I recently was at Handy Buick with my wife and daughter to purchase a used vehicle. We were helped by Emma. She was a people person for sure. She made the 3 hr trip there worth it for us. From her greeting when we arrived to finalizing the deal, she was great at making us feel welcomed. Matt on the financial side was also great at helping us to understand everything as well. Handy Buick for sure is a place worth going to for your next vehicle. They will treat you right.

Had a great experience buying a new GMC Terrain. Hope was our salesperson and was fantastic. Never pushed us to buy but was very personable and hospitable. She made the whole sales experience easy and honest. Would recommend Handy GMC to anyone looking to get a new or used car.

Had been looking for a Truck for a while. There was one well within the price I was looking for at Handy's. My wife and I went up to St. Albans from Burlington late Friday. I had called ahead and the Vehicle was waiting when I got there and they assigned Sales Rep Emma to assist us. I have purchased numerous vehicle in the past and have never had such a pleasant welcome and absolutely zero pressure or questions when meeting Emma. Emma talked with us for a while, not trying to sell us something just questions about us, like she was getting to know us! Emma gave us the keys and just ask that we be back within a half hour or so. Upon the return from the test drive my wife and I decided this was the truck we wanted. When I talked to Emma again there was absolutely zero pressure, we told Emma we wanted the vehicle and said we would come back on Saturday to complete the deal. The next day I returned to do the paperwork, I spent about an hour talking to Emma about a lot of different subjects while Matt did up the paperwork. When Matt put the paperwork in front of me there was absolutely no hidden expenses, it was the vehicle, the title fee, the taxes, and a doc fee, that was it! Gave Matt what i owed them, he returned about 15 minutes later and we were done! It took longer for me to get my last Cell Phone than to buy this truck! My previous truck I was at the another dealer ship for over four hours! Emma and Matt were outstanding and made me feel so comfortable and like I was among friends. I will definitely purchase at Handy Buick GMC Cadillac again. Thank you for such a great experience.

I had an unpleasant experience with the dealer. I purchased a truck and just before I went to pick it up it was sold. I read the reply from Mr Handy and I understand something like this can happen since the order was placed over the phone, it is not fair to leave a negative review. I appreciate he took the time and address my concern and I am sure their hard work will leave many other customers happy. Wish them best of luck.

Bought a used Buick from this dealer today. Things I did NOT encounter: gimmicks, surprises, empty promises, bogus fees. Things I DID encounter throughout the entire experience: honesty, transparency and genuine willingness to help, even if it meant going out of the way. At different stages of the purchase process I came in contact with Tanner, Emma and Dan and everything I said above is true about each of them. I must admit that I approached my visit to the dealership with a degree of apprehension (after having encountered lots of questionable business practices at other dealerships before), but now that the purchase is complete, I see that in this case it was completely misplaced.
