Literally best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! Billy has been nothing but awesome through everything! Having a toddler, it was so nice to have everything done and ready for us to sign papers and be out the door with keys in hand in 5 minutes! Wish I would’ve just came here in the first place when looking for a vehicle!

I purchased an F150 from Hamsmith Motors and had an excellent experience. Chris worked with me to find the right price and trade in for my existing vehicle. When picking up the vehicle all paperwork was ready in advance, the truck was in sparklkng clean condition and there was no 'pushy salesman' tactics at all - a refreshing change! I will be back to Hamsmith and will reccomend to anyone i know who is looking for a used vehicle.

This guy sold a pickup truck with severe rust damage on the frame. We weren’t able to notice it until we were using it to pull a trailer and the towing frame completely collapsed. Thank god we were on the farm and not driving 75 on the hwy. Our local body shop inspected it and said the truck is extremely dangerous to operate. After about 2-3 wks we returned the truck to the dealership as it was not even safe to use anymore... We bought the truck in cash and the owner didn’t even give a full refund for the useless and hazardous pickup he sold us. We acquired this pickup in good faith expecting it to operate not perfect, but decently. We didn’t expect to lose a few thousand dollars to a business that doesn’t value their customers... We understand it was just a bad pickup, okay. But despite that, the owner cared more about profit than taking care of the customer.

If you want a no pressure, transparent, vehicle buying experience go see Hamsmith. Chris went out of his way to make sure we had all our questions answered and was available to us throughout the process. We were specifically looking for one type vehicle which we ended up getting but they had a wide array of vehicles! When we look for our next vehicle we will definitely go back.
