Fantastic customer service, best used car lot I have ever been to. Cannot speak to their inventory, but the 4 people I dealt with were all very polite and helpful and patient.

Happy Auto Group in Panorama City CA has EXCELLENT customer service. On July 3rd, I drove off the lot insured by Allstate in a 2006 Mustang GT V8. With FAIR credit on a fixed income it took 7 hours to complete the transaction. But with kindness and patience I wanted and older muscle car big block engine. This wonderful couple was determined to prove that a disabled senior on dialysis CAN get why she wants. Complete with Carfax sheet, I have the foundation to create my dream car. I would recommend Happy Auto Group to anyone. With at least 100 cars to choose from including Mercedes, you won’t be disappointed. And considering the miles (over 133,000) she runs like she should

Wonderful & Honest People at this Dealership! I would like to single out Dena, The Finance Mgr. at this Dealership in the valley. Beginning with my first call inquiring about a Ford Edge I saw on the internet with Dena the Finance Manager; I was treated with kindness, respect and "Honesty." I emphasize "honesty" because I had visited 3 other dealerships where I experienced dishonest salesmen and Finance Managers. Cars that were advertised for these other dealerships were no longer available and the interest rates originally quoted were dramatically increased. For one thing, Happy Auto had every car advertised on their website on the lot. The previous Auto Dealer I visited in Hawthorne lied about their inventory and did not stock at least 90% of the cars advertised. Dena confirmed 3 cars I spotted on the website (This was a good sign) and she went on to explain my financing options and interest rates to the "T." I was cautious about what she said having been lured to other dealerships with lies and deceptions. Upon arriving to Happy Auto, Every car advertised on the internet was on the lot. And I know this because I personally printed out a list of 15 cars I saw on their website and walked around first to see if they were in there inventory. To my surprise every car advertised on their website was sitting in their lot. (I didn't tell them about my list) This was a very good sign of integrity and honesty. I eventually test drove 2 cars and opted for the Ford Edge which was Pristine with Immaculate interior. Still a skeptic, I walked over to the office and sat down with Dena. (I thought here's where they jack you, "here comes the bait and switch" here come the lies.") Well there were No Lies! Dena came through with honesty and integrity and stood by her word with regard to original price of the car, the interest rate, down payment and terms. No hidden fees or deceptions. After signing all the paperwork, I shared my previous experience with her about the other dealerships and thanked her for being honest. Dena kept her word 100%. It may sound cliche, But Honesty Really is The Best Policy." I walked out and drove away extremely happy with my experience with Happy Auto and Most Definitely Recommend this Dealership! Again I'd like to thank Dena and the salesman for this wonderful and very positive experience.

Got a great deal, with no hassle, took the car to mechanic to check out before my purchase, they let me take it for a full day with proof of my insurance, everything checked out good by mechanic and I purchased the car with a 3 year financing and a great warranty plus my payment was within my budget! Thank you Happy Auto Group
