I needed a more fuel efficient car for my hour commute to work everyday. I drove to Hallmark Ford from Oxford because I knew they would have a great selection to choose from. Clint Powers greeted me as soon as I stepped out of my truck. I told him what I was looking for and within 3 minutes we had already found the car that I would end up buying. The process of doing all the paper work was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Hallmark to anyone who is looking for great customer service and a place that will treat you like they were family

We took our F-250 diesel to this dealership because we had heard our friends bragging about the friendly and professional treatment they had been receiving at Hallmark Ford. We will now be the ones bragging on Hallmarks service from this point on. We had taken my f-250 to other repair shops previously and had very mixed results. That was not the case at Hallmark we are 100% satisfied and will return.

I have had just about every experience at a car dealership you could imagine both good and bad. I felt it necessary to commend Hallmark Ford for what I consider great service and great attitude from my recent trip to their service department. Mack and Cassie were helpful in describing what I was up against and then contacted me sooner than I was expecting to let me know what they found I told them to fix it. When it was ready to pick up I couldn't get there till after they closed and Mack waited for me to arrive so that I could take my now fixed car home. I really appreciated the extra effort from Hallmark Ford. Thanks !

I had the greatest experience at Hallmark Ford of Batesville and the customer service was above the best I have ever encountered, From the time I entered the lot and met Mr. George Chunn I was treated like I was the only person at the place and he spend the time to show me all I want to know about the vehicle I had planned to purchase and made my decision much easier, I would like to say to Mr. Mark Hefner and Mr.Chad Hefner thanks for come and checking on my purchase made me feel so important. We took my wife's ford focus to hallmark ford because the air conditioner was not blowing cold. We took it to them on a Saturday and they said they maybe able to get to it if not it would be Monday. We called Monday afternoon and the car still had not been looked at and the service manager Amanda was not very friendly or helpful. Tuesday afternoon they said they had found the problem and the car was ready to be picked up and it would be 225.00 because there was a leak but they had fixed it and everything was fine. We picked the car up Wednesday morning and the air was still hot so we called and they said bring it back. We brought it back Wednesday afternoon left it overnight. My wife and I both travel for work so we had to borrow a vehicle from someone while they were "working" on her car. We get a call Thursday afternoon saying that a sensor had gone out and it would cost us 750.00 to repair it. My wife and I both thought what wa costing so much was the part but when we got the bill the part only cost 25.00 the rest was "labor". The first time they said they "fixed" they didn't even test it to see if it was blowing cool air because even the worst mechanic would have been able to tell they hadn't fixed it. The service manager Amanda has to be one of the worst reps ever to work in a service department and the mechanics can't be much better. They are way over priced I will never go back I would rather drive to Oxford to Belk Ford they are much more helpful and a l,to more reasonable in their pricing.

Hallmark Ford is locally owned and operated. No hassles! The sells men/women are excellent and courteous. If they don't have it, they'll find it. I had a dealer, Clint Powers, find a Toyota Camry with specific year model, color, and options. He not only found one that day, but bargained the price down from the other dealer. We have also purchased a new Ford Explorer from him. There was a problem with the bluetooth and the dealership had it fixed in just a few days and offered me an equivalent vehicle off their lot to drive. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!
