I had a very positive buying experience with Hall and now I have had an equally positive service experience due to Jessica. Our CX5 kept losing all the pre-sets and I called about it. I spoke with a man who was not very helpful the last time this happened. This time I was lucky and got Jessica on the phone. She immediately said what it might be (instead of saying that I might just want an upgrade on my 2016 car...yes...he said that) and said to bring it in and they would take a look. She was very nice and said they would fix my problem...and they did. THANKS.

I just purchased a new 2016 Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen. The price was outstanding. Lynn Ceriaks was very helpful in answering my questions. The Gas mileage on the highway was rated for 35, and I was very impressed to have gotten 39 on my ride home.

Visited this dealership twice looking at a used car in their lot, once with my son to look at the vehicle, the second time to purchase ir with my Dad who owned the exact same vehicle. Chris Roberts was BEYOND helpful, even when my Dad went over the suv with a fine-tooth comb. The issues that needed to be addressed were addressed without sales or service batting an eye. This is the 8th car purchase I've made in my life so far and it has been by far the most pleasant - even my Dad was impressed. :) Can't thank Chris, Brenda and the service manager enough.

I have been looking for a new car for several months ago and spoke with Chris in regards to leasing a golf. I test drove a new gti but hadn't decided on leasing it just yet when I found out about the R32. Seeing as this fit the bill for what I wanted, Chris helped me get in for a test drive the next day and by noon I was sold on the car. Being a first time buyer he was very patient and helped me with any questions that I had.

Went to dealer to look at truck called first YA come on down the intrnet guy said but when I got to dealer there was no truck so Chad the internet guy called to the state of the art body/inspection shop (his words) he said truck was there about 4 mile down the road after driving to that facility again no truck manger there said Not here.....another dead endSo I was promised I would be called that nite when thing were figured out NO CALL A day and a half go by no call so I decided to send an email his response was truck was in body shop (were he took me) and truck was sold .your motto is not to IGNORE customers You should stick to it

I recently bought a 2015 VW Golf TDI from Mike Miroslaw at Hall Mazda Volkswagen. I came to the lot forgetting about the VW's "Dieselgate." Mike was very upfront about the issue and why the car couldn't be fully certified because of the recall. He never tried to dodge or play down the issue; just answered every question and went out of his way to make sure I was fully informed about the car I was looking at. Maybe he didn't have to worry, knowing all I had to do was drive it. :)Once I decided to buy the car, the rest of the staff was just as wonderful. Brenda in finance took me through the paperwork, explained all of my options, and helped me deal with my bank. Once financing was finalized, Jake Couture finished up the paperwork with me and got me on the road.Mike was great the whole way through. Always friendly, efficient, and sincere; I'll definitely recommend he and everyone at Hall in the future.(If anyone at Hall is reading this, I *LOVE* my car. Thank you so much.)

My overall experience at Hall was excellent. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process of buying the car that I expressed interest in. Corey was friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth - exactly what I look for in a good salesperson. I never once felt pressured and Corey was an integral part of making the overall process as easy for me as possible. Jake was also a pleasure to work with. He was clear and concise with everything that required explanation. I will definitely look to Hall Imports for my next car purchase.

I was looking at their car online and did a lot of "dealing" online via email. It went great to my knowledge, and had everything almost finalized from approval from the bank, the amount the car note will be, also information on the vehicle so I can get an insurance on it. I made an appointment with Jake Conture, the business manager whom I have been emailing back and forth, on Friday to get in on Monday to finalized the paper process but came Monday's morning. He email me stating the car was sold over the weekend. I never received an apology from this man, also, I believed that he should put this vehicle 'on hold pending sale' since he was talking with me and took me through the process. The way this manager conducted business for me is just wrong and very unprofessional. Maybe, it is not for him or people in his field because they needs the sale of a car in order to get commission but they should at least value their customer.

Josh Barkstrom was exceptional to work with while buying my first car at Hall VW. I messaged him about seeing a car of interest (2015 VW GTI) and he promptly wrote back within the hour. He was very knowledgable of all cars that he showed me that day. He worked with my budget and never made me feel pressured into buying a car, which was my big fear of being a first time buyer. Josh went out of his way to go above and beyond what I was expecting while purchasing my car (extended test drive, price match on floor mats, going through all of the features of the vehicle, etc). I highly recommend going to him with any questions (I asked more than plenty!) as he will help you tremendously while being prompt and thorough. Best experience I could possibly have while buying my first car!

I had an amazing experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Lynn was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, my wife and I were completely comfortable throughout the whole experience. Concerning the 2016 Mazda 6, I tried the 2016 Honda Accord, Chevy Malibu, Nissan Altima and nothing drove like a Mazda 6. The inside quality was amazing and gave me the sportier look I was looking for in a sedan.

Victor was an amazing salesperson. We have met many sales people along our 4 month car buying journey and he was definitely the one we liked the most. We met some 'slick' sales people who made us run away. In fact, we stopped looking for a month because a salesperson irritated my husband so much we dreaded walking onto another car lot. But you never experience that with Victor. He listened to what we wanted and never tried pressuring us into anything. I was persisting in getting a manual transmission car, which was proving to be quite difficult to find one that had a manual transmission and the luxury we wanted. We visited quite a few dealerships and every one tried talking us out of getting a manual. I'm guessing it's because if we were to get an automatic, their job would be quite easy. Victor was the only one who did not try to pressure me into an automatic, and was more than willing, and confident, he could find the car I would love. Which he did, we bought a VW Passat- and I couldn't love it more! It was great experience and he was an awesome sales person. Very knowledge about all the brands of cars and very personable, and relatable After we got the car home we realized we didn't have an owner's manual. I e-mail Victor about it and within the week it was delivered in the mail. I highly recommend Victor for your next car buying experience.

if you like the game you will LOVE Hall.My wife and I were in today to purchase a vehicle we saw online. We made it a special point to visit seeing that I was told after inquiring prior that we would receive employee pricing,and iPad (or $199 rebate) and free gas for the rest of the year as a Black Friday special.When we arrived we just stood in the lobby as sales people looked at us and did not approach. After about 5 minutes I decided to call the dealership letting them know that I was standing there and finally they said they would send someone over. This was not a huge deal to me seeing I could tell they were busy but it would have been nice to be acknowledged. This was a larger issue to my wife who mentioned our last car buying experience a year prior of her outback (it was much different and we were welcomed by everyone, even if they were working with a client).When we finally got helped they found out what I was interested in and I believe it was a sales manager (very nice) who got me set up for a test drive.However, it was the next 2 hours which were terrible. After the test drive I wanted to talk pricing which came about an hour after my test drive. One highlight was speaking to a couple who were very nice and also waiting a substantial amount of time. It helped to pass the time while we both waited. Then about an hour and a half into this wonderful Black Friday event came the negotiating. Interesting enough they did not purchase either.The entire process was just what you would expect from a shifty car dealership. We had a trade in so they had to do an appraisal. 10 minutes later we get that number back at which point I asked for how much the car was going to cost (employee pricing as advertised). Well that had to be checked out. 5 minutes later I get that number, but in the mean time I searched online and saw that KBB said fair dealer price was 2k less then what the car was marked. So when the salesperson came back and presented the discount (which was obviously not employee pricing) I showed him the screen and let him know I would like to be closer to that number.Another round of bartering and finally the manager came, wonderful. Presented then same information and he was willing to work with us on the trade in value of your current car which made the price closer to what I was comfortable paying.At this point we were almost ready to sign when I asked about the iPad and gas offer presented via email. Another round of checking and when our salesperson came back he informed us that because we bargained over the price of the trade in we would only receive one or the other.By this point I was tired of the entire song and dance and my wife and I left, not purchasing due to principal not because of the $80 gas card we did not receive.If you do like the song and dance of purchasing a car just so you don't get ripped offed and over pay this is the place for you. Make sure you plan to be there at least 4-5 hours and i think there may be a jimmy johns close if you get hungry and need more energy. Check out yelp for more true comments.

Josh Barkstrom is so welcoming and accommodating, which makes the car buying process so much more pleasant. He makes himself available to clients 24/7 and makes you feel like there are no "dumb" questions.Everyone I worked with outside of Josh was also friendly, but not in a sleazy car sales man way- they are all truly happy at their jobs and wanting to help you find the best possible car for your needs/financial ability.

Just bought the 2016 Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring model from Hall Imports, in Brookfield, WI. After inquiring over the Internet about this car, I was contacted by several dealers. I was the most impressed by Lyn Ciriacks of Hall Imports. I would rate this experience with Hall Imports very high. Lyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was genuinely interested in making sure we were getting what we were looking for, and very gracious and flexible in meeting with us at our convenience. She answered our questions and proved to be knowledgeable about the Mazda CX 5 and other cars we inquired about or test drove. Lyn was very professional without being pushy, promptly returned my calls, and kept us informed of the status of the transport. We also added some accessories over the phone after we left the dealer. The parts department was very helpful in answering my questions and ordering everything. The parts all came in and were installed when we went to pick up the car. Lyn made sure of that and had everything ready for us when we came to pick up the car. She personally walked us through the car's technogy features. This was all completed in one week - from test drive to driving home with our new car with all the accessories we picked. We were also introduced by Lyn to other members of the team at Hall Imports. Lyn and they made the purchase of our new car both seamless and fun. We look forward to continuing our relationship with them in the future for servicing our Mazda CX 5.

A few weeks ago I was in the market for a new vehicle, a Jeep Wrangler specifically. The night before I had stopped at another dealership to test drive one for the first time, and the next day my cousins and I were in search of another to test drive so I could have something to compare it to. We drove near the VW/Mazda dealership where I just happened to see a beautiful Wrangler in the lot. We stopped to look at it and Victor Siehr was out to help us within a couple of minutes. I was surprised to find out it was within my price range and Victor asked me if I'd like to test drive it. Not only did he let my younger cousins and I test drive it on our own, but he also let us take the T-tops off for it. I loved it and told him I would return that night with my husband to test drive it with him. We did just that and Victor was extremely helpful in explaining the buying process to us. We told him we would think on it that night and return the next morning. We made it out to the parking lot before we turned back around and told him we had thought enough and wanted to purchase the vehicle. He was extremely efficient and helpful and made this a very smooth, exciting and fun process. I was very impressed by him letting my cousins and I test drive independently. What really lead me to choose this dealership over the first one I had stopped at was Victor's hassle/pressure free salesmanship. He didn't follow us around or lurk over us as we looked at the vehicle. He let us know that when and if we had questions or a decision he would be right inside and showed us where his desk was located. When we did have questions he was straight up and honest with us and always had answers instead of talking around the question or making it sound like it was a stupid question like the other experience we had. We are extremely happy with our purchase, the dealership, and the dealer, Victor Siehr. As previously stated, my first time purchasing a car was made exciting, fun, and went very smoothly and I have Victor to thank for that! The next time my husband and I are in the market for a car, Hall Mazda and Victor will be our first stop!

I will never buy a car from them with the reps they have! The guy came out to us and talked to us for a bit about the car we were looking at. When we asked to see the actual car, he said, and I quote, "if you don't want to buy today, then I don't want to show you a car that is $2000 over your original price range." The sad part is we were planning on buying that exact car within a week despite it being over what we originally wanted to pay, we just wanted to test drive it!

Firstly, Jake was helpful after I contacted the dealership online, with information on vehicles they had in stock.I then went in looking to test drive a used VW that I liked, although after the test drive I decided it wasn't right for me. Josh Barkstrom was my Product Specialist and he looked through other similar cars with me for a while and even let me test drive another before leaving. I did not purchase a car that day, but when I contacted him about coming back in a week later to see another car in his inventory, he was more than helpful. He was easy to work with and never seemed pushy to me. In addition, he was extremely knowledgable and a light-hearted guy. I'm a pretty laid-back guy, but even so, he made the car buying process pretty harmless. I would probably return to Hall Cars in the future (although I plan to drive this car for many years to come). We finished up the buying process close to the time they were closing for the evening and it had been a busy evening but the final detailing of the car seemed a little rushed (cleaning the inside of the car and all). I can understand that, and I don't blame the guys doing this, but still, it's desirable to get a car in prime condition. I would have cleaned it top to bottom anyways because I really like the car and I plan to keep it in great condition.In addition, I received the car with a quarter tank of gas, which I'm not extremely upset about, sending someone off with a full tank just seems like a pretty customary and common thing to do. The only other complaint I have is that the woman at the front desk did seem a little testy which was not a great first impression, especially since I clearly had never been there before.Bottom line:Josh (product specialist) and Jake (financial specialist) were both great, I think giving them a little more time to finalize the transaction would solve these small complaints.Final note: they are non-negotiable, the price you see is the price you get

Lynn Ceriaks did a nice job of making sure I had a good test drive, followed by having my VW Golf put on the lift in the service department, so I could inspect the vehicle, Lynn made sure everything was right with the vehicle when I returned to pick it up, Lynn instructed me on connecting my cell phone to the blue tooth. I am enjoying the performance of the Golf diesel, averaging 48 mpg.

Our Mazda had a flat tire while we were in the area of Hall Mazda. We thought it was low due to the cold weather. Even though the service department was closed, Kevin Cronin let us pull into the bay, He tried to fill the tire, but the stem was bad. Another gentlemen brought over a floor jack so we could put on the spare. Kevin even offered us coffee. They were very kind - we didn't feel like we were a bother to them. It was so nice to be able to change a tire in a warm garage rather than out on the road in he cold & dark. Thanks Hall & Kevin!

With my than 180,000 miles on my 2009 Camry, it was time to find a new vehicle. Priority #1 was AWD; #2 was ground clearance (higher); and priority #3 was a great deal on a new car that my company's CEO would support. After doing a little Sunday drive-by shopping with my husband and some additional online research, I walked into Hall Imports ready to drive a Mazda CX-5 on Monday afternoon. Up walked Josh B -- ready to answer questions and go for a ride. I wasn't disappointed and left 2 hours later armed with information, a solid price and a very fair offer for my sweet old Camry. Fast forward a few more weeks (too many cooks in the car buying kitchen) and Josh's patience and perseverance paid off as I excitedly drove off in my AWD, meteor gray 2015 CX-5 with the Touring pkg, navigation, and remote starter. Just in time for the snow to fly...Josh was fantastic and everyone at Hall Imports provided great service. Will definitely be back!

Faced with thousands of dollars in repairs to my 1997 Saturn, I knew it was finally time to say goodbye to the old girl and start the search for a new (or gently used) car. I spent many hours online checking out local inventory; and a couple of weekends going around to dealerships and taking test drives. I saw a VW listed on Hall's website; but when I got there, it was already gone. Josh suggested some alternatives; and didn't balk when I insisted on something with an automatic transmission. Making the deal was a smooth, low-pressure process; and Josh made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with my Mazda when I picked it up. He even arranged to have my old car taken care of so that I wouldn't have to deal with it. I should have gone shopping at Hall years earlier!

I came in on a Friday afternoon with a car in mind that I noticed online. I was greeted by salesman Jacob couch and my experience from then on was effortless .Jacob did not try to sell me anything I didn't want. He listened and understood what car I wanted to buy and had things in motion instantly . Jacob was also very knowledgeable in every aspect of the sale . He really knew Volkswagen and the cars he had in inventory. He answered every one of my questions accurately and intelligently. Refreshing for a change , keeping in mind the stereotypical salesman which Jacob definitely was not. I would absolutely buy a car here again and have no reason not to seek out Jacob to sell it to me.

We just purchased our 2011 Volkswagen CC from Lynn Ciriaks at Hall VW. Four years ago we came in looking for a new car - and Lynn showed us multiple cars. The brand new 2011 CC stood out among all the rest - gorgeous, safe and fun to drive. It turned out that the lease option was too good to pass up - so we took the four year lease. Now the lease came to an end - and we still love the car - so we bought it. Negotiations were fair and we were treated well all the way through the process of talking with Lynn and then talking to the Hall service team as we decided to certify the vehicle. I shopped around a lot before I bought my 2013 Mazda3, Hall was able to get the exact model and color I wanted faster and cheaper then the other dealerships and I have not looked back since! I Purchased the service plan so my first several oil changes were covered. I am so glad I did because I got to meet all the great people in the service department and they won me over. I got hooked on the great shuttle service too. I drop my car off in the morning and they take me to work and then pick me up again when my work day is over and my car is washed and ready to go when I arrive back at the service department.

I've been a Honda Accord guy for 20 years but after seeing the Mazda 6 I've changed completely. Lynn Ciriacks at Hall was great as well as Dan (the Mazda GM). Chris Scott is a phenomenal guy to work with at Hall Imports. He takes each customer and offer seriously, does extra leg work with his managers, and takes very good care of his customers. Unlike some reps, he genuinely wants to make a deal with his customers and is efficient in doing so. He's a very fair, professional, and a honorable guy in the car business (which I have found to be somewhat rare)!!! If you're looking at cars at Hall Brookfield make sure to ask for Emily. She was extremely friendly and helpful and she helped to make my first car purchase a great experience. All three days I came in I had her full attention and was treated like her only customer. She was very thorough made the whole process quick and easy, but never pressured me or tried to get me in and out as fast as possible. I would also recommend Hall dealership. Multiple sales managers came out to meet me and were very friendly and made themselves available if I had any questions. Also, when I drove off the lot, I noticed there was a tiny crack in the windshield that we didn't catch so I went right back and they had it taken care of within a half hour. My brother also bought his first car from Hall and had a great experience.

I recently purchased a New Mazda 5 after viewing every single vehicle with a third row seating option available at the auto show. The Mazda 5 fit our criteria of seating six adults but having more nimble handling like a car and fitting in our relatively small garage. The gas mileage is also hands down the best of the non-hybrid options and the price is very manageable.We walked into the dealership and were immediately welcomed by a receptionist who flagged down a sales representative within seconds. We ended up working with Josh B. throughout the buying process.We were drawn to some of the nicer amenities in the grand touring (luxury) edition of the Mazda 5 but one of the big draws for getting it was the available manual transmission. Unfortunately, the manual trannie is only available in the entry level sport trim. I asked Josh if he could find a way to either get a grand touring van with a manual transmission brought in or otherwise get a sport version with a manual and add the seats and the bluetooth.He was unable to find anything in the website and the sales manager, Dan, didn't know of any option immediately available. They offered to try to track down some options and told me they would get back to me.In less than a day I got a text from Josh telling me they had found a manual transmission sport van that they could add heated leather seats and bluetooth system to. I went to the dealer I think the next day or the day after that and put down a small deposit so they could start customizing the van. in the week that it took them to get it all done and installed (impressively seamlessly, I should add), I got updates from Josh every day or every other day. Our van was ready for pickup a bit more than a week after that.The whole process was a pleasure. We have two high energy kids that often interrupted us during discussions and Josh was patient and helpful throughout.Van pickup was great. Josh went through everything in the van, including the bluetooth system and even helped us schedule our first service with the service dept. The whole buying/pickup process was very easy. Pricing seemed very fair, and service was beyond expectations. The finance dept didn't pressure me to get any warranties or service plans that I was unsure about and even talked me through a decision to not get a couple of things that weren't worthwhile based on my vehicle and its use. I've only ever bought one other vehicle new and in that occasion I remember being pressured to get the gap insurance. No such thing here. It was explained, I was allowed to say yes or no, and then on to the next item. Loved it.I now have a one of a kind customized Mazda 5 that has everything we wanted on it and nothing we didn't. I have not had any service visits (oil change, etc) yet, but at least my buying experience was great.

Doug has helped friends of our family for years and when my wife wanted a new Mazda it was our turn to visit Doug. We flew in from NYS to purchase a used vw and we were not treated well at all. Gave us a hard time about price, items missing from car that were supposed to be included with car and now wanted to charge us for the items. Got 50 miles away from dealer then find out cruise does not work air pressure light stays on. This is the worst dealership I have every been to. Buyer Beware. Service dept could not answer any questions about the working parts of car. They should be ashamed of themselves. I cannot understand how anyone can give them a good review. They must be friends of the dealership or family. This car had only 25,000 miles and was pre-certified I cant understand how it could be with all the things wrong at time of purchase. Also the oil was dirty dirty dirty so I am sure that was not changed. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I have owned 4 Volkswagen Jettas and all of them have been serviced at Hall for either mechanical and/or body repairs. Any concern that I would ask them to address were investigated and explained to me in terms that I could understand. My last repair was quite extensive but Sean Westhouse, my service advisor, provided timely updates on where they were in the repair process as well as provided me with transportation while my car was being serviced. I can always count on Sean to accommodate any concern I have with my vehicle from the extensive repair I recently experienced to the replacement of a bulb in the headlight. Overall, Hall Imports has continually demonstrated excellent customer service and superior quality in the work they do. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service.

I initially selected Hall based on limited research and price alone but was still truly apprehensive considering the distance between us. I have dealt with dealers in the past that have not lived up to the claims they make and the distance would be a drawback if there was a problem being that I like to do the face to face thing in business. I had all my fears put to rest about long distance or internet sales by Jake and Hall, from the first time I spoke to Jake he made me feel as though he really cared about me getting the right car and not just the opportunity to make a sale. Jake walked me through each process being careful to make sure I understood everything concerning the process also the vehicle I was looking at, he went over the car himself and reported back to me with honesty his findings not to mention he also got me another half point off my financing (He acted as an ADVOCATE) Go figure? I had a problem after getting home with my tires and they immediately took care of it not what I expected...really. I was prepared to get the run around and end up eating the cost of the repair....not so! They stood behind, aside and in front of the car they sold me. I felt like I had purchased a Rolls Royce the way I was treated. I was blessed to spend a weekend at the Ritz Carlton in Chicago and felt that the service there was right out of Heaven and never thought I would experience such again but I was wrong. Jake and Hall Volkswagen has redefined customer service in my book and because of it in 2 years when I am ready to upgrade they will be my choice, they EARNED my business and RESPECT along with it. This is an A1 Dealer and I recommend them in every way, if you want a no gimmick no tricks family experience with fair pricing in your next purchase of a car. LOOK NO FURTHER.

On Wednesday September 25th 2013 I went to the Hall Mazda Volkswagen Dealership. As I entered with my father, immediately we were greeted by a woman with a warm smile behind the front desk. I informed the lady that I was there to see a woman named Pam in regards to purchase a 2014 Mazda 6. When I met Pam, she was very polite and straight to the point. After we exchanged greetings, she introduced my father and I to a gentleman named Scott, Chris who would take care of us. We shook hands and he pointed to the direction to where his desk was and lead the way, offering us both seats. He took the time to listen to find out what exactly I was looking for, which was the Mazda 6 and he gave a thorough description about the vehicle. He informed about the benefits of the vehicle, the interior designs, functions, along with the exterior of the car. He gave an excellent explanation about the warranty for the vehicle which was important to me. He answered every question I had about the vehicle and the finances for the vehicle in a clear and efficient way. He was very patient answering my father's questions in regards to the vehicle as well. I took a test drive of the vehicle and he was inside the vehicle describing specific features about the car that I was not previously aware of. When we returned to his desk he had my father and I sign some paperwork and explained each paper work that was being signed to give a clear understanding of what we were signing to. Throughout the process of signing papers to purchase the vehicle, he offered my father and I beverages, which was very considerate of him. Once all the paperwork was signed, he lead the way to meet another gentleman to finish any other necessary paperwork that needed to be completed. When everything was finished he handed me my car keys and instructed me to where the vehicle was parked. He handed over his business card to me incase I had any other questions or concerns in the near future. Over all I was very satisfied with the customer service Chris gave. He is very professional and he seems experienced in what he does in his career. I certainly recommend Chris to anyone who has an interest in purchasing a Mazda any time in the long run. I came to this dealer out of the blue because they were one of only two dealers in the area that had the car I was looking for. I contacted their sales department via e-mail about the vehicle I was interested in and got a very quick reply with a really good price. They were also able to answer a few questions I had about the car. I came in for a test drive a little while later and met with Lynn. She was very professional, down to earth and low pressure. She was fine with us test driving whatever we wanted without any high-pressure sales pitches. She stuck me as very honest and easy to deal with. I was able to make a deal with her over the phone the following weekend and came in a few days later to pick up the car. I was in and out in around 45 minutes, and a good part of that was her showing me all of the gadgets in the car. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a car dealer in a long time. This place seems to have their stuff together. The finance manager (forgot his name) was also very good, as he was able to secure me financing for less than I was going to get independently without even having to ask. I actually felt like this dealer cared about me getting a good deal. I would definitely come back here again.

I am a college student and I was buying my first car that I myself had to pay for. When I first got to Hall, it was the only dealership I had felt comfortable at. Dayne walked up to my parents and I and was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Any questions I had he either had the answer for or knew where to find it. I had never felt so comfortable with a car salesman before. I told him my situation and how much I was willing to spend on a car and he found me the PERFECT car. I bought a used VW Passat which is absolutely amazing. Once I figured out that was the car I wanted he was great through the whole process, always making sure we felt comfortable with everything. While waiting he offered us refreshments and sat us down in a great seating area. I've had my car now for a year now and whenever I go in for anything they are always super nice and he even remembers me after a year, you can tell he really cares about his customers and what's in their best interest. My mom has also just bought a SUV from there that she absolutely loves. I have recommended many of my friends to Dayne and would recommend anyone that goes to Hall ask for him. He was simply amazing, it was like he knew what we needed and found it for us at a great price.

I knew I wanted a used Volkswagen Jetta, I told Dayne what I wanted, he showed me what they had in stock, and I ended up with more then I asked for! The whole process was a lot easier then I thought it would be. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, and it was great! I would recommend Dayne and Hall to everyone. I have taken my car in for an oil change, and the service department is great as well!

Specifically asked our sales person Andrew Colegrove if our vehicle came with garage door opener. He answered in the affirmative. With the Christmas holiday we didn't get out to sync up until a few days after delivery. Discovered the car does not have garage opening capability. When he answered "yes" to the question, guess we should have replied "show us the button."The car had almost 400 miles on it at time of delivery. No one bothered to verbalize this. Noticed this fact in the "fine print" as the saying goes after the contract was signed and we were bound.We were not given the adapter at time of delivery. When Andrew Colegrove realized his negligence, he phoned and expected us to drive over to pick up rather than suggesting shipping to us.

He not only got us into the car we wanted but worked with finance and stayed within our budget. Dayne Piehl will do everything in his power to help you find what you want. Dayne Peihl is awesome! This dealership is so friendly, honest and upfront. We also worked with Jake Couture, the business manager and he was very friendly and helpful. They all explain things very well and the service is exceptional. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate an 11! I am confident this dealership will meet our needs in the future. The whole staff seemed really nice.

Took my new Jetta in for it's first service and asked them to look at a wheel shimmy. They fixed the wheel shimy but tore up my tire and chewed up my wheel. Picked up the Jetta in the dark and didn't notice it for a few days. Husband took it back and they denied and blamed on me (the same person who got them the new car sale in the first place). Damage is such that it could be done by anyone but a service shop. I now need a new tire and rim on a car with less than 6k miles because of the complete incompetence of the Hall service tech. BEWARE OF HALLS SERVICE DEPT!

I rarely write these types of reviews, but after today's service I feel compelled.Hall VW has serviced a few of my cars across the past 3 years. In each case they have treated my car as if it belonged to one of their family members. VW's are expensive to maintain; it isn't that my cars have broken down regularly or anything of that sort because I find them to be very reliable. VW's just aren't cars that every shop in town can or should work on; thankfully Hall VW is readily available. They do a nice job to offset some of the expense that comes with working on these cars by providing monthly coupons and running specials. I have found them to be a good resource for suggesting preventative services that will save me money and directing me to wait on other services whenever feasible. I guess what I am saying is that they are regular guys that understand that auto repairs can be costly and they do whatever they can to limit those costs.I have found the shop to be extremely honest and friendly. The fact that they have expanded their service hours to include 12 hour days and long hours on the weekend makes it so much easier to schedule my car for repairs around my kids' sports, scouts, and school activities.Today I brought my car in for a check engine light and a rough idle. The prognosis was pretty grim and I was informed the fix was going to run me over $500 parts and labor. They took the time to explain the problem and answer my questions. They did not become defensive or impatient and when I requested that they further investigate the problem they agreed without hesitation.I received a call back later this afternoon and was informed that the repair costs were going to be completely covered by the dealership. When I asked why I was told that they found something that they should have caught 4 weeks earlier when I had brought my car in for routine service. Let me be clear... there is no indication that they caused this problem, but they stepped up and took responsibility for the repairs. What other shop do you know that would ever do this? I'm not a mechanic and how would I ever have known.If you are looking for friendly, honest, and skilled mechanics then you are looking for the folks at Hall VW. I can't guarantee that they are going to fix your ride for free, but I have no doubt they will perform professionally and you will be pleased with the results.

Everyone I worked with was very nice and not at all pushy throughout the entire process. They worked with me to get what I wanted in the nicest car I could get for my situation and desired price point. The very first car they picked to show me ended up being the one. It was just out of reach at the sticker price so they did everything they could with that and the trade in to make it happen.

I wanted to post comments on my recent service visit at Hall. I am new to the area, and brought my 2005 Jetta in for service. My car is now out of the factory warranty and I was apprehensive of what costs might be entailed with a check engine light. The service manager took the time to explain to me in detail the codes that were causing this, and the fix was diagnosed properly. The folks at Hall were real nice and I intend to return there for my service work.

I purchased my car there 2 years ago, but didn't realize this rating site existed until now! Overall, the service I got from them was horrible. I felt very forced into making my decision, and they even made me feel like my trade in wasn't worth a dime (although it was). I just feel that they had bad customer service and did not care at all about my best interest. Not only that, but everyone I encountered had a bad attitude and acted like they were doing me a favor. I regret making my purchase there and advise others not to!

Had a repair on my Volkswagen with an extended warranty by Volkswagen. The mechanic lost all of my paper work that was in the car that had to do with my car. I questioned the service manager about this and he told me I never had the paperwork. How could I have gotten the work done without my paperwork? He insisted that I lost it, and kept telling me that rudely. I will never go there again, and I steer all of my friends in the milwaukee area away from that dealership. Good luck if you go there.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I had my VW Jetta in for some work on a power steering system leak. My car was in the shop for over a week. When I got my car back, it seemed to work fine. Shortly after the service I moved across the country to Arizona. Within a month of moving, a major leak developed in the power steering system which destroyed both the pump and the gear. The dealership who inspected the work in Arizona noticed that the line into the gear was cross-threaded and then sealed with lock-tite. The lock-tite failed causing the leak which led to the destruction of my car's power steering system. Hall VW would not stand behind their work and Volkswagen customer service left me on my own with over $3000 in repair bills. If you're in the market for a VW, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. VW customer service is a joke.
