$400 for oil change on a practically brand new Lexus (year and a half old). Tesla suddenly starts to look that much more attractive. Which is unfortunate. Lexus is a great car, but you have to deal with dealers.

I wound up going to buy the Challenger that I had issues with and Lela the sales person was outstanding. Not a robot, but a nice human who got us through the process quickly and efficiently. Very personable and met all our request and we can be a pain in the tush. The car was prepped, filled and ready to go when I got there as I called and let her know that I was coming to buy the car. Kelly in financing was very informative and talked us thru everything. So disregard the last review. I would definitely drive the 45 minutes again if they once again had exactly what I was looking for. Love my Dodge. Thank you Lela, Kelly and the gentleman who put on the plates. And I thank the owner for reaching out to me. That, plus the drop in price, were the 2 reasons I did not just quit on this dealership. If the owner can take time to reach out then he obviously cares about his business.

Yasser has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He reached out right away after I made an email inquiry but was not pushy. I explained my situation and that I was waiting on an insurance settlement before I could purchase the car I had wanted. He gave me space while it was sorted out. I contacted him a couple weeks later and he came in on his day off to help me purchase the car and close the deal. Very happy with my “new-to-me” Mercedes and his service. A+++ Customer service.
