I had a great experience and got all the help I needed with my vehicle. I was able to make my appointment quickly, which was perfect. The issue turned out to be nothing and my routine maintenance was completed perfectly and quickly. I'm very happy and will be returning for any future service needs. Update: a year and a half after buying my certified used vehicle. I'm still happy with Halleen and all the great workers there! I highly recommend this location and the great staff there.

These guys are just awesome. Provided me with accurate information on my repairs, told me what to expect with the warranty company (that part actually went better than we thought it would) did the work in a timely manner and really went above and beyond. Plus I took advantage of the managers special for detailing and wow! My car looks amazing. Kudos to Tom and the team. Thanks! update:04/09/2021 The car engine blew. Should have been under warranty based on what Kia Halleen told us at time of purchase - but it wasn't. And they would do NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING for us. Upon further inspection - turns out Kias are well known for blown head gaskets and engines that can NOT be repaired. That right - the days of machining the cylinders and putting on a new head gasket are gone. 7 out of 9 mechanics advised that I ditch the car because it can't be fixed. Updating my review to reflect that nightmare that followed me shortly after posting a previous 5-star review of the dealership.

Always available when appointment is scheduled . Usually a time is given so that you know how long you're going to be there. Very accommodating if the time is longer than you wish. Service managers advise if there are additional expenses that might be incurred and allow you to decide if you want those to be taken care of. Prices are reasonable considering how expensive cars are these days. Never had to return for follow-up

I had the best experience when purchasing my new car. Martial at N.Olmsted is an amazing salesman and was so patient and helpful. They were very helpful with customer service in getting the technology set up on my vehicles. They have been honest and do not play games as many other dealerships do.
