This has been the most comfortable transaction I've made at a dealership. Gregg Elmore was so warm and welcoming. He showed me reasons for the offer I received for my Pilot. Other dealers did not. He even called me back a few hours after I left with the initial offer that he found a buyer and was able to increase my offer. I know I was treated with respect and received a fair offer from Gregg. When I need to purchase a vehicle in the future I will come back to this dealership based on my experience with Gregg Elmore.

I recently sold my 2002 E320 Benz, Gregg Elmore handled the whole deal professionally. I was impressed on how he worked to get me a very good deal that beat car-max offer. The only suggestion I would make is to make the payment that day - which is what car-max does instead of the client/customer having to make another trip to get the check.

I scheduled an appraisal to sell my car to the dealership and when I arrived for my appointment and asked for the person I made the appointment with I was told to sit down and wait while they call him. I waited for 15-20 minutes and was not helped out. I had to go back to the salesman and ask again for the individual. He called him and told me that the he would not be back until 5pm and my appointment I set with him was at 3pm. I never got a call or email very dissapointed and very unprofessional.

Gregg is the contact that I dealt with at this dealership. I went on KBB to sell my car, and thankfully he was the representative who reached out. I went to 2 other dealerships and Carmax before contacting Gregg since his dealership was the furthest away. After going those other places and not getting the offer I was looking for I reached out. It's important to note that Gregg is the only dealership rep that never stopped attempting to secure a deal. He handles his business in a very professional manner. Most importantly he listens very intently and communicates very clearly. I have never sold a car to a dealer before and he explained the process throughly and it went down as he promised with no hidden nonsense. I purchased a 2013 Fusion Hybrid from Haggerty Ford last week. This was a long distance purchase from Ann Arbor to West Chicago. Everything was perfect from an immediate response to my inquiry, timely replies to all questions and concerns via email and phone, to the final purchase, and followup after the sale. John Czech met me at the train station with a warm welcome. We looked at and took the car for a test drive to confirm everything was as expected, and it was. Everyone at Haggerty recognized that I had traveled a long way and did everything to make my experience comfortable. My wife and I are moving to Arizona and we didn't need to take her car with us so we decided to sell it. We went to Kelly Blue Book and filled in the info on her vehicle and the website came back with a price and referred us over to Haggerty Ford - Gregg Elmore who actually beat the Kelly Blue book price. We drove over and 20 minutes later we filled out the paperwork and 3 days later we picked up the check. A pleasant experience. Quite pleased with your service department, overall. Folks at the dealership are always pleasant to deal with and strive to be helpful! My only 'issue' is in fact not with the dealership's service department nor the personnel...but is rather with the difficulty in obtaining body and interior components for my (2002) Ford Escort ZX-2. ...After my car was past 10 years old I've noted that it is nearly impossible to replace items such as interior floor mats...the plastic headlamp covers and items that over time become worn and that I would like to replace or otherwise re-furbish! Ford...(and other auto manufacturers, likewise)...provide little in the way of resources to allow owners to replace worn interior and exterior trim items and even certain mechanical components...once vehicles become more than a decade old. Some of us who purchase a car new and who take care of and maintain pride in owning it for long intervals, are thus 'frustrated'...discovering we are left to our own resources once we eventually do require replacement parts to maintain our vehicles to our satisfaction.I do NOT hold the dealership responsible for this...but it is unfortunate and frustrating when one is unable to diligently maintain the vehicle to high standards past 10 years due to unavailability of replacement components. I wish Ford and the other manufacturers would stock replacement items for longer spans, so as to accommodate 'long-term ownership'!

My family has just recently started purchasing Ford cars in the last 5 years. I've never had a Ford, myself. Since my wife and daughter had such great experiences at Haggerty Ford, I drove there all the way from Berwyn-quite the trip! Dave Palumbo helped me. I informed him I wasn't looking to purchase and that I just wanted to look around a bit. He was there to answer any questions I had and showed me all the cars that had the specifications I was looking for. It was nice to go to a dealership and get your questions answered without being hounded and pressured. After talking to Dave about my different options, I felt confident in making a purchase from him that day. Typically, I like to shop around for a few months before making a decision. I'm glad I drove out to this dealership, even though there are Ford dealers much closer to me (including one less than a mile away) because the salesmen are the ones who determine the kind of experience you have when making such a large purchase. It was already past closing time when I finished with the finance paperwork. Dave had stayed around until I was finished with that so he could personally get me settled in my new car. It was nice that he didn't just send me on my way and head home. He sat in the car with me for a bit and showed me a bunch of things. My review is probably "good new, bad news." The "good news" is that the service department, as always, did excellent work in repairing the heating problem. The "bad news" is that we were MORE than surprised that there was a deductible on the repair! When we purchased the vehicle - AND bought the extended warranty - only about a month ago - both the salesman and the finance department repeatedly used the expression "bumper to bumper coverage," and expressed that we should have "no problems with it." Not once, during the entire transaction, was a $100 deductible mentioned. We were also told, by the service department, that this $100 deductible will apply EVERY TIME we might have to bring the vehicle in for a repair! In fairness, the manager (very graciously) did split the deductible with us - this time - for which we are very grateful. However, I do not see him continuing this generosity each time the vehicle needs repair - nor should he. But if, in fact, this "$100 deductible every time" policy does apply, then what is the point of buying the "extended warranty, bumper to bumper coverage?" We feel that we were basically sold something that is not as it was presented to be, and that we now have a commitment to something that adds substantially to the additional upkeep of the car, which we were not expecting to be a factor because of the "warranty." We are long-time customers of Haggerty Ford, and we do like our salesman (John) and the people in the service department, very much. We just wish they had been more upfront about this at the time we were in the process of buying the vehicle. Would have been nice to know BEFORE we "signed on the dotted line."

We had issues with our 2013 Ford Fusion. John c our salesman was there every step of the way to help us. The service department was so patient. They listened and did everything possible to help us. Our car was not exhibiting the problem when we brought it in but the worked on it all day and told us if anything comes up to bring it back asap. In the mean time they did an oil change we asked for and a recall repair we did not even know it needed. So we are hopping not to be back soon but we know the will be there if we need them.

I came to the dealership to have them check on a slow leak in the tires. The last two weeks I had to add air to the tires 3 times, thought maybe I caught a nail that cause the slow leak...but on all four tires??Anyway, the technicians checked the tires, did not find any nails, but did find that the seal holding the tires to the rims had, over time, deteriorated where it was causing a very slow leak.The staff got all four tires resealed and put me back on the road without further delay. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and really did an excellent job in fixing the problem!

After going to three other places searching for an Expedition that didn't have a ton of miles on it, and wasn't a mortgage payment, we went out to Haggerty Ford and worked with Gregg. He gave us a very good price for our car (cash). We were also interested in trading our van in for the Expedition, which they had some nice choices on the lot. Gregg bought our car, and told us to relax, and come back another day and we could work a great deal for our van as a trade. A few days later, we were offered a great price for our trade, and Gregg worked with us on the price of our 2015 Expedition. We wound up getting a newer year Ford Expedition, with less miles and more features, for a lower price than we could find in the Midwest!! Plus, it is certified, so it has an amazing warranty! They even helped us get the rubber floor mats we wanted for the thing! From sales to managers, this place was great. We live about 26 miles from this dealer, but it is well worth the drive. We will be doing repeat business with Haggerty Ford, and I am a Chevy Guy! We recommend them to everyone.

Service experience was excellent as usual. The only issue was the length of time required between diagnosis of problem and eventual service. It took nearly five months from diagnosis until service. It was a clutch issue on a Fiesta that required replacement (second time, less than 25,000 miles on car). Once the problem was identified it took about 2 1/2 months for part to come in and then another 2-2 1/2 months before service could be scheduled to replace the clutch.As is customary, staff was very helpful, friendly and very responsive to our needs including providing a loaner. Service experience was, as stated above, excellent.

I have a 1998 F150 truck (I am the original owner). My experience started when I tried to replace my remote keyfob. I was told the best solution would be to buy a cover for my keyfob that try to find a replacement. Which I did and save money in the process. I told myself then I would let the Haggerty service department work on my truck in the future. When my leaf spring shackle broke I took my truck in and I was very comfortable with the discussion of what repairs would need to be made and because of the age of my truck what parts could be saved and not replaced. Additionally I had them check the front end for addtional repairs and again the honest discussion realy help me make my decision to allow them to continue with the repairs. When the repairs were completed the service guy Eric and I walk around my truck and discuss the changes made and not made. My personal estimate of the cost ended up being much higher than the actual costs. I also did not feel pressure to And my truck drives greats now. I would definitely recommend the service department. Thank you Service Department great job.

My wife and I were looking to trade our used truck when we discovered an instant cash offer through Kelley Blue Book and AutoTrader. While we had been hoping to receive more for our vehicle, our research showed us the instant cash offer was comparable to Black Book values. We initially tried to use the instant cash offer at another dealership we were working with at the time, but they gave us an insulting offer that was far less than the instant cash offer, despite their dealership being listed on the offer. Fortunately, we were close to Haggerty Ford. Unlike the other dealer, we were treated with kindness and respect. Gregg Elmore made the process smooth, easy, and as painless as possible. He called around to different potential buyers to get the best offer for our truck. He provided us with the best offer he could find, and we were happy to work with him to sell our truck. I recently purchased a 2016 Escape. I was interested to add several options so I spoke with my salesman. He was able to order the optional accessories and they were in the shop the next day for installation. I made an appointment to have the accessories installed the day after they arrived. Later that morning I found out I couldn't keep my appointment. I stopped by to change my appointment and the shop was able to get me in right away to install the accessories without an appointment.

Terrible experience. Already had an approval for a loan, spoke to a sales guy regarding a vehicle I was interested and asked them to hold. Told me I could only hold it if I had an approval, which I already did. He made me also apply on their site to guarantee the approval and then never followed up with me. I called them to follow up that evening, 5 hours later, since I just provided them with all my personal information and the sales guy was rude, said they would take a look at it and couldn't provide me with follow up time. Now we are on the afternoon of day two, still nothing back, so I follow up with the sales guy again to which he states 'sorry I just got in' and the vehicle sold last night. So furious that he made me jump through all these hoops, provide my info which probably resulted in another credit pull, only to never follow up and then say the vehicle sold when I asked him about it. Unless you want the runaround, stay far away from this dealer and sales guy Mike M.

My wife and I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Ford Explorer from Haggerty Ford. What started with an online inquiry regarding the availability of the vehicle, ended in us buying the vehicle from them within 3 days. Gregg Elmore & Ken Bailey were great to deal with, and went above and beyond to show us the features of the vehicle and explain the warranty that accompanies the certified pre-owned vehicles. The paperwork, finance, and just the overall buying process was easy and not as exhausting as purchasing a car normally is. These guys go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I will definitely be buying my future cars from this dealership, and you should too! I highly recommend them!

As in the past, I had a good experience with the service I received. Very pleased that it appears a new hatch latch was installed on my 2010 Escape, which should keep the lock mechanism working for years to come. Haggerty personnel are always cheerful and courteous. Nice that I could schedule the repair in advance to obtain use of loaner.

Email them about getting some info on my truck when the warranty expired on it.I need to get some work done on it before it expired and the service team told me before they would let me know before it expired so they could inspect it to see if they see anything going wrong before the warranty expired. I Received a respond from Lucarelli a couple day later that someone would get back to me . Nobody ever got back to me so i email Lucarelli again and still nobody responded. After waiting a couple weeks went to a different dealer and found out my warranty expired a couple of days ago and the work would no longer be covered and my chances of extending the warranty has pass to. I bought this truck from them had it service by them and this is how they treat a good customer. I now have to find a different dealer that want me business

Went in for a oil change and to check everything over and they were very prompt in taking my car in as I waited for it and about 30-45 min later all was done! They recommended a mother service to be done but when I asked if it could wait until the next oil change, I was impressed that he said yes and wasn't pushy for me to have it done right away which makes me have more trust and respect in Hsggerty Ford! My overall experience was very positive. I got a quote which was the best among the quotes I got from local dealers. The sales manager was very direct in terms of pricing. The finance person did a great job in finding the best rate even though I had pre approval and very decent APR form my bank. I got a good deal on extended warranty. I contacted Gregg Elmore to sell my 2007 Honda CR-V and specifically mentioned about the time wasted with other dealers. Gregg was honest and straight forward. He valued my time and gave me an estimation over the phone before inviting me to his dealership which was a little less than 100 miles from my place. He also explained the scenarios at which that amount would be applicable. We went over to the dealership and Gregg instantly took the SUV keys for inspection. He came back with the estimation after consulting with his mechanic. We happily sold the car to him and thanked him for his honest estimations and for saving our time. On the way back Gregg arranged for our transportation to the closet train station. True customer service experience is hard to come by these days and Gregg has plenty to offer. Thanks Gregg.

I contacted Gregg Elmore to sell my 2007 Honda CR-V and specifically mentioned about the time wasted with other dealers. Gregg was honest and straight forward. He valued my time and gave me an estimation over the phone before inviting me to his dealership which was a little less than 100 miles from my place. He also explained the scenarios at which that amount would be applicable. We went over to the dealership and Gregg instantly took the SUV keys for inspection. He came back with the estimation after consulting with his mechanic. We happily sold the car to him and thanked him for his honest estimations and for saving our time. On the way back Gregg arranged for our transportation to the closet train station. True customer service experience.

We purchased a 4-door F350 dually diesel pick-up truck. Our sales person, John Czech, was great. He was straight forward and explained all options in terms of financing and payment. He didn't play the usual games we've seen before and seemed genuinely interested in our being satisfied. We were treated with respect, not only by John, but by the others we dealt with as well. John took the time to explain the various systems to us and helped us familiarize ourselves with the new technology in the vehicle. We would definitely do business with them again.

I brought my Sport Trac in for a routine oil change. The wonderful mechanics in the service department also did a check-up, and even though I'd had extensive work done in December, while trying to eliminate a major problem that turned out to be in the transmission, they still found that there was some work that needed to be done with the front end. I told them to do it, and got a ride home from a porter. Later, when I picked up my Sport Trac and showed my husband the bill, he told me that it was a good thing the problem had been spotted, since not fixing it could have resulted in major damage to my truck. We're going camping in Michigan for Father's Day weekend. Thanks for making me feel safer about driving my family there. And I hope all of your service department guys have a great holiday!

Brought in 2010 Escape in a.m. of 6/9/15 for oil change and to check front end noise. Expressed my concern about needing loaner if a lengthy repair was required. Eric had no loaner available but proposed getting oil change out of the way & assessing potential need for front end repair. If repair could be safely done a few days later he offered to secure a loaner for me on 6/12/15 and rescheduling the repair for that day. Although it turned out they were able to do the oil change & also replace both sway bar links that morning. I appreciate Eric's willingness to solve my dilemma. Eric is an example of the pleasant & efficient staff that are always present when I visit Haggerty for service. Another plus . . . my vehicle also got a wash that morning!

I would say that there could be much more instruction on the features of the vehicle and how to use everything. For example I didn't know that this vehicle had the foot operated lift gate until I read the owners manual. It's a great feature.

I was contacted by Gregg Elmore relative to a car I was selling. We exchanged emails and Gregg made an offer captioned with a statement that in most cases they pay more than the offer. The car was 4 years old and had a couple of minor scratches on the bumper and one of the aluminum wheels had some scratches. The car was immaculate on the inside and had a real nice patina. He dropped his offer $200 and then after discussion came back up $100. The price offered was more than car max offered and was within a few hundred of what the car was worth to a dealer, but the caption of "in most cases" and then the drop in the offer price, was typical used car salesperson. I sold the car to Haggerty because I didn't want to bother anymore. I also think that when I hand them the title, they should hand me a check, not make me wait days. Gregg is a very nice guy however in this case, seller beware.

He bought our car and said it would take up to 3 weeks to get a check after they get the title back. It took 2 weeks and 6 days. Ford Mustang GT Premium. The finance guy was amazing, great experience with him. The sales guy the gave me was a bit out of touch with things. Didn't feel like he knew a lot about the cars he was trying to sell. I asked about the Shaker speaker upgrade and he told me the car had it, but the sticker said nothing about it, after me telling him more about it and the help of another sales guy(and the finance guy) we figured it out that it didn't have the Shaker upgrade. Felt like I knew more about the car than my sales guy did. Then I emailed a few days later because I couldn't find the owners manual(wasn't aware of the secret compartment) then I got an email from my sales guy, then an instant phone call, and another phone call maybe 20 minutes after that. I felt like a simple email telling me about the compartment would have worked. After his 2 voice mails, I still didn't see the compartment so I emailed him again saying I didn't see the manual, then I got an email, and a WORK phone call, followed by a cell phone call. I again felt like this was a bit overboard. To many phone calls when a simple email saying pull down the yellow lever in the glove box would have worked. I am sure the guy was just trying to be helpful and detailed, but the phone calls became a bit annoying and aggravating to me. The work phone call was where I feel it was a bit extreme.Also, when I was looking at the car, I noticed the shipping protective paper was still in the front bumper, I told them to make sure it was removed when I picked up the car the next day. The car was all washed and waxed, but the tape was still in the front bumper. So when I came to get the car I then had to wait for someone to try to remove the tape from the front bumper. The young man who worked on it ended up pushing the tape under the front bumper. At that point I wanted to just leave and deal with it myself.Not the worst experience, and I don't mean to rag on the sales guy but it could have been a bit better post sale. The finance guy is the real reason I bought the car from Haggerty, he made me feel good about the situation and took excellent care of me.

I reviewed the website before I scheduled a test drive. The website was much better than many of the other Ford dealers in Chicagoland. The best feature of the website is having actual pictures of the cars rather than stock photos. This helped me see exactly what options were installed on the vehicle and how it looked. The sales rep was great and easy to work with. The finance guy was very helpful in explaining the various warranties and plans.

They repaired the curb damage on one of the "chrome" wheels, but rather than replace it, they put reflective tape over it which is the cheap fix. But then again, it is a plastic wheel to begin with.

I recently moved into the city and didn't need a car anymore due to an extensive amount of available public transportation. In an attempt to save more money, I wanted to sell my 2013 Dodge Challenger. After bouncing back and forth with attempted Craigslist sales and meeting with rather rude auto dealership members, I thought it'd give another dealership one last try. Thankfully, it was Haggerty Ford. From the opening handshake with Gregg Elmore to the signing of the sale receipt, Gregg was nothing but friendly, honest, and a straight shooter. He didn't try to lowball the value of the vehicle in any regard, like the other dealerships had done in the past, and never once talked down to me for not wanting to trade-in for another vehicle. Trust me, I understand that dealerships are trying to make a profit- they have a business to run and money to make, but to offer 8k less than what KBB values the vehicle is a little off.Gregg's honest and straight forward approach has earned Haggerty Ford my business when I'm looking to buy again, and I completely recommend them for a purchase and definitely a sale of a personal vehicle.Thanks for all the help and you'll see me and/or my family members soon!

Gregg was absolutely delightful! While I was a little reluctant to drive to the suburbs, Gregg kept following up and was completely honest with everything he said. He got me more than my car was worth even though I would have taken less. Gregg Elmore bought my Ram truck which I had inherited from a relative. Gregg was easy to work with and didn't put me under any pressure to make a decision. I was surprised that the vehicle's VIN indicated that it had been in an accident before I got it, and so the price was initially less than I hoped. However, he even worked for an additional 24 hours with his contacts find a price very close to what I thought was fair. Much more convenient than selling private party and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. There was no pressure (or even mention) of trading in for another car--I just got the cash.

The staff was great. My salesperson was busy with another customer when I showed up late due to traffic but promplty handed me over to another salesperson. He quickly got me ready for a test drive and processed me for credit approval. Finance worked eith me to keep my payment under my max and worked my warranty in to keep me satisfied. TI got a buatiful vehicle complete with Car Fax and history at a great price. The only thing I would say was remotely unfavorable was, my vehicle was on empty and I was told It would be taken care of but ended up getting 20$ from I assume owner because both salesguys forgot to assist me with the gas situation. That helped but coming all the way from Indiana to purchase a vehicle, I thought they could've dod a little more with that situation.

Gregg at haggerty ford was absolutely a pleasure to work with.Auto trader has an option to sell your car to a dealership. The website said I would get $9500 for my car. Understand you will NOT get what autotrader says you will. Rightfully so, the mechanics will find a problem with your car that you didn't report. I was offered a fair $9000Though, this should not deter you from working with Gregg at Haggerty. The process was painless, and the typical BS I got from other dealerships isn't found here. Super polite and helpful guy, the whole transaction was efficient and I was at the dealership, start to finish, for no longer than an hour.100% would work with these guys again

Gregg is a good guy to work with. He is very friendly and professional. He was honest and upfront about the entire process and I enjoyed working with him. I did get $5400 more than the rip off Carmax facility in Naperville. You will get top dollar if you try to list the car on craigslist or carguru for Kelly blue book price. Auto trader price is comparable to what a trade in at a dealer will net you. I wanted at least 19k for my truck buy received 15k. It is a 4x4 and I missed the snow season but it was paid for and I just wanted to liquidate and move forward. Auto trader and Gregg can help you with that and get you a honest buck for your car just dont expect retail value expect wholesale value.Thanks Germaine

I went to Haggerty for an oil change and service knowing that my tires were at a stage that they may need to be changed. Unfortunately for me they were however the service manager Matt came out and also told me that my 6 year old battery (original) was not performing they way it should. He was very nice and asked If he could have a tech take me someplace to get lunch since it was going to be another hour to change out the battery and 4 tires. After I had lunch Matt came out 45 mins later and told me the car was done but was being washed and dried. In total I was there about 4 hours but it didn't seem that long as I was asked numerous times if I needed anything. I always bring my car back for service and will continue to do so as well as spread the word of my GREAT service. Thank You

We had three issues:1) drive seat rock was completely fixed with a replacement of the seat rail - exceeded expectations.2) connection to the Microsoft Sync - could not find the problem which probably means we are not setting something up correctly. met expectations.3) light indicator on the fan controls and heat selector - could not find the problem and both stated to us and wrote that the light control was turned down. That clearly was not the problem because the orange indicator lights are visible even with the light control turned to its lowest setting. Our experience was that we could not see the orange indicator lights at all for several days. It may be one of those unexplainable things because it does work now. Because the vehicle is still under warranty, we wanted to make sure that there were no issues that should be taken care of before the warranty expires. expectations not really met; we do not know if there is a lurking electrical issue or not.

My 2014 Ford Taurus - purchased from Haggerty Ford in West Chicago in August of 2014 - had the unfortunate, unusual experience of a squirrel trapped in the drive belt during the February 1, 2015 blizzard. Ford roadside service towed the car to Haggerty for an inspection and subsequent "clean up"! Once again the Haggerty team came through with flying colors. Matt and his team did an exceptional job on the removal, clean-up and reinstallation of the drive belt. I was worried about many things, including any remaining animal smells, but everything thankfully is back to normal. 2010 Ford Fusion brought in for routine oil change and to fix the driver's seat warmer. The oil change went fine. However, they could not get the seat warmer to not work. It never works in the mornings, but will work once the car has been warmed up, usually around noon, but sometimes not at all. So nothing was done about the seat warmer.

The dealership gave me my first free complimentary oil change since I bought the car from there. Because all the techs were busy, someone decided to wash my car while I waited. This was nice. Oil change took too long however (2 hours), but they were also very busy. I was also given a 10 dollar credit in the beginning to use toward future services purchased. This is also nice. Everyone there is friendly. For some reason though, after the oil change, my Honda stereo was reset so I had to reenter my code and the steering wheel adjustment was changed. Other than that, my oil life is now at 100 percent and will go back to see them for my next oil change.

My only issue was that I had a appointment for a oil change and people walked in after me with no appointment for issues they were having with their cars and got their vehicles serviced before me. I waiting over 1 hr just to get my vehicle pulled into the garage. I would have planned my morning better if someone would have told me oil changes take 2 1/2 hrs.

I recently was in the market for a new vehicle and I'm glad that I stumbled upon Haggerty Ford. We originally started looking at Zimmerman Ford as we were specifically looking for a Ford. Zimmerman Ford did not give the comfort level that I was looking for in such a big purchase. Luckily we looked up the next closest Ford dealership and it happened to be Haggerty Ford. Our dealer, Dan Ostrowski was amazing, didn't pressure us for a sale and went thru tons of options for us in our price range. He broke down everything including warranties, car faxes and taxes/fees and also gave us a great price on our trade in. The day we went into Haggerty Ford was suppose to be a browsing day, before we decided on purchasing. WE left with a 2014 Ford Escape and could not be happier. The entire process did not take long after we made our decision on our new vehicle, like most times you buy a car. I will definitely be referring Haggerty Ford and our salesman to all my peers in search of a new/used Ford vehicle.

When my battery died, I simply called up Haggerty and told them my car would be dropped off the next day. I didn't really even have an appointment, and they were fine with that. Also, when my tires didn't come in on time, Haggerty gave me a loner car for no charge. Great service. John is very friendly and his customer service is great. The price of the oil change (this first one was complimentary) is very competitive, and a price that would make me think twice about doing my own oil changes.The initial buying experience was excellent, but I've known the sales person for many years and would recommend John to everyone.
