirror not working and a gas cap light. They would not address the mirror since it was not part of the 30 day safety warranty. As for the gas cap light I was told that I would need to bring the car to BMW and pay to have them fix it. Are you kidding me. Buy a car from a dealer and have to pay another to fix it. At this point I was done with them. I never felt as though they really cared about me as a customer except for one of the sales managers. My girlfriend bought a new car from them in the past and neither of us will go there again

The sales agent that greeted me, Alec Maurer, actually came out to the parking lot to greet me, and from that point on he has far exceeded my expectations! Alec has gone well over and above the call of duty in every aspect of my experience. He is not only the most kind, and nicest young genntleman I have met in a very long time, but also displays all of the qualities it takes to further your business. Alec is handsome, well groomed, well dressed, overly polite, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, overly willing to meet my requests, very patient and gracious answering my numerous questions, and extremely hospitible and helpful. I was looking on line for trucks at Haddads and found a Tacoma that I was interested in. I dropped a note on line and Jared Lampiasi called and invited my wife and I over to look. The truck had been sold but we looked at inventory that was to be delivered later in the month. There was one that we would be interested in. Jared said he would call. (I told him I would be back) Sure enough he called, we went over on Sat. afternoon and again the truck was sold! Not a bad thing for Haddads but.. Jared asked if there was a need for the smaller Tacoma, or would you like to see the new Tundra? Other than gas mileage, no, the bigger truck may work out better anyway. The rest is history. We are driving a 2016 Tundra and are very happy campers thanks to a sales staff and finance staff that works together, and works for the satisfaction of the customers goals first and foremost. Thanks to Jared Lampiasi and the finance staff for a pleasurable visit and sale of the truck we will have into retirement years and then some!

I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-5. I live 1.5 hrs away from Haddad so I purchased the car sight unseen. When I arrived to pick up the car we inspected the interior of the car. The salesman failed to inform me that a can of paint had been spilled on the passenger side floor, traveled under the seat and into the back. A half hearted attempt at best was used to clean up the mess. The floor mats were removed and replaced with small rubber mats you can pick up at Walmart. The outline of the paint spill was still very evident where the original mats didn't cover. No attempt was made to clean the paint under the seat. After inspecting the vehicle more closely it was evident that this was a contractors car. The arm rests where very dusty, the roof fabric was stained, the air vents where full or dust, the engine compartment was very dusty and the air filter had to be replaced. The understanding I had with the salesperson was the vehicle had normal wear and tear for a 2013 with 58K miles on it. I drove 4 2013 CX-5's before purchasing this one. All were in typical dealer condition which I expected this one to be in. We had the car detailed, replaced the air filter and a missing tow hook cover and the car looks as it should. I don't think the salesperson was honest with the condition of the car and the dealer could have made a better effort to detail. One of the reasons I purchased the vehicle sight unseen from this dealer, the dealer had over 800 positive reviews.

Purchased Highlander Limited (Certified) Sales Very little to negotiation of price, but internet price was lowest we found listed for what we wanted without venturing into the NYC metro area. Both Anthony (Salesman) and Bryan (Sales Manager) were very personable. No aggressive sales tactics. We went on a Friday and felt we needed time to reflect and research before making a decision and they were gracious in allowing us the space we needed to be confident in our purchase. We returned the next day and finalized the purchase. Transfer and Delivery This is where things got a bit wonky. We waited three days for the transfer due to a minor administrative oversight and technical difficulties. Also, when delivered, the car was missing two accessories that came with it, a key fob with a dead battery and a rain guard that needed to be reattached. All issues were brought to Haddads attention and promptly resolved to our satisfaction. PurchasedHighlander Limited (Certified) Sales Very little to negotiation of price, but internet price was lowest we found listed for what we wanted without venturing into the NYC metro area. Both Anthony (Salesman) and Bryan (Sales Manager) were very personable. No aggressive sales tactics. We went on a Friday and felt we needed time to reflect and research before making a decision and they were gracious in allowing us the space we needed to be confident in our purchase. We returned the next day and finalized the purchase. Transfer and Delivery This is where things got a bit wonky. We waited three days for the transfer due to a minor administrative oversight and technical difficulties. Also, when delivered, the car was missing two accessories that came with it, a key fob with a dead battery and a rain guard that needed to be reattached. All issues were brought to Haddads attention and promptly resolved to our satisfaction. As with most dealers we negotiate and usually come to a price within the ballpark. But then you go to the finance man to review and sign the contract. This was when I came to find out he added an overpriced extended service contract (about $1,800.00) to the loan making our payments 40.00 more per month claiming ""The BANK would feel better and I (meaning HE) would feel better this way" for reasons I need not lengthen this story with. After thinking about this I called him the next day and asked him if the 1,800.00 service contract was a contingency for getting this loan approved as he made it sound the day before when we signed it. After a second or two of hesitation he said it was but I had my doubts about the whole thing. As we all SHOULD know, service contracts are big money makers for car dealers. We then went to the dealer and told the finance man who wrote the thing that we wanted to redo this loan without the added service contract and were given no acceptable results. I had to wait until my first bill came for the car payment so I could find the proper numbers to call the actual bank reps and get the truth about this and of course I was told no loan is dependent upon adding an extended warranty. We had to go back to the dealer soon after for a tire issue and while there I talked to a general manager who went into the finance man's office with me and after a short discussion agreed to work with the bank to rewrite this loan without the warranty and get our payments where they should've been if the first person had not misinformed me to begin with. We have yet to see the results of this. The salesman William Pikula was great. The problem didn't begin until we talked to the finance person. The General Manager, Mr. Seibelli was very helpful as of this writing and promised to make this right. For now this is all I have, Results will follow. Of course I plan on editing this further once we see how this turns out. 5/5/2015. update...... We still have no idea of how the payment thing is going to pan out although it should be in the range of 200.00 or 205.00 somewhere. Last update:Sometime in May the dealer did what they said they would and rewrote the loan minus the service contract by paying off the original loan. They also sent us a check for the difference in the payment as we had to make the first one on the first contract which was due before they could rewrite it. All in all they did the right thing even though it may have cost them a few dollars to do it. LAST UPDATE: Recently we found our tires 2 of which which the dealer said they were replacing after the test drive in which 2 tires went flat and we had to drive a half mile before we could pull over, were so bad and wobbly most likely because they just re-inflated the same tires which kept losing air every couple of weeks until we had to put 4 new ones on it because the tires it came with were making the car dangerous to drive as the tires were not even round (also not even all the same brand) and got worse and worse, causing a progressively worse issue shortly after we got it. With a 60 day warantee I Know they would say it was our problem after 60 days so we had them replaced at a tire shop on South St. Bottom line is for that and a few other reasons I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Each time we went there there was something negative that was not in our best interests, only theirs. Dealers also get you financed but do your homework and get the car at the BUY RATE so the dealer doesn't add to that to make kickback money on a higher rate than the buy rate. Happens all the time.

I had a wonderful sales experience with Will Pikula. I was looking at the Rav and test drove it. I liked being able to see the road from that higher stance. I was also looking to test drive the Subaru Crosstrek. Will brought me and my partner up the road into Pittsfield to see a Subaru Hybrid Crosstrek. He showed both of us all the features, such as the magical key which you can just have in your pocket and you can touch the handle and open the door, and with just a touch on the handle, close the door. Also having the key in your pocket and being able to just touch the button in the car to start the engine and stop the engine. Also I love the sun roof and the heated seats. Will also told us about the hybrid engine allowing for less wear and tear on the brakes. Will allowed each of us to try the car out, and we also tried different seats, front and back. Will was very helpful and friendly. We appreciated all of his knowledge and his willingness to answer questions. Will is an excellent and valuable sales person. I am glad he helped us out today.

Knowing what type of vehicle we wanted and after three friends, who purchased their vehicle from Haddad, and all were very, very pleased, and recommended them highly, we decided to pay a visit. Keep in mind that we did research prior. Checked CarMax, Cars.com, Kelly Blue Book, and assorted other sites so we had an idea of what to expect. On arrival, we first met with Jason Higgins, the sales manager. Extremely personable, welcoming and professional. He brought us to Scott O'Connell, the salesman. If you buy a car at Haddad, (and you should), ask for Scott. No games, no gimmicks, just honest respectful sales help. He listened to what we wanted and then presented cars that were available. Didn't try to switch or talk us into something. Let us test drive the car without reservation. Once the car was decided, he gave us the sales price. While I will not disclose details, the offer made the trip more than worthwhile and family and close friends cannot believe the price based upon the research. Additionally, no one tried to push us to buy any thing that we didn't want. You know, the "poly-razzmataz" stuff. Car was ready and delivered as promised. We will be return customers.

We also respect George and Liz - owners who care. They just had an appreciation dinner for customers who recently purchased vehicles. Brought my 2007 into Haddad's while travelling due to a rumbling sound. Told it was a heat shield and which needed replacement. Was told the car was driveable and that it was safe. No charge! The Haddad service department AGAIN delivered excellent service when we had an "emergency" -- with the "check engine" turning on right before we were taking off for a 400 mile trip. So we came in at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning. Despite their already full schedule, they squeezed us in to diagnose the problem -- which turned out to be pretty serious -- "needs a new gas tank." They immediately ordered the part and set us up for a weekend rental of a 2013 Prius V -- which allowed us to carry 3 people plus luggage and sound system for our weekend music gig in Scranton, PA. They fixed the car early the next week. And amazingly the $1500 job turned out to be under warranty because it's part of the emission system. So service way above and beyond the normal. Chris and all the other folks in the service and rental department were friendly, very helpful, professional and prompt. That's been our experience with Haddad for the past 8 years. Honest, dependable, fairly priced, good advice, quick and excellent work. As a follow-up, the next weekend that darned lite came on again -- right before we were leaving for a trip down to Washington, DC. Chris again got the car into the shop with no notice, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part overnight. They fixed the car first thing the next morning -- again no charge. We were on our way and everything worked great during that 800 mile trip. So I really can't say enough good things about the Haddad Service Department. Our experience has been consistently excellent on all counts. They've gone way beyond what we could reasonably expect for a very busy shop. We're so grateful to have such a superb team to work with. In our work we need a vehicle which is absolutely dependable -- and the Haddad folks have kept our car in tip-top shape. For us, a good service team is probably more important than the brand of car we buy. So it's an added bonus when we can drive a very fuel efficient Prius, with all it's safety, comfort and handling features -- and know that Haddad will quickly and expertly keep our vehicle in great shape.

I'd like to start by saying that Anthony was very polite, non-pushy, and worked really hard to address our needs.I don't have any complaints for him, but I do for what I received.I researched online and finally found a Countryman that had all the features my wife and I wanted.We drove 2 hours to get this countryman and test drove it and ended up buying it. After a week of driving it around we found that many of the features mentioned in the online car ads (autotrader, haddad online inventory) were not present in the car.Tallying up all the missing features equated to a little over 2k missing. I talked to Anthony whom said there really wasn't much he could do. He texted me the car sticker (which lists less features, but still has some that we are missing) and showed me a disclaimer that said it was our responsibility to check whether they are accurate with what they list.Understandably, maybe part of this is our mistake, but things like rain sensor's and auto-dimming mirrors, how are you suppose to test these things on a road test? Also I feel it is the dealership's mistake if they list things that are not consistent from online ads to sticker on car, to actual car. If mistakes like these are found, I feel a good dealer would reimburse you for the mistakenly listed items.

had the frame replaced on my 03 tacoma.......it took many weeks to get done,,when kinderhook toyota only takes 3 days...many things left incomplete,,,e/brake cable bracket left hanging,,check engine light on when it never was before,rusted parts put back on,when i was told they would replace for the cost of the part....front bumper bracket.ect i told them to replace anything that needed replacing,,ended up replacing clutch pp.throw out bearing,,,less than 1 year later,,,then front bumper fell off no help from haddad at alll,,,,,,,,,,,very displeased

We have worked primarily with Chris Church as our service representative. He has been exceptionally helpful with scheduling service and warranty covered repairs, ordering necessary parts, working with the repair technicians and staying in close touch regarding the status of our service and repairs. When Chris has been unavailable, Angie, Jason, and Joe have been equally helpful with ourservice and repair needs. We have owned Toyota vehicles for the past 30 years, and have lived in several different states. The service department does a very professional job. All of the service advisors, Angie, Jason, and Chris are friendly and make suitable recommendations. I purchased my previous Highlander in Oregon, but received the same service as if I had purchased from Haddad. When I purchased my new Highlander in 2010, Patrick Codey was excellent to work with. I researched prices and vehicles online and he dealt with me with a low key approach and worked with me on price and options. He found what I wanted at another dealership. I have also dealt with Matt in the collision department and he provided competitive estimates with excellent results. I like the feature of being able to schedule appointments online for service. I receive a confirmation and appointment reminders. In the distant past, I had problems with a Toyota pick up and did not receive satisfaction from the dealership in Oregon. However, I like the quality of Toyota and purchased a new Highlander prior to moving back to Massachusetts. Since returning in 2006, Haddad has been my dealership of choice.

My experiences at this dealership have been horrible. After three different attempts (over the past couple of years) I purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma with 8,000 miles on it. I thought everything was good, was told I was covered under the manufacturer warranty which was big for me. I heard a creaking in the front end. I brought it to a different dealership. They looked up the VIN number in their system and found that there was up to $22,000 worth of damage (still uncertain how much there actually was). That dealership showed me what was wrong and showed how I could tell the difference between the damaged and undamaged parts. After a struggle this dealership gave me my trade-in equity and down payment. The next vehicle I purchased I lost $300 due to not having a trade in so I had to pay more in sales tax. I spoke with their general manager and he told me he would pay me a trade-in incentive (if I found one on a different vehicle). I got in touch with him and he told me he never said that, he was lying to me at this point. Do not trust them. The vehicle I gave back to them is back for sale again stating that it has a clean Carfax (it does). I don't trust anyone who works there.

I bought a Rav4 in 2007 from your Pat Cooney and have had it serviced ever since by Haddad on the Lenox Road. My wife has had her Jeep Cherokee serviced there too, but we use her car very little, so I will talk about service experience for my Toyota only. We have about 170 thousand miles on that car now, with the end nowhere in sight, thanks to Haddad service.One measure of my satisfaction is the fact that I have written two letters of special commendation in the last few months, one concerning Matt in your Body Shop, the other concerning Jason at your Front Desk, both to your Service Manager.Matt oversaw amazingly good collision repairs, in a short time and at a price fully covered by my insurance. Hopefully I will not need the services of Matt and his shop staff often, but when I do I'll be back in their care.Jason Artioli is the service representative I see most of these days (Angie and Chris having given me excellent service in past years).Jason is smart, personable and as considerate of me and my car as an agent with little else on his mind (hardly the case of course).My letter about Jason complimented his expert oversight of some recent major maintenance work, plus a thorough cleaning of the car, inside and out, gratis.I can compare Toyota service at Haddad since 2007 with service at a Toyota dealer in Albany in the early '90's. The difference has been like night and day. For one thing, the service desk at the Albany dealer was regularly the site of arguments between dissatisfied customers and the service representatives. Trench warfare practically. I have seen nothing remotely resembling this at Haddad on the Lenox Road. Let me finish by tipping my hat to those experts in the shops, like Marco Artioli, on whom the quality of the whole enterprise rests.Maybe the Albany dealer needed better workers behind those having to play defense at the Service Desk.

car was brought in for service. After I picked it up and drove it home noticed all lights were on (service engine, tires, airbag ) On dash. That is why i brought it in. bought tires, airbag repaired spent a lot of money and had to bring car back because it was shaking and still had lights on. Paid over $ 1900 last week and another $700 today . and things were not fixed. I was also missing a hubcap!!! Not happy

My sole issue was with the unprofessional and deceitful tactics employed in the Haddad Auto finance department by the person who handled my final paperwork. That individual who deliberately tried to sneak in $1200 for extended maintenance insurance on the new Toyota Sienna that I was about to purchase. At no time prior was the plan ever suggested or mentioned to me. He had the cost hidden in the monthly payment. When I spotted it he insisted I had to have it. I repeatedly told him I didn`t want it but he continued to pressure sell me on it. I had to raise my voice to get him to back off . He must have sensed I was ready to walk.I reported to the customer service rep and I received a follow up apology from the finance person the next day. I would have to believe the pressure and deceitful tactics have been used in the past and in all probablility might still be employed since the the customer service rep told me that he has done a good job for them in the past.

I was at another dealer earlier in the day and my experience was completely the opposite of Haddad. At the Northway Toyota in Latham, NY dealership, the people were not friendly and the Sales Manager was extremely rude and dismissive. At Haddad, everyone was welcoming and interested in putting together a deal that worked for us. they were patient and explained all of the options and worked extremely hard to give us a great deal. Any issues that arose were handled immediately and will be resolved quickly. I will now become a repeat customer at Haddad and never deal with Northway again, which is where I purchased my other Toyota.

I have purchased three Toyota trucks and an SUV from Haddad's. Joe Scibelli, as the General Sales Manager, has ensured that each experience has been top notch. I believe their pricing is the best you will see anywhere. The Team at Haddad's is friendly and works well together. Anyone in the dealership will help you out whether you purchased your vehicle through them or not. There is positive customer service attitude throughout the various departments and from the body shop to the parts and service departments you get quality service and a knowledgeable staff. I don't know why you would shop anywhere else.

I would Highly recommend Joe and Haddad. Best car buying experience I've ever had!! Joe found exactly the car i was looking for. He answered every question I had and right away too!! The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I do many repairs on my own vehicle and Dave Johnson has always been great to deal with. They are very helpful and know exactly what I am looking for. They also have kept all promises made to me. Excellent customer service

Even though my Toyota Camry was not originally purchased from Haddads and was past the warranty period, they still repaired the ignition switch under a goodwill warranty with a reasonable deductible. They accomodated my schedule and performed the repair in a timely manner. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly return to Haddads to have my vehicle serviced in the future.

I contacted this dealer for service on my 98 4runner. The differential housing had rusted through and was leaking. I spoke with Rick in parts and discussed the problem and he recommended a new housing. I told him to order it and he called back in a couple days that it was in. This was very fast (good as I was without transportation). I asked Rick about scheduling a time to do the install and he referred me to Jason in service. We worked together and set up a time for the job to be done. A technician named Pete did the work and my vehicle was done in a day. This was a big job which was done quickly and efficiently. Rick was very helpful in advising me, getting what I needed quickly and orchestrating the start of the repair procedure. Courteous knowledgeable professionalism like this will have me coming back to this dealership with all my automotive needs in the future.

Andy has been so helpful to me--- I am living in the Berkshires for 2 months this summer, and he worked out a great deal for me to have a long term rental. The customer service has been excellent, and he has been a pleasure to interact with.

Buy parts here all the time due to combination of great product knowledge and old school experience. They know all the questions to ask to get the right part 1005 of the time. Highly recommend the parts team at Haddad.

My experience at Haddad Toyota was very pleasant. All of the staff had great customer service. Patrick in Parts was especially helpful and informative when I had to get some parts for my Toyota Venza. Customer service is key for me and he exceeded expectations. Thank you Haddad Toyota.

Bought a used Toyota Tacoma pick up truck in a private deal. Found the air conditioner didn't work when I got it home. Went to Haddad's in Lenox and explained the problem. Jeff in Parts was wonderfulto deal with and knew exactly what I needed. He went out of his way to find the part(somewhere in California) and had it shipped express. My air was up and running within a couple of days!! Couldn't have asked for better customer service or parts personell!!

Coming from NY to buy a Toyota Prius was quite a ride but you had the car I wanted for my daughter....Scott O"Connell provided excellent service, taking care of everything he could before we arrived....There was no pressure like other salesmen I have come in contact with....he was a true gentleman...The business associate...(his name escapes me..sorry) was very nice and not pushy....which turns me off right away...The whole dealership aura was really welcoming...and the employees looked happy to be working there....A GOOD experience...Thank you,Donna Bucciarelli

I have had a Toyota for the last 15 years and dealing with Angie probably that many years or as long as she has been employed with Haddad. In fact, she is the only one that I call for. She is so friendly, courteous, prompt, efficient, and she knows just what I want and who I want and does it for me. Why would I want to deal with anyone else when I am completely satisfield with her. It is very important to a customer to have someone that is so great to deal with. No hassels, no confusion, no mix up's, with Angie. She is the best. That is why I want to talk only with her. She is so knowledgeable. She is a keeper so when you have someone working for you and taking care of your customers, you need to take care of her also. Also, like to mention that I would not have anyone other than Pete work on my car. He is the best mechanic and the only one I would have. I bought a 2012 Corolla; Tina Fideczko was my salesperson. She was wonderful! She listened to what I was looking for and was not pushy in the least. I took my time and did my research and Tina was extremely patient.I had it inspected in the Service Dept. and Angie was very accommodating - as always. I have dealt with Haddads for over ten years with Angie as my service advisor. Angie is very courteous and really knows here stuff!I recommend to Haddads to others all the time.

My experience with Scott at Haddad was awesome. In the span of aprox. 6 phone calls we had made a deal on a brand new Tundra! After working with a few dealerships in New York I was pleased to know that I wasn't asking the world for a good deal on new truck. Not only did I get a great deal, to my surprise, they DELIVERED my truck to me at no extra charge! Thanks Scott and the team at Haddad for a refreshing experience in buying a new truck. Chris Church is a consummate professional. I relay on my vehicles to run a small business and have no time for vehicle trouble. I follow Chris's advise to keep my truck/cars in good working order. He finds time for me when my schedule is time sensitive. I trust his judgment completely which takes one part of my business off my hands.

Everytime I enter the service department at Haddads someone there, usally Chris comes right over with a smile and a greeting making me feel comfortable and at ease. Chris makes me feel like a VIP and has always taken great care of my Toyota. I don't feel like they have ever tried to rip me off or do unnecessary work on my vehical. I haven't always had great experiances at other car dealers but always whole heatedly recommend Haddad Toyota in Lenox to my fiends and family. I have bought ten cars over my lifetime and this without a doubt has been my best experience so far. From the time I walked through the door to the time I drove my new vehicle home it has been the most pleasant experience ever. Steve Davis couldn't have done enough for my wife and I. He went far and above what I would have expected from a car salesman. I just hope is still there when I trade this vehicle in for another one.

I new what type of truck I wanted so Geoff and Chris were able to help me find the right deal. They even gave me advice on whether or not to get a standard and now that I have the automatic I am really pleased with the choice I made. Overall I was satisfied with the purchase and how it carried out.

Jason Higgins was my sales person when I purchased my Toyota Highlander at Haddad and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have had to date. He is a family man, funny,very knowledgable and most of all he listens well. He found me a car that was safe for my child, had enough leg room for my tall family at a price I could aford. The best part was the sale was painless and Jason installed my carseat better than it was in the car I traded in.

All of the staff were very friendly, Jason was easy to talk to and seemed to want to put me in the car that best fit my needs. It's nice to go to a place where they don't push you to get a car out of your price range. My Carolla was the first car I ever bought brand new and I'm thrilled I went to Haddad's.

I contacted Jason Higgins at Haddad's and informed him that I was looking to lease a new camry. In 2008 camry's were VERY hard to come by as they were flying off the dealership's lot faster than they could bring them in. I gave Jason the options I wanted and he found a car with every thing but heated seats. I insisted on having my Camry with heated seats and Jason said no problem and sent them out to be installed!! Where can you find a dealership that will go above and beyond. After my 3 year lease was up I purchased that Camry because I loved the way it drove and enjoy the service I get when I take my car into Haddads. Every one there is not only friendly but very knowledgeable about all their inventory. I will never look for a car other than at Haddads.

Went to this dealership with a vehicle and price in mind, I had done a lot of research on the car and looked at nearly a dozen other dealerships and they were the easiest to deal with. They made the entire process from start to finish a pleasure and live up to their reputation of having the best prices around.I would recommend them to anyone looking for great vehicles at the best prices.
