Sales Rep Brad Turner was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to find us the vehicle that we were looking for (locating one from GA, having drivers go pick it up and bring it back within days). Brad was easy to work with, understood exactly what we were looking for, and made every effort to get us exactly what we wanted. I don’t think we’ve had a better experience with a sales person—and will definitely go back to Toyota (just to work with him!).

I went in to test drive a used car, and my salesperson, George, was great! Helpful, kind, and thoughtful! He walked me through the pricing and details and even gave me some comparisons between the used vehicle I was looking at versus pricing on new ones. Everyone in the dealership was great that I encountered!

A friend of mine had referred me to George McLaughlin at Hall toyota of Elizabeth city and I am very pleased that she did, George was very friendly and professional throughout the entire car buying process. He went above and beyond to help make sure that I was satisfied with my car buying experience, when moving over my plates he also did the front plate that isn't required for him to do I would highly recommend asking for him as your sales person....Tony in the finance department was also very friendly and helpful....Steve and Kris the managers also made sure that I was satisfied with my experience and helpful throughout the process

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First time Hall customer, tried buying 100% by phone and online. The car they brought didn’t match the description. I felt pressured to accept it and take $150 for the backup camera which it didn’t really have. That took some weeks to finally get, by the way. Then I noticed it didn’t have a VA inspection. They had also neglected to have me sign everything. They did pick up the car and had it inspected at one of their dealerships. (Remember this one.) Then it took 2 months to get the tags. Come to find out, they didn’t even send them in to the DMV for about a month. An email to the GM didn’t even get a reply. Then I took it to a local dealership and they found $1,171.08 in repairs that needed to be done. Issues that should have been discovered during the car inspection done at the Hall dealership!! I sent Hall a letter, summarizing everything and requested reimbursement for the $1,171.08. The GM refused, I guess because I missed the 60-day cutoff. Silly old me was waiting for the tags to go get it looked at. (Remember the month delay?) He did offer to buy back the car. Of course he did. Instead of making it right, he was still trying to make money! After my time, effort, hassle, repairs and maintenance I had put into the vehicle by then, it was a much better financial deal for Hall then for me. I doubt I’ll ever hear from them again but maybe they’ll do the right thing and reimburse me the $1,171.08. On a good note, I do like the car! You’ll never hear me say anything bad about a Nissan. I certainly wouldn’t recommend that anyone go to Hall Toyota of Elizabeth City. At least until they get some new management. [EDIT: Check out their reply. At least they made my point for all to see.]
