A year and a half later from the time I purchased my wonderful Toyota Camry, I brought my son in to check out the vehicles. Once again, Rudy was excellent in every way! He took his time with my son and set him up with his first auto. I thank Rudy for helping my son feel like the responsible young man that he has demonstrated to be. We consider this dealership a part of the family now. My husband is next as he is looking to purchase a truck. This is the only place we would ever consider purchasing a quality used vehicle! I am 20 yrs/old, had no prior knowledge about cars, engines, financing, etc. I have no credit & needed to get into a car, quick. I found the car I wanted to check out on their website, showed up, & filled out paperwork for a loan. 2 days later, I was driving my new car. I had 1,000 questions about the whole process & Rudy made sure I was 100% informed, educated, & confident in what I was signing up for. They never made me feel annoying for my lack of knowledge. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything, & he really went out of his way to find a bank that would work with me, given my no credit. He worked with me very closely to ensure I was comfortable with all my decisions. I've been driving my Saturn for 2 months now & it's as good as new. I bought the warranty that they offer, so I ride without worrying. They've got a lifetime customer, as far as I'm concerned. (Not to mention they mailed me this cute calendar with a picture of my boyfriend & I in front of our new car, the night we drove it home.) Really great people working there.

I was very pleased with the service and price on my deal. I worked with Rudy and Paul who were both great to work with."NO PRESSURE". My credit score was not that good but with all of their hard work they were able to get the financing with the payments I was looking for. I did a lot of research before going to Harbor City and could not find any other dealership that was priced as well with as low of mileage on their vehicles. My wife will be going to Harbor City Auto with in the next month or two to purchase a vehicle based on the experience I had.

This was my first car buying experience, but I have worked at dealerships and know the tricks and scams the sales guys typically use to pressure you into buying something. But from the minute I pulled in, I knew this place was different, the entire staff was super friendly, and bent over backwards to help me out despite my less than perfect credit and lack of credit. Rudy and Don III went out of their way to make this deal happen. And continue to help make things right even after the sale. Overall the best sales experience I've ever had. These guys are the best.

We dealt with Don Sr, Rudy, and Don Jr. They were wonderful. We bought a 2014 Lexus ES 350 with only 3,905 miles on it. (Not 39,005 miles but yes- just under 4,000 miles!). I was EXTREMELY leery of buying anything from a used car lot. I honestly wasn't even going to look because I didn't want pressure and hours of nonproductive torture from used cars salesmen. BUT... The website claimed they were highly rated (actually #1 in the entire state of Florida) so I checked further. A claim any one might make but that claim checked out as true so we drove an hour and EVERYTHING was better than expected! We are totally impressed with their business ethics and expertise. This may sound like a negative review at first, but keep reading. I purchased a 2010 Jeep Cherokee from Harbor City Auto Sales. This car has become slightly a headache, in three months I've taken it to the shop 4-5 times. HOWEVER, Don at Harbor City Auto Sales has been very generous covering all costs, and working with me to figure out what the problem is to fix it permanently. On my last visit to the mechanic, Don covered one service completely, and the other one he split 50/50 with me (price of part and labor), which he had no obligation to because it was not under warranty at this point. I would highly recommend going here, you never know what you are buying or what could go wrong, things happen that's natural. But, with Harbor City Auto Sales I have the confidence that if something goes wrong early on, they are here to help their customers.

Harbor City Auto Sales had the exact car I was looking for; a used white Nissan xterrra with low mileage and in excellent shape. Even though I was in Coral Gables, I knew (after speaking to Paul that this was the car for me. With a Deposit, Paul held the car for me (they had three other potential buyers) until I arrived on Saturday morning. Paul was even courteous enough to pick me up and take me to the dealership that morning. Everything Paul stated was true and accurate. The car was exactly how he depicted it. After the purchase, Paul checked with me a couple of days later to make sure everything was alright - that's not something you see very much of anymore. After serveral trips up and down Whickham Road car shopping i was giving up and started my trip back home when i gave it one more stop at Harbor City Auto Sales. I met up with Rudy and he gave me the run of the lot to check out any car with no pressure and not once did he follow me around and make me feel like I needed a babysitter. I finally felt I could look and check the cars I was interested in with no sales associate following me around trying to push a sale on me. This made shopping for what I wanted stress free. I purchsed my vehicle from Rudy with zero pressure and he took care of everything from start to finish. I would recommend anyone out looking to stop by and see him. You will be happy you did. This is the ONLY Dealership you need to visit. The best prices and some great autos. There is no way I would have found the deal I received on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra any where else. Trust me, no really, I Have Looked. There was not one bit of pressure sales from Rudy, Don or anyone else, even the car lot crew was very helpful when I cleaned out my auto to move all my personal misc junk to the Elantra. After doing some on-line research I found 2 vehicles in Melbourne that were the same make and year. The one at Harbor City was superior in every way to the one at the other dealer, and the price was better too. Paul was great to work with. After we got our car home we found out that there was a slight problem with the battery, and Harbor City was more than happy to supply us with a new one. They buy good cars and stand behind them. We'll be back for our next vehicle!

I searched on the Internet for a reasonable car that was Great on Gas , Low mileage and a Great Price. I found Harbor City Auto Sales with a few choices that I was interested in checking out. I read some of the reviews to see how they were. After finding a few good choices I called on Toyota Matrix and spoken to Paul Fontana from sales and had asked if the car was still on he lot and avalible. Paul had verified that the car was there and on site. After taking a ride to see the car in person, I had met Paul from My call to inquire on the Matrix. Took the Toyota Matrix for a test Drive and looked over the car for any issues (Did not find any)... Met the owner Don Poussard who could not have been nicer. Found out that the business was a family owned and operated. I was very impressed. After having the time to look over the car and test driving, I had a pleasant experience with there service. I was told if I had any issues or concerns and any questions that i could call and even show up for help. I highly recommend them. Thank You for the GREAT Service and awsome Team work. Let me start by saying, Thank You!After month of looking and researching we finally found what we were looking for. We stopped by and meet with Rudy, and test drove a Nissan truck. Not wanting to buy the first thing we drove, we thanked him for his time and said we would get back with him. We test drove some more trucks and compared other trucks to the Nissan and the price and there was no comparison! I called Rudy the next day and told him we wated the truck, but our time was limited so we did everything online. My wife and I drove 3hrs on Sunday to check out a car we seen online and upon our arrival we knew this wasn't your normal used car dealership. The had great looking low mileage vehicles and the vehicle we came down for was as advertised very clean , low mileage and great price. They also had the keys readily available so you could open the car up and check it out. I think that was a great touch. My wife and I are both managers and customer service is something we take very seriously. Rudy our salesman was awesome he made us feel like he genuinely wanted our business. Rudy was a true professional and made our buying experience wonderful. He is outstanding representative and great asset to your company. I was purchasing a car for the the first time and have been all over town looking for a great deal and a cute car that was in my price range. I heard about this dealership from my credit union so I already felt good about checking them out. The people there are so friendly and treat you like you're part of the family. They did not try to intimidate me, throw numbers in my face, or try to push a car on me that I didn't like, like all of the other car dealerships in town I went to did. Being a young lady, most of the other dealerships talked to me like I was stupid and didn't know what I wanted, so when I came to Harbor City Auto Sales it was such a relief when they treated me with respect, and like family. I moved from Illinois and wanted to sell my 2006 Dodge Durango slt with the 5.7 Hemi 4 wheel drive even though it was still a great vehicle . Vehicle condition was above average for what I would expect to find on a used car lot and customer service from Paul Fontana was excellent as well. With pre-approved financing and insurance already set up, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Can't say enough about the service I received. Don and his staff are a class act. Easily the single best auto buying experience I've had in my adult life. I was in and out of the dealership and less than two hours with everything signed sealed and delivered. A larger franchise store would've kept me for an entire day to accomplish the same thing. This was truly a stress free event. The staff is down to earth and The car is exactly as it was described in the ad. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially someone who's not comfortable with the car buying experience.

He was a one man show on Sunday and managed to handle several customers at once with courteousness and tact. We got the car at a fair price. A fairly major issue occurred with the car the first week that we got it. After talking with Don and Rudy, they sent us a check for 1/2 of the expected repair amount. They did not give us a hard time about this at all. They could have very easily required that we come back down to Melbourne to have the work done which would have been extremely inconvenient. These people are first class and really want to keep a good reputation. I would buy another car from them without hesitation.

We drove up from Stuart to look at a silver Lincoln MKX after speaking with Rudy on the telephone. The owner, Don, also made an effort to come outside and meet us after making the drive. I immediately noticed their commitment to customer satisfaction and an inventory of well-priced quality carefully selected vehicles on their lot. This is genuinely a family business with old school values. Rudy was professional yet relaxed. The very reasonable dealer fee was disclosed before we drove up, and the vehicle was accurately represented. All I can say is that this is likely the best car buying experience I have ever had. While surfing the web, I found an advertisement for a 2005 Mustang at Harbor City Auto. On my way to work, I decided to visit Harbor City Auto and take a look at the car. I met Paul. He is a very friendly, personable guy. He was knowledgeable of the vehicles in stock. There were no high-pressure tactics, unlike many of the dealerships I have visited. We chatted awhile and talked about the car. I took the car for a test drive and loved it; and the price was right! I decided to purchase the car. while this was my first buying experience, it was an excellent one. the salesman (Rudy) was extremely friendly and helpful. he was knowledgeable about the cars that he sold and he was able to help me narrow done my search to two cars. he let me test drive both cars and i finally made a decision. i bought the car and typically this is were your relationship ends with used car dealers, but not here. Rudy helped me register the car. he helps with small repairs and saves me from going to the expensive dealership repair shop as often as possible. batteries, tires, you name it, he can get it cheaper. from what i understand this kind of service is not normal and most used car dealerships don't do this continued service. whatever is the case this is an excellent place to shop and i would do it again.

I had an exceptional experience with Harbor City Auto Sales! I called to get pre approved before I actually went to the dealership and by the time I got to the location the next day Rudy had gotten me approved at 10% lower interest than ANY other places I had talked to. I was looking for a very specific car, a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I came across Harbor City Auto Sales online and inquired about their Jeep. Rudy, was very quick to get back to me about the vehicle, and even worked with me on my trade in and online application prior to driving 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. I absolutely HATE dealerships and car shopping. I feel like what should be a very fun, exciting experience turns into a nightmare due to most car dealerships. Don, the owner, personally called me within the hour of me notifying Rudy of the problem. He profusely apologized for my inconvenience and had me take it to my mechanic to be fixed. They 100% covered the issue WITHOUT me having to worry or call them to determine what the outcome would be. Their immediate reaction was "we are very sorry, and of course we will take care of this." I'm not sure about you, but I have NEVER come across another dealership that would have said this without hours of phone calls and asking to "speak to a manager." These guys are a 10 in my book. I live in Jupiter which is a two hour drive one way to purchase a Lexus and I would do that drive again and again. Rudy is an outstanding guy, straight forward, honest and extremely helpful. I didn't feel any pressure at all and being out of town I couldn't get to the dealership until after they had closed but Rudy waited for me with all the paper work ready to go. The guys at this place are simply great. Switched to a leather Mustang GT, but was conflicted going from automatic to manual transmission. I worked with Rudy the whole time, and he took time out of his day to take a drive with me to get me used to the feeling of a stick and make sure I was comfortable before we went any further. They even let me take the car I was interested in back to Vero Beach, where I live, to have it inspected by a mechanic. Everything went great. The car I bought was in perfect condition and well maintained by Harbor City. These guys break the taboo of buying a car. From the start I felt very comfortable with both Rudy and Paul. Both were very approachable and accommodating not to mention no pressure from either one about purchasing an auto. I was very pleased with quality and pricing on the truck I purchased. I interacted with everyone on the staff and all were friendly, willing to go above and beyond to assist me in my purchase although there was no pressure-type tactics. After the purchase (as is/no warranty) they still fixed a couple of minor issues, which we noted the 1st couple of days after purchase, at no cost to us. We looked at vehicles from this dealer several times and noticed they only have clean, lower mileage vehicles. We just had to wait for what we were looking for. If you are looking for a vehicle check here. We found their prices to be lower than most but you don't have to sacrifice quality because of that.

I wish there was a column labeled "fantastic" for the survey because I would have selected that for every question! Being an out-of-state driver, trying to find a new car was extremely difficult. Every dealership basically wanted me to jump through hoops to get everything done. Once I went to Harbor City, my experience changed. They walked me through every step that I needed to take and even held the car for me while I was getting everything finalized. When I went to go get my car, they told me that they had at least 10 other people go and look at it but they did not sell it because I was so interested. Also, being a college student, they were very responsive to every question I had as well as my mom had about the car and the sale. I would HIGHLY recommend going to them, even if you are just looking!

Harbor City Auto (Don) was recommend to me by local credit union. You can't do better than that in my book. My banker was right! I wanted to sell a car that I didn't need any more and my banker sent me to Don. Not the end of story!!! After checking my carfax Don found that milage on the report did not match what was on my car. My car had 9000 miles on it and the carfax and car tag agency had that I had over 61,980 miles on it. When I bought the car three years ago it had 6,198 on it. See what happened, and no one wanted to admit to their error. Don set out on a mission. A mission that took three weeks to unravel. Don did all the leg work for me and got it corrected. He called me ALL THE TIME with updates. The only sad part about this story is I don't need to buy a car at this time. So even if you are not buying but selling a car, Harbor City is the first and last place to go!!! Thank Don for being such an honest friendly place for us to buy and sell cars. I will be back !!

I've bought three vehicles from Don's company,& am very pleased with all of them, would have kept the last one (wife's car),but over the period of time we had it, we managed to rack up over 100k miles, Our daughter in Tampa just had a X-mas day baby,so without a doubt, I'm sure we will be making numerous trips back and forth (300 round trip). Although there was nothing wrong with her SUV, we're older,and felt more comfortable with a lower miles/better gas economy vehicle. Don had a couple of lower miles SUV's on his website that we went to look at, but a Toyota Corolla caught my wife's eye. I needed to trade my beloved Chev Suburban, and my brother (who is in the car-sales business), suggested Harbor City as the place he would buy a used car. I'm very glad he did.First, all cars on the lot are exceedingly clean. Second, there was absolutely none of the usual - and hated - high-pressure sales pitch. Third, I was offered a very fair allowance on my truck against a van that was priced well below published market value - a great deal.After driving the van for a short time, the engine developed a problem that needed to be checked-out - it may have been a major problem. Paul and Don asked me to take it to their preferred mechanic...Don said he would cover the cost. Luckily, the problem turned out to be minor, and a quick fix - but, Don saying he would back up his product was a huge relief, as it could have been a lot of money. I have, in the past, bought a used car with the standard 50/50, and literally had the trans go out on the way home and the dealer ran for cover when I went back to him - I can't say enough about the integrity of Harbor City. They go above, and beyond.This will not be the last car I buy from them...they have me as a customer in the future, and will be the first place I look when I need a car. If they have what you're looking for - buy it from them. You will not be disappointed.

I had spent an entire day out looking for my new car. I had already been online researching and shopping for about a month, so I had it limited down to specific cars and locations. Harbor City Auto Sales was my last stop of the day, and at that time I was tired and somewhat frustrated because of my days activities. Even after all my research, EVERY single other car lot I went to either sold the car(s) I wanted to test drive, or the sales men were rude or even ignorant about the cars and what was supposed to be an exciting adventure for me, turned into a saddening event. As I got to Harbor City, I was greeted by Paul while I was looking at one of the cars I had seen their website. He was very friendly, and informed me that the other car I was interested in looking at was already sold, but he was happy to get a tag for me to take the Mercury for a test drive. I was disappointed a little but he seemed so upbeat, it was hard to say no. So, I went on a test drive, and I knew I wanted that car after all! I brought it back and went to discuss the details. I had already received a loan from my bank and the listed cost of the car I wanted was just under the loan amount, making it so that after the other necessary fees, I was short by about $700. Don and Paul not only took a little more money off the final price of the car, but they also looked into my credit report again and found that they could get me a 6.24% instead of the 13.74% my bank gave me originally! Needless to say, I bought the car from them! Even though my day started off rough and seemingly disappointing, everything turned out better than I could have expected thanks to Paul and Don at Harbor City Auto Sales!! Thanks again you guys!

Great experience with these guys. I live about 40 minutes away in Orlando and had been looking for a Jeep Patriot for a few weeks. I went to two large dealerships in town to try and test drive, and did not appreciate the way I felt I was treated by the dealer reps. The Jeep at Harbor City was priced relatively the same as what I was looking at in Orlando, but had a lot less miles on the odometer (20,000 less). The pictures advertised online looked similar to what I was looking at in Orlando. So, I gave Harbor City a call. Rudy confirmed the car was still on the lot and I made the drive to Melbourne to check the car out. The pictures did not do justice to the great shape that the car was in. This was a 2008 vehicle with a little less than $50,000 miles. It felt almost brand new on both the inside and out. I've rented new cars that have had less mileage and been in worse shape that this Jeep. The engine & engine compartment had been completely cleaned as well as the under body of the car. Absolutely no pressure sales tactics from Rudy and Don, who both met me in the lot and allowed me to test drive the vehicle on my own. Upon return from the test drive, I completed the sales process with Rudy. Again, no pressure here either. I already had a small loan pre-approved through my bank and brought cash for a down payment. Rudy's guidance only dealt in facts and giving me the information about the sales and tag transfer process. At no moment did I feel any sense of dishonesty or discomfort. I've been in the vehicle a little over a month now, and everything seems great so far. I'll certainly return to Harbor City in another year or so when we need to trade in our other car. I would highly recommend this dealership!! I got a 2009 Smart Fortwo Coupe. It was by far the best deal. Staff was very inviting. Met Don and test drove it with no pressure. Vehicle was very clean and smelled new not used. Gave them a price range for my car payments and went back the next day to talk numbers. Rudy worked with me= Excellent customer service! It was clear he was doing his best to get me the best deal with the banks. He was very organized and detail oriented which I appreciate. Had all the paper work ready and explained it all clearly, no rush/sales tactics. The price they had was great, my payments are affordable and I drove out of there with the car I wanted. They stand by their vehicles and when maintenance is needed for my vehicle I plan to call Rudy. They can either take care of it there or refer me accordingly for my Smart Car. I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely come back to purchase my next vehicle.

I bought an "09" Kia Spectra about two months ago from Paul at Harbor City Auto Sales. I wanted to wait a little while before writing a review to see how the car performed instead of doing it right away out of emotion, and it has been a great car. I had my best car buying experience there compared to any other place I have been in the past. I knew what I was looking for when I came there and the car was actually there as advertised. Paul did not try to lead me away to the most expensive vehicle that I didn't even want. I noticed the car was very clean, had new tires, had some touch ups done on the paint and even noticed they put new carpet in the car where it was seamed with the old up behind the pedals out of sight. I admittedly was very skeptical and on the defensive walking onto the lot, but I noticed an atmosphere of excellence and started to have a good feeling about doing business with them. I would definitely buy there again and recommend them for the best buying experience I've had in Melbourne. However; I would love to give 5 stars for Great but as a car buying novice I don't like surprises. If I plan to spend a certain amount in cash based on the advertised price, then the estimated out the door price should be posted not the base price, even if one expects that everyone knows they are going to pay a $1000 or more upon purchase. Don't get me wrong, the price was right for the vehicle, its what I "thought" I was paying going in that upset me a bit.

We went in to look at a Chrysler 300. They had just recived the car. Had not been detailed when we looked at it and was very clean in side and out. They did not try to hard sale us on the car. We test drove and it was all we hoped it to be. We bought the car that day and picked it up the next day after it was detailed. We felt good about buying it because of the way we were treated. We will tell people about it and hope they go there to purchase a car too.

Me and my husband visited few dealerships looking to buy a used SUV ; that was not a good experience. Many treat you like idiots and they are very pushy. What a difference when we visited Harbor City Auto Sales. They let you take your time; all the cars are open with key. Everybody treated us so nice that we felt like old friends. Rudy was the one that help us all the way to the final papers. He's very respectful, very friendly and so honest. They're price was very comparable with other places we visited. I loved my experience here. I have always been afraid to buy from a small used dealership, but I saw the reviews here AND they were the only ones that had the used car I had been looking for in manual transmission, so I went for it. I was paranoid about the handles because I had and older model of the same car before, and the handles fell off. I thought part of it seemed maybe a little loose, so they went ahead and ordered a new handle and put it on for free! My boyfriend grew up in Orlando and his family has it's own small dealership they ALWAYS go to, but he recently told me when he buys another car he has decided to go to Harbor City instead. He even took HIS car in and asked them to recommend a place to get some parts and get some work done, and he was able to get his car, which he didn't even buy from them, taken care for much cheaper than he was quoted by others because of their help. It really is so nice to find a good place like this and be able to spread the word, and I'm glad I saw reviews on here because I am new to the area and would never have known which places to trust without this site. I hope I am also helping people! I have had the car about 6 months now and earlier this month I took an almost 2,000 mile road trip. The car is perfect!

Both the Honda and Mazda only had 1 key and he paid to have keys made, Don also purchased the owners manual for the Mazda. This place by far was the best I have ever purchased an automobile from. I have purchased and leased many cars over the years that I have been driving. The reason that I have given the highest rating to this dealership is because they deserve it. I have never felt more relaxed during the purchase of a car. There was no high pressure by anyone to close the deal as fast as possible. They wanted to be sure that the car I purchased was the one I wanted. Several weeks later I received a phone call from Don Poussard the owner. He asked if I had purchased the car that I had told him I was looking for and I told him that I had not. In fact I had been to many different used car dealers in the area looking, but the cars were not as listed in the ads. He said that he believed he had the car in his inventory that I was looking for and it was on a scale of 1-10 an 11. I went right over to see it and it was perfect. The car was detailed and in better shape the any that I saw at the new car dealers. This dealership is first class, high integrity and concerned about meeting the needs of their customers. My teenage daughter and I decided on a whim to start looking for used vehicles last Friday for her. I am not a big fan of car shopping, so I was on my guard waiting for someone to start hounding us. Don (the owner) approached us and he was so friendly and started taking us around the lot. He told us that all his cars are inspected by 2 certified mechanics (that was impressive to me). At no time did I ever feel pressured by him. We saw a Hyundai that was just brought in and was getting cleaned up. We took it for a spin and it was in beautiful condition. He told us he would have two more Hyundai's coming in by Monday if we wanted to see them too, so we thanked him and left. We proceeded to visit many used car lots that day and I only had one other experience that I did not feel pressured. Not one of these other places ever mentioned anything about them being inspected by a mechanic. I knew that night that Harbor City Auto Sales was the place I definitely wanted to do business with. We came back on Monday and test drove one other car and ended up purchasing the first car we drove. The sale went smooth and we worked out an amount very quickly that made us very happy. I let Don know right then that if it had not been for his low pressure sales, we would not have come back. I was told from a co-worker to try Harbor City Auto after having several bad experiences trying to find a veh. After going on line and filling out a credit application, I recieved a call from Rudy. He was very friendly and straight foward with me about what type of veh he could help get me in. That night I looked up the veh he was going over with me that would be perfect for what I was looking for. By Sat I had to come by and look at it in person. I had stopped in a few years back, met Rudy, and remembered him and the fact that all their cars looked top notch. When we got ready to buy, we stopped in and started the process. Initially they didn't have the vehicle we were looking for, but stayed in touch and they eventually found the perfect black 2006 Nissan Altima with 60K miles. My wife loved it. They set us up with a local window tinter that did an excellent job and ordered us a key fob. The day we came back to get the fob and do the windows, their paint man touched up every scratch on the vehicle and they washed it again for us. Their service and the total car buying experience couldn't have been any better. After the purchase, they offer dealer cost repairs for all the vehicles in your family. WHAT.....service after the sale? That's what these guys are all about. I know for a fact I will be a repeat customer, and I can't recommend Rudy and Don highly enough. Harbor City Auto Sales ROCKS!!! The experience from beginning to end.. from their website to the final purchase.. was epic. I found the car I was interested in yesterday morning, applied for credit on-line, got a great price for my trade-in and picked up my car that evening! It was THAT easy!The website is appealing, user-friendly and all the links worked! I was pleasantly surprised that the car fax was available for me to view online! Rudy was easy-going and genuinely interested in getting to know what I was looking for and why. He explained the whole process and what I could expect from them. Seriously.. it was a normal conversation. I did not get the feeling that my arm was being twisted or that I was just "a sale". Oh.. and neither Rudy or Don were "fast talkers".. if you know what I mean! Rudy and Don are the real deal! They are genuinely friendly, "regular guys". This is the second time I buy a car from Harbor city auto sales. They gave me a very fair price for my trade. They have very clean and low mileage inventory of cars. I brought a beautiful low mileage van. I had a problem with no heat in my Van and they had it fix the same day within hours. So they stand behind the quality of their cars, So dont worry should you have a problem arise. Rudy also researched if my van had the capability for key less entry,located it,ordered it and programmed the keyless entry. We had been searching for a reliable, reasonably priced car for our son for college. After six weeks of working with other car dealerships and used car sales people we were very discouraged due to several misleading experiences. Luckily, we connected with Paul at Harbor City Auto Sales and were relieved to find someone who actually listened to what we were saying and took the time to show us cars that fit our criteria and he was very knowledgeable about each option. My husband and I had an excellent experience purchasing a used vehicle from Harbor City. The dealership was recommended by the bank through which we obtained our loan; we were told by the bank representative: "[Harbor City] will take care of you". They really did. We got a great car at a great price, with excellent service to boot. Paul was friendly and professional and thoroughly explained and recommended the extended warranty (because the vehicle was well outside manufacturer warranty) which we opted to take, and feel much more secure for having done so. We had some issues with the AC requiring several trips to the garage, but this was taken care of by Don at the dealership, and we really couldn't be happier with our little car. We would recommend Harbor City to anyone and will most certainly return when the time comes to purchase another vehicle!

When I went searching for a car I was told to go to Don cause the word on the street he was the most honest and trust worthy person in the state to deal any type of transactions with cars. So I did and ask Don to buy my car I had, and gave me top price. I became friends at that time and told him I would be back. Told him what I was looking for, checked in here and there and then he found the car! On his way home with it Don called said meet at the dealership and hurry. The minute I laid eyes on it that was the one and was so clean it looked like a new car. All four of us were excited. I took the car to my guy to check it out and he could not find one thing wrong with it. He did tell me to give me Don's name if he has this clean of cars on his lot like this. I was in my glory. Don went over and above to make it all right and you know as well as I know car dealers love ripping woman off. Well I was treated like gold, have made new friends, and never have to deal with the outside dealerships every again! The white shirt and tie guys! I have sent so many people there and will contiune to because not only are the cars great but so are these guys. Even if you are not looking at the minute you need to stop in some day and meet them. Rudy was a very nice salesman and worked with us very much. I was very impressed with this dealership. We actually came from out of state to purchase this vehicle, Rudy made sure that everything was put together so all we had to do was sign some papers and get back on the road. Harbor city auto sales had the best prices out there and great customer service. Not pushy at all. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to someone else. When we got there to pick up our soon to be vehicle they were cleaning it out and detailing it for us. It looked practically new on the inside, very clean, and smelled great. I recently had the opportunity to purchase a car from Harbor City. Paul was our salesman, and I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, patient, personable salesperson. I've told my mom since we left this dealership that Rudy is the best car dealer ever! Being on the lot I never felt that he was shady like most dealers and he didn't try to push you into buying something or dig for information to use it against you. Harbor City Auto has got to be one of the most relaxed car dealerships I've ever been to. Customer service is great. I ended up buying an 07 Altima from them. They took care of the minor things wrong with the car and even some things that I wasn't expecting. Rudy explained the paperwork so it was easy for me to understand (being that I'm younger). Most other car dealers just breeze through it. I got a great car for a great price and even got a fair trade in price for the car I had previously. All in all, this car dealership and Rudy are the most friendly and curteous people I have met. When it comes time to retire the Altima I will definitely check Harbor City out first!!!! I would like everyone to know that you couldnt buy a car from any other dealership and get the Grade A treatment that you will find at Harbor City Auto Sales. Rudy went above and beyond to be helpful,courteous and fair. My daughter not only bought a car that was priced right but she also got a fair trade-in on her car. Rudy did everything in his power to make it a pleasant car buying experience for us, which is pretty much a 1st for me! We have been spreading the word about Harbor City Auto Sales since the car purchase. Not only do these guys take care of you during your purchase but they also take car of you afterwards! I purchased my car in 2010 from this company and will buy from them again in the future. They make you feel valued as a customer and go above and beyond. In all of my years of buying a car, this company BY FAR exceeds all the rest!! Actually, I was not planning on buying a car that day. I was just curious of this one car (that I ended up buying) of how it looked and drove. My plan was to drive over to Melbourne from Orlando to go to the beach, and while there- to check out this car. Well I ended up buying it and have no complaints. I did have a problem with the battery acting up- and Paul took care of it right away. They never try to pressure you to buy - it's the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. As a matter of fact - as I was browsing the car lot- someone had driven to Melbourne from up North and bought a car. So far, I have purchased two used vehicles from this dealership and could not be happier!! Don and his crew go beyond that line of customer satisfaction and treat you as family. Everyone there provides great service along with a nice no pressure atmosphere that makes car shopping a pleasure. I have not felt this way at any other car dealership and will stay a loyal customer. I brought my 17 year old son onto the lot to purchase his first car. Paul and Don patiently waited while he examined nearly every vehicle on the lot. We test drove several vehicles, and with Paul and Don's valuable recommendations, arrived at a decision. Agreeing on a price and trade-in value could hardly be called a negotiation. Don presented fair and honest values for both and it was a done-deal. Don turned us over to Rudy for finance, and that took less than 20 minutes - no errors, no extras, just honest, knowledgeable, and professional.I've purchased about 20 cars over the years, some new, some used - I have never dealt with a dealership and great group of people like this before.This was my second purchase from Harbor City Auto and will return again - that alone says a lot.Thanks to all!

We called local used dealers and told them we were buying a car for our college age son. Harbor City immediatly respected our budget never making us feel less worthy customers. They went to work finding us a car and of all the dealers we left our information they were the only one of 8 dealers that brought a car that was nice,with a clean car fax and low mileage. Paul was a gentleman and called us all the time to appraise of their luck in finding a car for our family. I would recommend Paul and HC to anyone needing a gently used vehicle and will use them again for my car needs in the future.Bravo well done Harbor City!

I am a person who usually is not very fond of use car salesman. I was very impressed with the salesman, owner and other employees at the lot. There was no high pressure sales approach. They were very friendly and appeared to really have a personal interest in my selection and purchase of the vehicle. The vehicles on the lot were very clean and I will most likely make that one of my first stops when in the market for another vehicle.

I had a hard time trying to find a dealership to finnce me, I went to Harbor City Auto Sales, and Rudy was GREAT!! He explained everything to me and went the extra mile to get financing for me. I had never recieved such great service and he didn't act like a typical salesman, more like a family friend. I have and will definatelt refer my family and friends to this dealership! When it's time to get another car.... I know where I will be going, Harbor City Sales.

The total buying experience from time of contact with Paul until the actual purchase was top notch! There was absolutely NO pressure of any kind. Paul listened to what we wanted, showed us what he had and let us make our decision after we took a test drive. We had USAA pre approved financing and the transaction was seamless. Paul took the extra step to ensure that the price he quoted was the price we were charged! NO hidden fees, no last minute "oh by the ways" or anything of the sort. The cars on the lot all appear clean and priced within reason and ready to sell. I have no doubt that Paul and the company would stand behind their product. If you dislike car shopping as much as I do, I can only say - try Harbor City Auto Sales and their staff - you will find it a very different shopping experience!

First of all Rudy was very pleasant to my wife and thats the first thing I look for when I am not with my wife looking for a truck. Second of all these gentleman are great. We have never felt more at home at a dealership. Their attitudes and customer service is absolutly outstanding. I explained the importance of my purchase for the safety of my child and they understood perfectly what we were saying.I believe the pricing and the overall condition of our purchase was excellent. They are willing to help not only with pricing and financing but if there is a situation with the purchase they will do anything to help fix the problem. Don, Paul, and Rudy are definitely outstanding saleman. I will not buy another car from any one else. I absolutly recommend this dealership over any big name dealer in Brevard County.
