Chip did a great job. I was not pressured in any way. He got me the price I needed in order to buy the truck. Chip went over the entire truck with me explaining the operations of the vehicle's features and accessories. My overall experience was very very good. This is the second vehicle I purchased and I would recommend Hamilton Nissan to my friends.

Johnathan Harper did an exceptional job making sure we were happy with the vehicle. We went above and beyond while out on the test drives. He took the time before we left to setup the hands free device and showed us how to setup other devices. He made sure we were comfortable with all the car before we left the lot. Everyone was friendly and the process was done quickly.

I purchased here for the free oil changes and car washes that Hamilton calls Dealership for life. I drive a lot of miles and thought the oil changes alone would make it worthwhile. After about 9 oil changes and waiting for 2.5 - 3 hrs each time even with an appointment, numerous broken wheel studs (ever hear of a torque wrench) and stripped bolts for simple service I gave up. I can only imagine the headaches if I ever needed an actual repair. Spoke with service Manager Jason on several occasions and now when he sees me in dealership he turns the other way (great customer service there!). also, notice on these reviews that dealership only responds to the positive ones.

We had a situation where he had to sell back a recently purchased vehicle due to a medial issue. We were well treated and they went out of their way to make things as easy as possible on us -- even sending a runner to take care of the title for us. They offered a good price and were respectful of our situation.

I spoke to Reginald Cousins regarding Nissan Titan I found on Car Guru.com, after talking with him I drove down there and test drove the truck. The price was a bit out of my range and the best they offered to me would be $500 off of the original sticker. I refused to make a deal, and Reggie did not pressure me at all. After 2 days went by, the dealership lowered the same truck by $700 and when I called them they reduced it another $950. The deal on the truck was decent, and Reggie is an excellent sales person. He even sat along with my one year old in the back of the truck while I test drove it. Very pleasant and professional person. Would def. recommend him to anyone.Manager Rick was a bit rude, and aggressive, told me that they would match my banks APR of 3.59% with theirs of 3.79%. I told him that I will go with my bank and he said (after rudely not willing to drop the price on the truck) is it really worth it to go with your bank because of that .2%? So I told him of course it is. It is my money. And he had some nerve to even ask me that after he did not want to go any lower on the truck. Finance manager Ashley Lowman was very pleasant and professional. Not pushy with any of the extended warranties, so that is definitely a plus. Warranty on certified vehicle seems very decent, however I just purchased the truck so I do not know how the service will be.

After numerous times of sitting in the waiting room for hours waiting on a simple oil change which has taken twice as long as it should I have had enough. One my most recent visit I had an appointment for 9:15 my car was still parked out back at 10:20. I requested my keys and went home without service. Don't be fooled by Dealer Ship for Life. This is not an isolated problem, I have heard many times service will get better but nothing has changed. I have given up on Hamilton Nissan

While my car was being repaired, Hamilton Nissan consistently kept me informed by phone and email about the progress of the repairs. My car was ready before they promised it would be and when we went through the inspection we found no problems at all! They did a great job on the repairs!

I very much appreciated the no pressure approach at Hamilton Nissan. Especially with regard to the after purchase add-ons. Both the salesman and the finance manager were exceptional in this respect. The finance manager still has me thinking about purchasing the extension. I like the fact that the offer he provided is still good for 30 days so there is no need to make the decision on the spot unless I planned to roll it into the loan (which I did not plan to do). Again, all done in no pressure exchanges.

I was looking into purchasing a used 2006 Ford Explorer when I encountered Mr. Alvin Baylor (Salesperson) who suggested I test out the new 2015 Nissan Rogue. It was a well-chosen fit for me. The dealership for life program is a trap to suck you into crappy service for the life of your car. Have been extremely aggravated several times with the service. Don't let the "free" oil changes bait you in. Called for an appt,, was told my services this time were free, only to find out when I got there that there were 3 things I had to get done totalling to keep my "lifetime engine warranty." Another time, spent $2,000 while they "tried" this, then that, then yet another thing because they "thought" it would fix my problem, but none of the things fixed my problem. If they can't figure out what's wrong with a vehicle and exactly what needs to be done to fix it, then they aren't professionals.

I searched the internet for a 2013 Nissan Altima and came across one that I loved on Hamilton's Website. Ashley contacted me right away and got the paper work ready. When I arrived at Hamilton to test drive, the car was out front and ready for me. I was greeted upon entering building and they brought out John to finish the sale. He was great had wonderful people skills and was very helpful. This was the easiest and smoothest car purchase I have ever had. I would recommend John Combs as your car salesman.

After putting less than 1500 miles on a $15,000.00, 2006 truck with a little over 100,000 miles on it, i had to purchase a new engine. Since then i have had problems with the rear end, which just got repaired, and the rear window leaked like there was no window. All of this costing me around $6400.00 since i purchased the truck in August 2012. After the engine failed and i had a master ase certified mechanic that specializes in jasper remanufactured engines, install the new engine. I talked to Hamilton and showed them the receipt while being open to what they would offer to help with. I am appalled to the response from Derek Hamilton without consideration and abruptly said there is nothing they can do. I sure hope he enjoyed his 3 week vacation that he was about to go on immediately after dealing with me! I will be sure to give that business free advertisement with the same consideration that i received.

I've been dealing with Hamilton Nissan for quite some time. I bought 2 vehicles from them just this year. Both of which, have been painless, quick, and worry free purchases. Will is one of the best saleman I've ever experienced. I recently went in to find a new vehicle for my wife with a specific budget in mind. Which meant we were looking at a Nissan Sentra. She originally wanted an SUV or bigger car like the Altima. She test drove the Sentra and were not happy with it. Will walked around the lot for less than 10 minutes and found 2 completely different cars within our pricerange that we never thought to look at because of the window sticker price. She had the choice of the Juke or the Altima. The SUV or the bigger car! I was happy with the price. Will's job was done and all that was left was for my wife to make up her mind. THATS the way buying a car should be. Will made it a point to give us space to make our own decision without interferring. He never pressured us to buy a certain car. You tell him what your looking for. He finds it. After the decision was made. The car was ours and we were driving off the lot within an hour. at 8pm on a saturday night! We were never pressured to hurry up because they wanted to go home. The reason the deal was so fast was because Ronnie, the finance manager was lightning with the paperwork, tags, title, and whatever else he has to do. I went in there thinking, " I will never get suckered into an extended warranty " by the end of the night I was thanking him because he showed me in black in white that it actually lowered my APR % and only added 3 more months to my payment and did NOT raise my monthly payment a single penny. Now my new vehicle is covered for TEN YEARS bumper to bumper for only 3 more payments. A simple thing that will give me peace of mind knowing I'll never have to worry about out of pocket expenses. He knows his job like no other and I will not trust another dealership like I do Hamilton Nissan. Hamilton Nissan's Dealership for Life is amazing. New or Used. Preventive maintence is COMPLETELY free. plain and simple. I'll never pay for another oil change again. what more could you ask for really?

Hamilton is great for service. They did an oil change, rotation and wash in about 40 minutes. Alex was very friendly and informative and the waiting area was nice and clean. I go to Hamilton not because I need to, but because I want to. Most of the work on my old car gets done on the side, and I get hands on with most of it. When they did a rotation, they checked out the pad wear and wrote measurements on the multi point (very good). On June 8th, the techs in the quick lube measured 4/32" on the front brake pads, warranting a pad replacement soon. Since then, I have driven to NYC and Suffolk, VA, putting about 2000 miles total on it since then. Today, however, when I finally got around to putting front pads on the car, the pads measured about 6/32" - to the indicators. I was a little surprised and disappointed. I had already bought the new pads and had the calipers off the rotors, and due to a little abnormal wear on one side, I went ahead and replaced the front pads. This has nothing to do with the advisor; Alex was great and extremely nice, he was only relaying the info given to him. My only concern is that someone else may not be as understanding about this as I am, so its something that should be monitored and resolved.

From the minute I stepped onto the lot to test drive a Murano to the moment I was driving one home the staff here were exceptional. Harry Green was the salesman and very genuinely friendly, knowledable and low pressure. So easy to work with. James the numbers guy, got me the deal and price I was happy with and Ronnie took us through all of the paperwork, patiently explaining everything even though it was heading towards 9 PM. A great team and I would highly recommend this dealership and their staff.

I had my altima in for collision repair and the collision department did an awesome job on my car. It looked brand new both inside and out. It was professional, high quality work that was demonstrated by the collision repair department. The staff at the collision repair center needs to be commended on such outstanding work. This is the second occurance that I have had work done with them and both times they have went above and beyond my expectations. They produce high quality repairs very professionally. They need to be commended for work well done. I have bought my altima in 2008 and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the entire dealership, sales, service and collision repair. The staff at Hamilton Nissan are very professional yet friendly and personable. The sales staff have been excellent in both of my purchases(My 2008 Altima and also my 2010 Sentra). I have had my vehicles in multiple times in the service department for routine maintenance(you cannot beat the lifetime car washes, oil changes and tire rotations)and every time I have been greated with a smile from the service center personnel. They have done excellent service work in a minimal amount of time. I don't know if there is anything else that I could expect from them as they outdo themselves each time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was looking to buy a 2011 Toyota 4Runner. I found a great used one here, and the price was reasonable. I don't think that you'll find any dealership with used vehicles 1,000-3,000 under the competition. Facilities were nice, staff was friendly, overall, great truck, great price. Will check them out again.

I gave Marie and Hamilton Nissan a 5 star rating because they gave 5 star service! Marie was very low-pressure, friendly, efficient, and a lot of fun to be around! The finance guy Ron was also very pleasurable to work with, he had everything loaded and ready to be signed the minute we got into the finance office. It was such a pleasant car buying experience I can not wait to go back and visit them for service(which is included in their lifetime engine guarantee!!) The dealership is super clean and everyone looked like they were having a fun time! After my previous post the co-owner and service manager contacted me and we made arrangement to clear up this matter. I now feel like a valued customer and the staff has gone out of their way to make us happy. Even though Nissan would assist us, Hamilton Nissan has gone the extra mile to make this problem right. We have agreed to pay for the parts and Hamilton Nissan will cover the labor. I wouldn't recommend Nissan at all. We purchased a new vehicle in 2005(our 3rd Nissan and talked 3 other family members into purchasing a Nissan).Mentioned a noise that it had but the service department couldn't find anything.As time went on the warranty ran out in 2010 and then the Nissan company in 2010 posted on the web that the problem that we mentioned has now been found and will cost the owner over $1000.00 to fix. The Nissan company doesn't feel that is should be a recall and shouldn't assist the consumer even though the problem was reported. Very disappointed! We were life long customers but we will not purchased another Nissan or recommend them.

Hello, I'm writing you guys because yesterday j had the most horrible attention I have ever received in my life. First of all something was not right with my paperwork and they treated me like crap sorry about that word. They held at me and my girlfriend and called me a liar. They told me I wasted everybody's time and to me that was just horrible. Neither the store manager Mr. Souders had the decency to come up to me and say hey you know what we're really sorry you couldnt buy your car today, but please come back to us once you've taken care of the paperwork. Honestly that was very poor service. I'm going to make sure everyone I know is aware of what kind of people they'll be dealing with if they ever think about buying a car from them and also how bad and pOor customer service attention is.

I was rushed to make a deal so that Hamilton could make their quota. They told me the dealership would not honor the $4000 cash back incentive under the Nissan tent event sale unless I purchased by June 30th, even though nissanusa.com clearly states the offer is valid through July 5. They quoted me an origional APR of 12%, then 8.5%, then 14.6%. After confirming with Capital One, the bank that made the offer, my APR was actually 13.8% the whole time. Hans tried to make me feel guilty about my credit score. He was also very rude to me and treated me as if he didnt care whether I bought a car from them or not. He rarely returned my calls. EJ was pleasant to work with, but between the 2 of them, there was alot of dishonesty and quite a few "mistakes." After I agreed to let them rush the deal and close on the 30th, they had me running around all day that day faxing and scanning documents to them, despite the fact I was at work. At the end of the day they said the bank didnt like my pay stub and we would have to wait until the 1st to move forward. They said the bank would not accept my vacation earnings as part of my total income. I later confirmed with Capital One that my vacation earnings were never an issue. I ended up walking away from the deal and purchasing with Herb Gordon Nissana--a stress free transaction that took less than 3 hours to complete. I understand dealers need to make money--I never tried to make any unreasonable offers. I also understand they need to make quota and I was willing to help them do that. The bottom line is, I didnt mind paying 415.00/mo for the car, nor did I mind agreeing to a 13.8% APR. I would have done so with that dealership if they had just been straightforward and treated me with more professional and ethical standards. Go to Herb Gordon if you want a fair deal without the stress!!!

took my paper work in on a thursday, Salesman called on friday said we were approved f or a new Altima. Sign the papers and was told Capital One finance it. The intrest rate was 19% because we just came out of bankruptcy. 2 weeks later they said the loan did not go through. I was shocked!!!Liars and sneeks. There was a paper in our paper work that said they have 7 business days to get you a loan. I have nenver herd of such a thing. I thought once youe signed a contract it was a done deal. NOT WITH THEM.BBB will be contacted. Please read everything put in front of you.

I love Hamilton Nissan because the staff are so perfossional, they always advise me on what they are doing before they do it and give me the options to accept the services offered, they always make sure that I understand what they are doing and why, Don always treats me like a friend not just a customer or dollar sign. I always come away feeling like I got the best service available. They check what you specifically request but they don"t stop there, they have excellent preventive maintenance services as well. EJ was great in his customer service and was able to change our minds from buying a used car to a new Nissan Maxima. He was very informative and helpful in getting us a good deal. When returning for the final figures the price was several thousand less than we had discussed. My husband questioned the price (we were ready to sign) and EJ returned to the sales manager to find that he had processed the wrong car. I asked them to honor the price or expected to at least meet us half way and still purchase the car. The sales manager (Hans ?) simply stated that he made a mistake and did not offer any compassion or sincere apology for the mistake (He offered to put a spoiler on the car and made sure we knew that it was worth $550). We left the dealership to continue our car search. I feel very bad for EJ. He did a great job as a sales person, spending a great deal of time and patience with us to make a sale. Great job EJ!!!

Bought car in winter time so never got to try the A/C and the other day it was very warm out so i decided to try the A/C and the compresser kept turning on then right off. So i was in Hamilton Nissans Area and stopped in at first i wasnt helped right away, but then Teresa proceeded to assist me. I explained to her what my issue was and she told me it would cost me since it wasnt under my extended warranty. I didnt have any money on me and i mentioned that i bought the car during the winter time. So she stepped out for a few minuets to talk to the sales manager and came back with the news i was so happy to recieve. The dealership was going to check out my problem for free. I went and had a seat in the customer lounge and about an hour went by i saw my car in the service lane all ready to go. Teresa explained what the issue was and that the problem was fixed with a zero bill for me. I am so far happy with my experiance with Hamilton Nissan in Hagerstown, MD. and with the fast friendly service i recived from Teresa Carpenter.

Teresa is an absolute delight to deal with! She always goes out of her way to be helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and courteous. She is part of the reason I keep coming back for all my service appointments. The mechanics that work on my car are always thorough, competent, and speedy. I have never had to take my car back because something was not done right, or left undone. They are the best. My 115,000 mile Murano drives like it's brand new.Thanks, Hamilton. Theresa has been my service adviser since I purchased my Titan. She has been extremely friendly, helpful, professional, courteous to me and to anyone I have seen her interact with. She is a true asset to Nissan and Hamilton. I do not have anything else to say to fill in the 250 min characters.

The major reason I bought another Nissan was because of Teresa Carpenter, my service account mgr. She has always returned my calls, answered my questions no matter how stupid the question may be, treated me professionally, friendly and HONESTLY!! I TRUST her and therefore trust the dealership. This is my second NISSAN and although I don't think my 2010 runs quite as smoothly as my 2006 (which I gave to my nephew and it is still doing great and he loves it)and I had a front tire blow out on me even though it was only 9 months old and I had to buy two new tires, I am happy I chose another Nissan. The service includes lifetime oil changes and tire rotations and they provide a shuttle to and from work when I have to have my car serviced and for a single person this is wonderful.

Will was very informative and helful while working out all of my car details during the buying process. Will and the other salesmen made me laugh and made sure I was comfortable while there. I felt taken care of. Rick spent a lot of time going over all of the final paper work and helping me make the very best decisions for my coming years of caring for my vehicle. I am updating my previously favorable review. I bought my BRAND new 2011 Nissan Altima on April 16 and my initial experience felt good. It immediately went dowhill. Within the first 30days of leaving HAMILTON NISSAN dealership in HAGERSTOWN, MD I was in the service department two times. The first for a bluetooth taht didn't work--easily fixed by pushing in a battery back--but cost me about 1/2 day riding back and forth and sitting in dealership! Seems like something simple they should know to check for huh? The second issue is a huge nightmare that has not been resolved to my satisfaction. I took my car through a car wash..soap and water began leaking onto my feet. It was coming from behind the glove compartment. I called the dealership on Saturday...by Monday at 1pm..no return call...so I called back.. I did take the car in..because the dealership found evidence of the leak...but could not get it to do the same leak in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT carwash...their solution is to tell me, and I quote, "TAKE IT TO A DIFFERENT CARWASH FROM NOW ON!" This is a direct quote from the service writer, shop foreman, and from DEREK HAMILTON--dealership owner himself. He further told me that if I wanted to keep bringing my car in, he would be "happy to rip my car apart!" I asked him if he would please take it to the same carwash I drove through...which is the same carwash on every corner in my town, and he refused!" He told me that he was, "Sorry I didn't get it!" "Sorry I couldn't accept it!" "But he did all he was going to do for me!" The shop foreman, service writer, and salesperson all admitted when I asked them if someone basically told them their car was not sealed water-tight and that they needed to ride around and find a low-pressure carwash or use a garden hose to wash their car if that would be an acceptable solution for them? They all said that it would not... It seems like the only person this sounds acceptable to is DEREK HAMILTON DEALERSHIP OWNER...who is likely not driving around with wet feet. At this point, my first car payment is not even due. I have escalated my complaint to the Nissan Executive Office in TN, and am also researching what remedy I may have under the MD lemon laws. Under no circumstance would I recommend purchasing a car from HAMILTON NISSAN in Hagerstown, MD. It is very sad as is this the second vehicle I purchased there. My last experience with them years ago was great and my heart was set on an Altima. I am sooo disappointed. Now they have my purchase money...nobody cares about finding the source of the issue and ensuring it is completely resolved. I have found other similar complaints to mine on the internet with other Nissan models! If you are set on an Altima..go to Chambersburg and buy it.

Hamilton Nissan did a good job of making sure that I knew all of my financing options before I traded in my old car for a new one. The finance dept. also informed me of the extra "insurance" options that were worth the investment and those that were a waste of money.

We were greeted buy Sean immediately upon arrival to the car dealer. He was friendly and seemed to have a can do attitude. We had already been approved for a car loan with check in hand, but Sean took the extra time to run the numbers for us and got us a better rate. He also negotiated to get us in the car we wanted. We had an appointment the next day with a different nissan dealer, but because of Sean's hard work, hamilton won our business. Sean said he was only on the job for three weeks.... but you sure could not tell that from our end. He acted like a pro!

I contacted this dealership via the internet looking for a second vehicle to run up and down the road to work. From the time I first dealt with Ron Parsons until the time I had actually purchased was very short. I did the pre approved application on line, and approx. 40 minutes later Ron called asking me when I wanted to pick up my new car. Another great part of the deal is the Dealership for life program. When I do eventually need another new vehicle I will, without a doubt talk to Ron first.

My car broke down and I had it towed to Hamilton Nissan. My service man was Ed Key who is an outstanding service man. My car was diagnosed as engine damage. As it was still under warranty, he informed me of what I needed to present to Nissan. During the whole process, he was curteous and efficient and made my experience as pleasurable as he could so as not to inconvience me. I believe Ed Key went above and beyond his duties and I would certainly recommend Hamilton Nissan.

Sean was very curtious and concerned to see that we got the vehicle we wanted and at the price we wanted. We were pleased with the experience. We got the vehicle we wanted, the trade-in we wanted, the financing we wanted and the discount we wanted. We had done our homework ahead of time and knew what the market value was.

Dwain Souders is an excellent car salesman, he listen and respected our concerns/ budget that we felt comfortable with and found a vehicle to suit for my Wife and I. With a growing family we needed a little more room in a vehicle which led us to look at the Altima. Which was a perfect fit and value for us at this time. Went above and beyond to match my nearby dealer's offer. Extremely friendly and willing to help. No pressure, whatsoever. It's nice to know that potential customers can still have a plesant car buying experience. There are at least 10 Nissan dealerships that are closer to me, but I was and will always be willing to make the trip to Hagerstown for the opportunity to work with this dealer again. A+

Bradley and Ron took great care of me. I traveled from Cincinnati Ohio to get the exact truck I wanted from Hamilton Nissan and not only did they have exactly what I wanted but they had it cheaper than anyone else. Bradley and Ron both took exceptionally good care of me before, during, and after the sale. I would definitely buy from Hamilton Nissan again.

I had a small issue with my new car and Hamilton Nissan jumped through hoops to satisfy me and they did a wonderful job of it. The service dept people are kind and helpful and wanting to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received. Mr. Hamilton also called to make sure I was satisfied. I love my car and am quite sure I will be dealing with them for all of my cars in the future. Kudos to them all.

The people at Hamilton are fantastic. Mr. Souders was very helpful in helping us purchase our Santa Fe. My husband and I liked the fact that all the paperwork was handled right there and we didn't have to do any leg work. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Hamilton Nissan and salesman Dwayne Souders.I found my experiance great with working with Dwayne.I had my first car serviced at Hamilton also and found the service manager very helpfull and friendly.I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle or recommend Hamilton to anyone that is in the market for an auto.

This dealer does a program where when you car is serviced they will wash your car for free. I was very Happy with this customer and started bring my Subaru to this dealer also. I was told that not only if I bought my Car here, that if I got my Cars service here that I could get my car washed any time to just stop by and they would do this. Well all was well till we had snow and a YOUNG snotty salesmen said we will not wash your car because you did not buy it here, then the sales manager went on to say the same thing, but because it was XMAS that it was OK. I got in my car and left. For being a sales manager, he did not think it thru, as my daughter was in the start of buying a Nissan Altma (2 Door). Guess what, it will not happen at this dealer, because of a 5 dollars car wash. Great service department, very poor sales department, they talk before they think
