Great and fast service. Robert Mattison was immediately responsive, informative and super nice to work with. He was able to help me and my husband and resolve open issues fast. JULY 2021 update - Adding to this review. I purchased a vehicle with Handy Toyota. I worked with Cody, Aaron and Kyle. Everyone was extremely responsive, helpful, transparent and kind. Great experience overall and I highly recommend Handy Toyota for anyone wanting to purchase a car or to get service. The follow up since I've bought the car has been great and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

We drove 120 miles from our home in New York to check a used Toyota 4-runner Limited that had been advertised on several search sites. The vehicle appeared as listed and, after a test drive and some discussion with the staff, we bought the Runner and returned home with our new purchase. Our salesperson, Jesse, was very friendly and attentive and understood what we wanted and stayed on topic during our discussions. Dennis , who was responsible for much of the paperwork, was both efficient and entertaining. Lastly, Jamie introduced himself and welcomed us to the dealership and asked if we had any other questions. We would definitely recommend Handy Toyota to anyone interested in a new or used car purchase.

Looking for a new vehicle is always stressful. You always want a vehicle that’s going to last and not cost you a lot in repairs down the road (or right off the lot). I felt the best way to get a feel for a trusty vehicle was to ask a sales guy his opinion. Being cold and wet out, I had to look online. After browsing I filled out an application and within a day I was contacted by Cody, one of their sales reps. After talking with Cody about what I was looking for. He helped to point me in the direction of a Toyota. He said they are some of the most reliable vehicles around. He also mentioned that the resale value of Toyota’s are usually higher than the resale value of other vehicles. This really helped in my choice of which manufacturer to buy from. Love the car, the sales rep was awesome and down to earth, and the overall experience was super easy. I highly recommend checking out their online inventory and talking over any car questions you have. Great place!

Bought a 2019 highlander about 3 months ago from here. Went to get an oil change maybe 2 weeks ago dropped it off also told them I was hearing a clunking noise while driving over bumps. Asked them to check that out while they had it. Get a call saying they didn’t hear the noise but the car was all set. And that they had to change the breaks.( we shouldn’t have been needing to change breaks after 3 months of having a vehicle) We go pick the car up. On our way home the car starts smoking. We give them a call. They wanted us to bring the car back to them (it was 5:45 when we called them) but they couldn’t promise anyone would be there because they close at 6:00. So we chanced it finished driving home. When we got home the rim was over 500 degrees. We bring the car back to them Monday morning. I couldn’t sit and wait so I had to fight for a rental. They check the car out. They put the pins in incorrectly so the breaks had seized up and that’s why the car was smoking. They end up giving us a call to pick up the car. We got there to pick up the car. They charged us for the rental. Sent us on our way with the same smoked breaks but this time with the pins correctly put in. We spent over $500 for smoked breaks and a rental that we should have never needed in the first place. Needless to say the experience we had here at handy Toyota was AWFUL. We will never suggest them to anyone we know.

everything about the experience with Matt D & Kyle was smooth. We looked at a number of Tacoma's and found the perfect one for our needs. Matt was gracious and thoughtful and never pushy. He quickly got trucks out and ready to test drive while I was out in another. I would 100% recommend Handy - there selection was the best in the area and their customer service was extremely high. Great job guys.
