Do yourself a favor and never go to this place. They wanted to charge us $800 to turn off a tire sensor light on the dashboard on a Chrysler Crossfire. The told us first it was going to be $500, then told me miraculously a new issue arose and it will be extra $330, then next day the say to my wife will be extra $100... for the same parts and labor!!! So, if you like to pay a lot of money and get almost nothing for it, go there!

I came in to get my oiled changed and check engine light looked at. I was happily paired with Tim. He kept us informed throughout the process and was very polite. This location is going to be my official choice for any car services I need. I love my car like it is part of the family and I knew it was in good hands the entire time. Excellent customer service! Eric Osborne handled business with the upmost professionalism. Was able to get me an awesome deal on a 2019 Dodge Challenger and a good rate for my trade in. Even got a loaner vehicle while the new car went through Recon. Highly recommended!!! Thanks so much guys🙏🏻

I have to say this was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had at an Auto dealership. I am on vacation from NY and was having an issue with my 2013 Durango which has a recall for a fuel pump relay. " My" dealership in NY has kept me waiting for 7 plus months now. I walked into Hall to buy a quick fix to keep me going for the the trip home . They absolutely blew me away with how kind and concerned they were about my situation. They not only got me an appointment for very next morning but completely took care of the recall and fixed my issue permanently. I am eternally grateful for the service. I wish I lived closer so I could buy my next vehicle from them. Maybe when we return next year. !!!

I would give less than a one if I could. I bought a 2009 Ford Escape from them for my son. The SUV had a rough vibration while at idle in drive. I put on the "We Owe" that I wanted it addressed. They kept it that day and ran it through service. The problem was diagnosed as a bad motor mount and they said they fixed it. My son and wife went to pick it up and when they got home they said the vibration was still there and just as bad. I called and spoke with the salesperson and even went up and spoke with the service department because now the check engine light had illuminated. They said they couldn't address the check engine light and told me I would need to take it somewhere else. I took the SUV to my regular mechanic who diagnosed the vibration as a bad motor mount and a worn transmission mount (warn from the motor mount being bad). The same problem Hall said they had fixed. Several days had gone by without the car so I went ahead and got the problem fixed as my son had no way to get to work. Hall refused to pay for the repair even though it was the very same issue they said they fixed. The salesperson was very helpful, but the sales manager and the general manager prevented me from being reimbursed. I was a repeat customer at Hall, but I will never, ever buy another vehicle from them again.
