My husband and I bought our first car together yesterday and we wanted to give a shout out to the team at Haley. My dream car has been a Chevy Tahoe. As soon as we got there, Jesse came out and asked us our price range. We decided to go with a used car. Instinctively, he led us to the Chevy Tahoe. When we got to the paper work, he pulled over his manager, Trey, who really worked with our price range! Then, we were handed over to the finance manager, Jeremy, who was a really cool guy and very helpful. All of these gentlemen were super friendly, understanding, and patient throughout the whole experience. What could have been a potentially stressful situation was just fun and exciting and I am so happy these guys helped us purchase our first car together. Thank you to the team of Haley for making sure I got the car of my dreams and for making sure I'm not eating Ritz crackers because of it!!

This was a great experience purchasing my first car. I inquired on the website about the car the night prior to making my purchase, and the first thing the next morning, Katelyn reached out about my inquiry. She made the process go a lot faster by getting any information that she was able to obtain from me via messaging prior to my actual visit which made the process quicker because as we know there is a lot of paperwork that goes into purchasing a vehicle. Kiana helped me upon entering the dealership and she was such a fantastic salesperson. She was really sweet, answered any questions I had, and made the process so seamless for me; from informing me of all the features of the car to helping me move my belongings from the car I traded in to my new one, she was extremely helpful. Trey, the sales manager, went the extra mile for me, negotiating to help me drive my dream car off the lot the same day! When it came to the financing portion, Jeremy knew his stuff for sure! He helped me anyway he could from informing me on the vehicle protection package to explaining all the important insurance and warranties that would be beneficial for me to have. I will 100% purchase from this wonderful team again.

The saleswoman, Sharon,was awesome! She has the best personality and answered all of our questions. Business manager, Jeremy Williamson, was also awesome! He cares about his customers and helps them. He has a very good, positive attitude.

My husband and I had a great experience here. We not only got one car but two cars! Tre worked exceptionally hard to get us what we wanted. Darrell and Paige were very accommodating during the whole process. We couldn’t be happier with everything!! We would recommend them to anyone

I bought a car here recently and after leaving and having time to reflect, I’m upset at how I was treated and lied to. I tried my best to be an educated buyer. I went in with an idea of how much my trade in was worth and what I was comfortable paying for the vehicle I wanted to look at. I knew I wanted to talk about the price of the car and the value of my trade in as opposed to the monthly payment and they refused to speak with me on these terms. They instantly pressed me for what monthly payment I wanted. I should have left right then, but they promised I was going to the financial office soon to talk about pricing. They had me sign a few “general disclosures” including a form that stated my trade in was worth $2000. I asked my salesman if this is what the appraiser had determined my car was worth and he said no, that is how much money you have left after we pay off the remainder of your trade in loan. I read the paper again and told them No, this paper states my vehicle is worth $2000 and I don’t agree to trade it in for that much. They brought another person over to tell me I was only signing this paper to allow them to pay off my existing loan and that I could talk with the business manager about the final trade in value. I had a long wait to get into the financial office (I assume they wanted to exhaust me to the point where I didn’t care what they said and just signed anything to get out of there). When I finally got in the room, he instantly put a paper in front of me to sign agreeing to the loan terms. There was no mention of car price, loan term, interest rate, trade in value or anything. I told them I would not be signing until I was allowed to negotiate these details. The business manager told me my trade in was determined to be worth $2k just like the earlier paper said. I told him according to KBB my trade in should be worth at least $5k and he laughed in my face. I expected some back and forth and obviously I know they aren’t going to hand me a great deal right off the bat, they have to make money too. But the business manager had such a bad, condescending attitude and seemed angry and snippy that I was questioning or trying to negotiate anything. Eventually I got to a deal I thought I was comfortable with and went on my way. The salesman told me they had filled the gas tank up half way (a little stingy if you ask me but whatever). However a few miles down the road I realized the tank was almost empty! What kind of professional business sends you away with an empty tank? After paying all this money you would expect they can at least gas you up. I also realized later that I didn’t get any floor mats. The whole experience left a bad taste. I would not return here to buy another car and part of me wishes I had not purchased anything from them in the first place. During my long wait, I saw other people getting frustrated at not getting any solid answers as well. Oh well, you live and you learn. If you come, prepare to wait patiently for hours and advocate hard for yourself.
