They don’t know how to provide good customer service. Went there for regular servicing under our 2 year warranty and they didn’t even change the engine oil. It should be changed every 6 months or 5000 miles whichever comes first. This is pathetic. Never been this disappointed with any dealer.

No need to explain for one star. If you guys more humble and provide good customer and quality service then I might change it to 5 stars. Good luck for bad relationships with customer

Great place to buy a car but never get it serviced here. They will charge you to look at it and say they fixed the problem then wave the fee but charge for parts. And then your engine light will come on so you have to bring it back.. Ive been there 3 times for the same thing and they keep saying its fixed and charging me.. Money pit

This is an updated review of this place after taking my car there several times. For 2 years and 2 cars. No matter if you have an appointment or not they are very slow and they keep you waiting for long time. I took my car for a tire rotation with an appointment and it took them 2 and a half hour to do it!!!! That is insane!! The people that check you in are not always there and they don't do a good job keeping you updated. I took it for oil and many other things and it is always the same story. Very bad customer service and very very slow. I will never recommend this place. If you know another toyota dealer just go there. I hope this changes because this is the only toyota dealer in my town.

First of all if I could give no stars I would. The reason I gave 1 star was because Matt Smith was very polite and was eager to help us. We drove from San Jose, Ca. to come see this truck mainly. We test drove it with Matt Smith and my father really liked the truck. When it came time to talking about price we wanted to negotiate a price. We were introduced to Daniel Rocha who came to speak to us about the price. We told him we were already financed and we had a budget we wanted to keep. It was not in the sense that we could not afford to go higher. He wanted to try to finance us after we explained everything. He would not listen to what we had to say. At one point he made us a deal and wanted my father to sign. My father was about to sign but i had told him to wait and not sign. The reason behind me stopping him in signing is because Daniel was talking down to our family. We are Mexican and he kept switching back and forth in Spanish and English. We speak both languages fluently. Now at some point before the deal he called my father who is a 60 year old man "MIJO" that means son. To us calling someone mijo is what you call a child not a grown adult who could be your father. That was very disrespectful to me and our family. My dad did not want to say anything and held his tongue the whole time during the exchange of words. This man spoke to us in a very condescending tone as if we were ignorant people. I would have put the extra money that my father was going to sign for, but when someone talks to you like that you just have to let go and keep looking. Another thing that really bothered me, they took my dad's license to make a copy of it. We had to ask for it twice back because they were playing dumb and they didn't give it to us. When they finally did Daniel said the price is what it is, you need to find something you can afford. We could afford to buy the truck, not a problem, we just chose not to in the end because of how rude he was. I work in the real estate business and I know how this negotiation works, but you should never disrespect someone or talk to them as if they are less of a person. In all this experience was very unpleasant. Someone should teach Daniel Rocha some manners because he does not seem to have any.

I have been using their services for 3 years and honestly the only reason that makes me use their services is that they are the closest Toyota dealership to where I live. They have a meaningless appointment system that if you schedule an appointment they won't even check your name and you will be counted as a walk-in customer. They don't prioritize their customers based on their system, it's just a joke to them. All this being said, they have too many customers that come for parts and services every day and therefore they are simply not able to take each customer patiently and care about their concerns. One time I even received my car with a crack on the front window glass, and they didn't even mention their mistake. And after I showed them what has happened to my car while they were changing the oil, they simply said and I quote "don't worry, we won't charge you!" like if I would be happy about it!!They have a very nice manager (service advisors) that listens to you very calmly but once you are out of the office, he will do absolutely nothing. If you come back again in just 2 weeks, he won't even remember you! Regarding their pricing, I have never heard from any of my friends in Davis who go there saying that they even have a fair pricing. Every part is at the highest possible price over there and they won't even explain why. Even the labor work costs much more than you can expect. The worst part is their estimations. Just recently they told me that my car needs 90 minutes for changing the tire pressure sensors (including the inspection) at max but eventually it happened after 150 minutes. The estimated cost was $72 but they charged me $320. The only thing that they thought will make me become silent was a 10% discount which I didn't even ask for. Not even an apology from the service advisor. Nothing.

I was given excellent service from everyone I was in contact with at Hanlee's. I brought a trade in and left with a new Tacoma without all of the high pressure tactics that you could expect from other dealerships. I would come back again.

Got a very quick and friendly reply to my inquiry and hopefully we will be making a deal soon. Didn't feel like I was working with a dealer.

Criminal Con Job and Broken Promises/deals: 1. Sales manager (John P) quoted me a price by voice mail and then again by phone. 2. When I drove an hour to pick up the car at that price, they told me the price would be $1000 higher, since the ad they were running in the paper included a college grad discount. That was NOT the deal he offered me. I had 2 communications with John and he said nothing about the college grad thing in either one. They just plain would not honor the price John had offered me, even when I played them the voicemail message he left me with the exact price quoted in his voice. 3. They didn't tell me any of this until AFTER they had run my credit and my wife had left me at the dealership to finish the deal. So they figured they could trap me into accepting the higher price after I had come all that way. Total scam, and in my opinion a verbal contract or at the very least a promise broken. Do not trust this dealership. They were all in on it from the main sales manager down to the weekend sales manager (Billy) and the salesman I dealt with (Jimmy), and they will do it to you too in a heartbeat. Con Job!

Used car was doctored to conceal engine trouble. Dealer has reputation for dishonesty. Be very careful - make sure to get independent mechanic to look at any used car sold here.

Gerad, made the service process easy for my family. Help my family to get a rental car while the problem was been fixed. When my camry was services called us to inform the problem. I was skeptical about dealers but he gave me a different perception. Thank you guys. I will be a life customer with you!!
