We bought a 2015 Honda Odyssey EX-L today and it was an easy process. Our salesman was Trey who was very friendly and professional. He made sure my wife and I always had a cold bottle of water in front of us. Trey also went through many vehicle features to ensure we were familiar with the latest updates since we just recently sold our Odyssey last month. They had the exact vehicle we wanted and the sell didn't require any haggling. Vehicle documentation and paperwork were completed very quickly and the sales manager went line by line explaining details and answering questions. Buying from Hardin includes perks such as complimentary service and a solid reputation. I've bought many vehicles across the country from Hawaii to New York and Hardin County Honda is definitely top notch. Highly recommend both this dealership and salesman Trey.

We purchased our first Honda at Hardin County Honda in 1980. From the purchase process to and including the service received, I would trade at no other Honda Dealer. Have built a trusting relationship with both mechanics and the service manager, Cliff. Our most recent purchase was just a few days ago where we traded in our 2003 Odyssey on a 2014 Odyssey. Trey Poddam was our very helpful and straight shooting salesman. We were misinformed about the interest rate for a five year loan by someone other than our salesman when we were told the interest rate would be 1.9% for a five year loan. While the difference wasn't significant on a monthly basis, that change did add approximately $600 to the total financed cost of the van.

Just bought a new CR-V and it couldn't have been easier. I dreaded having to deal with a car salesperson but John Patterson made it a pleasure. He was very professional and laid back. Didn't assume a familiarity with me, a stranger, which I appreciated. He listened to what I said and delivered the perfect product for me. I highly recommend John and Hardin County Honda.

Hardin County Honda was such a pleasant experience compared to other car dealerships that i have been to in the past! The gentleman who sold me my new car name is Tyler. He was so helpful in letting me find a car that just fit what i was looking for. When i came to the lot i wasn't sure what to choose but he assured me that would find the perfect car. He Showed me the car that i purchased that day and i fell in love with her. My 2013 Honda Civic is the best car that i have ever owned. I would recommend this lot to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. I think you should try and speak with Tyler if possible. He's Kind,sweet and very handsome! Came in to get my oil changed on my Buick Century and ended up leaving with a certified Honda CRV. My salesman Tyler Skaggs was wonderful. Hardin Co. Honda in Elizabethtown, KY Aug. 2014 I went in for a 100,000 service on my Honda Odyssey minivan. They quoted me $1250 which I was fine with and knew it would cost that much to replace the belt and spark plugs. I also had three recalls that were being fixed for free. I commented on the wheel turning and a noise on the rt side. They called me with the problems of those two thing and quoted price, I happily paid to have them fixed for a grand total over $2100. When I got home I noticed they didn't screw in to screws in the bottom of the van on the inside from where they did a recall repair. So I grabbed my screwdriver and tighten the inside bolts down in the floor. When I picked up my van I noticed I had needed an oil change the light was on and they didn't even call me to see if I would like to have that done. And my low tire pressure gauge was still on. At the time I thought it was poor customer service to not even note that my van needed some other maintenance done. Two weeks later my Van won't start. I jumped it and took it back to Honda, and requested them do an oil change while they were looking at it. They called me saying it was cables were good and battery was good just needed to be cleaned off from corrosion. Happily paid, got home and my Van still didn't want to start right up. My husband pops the hood and sees: They just sprayed the connectors on the battery with WD-40 and didn't even clean them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They charged me for just spraying WD-40 on them! So mad. What happened to customer service? I will NEVER take my Van to honda in Etown again, EVER! Either they have to many vehicles to work on or pay enough attention to the ones they have in the service department to give the proper care to customers. Overall horrible. Several years ago I use to be very happy with Honda in etown! What I expect: I expected them to look over my vehicle and call me with ANY issues they saw. Hook it up to the computer and tell me what the computer sees if any issues. Possibly vacuum it out and wash it. I really could do without the last two things but surely they SAW the corrosion around the battery when they replaced the belt and spark plugs and did NOTHING. Heck they didn't even finish putting the screws back in the floor of the van where they took it apart! How much does it cost now for TRUE customer care? Do NOT take your Honda to Honda Service Dept in Elizabethtown, KY.... You will be highly disappointed.

Customer service was excellent. Russell, the salesman was impressive. He knew the history of the truck and why the previous owner was selling. This information was very valuable to me, the buyer. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. The entire buying process was very personable. As a female you did not feel as if they were trying to take advantage of you. It was definitely worth the drive.

I just purchased a 2013 Honda Civic on 9-13-2013. This is the second new car I have purchased from this dealer. I would not go anywhere else. My sales consultant Stan Mullins was wonderful and answered all the questions that I had. He was easy to deal with and very knowledgable. I would recommend him every time. I love my new car and I will always go back for my car buying needs. Every one at the dealership are very friendly and professional. The dealership is clean and very pleasing to the eye. It was a good experience.

Mark was great. He explained every thing about the cars we were considering, answered all our questions and did not apply pressure. He just gave us the information and let us make the decisions. He made sure the cars we test drove were fueled and worked with us to find the best value.

I have purchased three new Honda Odyssey's from Hardin County Honda. The salesman, Adam, did a good job helping us learn the new features of our 2014 Odyssey. We received great treatment from eveyone especially the sales manager, Will Puckett. I have shopped Honda dealers in Ky, Indiana, and Ohio. Hardin County is my choice for the best deal and best service. Many people do not like the car buying process. Hardin County makes it as painless as possible with friendly, courterous service. I had no complaints and I'm not the easiest customer to satisfy. I recommend them to all my friends.

We bought a Honda because of reliability, you can trust a Honda. Year in and year out. This is our second Honda and we loved our first pre-owned certified Honda. But we were enticed by the fuel-savings on a civic and ended up buying a brand-spanking new one from Adam Pennington. He and Rick Thomas worked to get the color and model that we wanted. It required a bit of work. We selected the best selling color and popular model. Adam provided professional and courteous service beyond our expectations.

My husband and I were planning to look at a preowned Honda Insight, but it was no longer available. A new Insight had just arrived, but not yet prepped. We were able to return in a few hours (we were notified by Adam when it was available for a test drive.) We drove the vehicle and decided to buy. Adam and Stan were very helpful in explaining the characteristics and options of the vehicle. We enjoyed visiting with Stan while the financial paperwork was prepared. Both salesman are positive, caring people who wanted us to have a great experience with our car. We have owned Hondas in the past and are more than satisfied with the service, professionalism, and courtesy displayed by all members of Hardin County Honda's team.

I take my 2009 Honda Pilot and my 2003 Honda Accord to Hardin County Honda for all oil changes and repairs. At this most recent visit I asked for my oil change as well as the reverse tail light to be checked because someone let me know it was out. Upon returning to pick up my car, I noticed at the time of paying for my service that the amount was only for the oil change. I asked if the light was checked and was told by service that yes, in fact, the lights were checked on the multi point inspection, but just to make sure the service department employee said they would walk to the vehicle with me and check as I put it in reverse. The service department employee did notice that the light was out. I was left waiting for the light to be changed. When I saw the vehicle was being pulled out because it was finished I met the service employee at the door, however, I was informed that now they noticed that the brake light was out. I waited for that light also to be changed. This was very frustrating for me as I drop the vehicle off and only come back as I get a call that it is ready. While I usually receive the best service from Hardin County Honda, I felt like this experience was not acceptable compared to the quality I have known of the service department in the past.

I've been going to Hardin County Honda since I bought my first Honda in 1990. Their service department is top notch. It is the only place I've ever been able to trust implicitly--whatever they say you need you need. Never any attempts to sell you anything unnecessary. The quality of their work is invariably excellent. The facility and the personnel are very professional. The Service Manager and his staff go out of their way to make the maintenance experience, whether routine or emergency, as painless and pleasant as possible.

We had a wonderful experience at Hardin County Honda. Our sales rep, Mark Grier was the absolute best, going out of his way to help us by demonstrating all the features on the car and taking us for test drives after warming the vehicle up for us since it was a cold, wet day. He was wonderful and well informed about his product. We are so happy with our new Honda Accord and would not hesitate to send others to Mark and the Hardin County dealership. We were introduced to the General Manager as well as the service manager so that when we return to the dealership for service we have all the information we will need. Again, the entire experience was good, we were not pressured at all and had the impression that they were there to help us make the very best decision we could make to meet our automotive needs. Just can't praise them enough. You have a great team there in Hardin County and we believe you make a great car. We feel very safe in our new Honda Accord. I have purchased several cars from this dealership and up until recently I have recommended them to several people in the Louisville area. They used to give a reasonable price without any of the games some dealerships play. The last time i was there they seem to have changed sales tactics. They know i always buy from them but this time their price was higher than I expected so I checked the other dealerships in the area and found the same vehicle for about $1000 less at ALL the other dealers. I'm very disappointed in the changes at this dealership. BTW their service department is still the best.

I enjoyed my experience with both cars.com and Howard Lagray at Hardin County Honda. I had my own financing and Howard did not use any pressure tactics to get me to buy. Overall great, easy experience.
