Debbie was so nice and kind from the moment we called the dealership, which pushed us to drive up there and check out the place. From the minute we were there she gave us her full attention. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable in both high end cars and the Chevy classics. She did not pressure us into purchasing the vehicle, we felt very comfortable around her. This was the best experience I ever had buying a car.

I had a great experience working with Joe Queen, the body shop manager, while my vehicle was in for repair after a traffic accident. Joe was very thorough during the entire process, from the initial visit to the pickup once the car was repaired. Joe was especially professional when dealing with my insurance agent who caused some delay in my claim. But I always had confidence that Joe was acting in my best interest as a customer and I appreciated that.

Got my car! Dan was so so helpful. He listened to me and my needs. He offered recommendations and guidance regarding the car purchase and finances. Dan kept in touch during the whole process and even after I signed the deal and got the car. I love my car and I am grateful to Dan. I got a nail in the tire within a month of purchase, I called and they took really good care of my car. I got the tire wheel protection, so it was no cost to me. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and got a car for my needs.

It took Hamilton Service two weeks to start on the repair of my Avalanche ? In the interim the vehicle just sat in you lot. Once You started it was a little over one day to get the job done. My request that you review the recall listing on this vehicle for this item was not followed up by the dealership and now I have to go it alone with Chevy Central office. The repair could have been handled in a more timely manner and with a little more understanding,

This is a warning for anyone that is considering purchasing a used car from this retailer: DON'T DO IT. My granddaughter purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox from them as well as a warranty they advised her to get. It turns out, the warranty they sell you will not cover everything. My granddaughter's car has had a plethora of issues and the dealer themselves has said to her that they probably should not have sold her that car. They tried to charge her over $600.00 for a diagnostic. Until I called them and they told me they would not. Be careful! If I had not complained, it's likely they would have taken her for a ride.
