Went to Hannah Imports after someone else in my neighborhood recommended them. I met their salesman Steve Smith, who gave me a no obligation quote after inspecting my vehicle. I was very happy with the offer on my 2019 Enclave so I sold it over to Hannah Imports. Steve was respectful, honest, and explained the entire process to me. I was in and out very quickly. I would definitely consider them again in the future, and would definitely suggest you let Steve Smith give you an offer on your vehicle before selling it to any other dealerships.

Great customer service!! I arrived to talk about my car purchased from Hanna 4 years earlier. Who would have known I would have the great fortune to work with Steve Smith?? He was friendly, knew cars and friendly. Yes I said it twice. I was in a totally different frame of mind when I left Hanna. Felt great about my choice and he walked me through the process of selling my car. Great experience!

I worked directly with Jessica during the process. She was very professional and she made sure all of my questions were answered. A positive experience overall. I knew the car I wanted and when I called in they booked me for a test drive. Once I arrived Jessica was there and ready to assist. Other customers were there interested in the same car but Jessica made the process stress free. I felt they wanted my business but I also felt Jessica wanted to ensure I was happy with the car and all the other details. Great job Jess!!!

I bought a car here last year and the experience has been really bad so far. First, the sales man was a little pushy. The car was dirty when they sold it to me and didn't even bother filling up the gas for me. The car literally had an almost empty gas tank. I still took it because the car seemed perfectly fine and reasonable price. After a month of driving it, the brake rotors started going out and I had to replace them with my OWN money. Then the guy also told me that all 4 tires needed replacement so I called the dealership and they told me they couldn't pay for my new tires but they offered me a discount for a set of their tires which I don't see as fair because I literally just got the car like that. Fast forward, months later, the car started shaking at a certain speed range and apparently their mechanics can't find the problem. Even though I already hint them it's a transmission problem, most likely the torque converter. They are trying to charge me just to check my fluid or do a flush which I shouldn't be paying for because the car already had this problem and it's still under their 12k/12 months warranty. I've spent so much money on this car in less than a year and it's really upsetting. Never buying a car from here again.

Checked the reviews of this place before going to look at a car we were interested. Did not disappoint! Derek worked with us through an almost seamless sale that basically took two hours from start to finish. Only glitch was discovering that the radio didn’t work after leaving the lot. Not a problem! Hanna Imports took care of it and Derek stayed engaged with us the entire way! Thank you so much! Great service!
