Say yes to Haley! I did and would do it again. My salesman worked very hard to find the right vehicle for me. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure my On Star was setup and my phone was connected to my vehicle before I pulled off the lot. The financial process was very easy. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! HUGE SHOUTOUT TO JANET & MICHAEL!!!!!!!! I appreciate you helping me find my car at an awesome rate, best dealership experience I’ve ever had!!! Went to 2 other dealerships that day & had negative experiences. I was about to give up hope until Janet reached out. She was friendly and polite and upfront and gave me options & listened to my needs. Michael in the financing department worked up a great deal for me and gave me advice for scoring a lower APR. Very Professional, honest & understanding. I used to have negative thoughts entering a car dealership & this dealership turned my outlook around. I didn’t have to wait long. The process was quicker. They even detailed my car and gave me brand new tires. You guys make the best team. I left crying happy tears. This was the best car buying experience in my life. Bill helped secure the vehicle I was looking for and kept in touch until it was available. He connected me with Greg to complete the sale. We communicated via email constantly to finalize the additional options and costs, confirm financing, and exchange all the information he needed. On day of delivery, it was a simple process to sign several papers and get Greg's personal introduction to the features. That was it. Never any sales pressure. They will have my business going forward. Thanks guys.

I recommend Rachel and Joe at Haley GMC when your next car service arises. Rachel was polite and happy to help me this morning getting the nitrogen in my tires balanced. Joe took my vehicle back in service bay and went to work. His attention to detail and care for getting the nitrogen pressure exact among all four tires was most appreciated. I appreciate their time and the excellent service!

Best buying experience I've ever had. I've been taking my pervious car to Haley for over a year now and was recently hit with a repair bill costing more than the value of the car. After researching what I wanted and looking online, Haley had the exact car I had in mind. I was able to test drive it and purchase it within three hours. No hassle, no pressure. Greg was fantastic and friendly to work with through the process and they went above and beyond to make sure to answer all my questions. I would recommend their sales department time and time again! As for service, they're very good, but very understaffed. But they're good at communicating when or if they could get something one in one day. My husband and I take both of our vehicles there and it's been a great experience.
