Service Manager, Tim, was very friendly and professional. Offering solutions to help with the repair and truly doing every thing he could to save me money. I am a woman and some times I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of when getting my car repaired. But I certainly did not feel that way this time. We have now bought our second vehicle through Sean McSpedden with Hall Buick GMC. I have talked to other salesman with other dealers and they were not able to make me feel at ease as Sean has in the dealing with and buying process of going through a dealer. He did not put me through a high pressure sales pitch and always made me feel at ease while making my decision on whether to buy or not. Letting the customer make the decision and not pushing for a final decision one way or the other was what I liked about visiting and finalizing the deal through Sean. GREAT JOB !!! I would recommend visiting with Sean if your are looking to buy from Hall GMC. Tell him Andy recommended him!

I was there with a recall for a part problem they wanted me to pay them 195.00 for diagnosed the car. so i went to another dealer to replease the part.

Our salesperson, Aaron, could not have been more professional, and made the entire purchase excedingly painless......vehicle priced real good; offered a more-than-fair price for my trade-in.........but most important was the way they treated my wife. Since that first day, whenever she goes in, they treat her like a queen, answering any and all questions, and treating her with the utmost respect. She cannot be more happy with Hall Buick in Tyler. When she's happy, I'm happy! We both HIGHLY RECOMMEND the dealership!

I flew all the way from Tennessee to buy from Hall. My salesman Sean was awesome and I love my pre owned truck ..the only thing is I bought the truck the end of November and I got a new bed cover for Christmas and I was standing in the bed to put it on and I noticed one big dent and 5 little golf ball size dents as well ..the month I had it I know there wasn't any hail and I really pray that Hall did not know they where there and still sold me the truck anyway...if they did not know they where there I would definetly buy from them again

I had used Hall's service department before I purchased my new GMC sierra, and they were outstanding the quality of the service was second to none. When it came time to trade up they were the most helpful, customer service oriented professionals that I have ever encountered. My salesman Aaron Minchew was awesome, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely customer oriented. The manager Rey was extremely helpful, and all around awesome to deal with. I recommend not only using the facility for service, but also any car upgrading needed to get you out of your old vehicle. I will be back to purchase many more GMCs from Hall in the future.

After purchase of 2 nd car in 3 years they didn't value our loyalty as a customer over trying to purchaser a third car.A difference of less than $1000 over a 7 year old car with 10900 miles

They Damaged My engine, gave me second fault engine. When i called to complain about it, they refused to believe me and called me a lier. After forcing them to allow a mechanic to ride with me, and 7 minutes of driving the vehicle, the mechanic felt what i felt. He placed something from the damaged engine with the faulty engine and said it was fixed. After 2 days, i had to fight with them to fix the issue, since it wasn't fixed. Thats when they had to get a third engine. It has been over 5 weeks and still not repaired. They refuse to give us a rental. WORSE PLACE TO GO. NEVER BY A VEHICLE FROM THEM.

I have been doing business with Hall since 2007. I am on my fourth vehicle from them. Donny has always gone out of his way to make me happy when I am purchasing one! Chris has done the same when I have needed service! The Halls' recognize and greet me when I see them out around the town! I love it!

My family has purchased several autos over the years from HALL GMC. They have always been professional in the sales process and their service department has always addressed our maintenance requirements true to GM standards. I have shopped other local dealers and the sales process they followed left me wondering how they operate day after day. I would recommend HALL GMC Buick to friends and family.

So buying a car here is typical of most dealers...deal with a salesman who must go to the "Oz" behind the hidden door for the numbers...but not overly miserable like you will experience AFTER you buy! The statement poor service just does not describe what happens at HALL!!!! The only way you will get good service is to complain or go straight to the service manager, Chris. Treating CUSTOMERS well should happen on the sales floor AND in the service department!!!! I will NEVER buy from Hall again and will tell everyone considering buying there about the TERRIBLE service....but on a positive note...thank you HALL Buick Gmc of Tyler for teaching me a valuable car buying lesson...ask to tour the service department BEFORE you buy!!!!!

I was for the most part happy with the buying process and with Steve Simmons, the sales consultant. What bothered me was the fact I only got one key for the vehicle. I called Steve and asked him about another one. He said he would call back with an answer but never did. I'm sure he was too busy to bother with someone who had already bought a vehicle and was of no further use to him.

I was looking for an Acadia,because I had wrecked my older one. The price that I got at Hall was the best price for the model. I checked all the dealers form Dallas to Houston They have the best service department in the country. Everyone at Hall GMC was very nice every time I went through the door. It does not get any better that this.
