I unexpectedly had to stop in to have my vehicle checked, after experiencing some car trouble on the road from Denver to northern Wyoming. The receptionist was super nice and had me pull the car into the shop immediately. A tech was running diagnostics on our Juke Nismo within minutes. He explained what we were experiencing with our vehicle and put our minds at ease to continue on our drive. I never expected such speedy and kind service! Wish I could have all service on my vehicle done by Halladay Nissan!

I was frustrated in the beginning and Jeff the service manager made sure that he explained everything and made it right! Kelley in the service department did an excellent job making sure my car was safe! Very friendly staff overall!

I asked that Halladay contact me via phone when my vehicle was finished. They never did. No notification was sent notifying me my vehicle was finished. Filters were replaced without asking for my approval. After pulling out of the parking lot, I now have warning notifications that go off regarding my tires. This was not an issue before the service. Typically my Nissan is washed during service. Not even my windshield was cleaned.

It was a great experience. Everyone had the paperwork work ready for me when I got there since we got everything negotiated the night before on the phone. Had a little over a 3 hour drive and was in a hurry to get back home to go to work. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
