I bought a new truck and my friend did that day as well. After we left we have not heard a word for them. I was on day 7 without my registration and sticker. Running on hours of becoming illegal, I had to go through phone xxxx to get someone to call me back! Don't ever leave a message because it is never returned! Friends car, her mirror fell off left a message and on day 2 of no return call! They could care less once you leave the dealership. Unacceptable!!!! No stars from me!

check-in , check-out quick and easy . 115,000 mile check up and service was thorough and I always feel they check it over thoroughly. Staff were all professional and friendly. Service advisor took extra time and effort to handle some paperwork for me.

I paid in full for my purchase on May 25th, 2016 but was able to pick up my car only on July 22nd! Almost 2 months later! All that time they promised every week that my car would be ready the following week. They made me register my car with Harr Toyota, and for that I had to pay additional almost $700. When I called them to ask about the status of my car they didnt answer my questions, they just promised to call in 1 hour or so, but they didnt. Sometimes they just transferred my call to somebody, where I was automatically transferred to leave a voice message.Even when I called to the general sales manager and explained that situation, he did nothing, he just also transferred my call to the voice message machine.Terrible customer service. In the end, they installed a remote control starter as a complementary.I will never ever shop again at Harr Toyota. If youre thinking to buy a car from them, think it twice. I strongly do not recommend this company.

The sales team listened to what I wanted and went out of their way to find it for me. Not once did they try to sell me what they had or what I didn't want. For the last 40 years I have been buying a new car or truck every 4 to 5 years and this is the first time that I actually enjoyed doing it.

From the beginning of my appointment was treated in a very professional and timely manner. They don't pressure you to choose any other extra services other than the one I went for.Every customer is offer with a complimentary lunch, plenty of drinks and as well for the children .At the end of the appointment they walk you to your car and give you a code to have your car for a free wash.

Just bought Rav 4 hybrid from Harr Toyota and they were all great. The buying experience was quick and the information was accurate. The salesperson did fantastic and when I needed some more competitive pricing on options and warranty they worked with me to work out the numbers. The sales manager did a great job and I was happy with the deal. This is my second car from Harr, my previous purchases were from another dealer in a surrounding town. Everything was explained carefully and they took time to make sure I had no questions. Car delivery was quick and sales personnel covered everything including helping me load telephone numbers etc. My other car purchased from Harr is also serviced there and the experience has been great.

Visited for routine service on 2011 Avalon (purchased from Harr); as always, prompt, courteous, friendly; like the free breakfast/lunch idea (picked up at Panera's) - much better than other dealerships; in almost 5 years of going there for service, have never had an issue

Brought my car in for my first service six months after my initial purchase. They did what they said their going to do! They rotated the tires. I know because I marked the tires beforehand. They only change the oil at 10,000 miles, which I didn't know! I only have 3700 miles on the car since September. But, after checking on it the 2016 Corolla has synthetic oil in it meaning ,you can get 10,000 miles out of an oil change! I'm okay with that! I like the appt. setup when you bring your car in instead of getting there first thing in the morning! Overall I was very happy with my visit!

I had chronic air pressure loss with my Toyota Venza tires I had originally bought from the dealership after just 25K miles. I was getting frustrated with consistent tire repairs, and was advised to get new set of tires. At the end of the day the management team re-evaluated my situation, and basically paid half the price of the cost of the 4 new tires. I also got an interior cleaning done which I will rate 5 star (far better than other cleaning services I had used in the past). I am rating this dealership a 5 star for customer service.

I leased a 2016 corolla from Harr in May and have also had two services and I have had nothing but exceptional service throughout. Sales people were friendly and honest, got two years service which has covered everything (plug and rotate leaky tire, oil, fluids, etc) service people have been great, fast and accommodating, they inspected and got plates for me, and offer free car washes. Moved from Worcester to Gloucester and still drive to the Woo to service at Harr.

The entire process was a great experience. Kara was great in helping me find what was right for me. I recommend Kara as she is interested in what is right for me not what the dealership may push since they are not commissioned sales agents.I did like the fact that Dan from Allstate was on location to assist. That one stop shopping really is a time saver.Martin their sales manager siting down after to review and make certain I knew the maintenance schedule, review how the staff performed, even made sure I knew where the care wash was for my free car washes really brought the deal full circle in that they really want to make certain I have the right car for me, I'm happy, and look for continued customers for generations. That is earning business not just selling a car! Thanks Stephen.

This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Harr Toyota. The sales rep was James H. I went there knowing which vehicle I wanted. Never did James try to upsell me. He made sure I understood the price listed on this car would change if I opted for zero financing instead of the rebate offered. He answered all my questions fully, taking the time to fully explain the features of the car that I was not familiar with. I was given the usual choices for purchasing warranties, gap insurance, fabric protection and everything else, but there was absolutely no pressure.

The sales transaction was faster than in the past, the dealership was comfortable and well staffed, and the employees were unfailingly polite. Jerry Diaz handled our sale and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. He answered our questions, kept the process moving, and addressed our concerns. No issue he didn't find an answer or a solution for. Great to work with and an asset to the dealership.

Although I don't have to go to Harr since my car isn't under warranty anymore I choose to because it is a no brainer. They don't sell me a service I don't need and its repaired right the first time.

Other than a small bottle neck upon arriving the service was fast and efficient. One observance however. It seems that one of your employee's had child care issues and had her children at the dealership. The kids (who are naturally kids) along with the other children who werewaiting with their parents for their vehicles to be completed made for an uncomfortable waiting time. The kids took up much of the seating area and many adults had to stand.

My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted and exactly what we would say yes to. We were also short on time. So, I called in advance and explained exactly what we wanted (to buy out my wifes Prius, gave them the buyout price from the leasing company) and exactly what we had for a trade in, including the trade ins mileage. I asked them can they get me at least near $12,000 financed? Without hesitation, was told yeah, we should be able to get near there. Showed up in person, the best they could do would have had us financing almost $16,000. I was also told they dont negotiate. Everyone, including family members and staff, get the same purchase price and trade-in value (which is solely based on auction-value) on their cars. Wasted an hour and half of our time on a day when we were already pressed for time, hence the reason I called in advance. 4 days later, I was contacted by Steve. Gave him my cell number so we could text. EVERYTHING he told me was somewhere between misleading or blatant lies. I gave him the purchase price, trade-in value, fees, APR, and amount of free maintenance which was offered by a competitor. He told me point blank they WILL beat that offer. I asked for numbers in advance given my first experience with the dealership. At that time he then asked what we were trying to purchase and what I had for a trade in. So, he told me they WILL beat an offer and he didnt even know what we were buying or what we had for a trade-in. I told him we wanted to buy out my wifes lease and the trade-in vehicle. He, again, said they WILL beat the offer. I, again, asked for numbers. He said we needed to be there in person for a good deal. Told him I wasnt going there without the offer in advance. Was told an hour of my time should be worth over $1,000. I asked him to confirm that he was, in fact, going to save me at least $1,000 and where that savings was coming from (APR, purchase price, trade-in, etc). Silence. The next day he texted me and said the reason he couldnt give me numbers is because they manager who first looked at my trade-in wasnt in the office, and didnt leave pictures. So, when he said for a second time that they WILL beat the other offer and when he said he could save me over $1,000, he still didnt have all the information or even have numbers in front of him as he had no idea what they could on our trade-in. Im glad I pushed him for the numbers so that I didnt waste my time....again. Stay away!

The "training" I received from James before I left the dealership lot with my new car was superb and extremely helpful and informative. Thank you for taking the time and being so professional! The fact that the customer service that we received did not stop once we had signed the purchase agreement was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.PLEASE NOTE: the title of the e-mail that contains this survey is :Thank you, please rate your recent purchase expereince! - EXPERIENCE is spelled incorrectly!

I went in to 'window shop' because my beloved xB wasn't going to make it through another winter. The bumpers would have thrown themselves as far away from the car as they could if they saw another couple of inches of snow. I can't say enough about Danielle & Derek. They were both straight up & never pushy. They made me feel like they were looking out for my best interests. No extras were shoved down my throat. Danielle had sensible recommendations which I appreciated. This would be the 3rd car I've gotten from Harr & all 3 experiences were good. No pressure equals no paranoia on the customer's part. & I'm about as gullible as they come. I researched the 2 RAV 4's in which I was interested & both were offered at a very fair price. Thank you, Danielle & Derek. I will return again.

I was looking to upgrade my truck for a newer model. Doing my "homework" or more like footwork I went to a few dealers and got a few quotes and trade in values but all this dealers were playing games with vehicle price or trade in prices...at Harr Toyota they were upfront about the price & gave me more for my trade in right upfront...I'm a busy person with not much time to waste and at Harr understood that. They did not waste my time & I did not waste theirs and I was able to purchase my new truck.!!!

Derek and Dan were both awesome to deal with. A co-worker had a very good experience with Harr. I had been looking for a couple of weeks and felt pressured at other dealerships. So, finally, I called my co-worker and asked her for the name of the dealership she had been raving about. She gave me Derek's name. I called him and went in that day. He introduced me to Dan and the next day I went home with a new car. It was easy, fit my budget and Derek and Dan made in a great experience. I have now recommended it to another co-worker.. That is the best kind of advertising :).

Not surprisingly, this most recent visit to Harr was a huge success. What differed in this situation from nearly all the others was the fact that, whereas I had expected a straight foward servicing, my Camry turned out to have a significant problem: a seriously leaking radiator. Jim the service manager who oversees my visits to Harr, arranged everything in the most expedient and timely manner. The work was complicated by our need to go abroad two days later. He provided us with a rental car and all the reassurance we needed. We are regularly contacted by other Toyota dealers in the (Brookline) area, but I could not imagine leaving Harr for any of them. Bravo!

Purchasing the car I wanted in the style and color I wanted was a quick and easy process. I expressed my concerns as a first-time car buyer and Aliah helped answer all of the questions I had. Even as a brand new associate, she managed to help me feel more comfortable about taking such a big step in buying a brand new car. She waited for me to come back with all of the necessary paperwork and walked me right through the sale. She was the main reason I decided to buy the car. Thanks Aliah!! Good luck!

Rick my service advisor was great. He took my car right in for it's 1 year inspection. He gave me a gift certificate to Panera where I had lunch. When I returned he indicated my car was already and gave me a number for a free car wash. What a great experience!

We just recently bought a car and had a wonderful fabulous experience. James was extremely helpful in every way possible. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, helped the transaction run smoothly and in a timely manner. We give James a 10 plus! We will be sending other family members to him in the near future. It was one of the best experiences buying a car I have had. Thank you very much. I'm loving my car.

I'm shopping for used car and presently in a rental, so I'm in a rush to get into a car. Saw the vehicle I want and put a deposit online ($500 &$1000 IN CHECK). I set up test drive and asked during test drive if clean carfax and any prior accidents and was told no accidents and clean car fax. I made a decision to buy vehicle (but also had another deposit at another Toyota dealership which I cancelled due to the harr contract). So completed the contract with harr but the sales manager met with me and said the were still waiting for the title. The next day my bank still didn't receive the title. I thought it was odd and my bank thought so too. I figured maybe I should pull a carfax myself. I paid $40 for the report on the vehicle and found that there was an accident and STRUCTURAL DAMAGE in 2012 AND A COMPLAINT OF EXISTING ISSUE WITH STRUCTURAL DAMAGE IN 2014. I contacted Harr to stop contract and told them I found the CARFAX listed structural damage. The person actually asked me for a copy of the CARFAX. I told them they could buy ^%$# REPORT LIKE I just did. I still haven't received my $500 deposit in a debit transaction AND THEY CASHED THE CHECK AFTER I CALLED AND TOLD THEM NOT TO CASH MY CHECK AND I WASN'T BUYING VEHICLE CAUSE OF STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. Now, I'm back at point A looking for a car again and BTW...lost out on the the other vehicle at the other dealership BERNARDI TOYOTA FRAMINGHAM...DON'T GO TO THEM EITHER!!!! Between both of these dealerships...they have $2000 dollars of my ^%$# car money HELD up in LIMBO xxx....I'm contacting the FINANCE Comptroller and I'm lodging a formal complaint to the ATTORNEY GENERAL AND I'M CONTACTING TOYOTA HEADQUARTERS TO LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THEM. I'm a single mom with a limited budget and in a rental to boot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS TO HARR TOYOTA AND BERNARDI TOYOTA FOR HOLDING MY MONEY AND A GREAT SHOUT OUT TO PRIME TOYOTA IN LANCASTER AS THEY WASTED MY TIME TOO. Who has time to test drive every vehicle on the planet?????? These people don't care and take up so much of your TIME and provide no final results!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll give one star to Scott the salesperson. He worked very quickly to try and get a contract during my lunch hour. I hope that he's being honest when he says he wasn't aware of the CARFAX report.

I needed to have my car back fairly quickly and they finished by the time I needed it - much appreciated. The service agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained in detail why winter gas mileage is so much lower in Massachusetts as compared to Pennsylvania with a similar climate. Answer - different gasoline mixtures required by state regulations.

My wife and i visited Harr Toyota on a suggestion from a friend. We came in on a Friday and picked up our new car on Monday. Our salesperson, Danielle, was great. She was knowledgeable and personable and up front with us. We also sat with Derek. He was great to talk with. He gave us some information about the Harr philosophy as well as some information about Toyota. We then went in to speak with Jay. He gave us all the financial information we needed. He to was very knowledgeable and personable and yet made it very easy for my wife and i to understand. Our overall experience at Harr was an excellent one and we would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

The service department was very attentive to my issues. I had my 5,000 mile checkup. They were very concerned with my other issues with my remote starter. They researched and upgraded my remotes. The courtesy shuttle was a plus. This is my 3rd car from Harr and I would purchase another vehicle again from them. The one downside was they used to have the car washed when I picked up the vehicle, this time I had to go through the car wash myself, but they gave me a free wash, so can't complain that much!

I wanted to get synthetic oil in my car so I don't have to change it but every 10,000 miles, but the Maintenance sticker says 5,000 miles so I'm not sure now if that's what I got or not. It says synthetic oil on the receipt, so I assume it's good for 10,000 miles...I drive 120 miles/day, highway miles, so it's important to me to change the oil every 10,000 miles. The miles rack up quickly on this car.

This was my first time buying a new car, so I was a little nervous about what to expect. Turns out, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I knew that I wanted another Toyota, and I knew I wanted to go with Harr because I had such a good experience with the service department, so that part was easy. Danielle was great at helping me find exactly what I wanted (and balancing that with what I could afford), and she was really good at lightening the mood when I started to worry about different things. I am thrilled with my new car, and have only good things to say about Harr!

Immediately, I walked into the dealership, David Blais who was my Product Specialist made me comfortable throughout our discussion on the type of car needed. Initially, my plan was to buy a used car cash as I was trying to avoid the commitment of monthly car payments. He gave me the option of leasing a new car. This was my first time buying a new car. I had very little knowledge about leasing. I asked many relevant questions and even sometimes repeating some of the questions. David remained calm and patient as he repeated the answers. His explanation on the good things and advantages of leasing a car finally convinced me to get one. Once the decision was made, all other processes moved fast and smooth. After a few days, he followed me with an email to check on how I was doing which showed his commitment, to ensure my satisfaction.Overall, David did a very good job. His calm, pleasant nature and patience made me commit myself to this purchase without pressure. Thank you David. I would definitely recommend any one to visit your dealership.Sophia

Michael Carey was my sales consultant and he was very helpful. My mom and I were no easy customer as I was purchasing my first brand new car, but he answered any questions and concerns I had. When I realized it was time to trade in my 09 Tacoma. I was not looking forward to it at all. When I bought it I had been to two other dealers and vowed to never buy anything from them again. I made an inquiry online about a RAV4 in December. I expected to be called and emailed until I purchased a car. I made an appointment with James at HARR. We spoke about what I was looking for and that I wasnt ready to buy just yet. He was professional, knowledgeable and wasnt pushy. I left our appointment with more than the information I needed. Early in March I contacted James and told him I was ready. He remembered everything we talked about. I couple hours later I owned a new 2015 RAV4. HARR Toyota is what a Toyota Dealership should be, The entire staff was great. Totally impressed with everyone there. This was the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. Hats off..

I've only been to this service station to get me free oil changes under Toyota Care. Obviously, I didn't have to worry about the price, but from what I saw the price list was about normal to possibly on the low side for oil changes. The front desk people aren't the friendliest people in the world, but then again what automotive service staff is? I've come to pretty much expect it. One thing that keeps me coming back, though, is that the staff always alerts me whenever there's a recall on a part in my car and offers to make an appointment right there. I like this because I've been at other service stations before where they not only won't alert you to these things, but some actually deny there's a recall even when you bring them the service alert.Overall a relatively slightly better than normal experience for a service station, but nothing to write home about.

Terrible experience. Email to the General Manager below. Harr claims the PerfectPrice is for the consumer, which is true unless you have a trade. They don't honor the AutoTrade trade guarantee and will low ball any trade to ensure they still make money. Michael,I had a very disappointing visit to your dealership yesterday. I had been emailed with John W about a 2012 Subaru Legacy which you have in stock. I was very interested in the car and expressed the same. John worked with a manager there to ensure the car would be available when I arrived on Wednesday. I also in good faith filled out the AutoTrader trade valuation on your website and it came out at $4,265. I told John this and he said "we were close". When I arrived I was greeted by Nick who took me for a test drive while someone looked at my Hyundai Sonata trade. When we returned Nick informed me that the trade was only work $3,300. He said because the Legacy is being sold below what Harr paid for it to "move it off the lot" that the dealer had to make money on the trade. It's not my problem that Harr paid too much for the Subaru - why does the customer have to "pay" for a mistake by someone else? Nick refused to let me talk with John or a manager at the time so I left. I live over an hour away and took the drive because I believed what the representatives of the dealership had said. Big mistake apparently. Seems to me the PerfectPrice only works if the dealership makes money.I've bought a number of cars in my lifetime with a variety of dealerships. Your dealership wants to appear to be "up front" but in reality is just like the rest. Will

When I purchase the car one year ago, the buying experience was great. Recently, I had car problems and figured why not go to the place I bought it from? I brought it to the Harr Jeep service area and left it with someone name Brendon.. Well, I soon regret bringing it there. I told them the problem and left it for them to fix then went to work. Only a hour into work and Mark told me that they can't fix it unless the problem reoccurs while they had it. His exact words, "just come pick it up, we can't nothing unless the problem reproduces here". The thing is, I don't think they even attempt to diagnose the car because as soon as I took it (a few hours later), the problem came back. How do they not know the problem? If they diagnose it, or try to even start the car, they would've notice that there was a problem. Never going there again. I went out of my way for nothing. Don't use their services, you'll be disappointed. Go find a real professional that can solve your car problems.

After the service was complete,Brenda called me to the counter and explained everything that was done to my car. I brought my 2014 Hybrid Camry in for its 15,000 mile service and had it back in less than an hour, all serviced and freshly washed and at no charge (2 years free maintenance). Internet research showed time and again that Harr had the best prices for the Toyota model that I was looking for. After visiting another dealership and being disappointed with trade in value for my present vechicle, and then persuing private sales options, I went to Harr because they were recommended by a friend. During one of the busiest sales weekend for dealers, I did have to wait, but the waiting area was comfortable and everyone made sure that I was comfortable. I liked the "what you see is the lowest price" policy. The trade in value for my vechicle was fair and reasonable (and hassle-free). Michael C was great to work with throughtout the entire buying experience. I will recommend Harr to others who are looking for a hassle-free car shopping experience.

We set an appointment and met Brenda Ocasio who was helpful and considerate. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, Ms. Ocasio pointed out an issue with one of my tires which could be dangerous as i work 11pm to 7 am. We worked with her to replace the tire and she was able to order it and have it replaced Tuesday 8/26. We were extremely happy with her customer service and would definitely go to her again if we needed help.

I went with my 2010 Yaris for a recall and when my vehicle was returned to me there was a missing part but it was replaced after I noticed it. After the technician was trying to convince me that such does not exist I proof to him that the part was missing. Brenda helped me out. Thank you Brenda.

We recently purchased a used Toyota Rav4 from Harr and we brought it in for the first free oil change. Staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. I spent about an hour reading and drinking the complementary coffee in the lounge until a service attendant came to escort me back to my car. It was a very pleasant experience. I'm glad to be part of the Harr family. My only ngative comment? The cushy chairs in the lounge are too deep for a short lady! My feet didn't reach the floor! Thank you, Harr for your fine service.

I was coming from a slightly disheartening experience at another dealership. I decided to give Harr a chance (even though it was 80 miles away) because I saw a car on the website that was exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. It was a friendly, non-pushy atmosphere. My sales associate, Kara, was very focused on getting me the right car without making me feel like I was forced into buying anything. I would give her salesmanship and knowledge an A+!Once I got to the finance end of things, I was nervous that it would "go south" (as it has for me at other car dealerships) but I was relieved to find that Jay was one of the most adept finance specialists I've ever worked with. His process was clear and streamlined and I walked away feeling more confident about my decisions than I ever have with such a large purchase. Thank you!-Lucie

20 years ago, we bought a car from a young salesman, Michael Lieu. Mike is still at Harr and he just assisted us with our 10th car from Harr. We give Mike 6 stars. He is superior. I have recommended Mike + Harr to family + friends. Mike was assisted by Susie , a wonderful young salesperson. We give her an excellent rating.Mike + Susie made buying our car a wonderful experience. Employees like Mike + Susie keep customers returning to Harr..

We went to Harr Toyota to look around at some new cars we were driving a 4 runner that we had bought there 11 years ago and still in great shape! But we thought it might be time to get a new car and keep the other as a second car! Mark Prince was outside with us within min. I wanted to look at the Highlands but always leaning back toward the 4 runner---which we ended up buying we hadn't gone there to buy but we did!! Mark was very helpful professional as was everyone we worked with Jay worked with us on our loan he made sure we understood everything any question we had he answered and told us to call him anytime if we had any question then we met Karol team leader who was also pleasant in every way, then Rich took time to show us every detail of the car and programmed our phone into car!! As I said we were VERY PLEASED with everyone we deal with at HARR TOYOTA Thanks You, now we have two great Toyota's

I was in an accident that totaled my car & left me unable to drive for a while. I only had a few days to find a vehicle before I was going back to work. It was a very stressful time. I looked at a few cars at a couple of other dealerships but they didn't work out for one reason or another. The sales people at the other dealerships were nice but there was something missing so I didn't go back . I bought my last car at Harr but because the website didn't have what I was looking for I never stopped by. That was a big mistake. If I had just gone there to begin with I would have saved myself lot of time and aggravations. Everyone I dealt with at Harr was great and Mark had whatever it was that the other dealerships didn't. He made me feel comfortable, told me that we could put together the vehicle I wanted and then he would get it for me. He didn't make me feel pressured at all and lucky they had just got in the vehicle that I wanted. I had a great experience at Harr and definitely would recommend it. I feel Mark went over and beyond to assist me in getting a new vehicle. .He totally took the stress away and made the process easy. His customer service i was superb and I hope he's still around when it comes time for me to purchase my net vehicle.

Thank you to Chris Allen in the sales department at Harr on Gold Star. I was having difficulties with my vehicle to the point of tears today. Chris heard my dilemma and immediately responded with genuine concern, compassion and he took action to help me. He reviewed my concerns, had another Team Leader Adrian escort me to over to service and they heard my concerns. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and I am more than pleased.

I brought in my Highlander for a 10,000 mile service appointment. The customer service portion was excellent. The service was done in a timely manner and everyone was friendly. I did not notice until after I left the dealership and was home that I noticed on my front driver side quarter- black marks on the paint. I was able to rub off the marks. I feel a little unsettled that something happened to my vehicle during a service appointment and it was not cleaned up.

Routine oil change - the service rep I dealt with informed me of a service bulletin that applied to my air conditioning, all was handled quickly and professionally. My wife and I were in search of a Jeep Cherokee due to our current vehicle needing to be replaced. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we were warmly greeted and treated with respect. Our prior experience working with two Santa Fe dealerships both in the winter and spring left us feeling unheard, taken advantage of, and mistreated. The "Perfect Price" at Harr was definitely something we appreciated as there was no hassle or pushy sales people forcing us to make a decision. Everyone at Harr was extremely helpful and polite, especially Ashley Defries, who was the Product Specialist we worked with. She kindly listened to our situation and made us feel at ease. Since it was our first time leasing a vehicle, Ashley readily answered our questions and did so in a way in which we could understand. Our situation was somewhat complex due to moving out of the state and having to set up temporary insurance at the same time. However, this was not a problem for Ashley and the team. She, as well as the rest of the team, went above and beyond, including providing her cell phone number to us, as we both had busy schedules and found this way the best method for communication. Ashley was able to find us the exact Jeep we were looking for. Within a few days and a matter of signing some paperwork, we were behind the wheel of a new Jeep Cherokee! They were willing and able to get us the best deal! We can honestly say this has been the most pleasant dealership experience we have ever had. It is a shame we are moving out of state, as we would only consider Harr dealership for a car/truck/SUV in Worcester going forward. We will highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends living in the area! A few days after we leased our vehicle, Ashley sent us a text message to ensure we loved our new Jeep. She knew we were sad to let our previous vehicle go and took the time to check in with us. It is rare to find such personal service these days! We feel as though Ashley went above and beyond her responsibilities by allowing us to contact her at anytime. She even wished us luck with our move. Ashley, you were a breath of fresh air after a stressful experience! We felt as though you truly cared about us and we cannot say enough about your professionalism and honesty. Your personality was a perfect match and we have no doubt that you are a true asset to your team. Thank you again, Michael and Kristen Zacharias (new Jeep lovers!)

I was only planning to "look" when I decided to drop into Harr Toyota. Obviously more than that happened. I wanted to look at Tacomas and had a specific configuration in mind. Derek showed me what was on the lot and explained that he didn't have regular cab that I could test drive. He let me drive the access cab and said he could have the configuration I wanted in a few days. While I drove, the staff looked at my trade in and offered a very fair price. Derek then explained that he needed a fully refundable deposit of $200 before he could get the truck I wanted. He explained the perfect pricing policy, a big stress reducer, we picked the color, the options, etc. A few days later he called and invited me to drive the truck I had requested.Everything was as promised, and I picked the truck up the next day. This was the easiest new car purchase I've made. Thanks,RB

We worked with a great person mike and a great person in finance, she was awesome. Our first purchase lat week was great, car ready when promised. then my wife who also bought this car, traded in hers. Repairs were too high so she traded in her car. She could not get a date on when hers would be ready and was told that the salesman had to be present to pick it up. So she is pissed off and still doesn't have her brand new RAV 4. After she bought me my car and another one two days later she thought it would have gone smoother. So after my wife bought two brand new cars, she is really pissed. Please understand not at mike the sales person who should not have to come into work on his day off so I could get my car. that is ridiculous. So yeah...... nice corolla.....

We worked with Kevin and Kara and they were both very easy to work with. We were undecided as to which vehicle we wanted and whether we were going to buy or try something different and look into a lease. They ran the numbers and it was beneficial to lease because we weren't sure we would like the Rav4. instead of a Camry. Kara took her time and explained all of the options to us and made us feel very at ease. We have bought 3 new Highlanders and 1 Rav4 in the past 5 years. We wish that Toyota offered a Loyalty incentive for repeat customers.

There is no excuse for poor customer service. No one should have to play cat and mouse with a sales person, especially when your trying to buy a car with cash....They lie about what is available to get you in the door, then try to sell you something else. Please do not send any of your polite responses as I have no intention of returning. What you should work on is your customer service and save the excuses.

My company car was delivered to Harr Toyota in Worcester. Dominic DiGiovanni is responsible for delivering the vehicle. The vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for over 3 weeks waiting for Dominic to process the insurance paperwork. I already made one visit, which was scheduled with Dominic, only to find out that he had not done a thing. I am now waiting another week to pick up the car.I had another bad experience with these guys years ago. I had ordered a car and put money down on the order. I waited over three months before I found out that they never ordered the car. I found that out thru the car manufacturer, not these guys. They kept telling me that the car was on order.Bottom line with these guys, zero customer service skills and they lie. Don't take your business to them. You've been fairly warned.

Absolutely terrible didn't even try to help me in an ways possible. They strung me along for about a week saying they could put me in a car.. I went to the dealership sat down for about 5 minutes and they told me basically I didn't even make enough money to be put in a car not even a used one, and because of my not-so-great credit score and my finances, there was nothing they could do for me. The man wouldn't even listen to me try to explain the way my pay stub worked or anything. It was like if I didn't have the cash up front they wanted nothing to do with me. I ended up going to another dealership and they were able to get me a brand new car! Also, when I went to the other dealership and they inquired about my credit, we came to find out that HARR had ran my credit to about 90 or so different banks without my knowledge and hurt my credit even more! The man I worked with was late, rude to myself and my mother, and didn't even want to give us the time of day. I recommend everyone stays away from this dealership unless you like to get screwed over!!!

They told me they had the car I drove 40 miles to get the car in cash, I get there and they tell me the car is gone from one day to the next, then bob, the salesman, showed me a challenger , when I clearly was looking for a charger. When I stated that I was look for a charger not a challenger, he just played dumb. It's not worth it, maybe if you see the car on there lot. Maybe then it will be available!

Three visits to the dealership already and no one can tell me when my parts will be in. Service dept told me they will call me, but never did. Over five weeks now waiting for part. One hand does not know what the other is doing. Worst thing is, this is Toyota's airbag recall. So, for years now, my Air bag lights was not working.... The Parts Dept. gave me the wrong metal gasket. Had to use the old one and return the new. Very frustrating. I will never buy a car there. This is by far the worst dealership and I have been to many.

While awaiting service to replace a bulb at Harr, service rep came to me and said I needed an entire new bulb assembly and was quoted over a thousand dollars. I went to another dealer for second opinion and they said I did not need any assembly and replaced the bulb. This is licensed thievery and flagrant fraud. This practice is unconscionable and should be stopped by the Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Fraud.

We were looking to trade my wife's car for something with better gas mileage so I stopped in with it, just to see what they would give me for it as a trade-in. I knew that a Camry was about where we wanted to be affordability-wise. Our salesman's name was Dan. I spent a little more than an hour and a half on a Friday at Harr and Dan was upfront about the whole process, the price, etc. I felt that what they were offering for my wife's car was a little low and we looked it up together on a pricing website. I didn't attempt to negotiate the price of the vehicle, as it's pretty clear that that's not their policy. We were still about $100 away from what we wanted for payment so I said I'd call after I talked with my wife. Subsequent to that visit, I was called several times by Dan and his sales manager Will with better offers. First they were able to raise the amount for the trade-in because it's kind of a rare car. Then there was something else,I forget what, but on the 3rd try they called back with a number we were interested in. We went down to sign the papers with our one-year-old daughter. She had a great time in their showroom playing in all of the cars. At one point one of the service personnel brought her a balloon. The car was ready the next day. I'd buy another car from them anytime.

Initially i was a bit intimidated by the "big" delaership feel at Harr. From my very first sales appointment to the very last one, i was simply amazed by the personal level of customer service i received. Laura (saleswoman) was prompt for each appointment. There was no waiting around wondering what was going on. I feel that she heard my voice, and gave me an opportunity to purchase a vehicle that I desired. For once, i did not feel as if a dealership tried to shoved a car down my throat! 10 weeks later, i am still thrilled about my purchase, and have no regrets about it at all! Once my vehicle was selected, the financing was seamless as well. Jessenia was very prompt, professional and courteous with no hidden agenda. I had done some research so I already knew Harr offered the best price for my purchase in the area. I had no idea that not only would i get the best pricing, but with more options as well!! I am still extremely satisfied with my purchase and i think if you are in the business for a new or even used car, consider Harr in your search. I do believe if you put the time in and do some research, you will fare well wherever you go, but it was a great feeling not having to fight or haggle for what i was looking for :-)

Went to Harr in October on the recommendation from a friend. She pointed us to see Derrick. Derrick came across as a very nice person. We looked at a number of Camry's and pick out one we really loved. We both have no-so-stellar credit, and we informed Derrick of this. We had enough money to pay for the car, outright, but we wanted to build up out credit. He let us know that Harr would run our numbers through 8-10 different banks and credit unions to get the best deal. We had to leave Harr, which is in Worcestor, to pick up our some from school in Connecticut. Derrick said he would keep in touch with us and keep us posted on what's going on. We were gone for 2-3 hours before we were finally able to get back to Harr. Derrick, nor anyone else from there, called us to let us know how things were going. After we got back to Harr, we had to wait a while...maybe 45 minutes...before were were able to talk to the financial girl. We were taken back to the financial office to sign the paperwork. No one had mentioned where the loan was through, what out loan rate was....just handed us the paperwork for us to sign. When I got to the page where the interest rate shown, that was when I saw WHAT the rate was. We were financed through Toyota Credit for a %19 loan. Now, after we initially talked to Harr about getting a car, I went to my local bank and check with them to see what I would get for an interest rate. My bank said %8.9, and that Harr should be able to get me a lower one. Guess what??? Harr didn't!!! We went ahead and signed the paperwork KNOWING that we were going to immediately pay off the car outright. We bought the car with Sirius XM radio. Ever since we bought the car, the radio has had an issue with losing satellite signal....even on CLEAR CLOUDLESS DAYS!!!! I took the car back about 2 weeks after we bought it to have the radio checked. Harr's service department said there was a code in the radio that they couldn't clear, and they would order us a new one. It should be about a week for the radio to come in. After a month, I called Harr to find out where our new radio was, and they told me it was on backorder. Gee, nice of them to call me and let me know. I was told it'd be in in a week....another month went by, and no radio. I called Harr to find out where it was...STILL on backorder....GEE, AGAIN, nice to keep me posted after dropping serious money on a new car....guess what??? I was told, AGAIN, it'd be a week....after a little more than a week of not hearing anything, I called them up asking if my radio was in or should I just forget about it and deal with it. They told me they'd check on it and call me back. After a couple days, they called me back and said they had the radio in and I needed to schedule an appt to get it taken care of. I finally got up to Harr about a week later to get it installed......tok about 1/5 hours. Guess what??? The radio STILL loses signal on clear cloudless days!!!!!NOT impressed with Harr!!!!

I went to harr to buy a new 2013 corolla, I found the on i wanted and according to their perfect pricing it would beat any other dealer. The following day i wanted to pick up the car and was told it would not be ready until monday(this was a friday) on saturday i went to another dealer and found the same car for $4800 less over the course of the loan so according to harrs advertised 48 hour money back guarentee no questions asked, I called to cancel my order and was told that my salesman was with a customer so i left a message on his voice mail letting him know i was cancelling the order, i never got a return call, the following day i called again and was told the salesman was off that day so i asked to speak to his boss and again was sent to a voicemail and again i left the message that i was cancelling the order and again i got no return call. On monday i got a e-mail from the genera manager mike gross congratulating me on my purchase, I replied that i had cancelled the order over the weekend, I did not hear anything back from Mr gross till 9 days later in which time he processed the loan in my name knowing that i had cabcelled the order and was paid by the finace company, when i spoke with mr gross he said he had been paid and had no intension of giving the money back to the finance company. The car never lrft their lot and to this day 2 months later is still sitting on their lot, Mr gross wants to charge me $35 dollars a day for storAGE ON A CAR HE HAS BEEN PAID FOR IN MY NAME AND HE STILL HAS POSESSION OF THE CAR. hE CLAIMS THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY CALLS HOWEVER HE MAY BE ABLE TO MAKE THE CALLS DISAPPEAR ON HIS END BUT I HAVE MY PHONE RECORDS WHICH BACK UP EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID. DON'T EVER BUY FROM HARR AND IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING A GOOD DEAL, GET IT IN WRITTING AND DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, I PROMISE YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER DEALER AND GET A BETTER PRICE AND HARR HAS NO INTENSION OF HONORING THEIR ADVERTISED 48 HOUR MONEY BACK GUARENTEE NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

My name is edward bushard i went to purchase a 2013 corolla on 10/18/12, the dealership advertises perfect pricing and a 48 hour money back guarentee no questions asked. on 10/19/12 i was told the car would not be ready till 10/22/12, on 10/19/12 i went to another dealer and found the same car for $5000 less over the course of the loan so i called harr to cancel the order, they did not get back to me until 2 days later and had already processed the loan application and were paid by toyota credit. when I spoke to mike gross the general manager he told me that he would not give the money back to toyota credit and that i now own 2 new cars he also stated that he would buy the car back as a used car. Keep in mind this whole time the car has been sitting on the dealers lot and i never took posession of the car. In the mean time i am getting bills from toyota credit for this loan on a car that i do not have. when i talked with toyota credit they said that harr needs to refund the money to them but i needed to work it out with harr and that in the mean time i was responsible for the loan.Harr is falsely advertising there perfect pricing that they are the lowest price and that there is no negotiation. I found a lower price at the first dealership i went to, they also advetise 48 hour money back guarentee no questions asked, yet they are not refunding the money to toyota credit on a car i never took possession of.

I don't know what all the complaining is is seems t0 revolve around particular staff. Also it seems that most complaints come beacuse they won't haggle price and if you researched it it they give you the bottom price vs competitive market and options. Who wants to sit there for 3 hours haggling and negotiating price you should know what you are willing to spend and then go see if there is something to fit your budget. If you can't get a loan or financing because your credit score sucks that's not anybody elses fault except yours. I has a great experience. Pick my car up this week. Have a great day!

Sale was a pleasant experience, nice guys, Adrian was good throughout the process. The service department though needs a little work. They are, somewhat odd, and you will pretty much get a different answer from each person you speak with. I do not get a sense that my problem is an important problem. I put a value on service, and i just don't get the feeling that the service department understands how to deliver that kind of experience. The kind that instills confidence in a customer and prompts them to recommend them to their friends and family. For now I am going to not recommend them as the experience is not complete, but maybe down the line, they can improve the service department to something on par with the sales department.

We came in to buy a new avalon. My husband had done internet research and were told by Laura that they had a 2012 avalon that just came in and it was scratched coming off the truck, thus bringing the price down significantly. We made an appointment to see this car two days later (on a weekend because going there required an hour's drive time.) Laura called on Friday to confirm the appointment and my husband again repeated the offer and confirmed again that this was the price. We got there and not only couldn't they "find" the car but instead tried to put us in a 2011 used avalon for the same price. We asked to see the team leader, Kevin Morais, who smiled and said it was an error on the website. He also lied and told us the internet director had called us to correct the misinformation, which was a blatant lie. I asked to speak to him directly. He was conveniently "not here today." I asked Kevin to call him at home I was so angry. I am in business also and if an important mistake was made such as this I would call my employee to deal with it. Not here at Harr Toyota. The tactic "Bait and switch" was alive and well here. We pointed that out to the team leader, whose skills might have qualified him as trash collector, told us it was not bait and switch if they made a mistake. There was no effort to help to mediate the situation or come up with other ideas to make the problem more palatable to us. After driving an hour and receiving such shabby treatment I will do all I can to blacken the reputation of Harr Toyota and point out what they really are, as others have pointed out, a bait and switch dealership with the skill level of ants.

So the bad stuff first: I contacted this dealership yesterday regarding a car I found on their website, and received a prompt email response from one of their salespeople titled "we still have that car". Stopped by the dealership about an hour later...only to find out from a different salesperson that they're going wholesale the car to another dealer, meaning that really, they NEVER "had that car". I would've walked out right away if I hadn't come across a couple of other cars I was interested in. I let the salesperson know about one of those other cars...so he proceeds to try to sell me a newer model year of the same car which, of course, is more expensive (and outside my established budget). So within 10 minutes of walking through the door, the dealership has managed to commit two of the biggest turn-offs possible for a prospective car buyer. Now, all that said, I dealt with a very professional salesperson (whose name I can't remember at the moment, sorry...) who at no point pressured me to make a purchase, and actually encouraged me to go home, shop around, see if I can get a better deal on that car (the newer model year one, which I actually did decide to test-drive), and then come back. Absolutely refreshing to see from a car salesman. And in fairness, while I may not be too happy about the issue with the other car, it's to the salesperson's credit that he was so honest and up-front about what happened, and why. Don't know if I'm gonna buy that car, but they redeemed themselves just enough that I wouldn't rule it out, and would consider shopping there in the future. FWIW, after my visit, I received another email from the first salesperson looking to schedule an appointment to come in and test-drive that first car that isn't for sale. And as I type this, the car's still listed for sale on their website and here on cars.com. So...yeah...they've gotta work on that...

After papers were signed and a pickup date was set, they didnt do what they agreed to do. They didnt make any effort to register the vehicle in time for us to pick it up. Another time was set and again they had an excuse why they didnt get it registered. Their sales person who was getting the commission was to lazy to do it himself. Perhaps he felt that that was beneath him to do such work. I would NOT recommend anyone deal with this company. There are enough car dealers around that you dont have to put up with this company.

Harr has adopted a business model that should be applauded - and rewarded. I drove over 100 miles for a vehicle they listed online, because it was the vehicle I was looking for, with the equipment I wanted, and it was well priced, based on my research. Their pricing for BOTH what they were selling AND for what they offered for my trade (which less scrupulous dealers might have tried to use to "make up for" the lack of high selling prices) were terrific. I had done my research and knew what the going rate prices were, and didn't have any reservations about either end of the transaction. To top it off, the staff was friendly and courteous, and if I had to sum it up I'd say they made buying a car (including trading one in) about as painless as it could be. The only unfavorable comment I could make is that they (like ALL dealers) need to address the real-time nature of their online listings (as in, once a car has been sold, the listing needs to come off the internet IMMEDIATELY, so as to avoid customers feeling like they're being baited when they come to look at a car and find it's already been sold. I say this only because I noticed the car I bought didn't get removed from their online listing until after the actual delivery (today) as opposed to after the paperwork was signed (as in, nobody else could buy it). I would highly recommend this dealer and would drive the 100+ miles again if I find they have another car I want in the future.

The folks at Harr Toyota have completely lost their customer focus... entirely... 100%. They have gutted their dealership, getting rid of those typical sales people and over-inflated prices. Their new model features "Perfect Pricing", which means they've already applied a discount for you, and will NOT negotiate anything. This new policy allows them to no longer retain commissioned-based sales people, but instead use lower paid, more ill-informed "sales" people that basically take you for a test drive then hand you off to the finance person. While I feel that the price I was offered was fair, there are a few points that ruined this for me: 1) Lack of knowledge from my sales person, 2)The arrogant "You're too stupid to negotiate" attitude from Ken the finance guy 3) The new "get 'em in, get 'em out" approach that demeans the customer experience.First, the "sales" person assigned to me knew NOTHING of the car (and I was buying a Rav4, one of their most popular selling cars). "Oh look... this is rare. This 2009 Sport Model has a spare tire!" she said. So I pointed out that EVERY sport model on their lot had a spare, and then asked what made the sport model different. Her response? "Oh, the sport model doesn't have the spare tire". While on this lot, never once could this person offer one explanation as to what made the sport model different. Later when I got home (after NOT buying the Rav 4), I looked it up online and learned about the differences in suspension, features, and subtle styling... but for a sales person to not know why one model costs more than the other, or what makes a Rav4 Sport a "sport" is just rediculous. It's her JOB to know. Second, the finance guy was totally arrogant. After going on a test drive, I was ready to buy. When the finance guy comes over, he doesn't introduce himself or thank me for coming by. Instead, he says "Before we begin, how grateful are you to Harr for implementing perfect pricing and allowing you to forgoe the negotiating process?" I was shocked by this outright conceited arrogant "You should be thanking me" approach. I responded by telling him that "grateful" isn't the right word, but "Skeptical" is more appropriate. I explained that when I make a large purchase, I like to be able to negotiate. I told him that I have a price of what I will pay for a car, and its his job to use my trade in, wiggle room in his pricing, and different finance options to put me in the car at my price. I expected an explanation of how perfect pricing works, or even him to pull up comparably priced Rav4's from other dealers to show that their model was marketable: instead, he lectured me about how I didn't know what I was talking about, that I would never find a Rav4 with those options at that price, and that I should be more thankful. Finally, he told me that other dealers pay a commission to their sales people because they know how to negotiate and (actual quote) "Eat people like you alive." I nicely informed Ken that I, too, know how to negotiate, which is why I was leaving Harr without a deal. Finally, I was really put off by the obvious change in strategy from Harr's management. They no longer want to win lifelong customers based on a customer-centric approach, trust, or loyalty. Their goal is to simply get you in and get you out. If you don't wanna buy a car at their price, who cares... someone else will. I found that from the moment I stepped on the lot, everything about their dealership seemed to be geared toward efficiency, not the car buying experience. I've never seen sales people so clueless about the cars they are selling, nor have I ever worked with finance people who have THE NERVE to treat me like they're doing me a favor. I went to Harr to give them my business, and they made me feel like a poor little stupid consumer that needed to be told what I wanted and how much I'd pay. At the end of the day, I left Harr frustrated and angry. Not only did I not buy from Harr, but I shunned buying a Toyota all together. Harr is perfect for people who know exactly what they want in a car and are afraid of getting ripped off in the negotiating process. However, if you aren't sure about what to buy and want to explore, don't go here - I found that the employees here really don't know anything about their cars, except that "It's a Toyota, so ofcourse its good". If you value negotiating and want to work with your dealership to find a way to get you in the car you want, do not go here - no matter how much you plead or beg, their assessment of everything from their sales price to your trade in is completely up to their own deduction, so you can either take that or go elsewhere.

I really don't know why all car dealers can't be like Harr. Their approach is simple. They want to sell you a car at a fair price and take away all the haggling associated with a car purchase, so you drive away happy. We found Harr Toyota to be very low pressure and very easy to work with. Our salesperson, Dominic was a great guy. From the minute we walked into the dealership he was friendly and laid back. There was no "slick talk," only straight talk. All of the car prices are clearly marked on the vehicles, and there is no haggling, or "checking with the manager." We did a lot of online research before we went into Harr, and we new what we wanted and we found Harr to offer us a fair price. We actually bought 2 used Toyotas. Everything is explained up front, and we weren't hit with any surprises throughout the whole ordeal. Even the financing went smoothly. Jesse, the finance manager was very friendly and professional. She even stayed with us over an hour after the dealership closed, just to expedite the process.I would highly recommend visiting Harr. All of their prices are on their website, so you can do a lot of comparison shopping without even leaving home. Once you're at the dealership, you will find their approach to be a welcome change from all the stereotypes of the car-buying experience.

After buying a new car for my wife, I started thinking about "evening the score" and did some research on a more luxurious vehicle to replace my 2007 Nissan TitanI did a lot of research online and was attracted to Toyota's Sequoia SUV due to its capabilities, resale value, safety, and option packages - I opted for the "Limited" package. Harr Toyota's website showed that they had exactly what I was looking for and their "perfect pricing" was attractive. Now, really how good was that price and would they try to "chisel" me on the other end (my trade?). I contacted at least a dozen dealerships online, via telephone, and in person and no one was able to touch Harr's price or what they offered me for my trade - NOT EVEN CLOSE! (not even Westboro Toyota, from whom we'd purchased my wife's new car just a couple of weeks before - their "discounted price" was $4,000 more than Harr's and they offered $3,500 less for my trade!) Each of the other dealerships I contacted told the same story! Research on the WWW confirmed that I was getting a good deal and a fair trade.I left a couple of messages for Internet Manager Will Briggs but we ended up playing telephone tag for a couple of days. I eventually decided to "take the plunge" and just stop by the dealership to look at the Sequoia. Will was able to shuffle his schedule, set up a test drive for us with no notice, and got Marty from Sales and Jay from Finance to stay more than an hour after closing to make the deal! I got a 2.24% interest rate through Toyota Financial Services based upon my good credit score. I'm thrilled with the vehicle, have been back to Harr to take care of some minor repairs, purchase some accessories, and to correct some paperwork. They've been great to deal with! One suggestion - I was able to do some research and found that Toyota's extended warranty plan was a better deal (in my mind) than the one offered through Warranty Solutions by Harr. It was easily corrected but I suggest giving the customer the opportunity to choose between the plans during the negotiation process please!

Rude! Rude! Rude! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! Janice was snappy with a terrible attitude who cannot admit when she made a mistake. Jose doesn't return calls and is unprofessional. I expected more from such a 'prestigious' dealership and will never return here again! They are incapable of reading a credit report properly, and relaying information in a timely manner. They also deduct from the value of your trade for a 'Cleaning' fee. Last time I checked that was a dealership requirement. Never ever again!

My wife and I went into Toyota trying to look at different vehicles. The first sales person, his title was product trainee, told us all the cars we were looking at were sold when in fact they weren't all sold. You had 11 in stock that we could have looked at. After talking to multiple people at the dealership they referred us over to loan express. Boy was that a huge mistake. I waited 3 weeks to get a monthly payment and they would not give me a payment. The payments they gave me were $100-$130 a week for a cheap car. Folks do not fall for a payment of that. Loan express does not operate in a professional manner nor can they get people approved for loans like they say they can. If you have credit as I do of 620 go to your credit union and get a loan from them and stay away from Loan express and any Harr dealerships. DONT BUY FROM HARR!!!!!

I had a very worst experience with this dealer. I did very clearly communicate the car and the option I was looking for and asked for the quote. Sales person provided me a Quote, which was very competetive compared to other quotes I got. I called up and confirmed the options and car am getting for the price minimum 7 times. I decided to sign the papers and buy the car. I called again and confirmed the price and options as I need to drive 60 miles to the delaer ship. Sales person invited me with an appointement time. When I reached the place, the sales person I am talking with, did not even show the courtesy to meet me or talk with. sales persons and manager available at the time informed me that it was mistake and they cant give it for that price. I asked them then Why you made me drive till Worcester. ONly thing that came out freom their mouth after they made me sit there for 40 minutes was "WE ARE SORRY". This was the most frustrated day of my life. I will never receommed this dealer to any one.

Brian and Jim are outstanding. My dad has trusted his Toyotas with them for years, and when I was shopping for my first Toyota (used), there was no question as to where I would take it for an assessment before purchase. Now I am on Toyota #2 (also used), and they continue to be excellent sources of guidance and advice. I wish I lived closer so I could bring my car to them for regular oil changes, but I will certainly make the trek out to Worcester for the bigger jobs.

Long story short, we agreed to buy a new Tundra and get $2000 off and 0% financing. We asked for confirmation of both offers several times during negotiations. We then put down a $1000 deposit to get the truck onto the lot. When we went to finalize the deal on Thursday, we were told we "misunderstood" things and could get EITHER $2000 off OR 0% financing. After 20 minutes of restating the details, Janiece admitted she made a mistake but the manager wouldn't honor our agreement with her. Our trust with Harr was broken so my husband talked alone for a minute. Jose then came back and told us to think it over and call him by Monday and if we decided not to buy the truck, he would refund our credit card. We called him Friday night to tell him we decided not to buy the truck but had to leave a voicemail. We called again Saturday but Jose told us he couldn't process a refund on Saturday and that he'd call us Tuesday. We called again Tuesday afternoon since he hadn't, and we were told Tuesday is his day off. We've called several times today and he never answers his phone and never calls us back. We were just transferred 4 times in one phone call to 4 people, none of whom would help us. And like in another review, one guy just said they couldn't process refunds over the phone, to which my husband responded, "But you can TAKE a deposit over the phone?!" Jose said he would process it over the phone, but he's avoiding us and we're getting the runaround. This truck was going to be the 3rd car my family has purchased at Harr, but we will NEVER go there again - at least not once we get our money back. Harr has changed and is horrible now. We ended up buying a truck at Falmouth Toyota! They are incredible there!!!!

Hi,I and my wife have bought new Toyota Corolla in HARR Toyota dealership in Worcester about 2 month ago. We had no any credit history (just come to US) and I was really need the car to get to my job as soon as possible. Price was ok, but financing - 21%.So we wanted to minimize financing. But our manager Joze Cruse included "Car Care" option and did not ask us do we want it, and did not inform us that he did it, and did not say us what is it. It costs $500 then you buy new car. On the next day then we found unknown point in our contract, we come back and find out what is it. We decided that we do not need it and come back again on the next day to drop this option and get $500 back. But Jose said that he can not just give this money he only able to put it to our account in Toyota Financing and decrease our dept. Two month was gone, but the money did not come. He almost never get his phone and never call me back after voice mail. We have come to Toyota HARR several times during last months and each time Jose promised that the money will be soon (during the week, for example) - and just did not get his promises - we still did not get it. More then this we pay fee for this (not much for 2 month - about $15 - $20) and we pay for oil to get there (maybe the same - $20 in total) But the time that I have spend for this costs more. I like the car that I bought there, but this situation (than I can not get my money during 2 month) makes me unhappy.Sincere, Sergey.

I have been to 6 dealers in the past week. Harr was a totally different experience. The man at the front desk, Addison, explained that the salesmen rotate through customers and he called one down to talk to me. We waited a bit and Addison got me a coffee and asked what I was looking for. I explained I'd been to several dealers, had already driven a Corolla, was interested in driving a second one after seeing Harr's prices, which were much better than the other dealers. Something I said clicked with Addison and he changed my salesman, as the first one hadn't been able to get over to us yet. I ended up with Derek Houde, who was just awesome to work with. He's laid back and personable. He explained that Harr does one price, which is displayed prominently on their website, and they don't haggle, because they don't understand why you have to haggle over cars when you don't haggle over practically anything else you buy. He got me keys to the car I thought I was interested in and I mentioned in passing that I really needed to get my husband down to drive one. Derek had me go pick him up, since my husband was in Worcester at the time. Harr gave me a more than fair price on my trade in, which was an excellent car, but it was old and needed more work than I wanted to deal with. Harr is currently offering free remote starters (I can't tell you how much this increased the value of the car for me), and Toyota's free maintenance for up to 4 years depending on the warranty is just awesome. They will also wash and vacuum your car whenever for free. All of that, plus their published, below sticker price, plus Derek's personable and low-key approach put me over the edge and I ended up with a lovely new red Corolla. It was such a positive experience (Jessie in the finance department is fabulous, too), that my husband is right now seriously considering the new Camry. This place is just plain nice and if you're really looking for a car, then I don't think you can go wrong here. At least not from what I've seen.

Was recommended harr by my partners pairents who several years ago had a good experience. To my horror this was not the case. Was treated like absolute garbage by the dealership. They seem to base how you will be treated by your intended dollar amount purchase. Unless your buying a new car your not important. I was relatively new to the country and had not yet established a credit file. Asked to see a car which would suit out needs and would be fiancable. The dealership wasted our time and theirs by showing us a brand new car. After raising this issue we where proceeded to be shown a variety of cars which did not meet our needs.During the whole process our questions where not answered because the sales team where assisting more valuable customers. We where shown a car that we liked and asked to put a 250$ deposit down to hold it while our credit was run. It took several days to get this returned after we found the car in question was not eligible for financing due to being end of line. We where given a hardtime getting this sum back.We where then shown a car which we where assured was our only option and aggressively sold it at a horrendous rate. We had to make a massive deposit most of our savings. We decided after consultation to cancel the purchase and seek a refund. The dealer took three weeks to refund our deposit. It became impossible to contact the dealer as they refused to take our calls. Finally we drove one hour and a half to their offices to seek our refund after being told they needed us to be present. Upon arrival we where told that this was not the case and they could have done it over the phone. This meant that we where without our money for three weeks for no reason.Upon asking for the manager they ran away to their office and hid.In summary unless you have perfect credit and want to purchase something brand new dont expect good treatment. Lets just say Im now a very happy owner of a honda and that dealership where so helpful and respectful.

Derek Houde immediatey approached me when we arrived in the parking lot to look at new cars. His demeanor was friendly but not pushy. He was knowledgable and bent over backwards for us. Even though I live in Worcester, I have purchased my last three Camrys at other dealerships in the state because of the negative treatment received from the salesmen at Harr (the last car being a 2002 Camry). My favorable treatment from Derek continued when I picked the 2011 Camry up yesterday. The car was ready and Derek spent a long time teaching me how to use all the gadgets in the car, from the navigation system to the radio and everything in between. He was patient and thorough. He also introduced me to one of the service managers which was iomportant to me since I will be having the car serviced at Harr. I am an administrator at Holy Cross College and I am often asked where to buy a car. If this service continues to be excellent, I will not hesitate to refer buyers to Harr. I never would have done this in the past.Thank youAnn Zelesky

Harr Toyota by far is the WORST dealership for customer service. Their professionalism is non existant as they let customers sit for hours to attempt to make what they feel is a great deal. In my 5 hrs I wasted waiting to make a deal, I overheard the salesmen laughing at several of the customers that were there that day regarding trades and financing. That is unacceptable behavior on anyone's part. I dealt with Domonic who is friendly if you settle at a deal he thinks is good but as soon as you challenge him he becomes extremely rude. Branco in financing speaks little English and tries to pad the sale behind the scene with extended warantees but makes it sound as if he's giving it to you for free. Nothing is free in life, Branco. They also figure the initial monthly payment at 8%. I was approved for 6% however they never changed my payment to reflect the 6%. This dealership can't be trusted and lost the opportunity to sell 2 vehicles. I should have gone to Herb Chambers initially where I got an outstanding deal and excellent customer service.

This place is filled with liars cheats and frauds. They will fast talk you into things you don't need and don't want. Especially if you have bad credit....DON"T finance a car here unless you want to pay for it twice. They will throw paper work in front of you hoping your not smart enough to notice all the hidden fees they throw in. They are you best friend until you sign the paperwork and then you are only a bother who is given false hope and lies. The staff may seem friendly at first but TRUST ME....THEY HATE YOU! DONT SIGN ANYTHING HERE UNLESS YOU ARE 100 percent sure what you are getting into. The managers here lie more than the sale people. It is a miracle Toyota corporate doesn't pull their license. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Did my price shopping on Edmunds and Consumer Reports. Bought a 2011 Sienna LE. Their price without haggling was less than edmunds TMV and consumer reports "negotiate up from" price. All their cars have a sell for price on them that is very competitive.I also got prices from four other dealers via email. I made it clear they were competitively bidding and had one shot at it. Harr beat them all.I'm not suggesting to just go and lay down your cash without research. Do your research and then compare to Harr. The experience was low pressure, friendly and efficient.Warning.....All dealers will try to sell you extras at the time you are about to sign the paperwork. Extended warranties, simonize etc. Don't buy them. If you choose a extended warranty or accessory only buy it if it is a factory product. The reality is you cant buy extended warranties through a manufacturer. They are always some other warranty company and they are not worth it. Resist the temptation, do not give in.Also prepare yourself to pay a "advertising fee". Every dealer will get you for $300 or so in dealer advertising fee. They also get you for a document fee, about $150.Ask about these fees when you get the price. Then ask for a complete written outline of the "amount financed with tax and all fees" before agreeing to any deal.Make sure you understand everything and ask lots of questions.Don't drive into the dealer with your "trade" Cut a deal first, get it in writing. Lie if you have to about the existence of your trade. After you have a deal consider offering your trade. Know what your trade is worth. Do your internet pricing. Write it down, have your notes with you. Stick to your guns. Car salesman are slick and move faster than you can interpret.Remember, your trade is something the dealer can make a lot of money on. They usually make more on your trade than the new car you are buying. Presenting a trade at the time you negotiate a deal confuses the process and will never work in your favor. Also, never trade in a car you are still making payments on. Finish paying for it first.

Car shopping is never a fun experience, but Harr was by far been the most unpleasant to deal with. There are a number of frustrations I have with Harr, none of which the general manager cared to address other than to defend the bait and switch tactics of the dealership. My car shopping began when the service department installed a recalled water pump on my 2006 Prius incorrectly, which sent me in for a scare when all the hybrid system warning lights turned on. Their marketing ploy on new car sales was successful in getting me in the door, but when advertising a price of 1% over invoice to employees of a local workplace and the sales staff is unwilling to show the invoice to the customer, it only raises red flags. I'm sure I haven't been the first customer to ever ask for an invoice based on that advertised discount. After Nate's failed attempt at high pressure sales and continued communication via email with Luis, Derek arranged for me to return later that week to work on a better price for my trade. I received another email before my return to Harr that they were "no longer able to honor prices discussed because of the crisis in Japan. But they would be happy to sell me the vehicle at MSRP." Are you kidding?!Bottom line.. there is no disclaimer on the 1% over invoice advertised discount. So even if the price being discussed was lower, that 1% over invoice price should still have been honored. That wasn't the case. They can keep their Prius and play games with someone else. Very unprofessional and dishonest!

I recently purchased a certified preowned Camry. I cannot say enough about both Richie Thomas and Anthony Badger. Phenomenal no hassle service with a smile. No gimmicks with these guys, they are NOT your average car salesmen. I will be recommending Harr Toyota to everyone I know. Definitely worth them drive! Thank you for a smooth and stress free purchase of a beautiful, honestly priced, quality preowned Toyota. You guys rock! :)

I went to Harr Toyota knowing their great service and fair service. I worked with Richard Thomas and he went through numerous vehicles with me finding exactly what was in my price range while getting me the best deal possible. I ended up buying a 2011 Rav4 and I absolutely love it. I was a NH resident buying in MA and had a number of extra steps I had to complete in order to have my car ready to drive on the road. Rich worked with me through every step and accommodated me when I had time to do so. Outstanding customer service, great deals, and a great vehicle. What more could you ask for in a dealer? I plan on bringing my aunt there to get a car as well. Highly recommended.

After getting the 'hard sale' at a Boston-area dealer, I had a great experience here. They explained and broke down the costs of various accessories so it was clear what made sense. The entire sale experience with Dominic was focused on service, not driving a sale, which was actually a much more effective sales technique. Highly recommended, and would definitely go back.

I went in with my husband to purchase a used vehicle. The vehicle was for me. I did the test drive. I was the person applying for financing. I was the person who knew what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and what my trade in was worth. I was disappointment when many of the questions were directed towards my husband instead of me. I was frustrated that I was seen as the second person in the deal, not the person making the deal.My experience from there did not improve. I purchased the vehicle on a Sunday. Banks are closed, registry is closed and so are insurance companies. I understand this. I do not live close to the dealer. To make a trip back to get the registration and other paper work once everything was set would be a two commute. To eliminate me having to travel back I was told the papers would be sent overnight to me first thing Monday night after everything is done. I called my bank and insurance company on Thursday to see if everything was set. When they said yes, I called Harr to find out all my paper work was still with them, they hadn't sent it out yet. You have 7 DAYS to get a vehicle inspected after purchase. It will be Saturday by the time I get the papers, if I'm lucky. This means I won't get an inspection till Monday. Let's keep going on with the not so positive experience. When negotiating the price I was not able to get them to give me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. I decide to compromise for we agreed on the amount they would send the bank to pay-off my trade in. The amount we agreed upon and the amount they sent were not the same. What would have been little money coming back to me from the pay-off turned out to be nothing leaving me with not getting what I expected.

This was an occasion where great service came from a salesman who went above and beyond. The evening of January 14, 2011 found my wife and her 2005 Toyota Prius stranded in a nearby, very cold Home Depot parking lot unable to start the car. It was 6 pm, I was incapacitated and the Harr service Dept. was closed. My call into the Harr Toyota sales Dept. was taken by Derek Houde, Sales Manager that evening. Derek was kind enough to jump in his own car, drive over and help my wife get the car started. He then called me on his cell phone to let me know that all was well. The world would be a much better place if there were more Derek Houdes around.

My husband and I visited Harr but we went to the loan express that is connected with them. Basically they give auto loans to those with credit problems. We had some issues about 2 years ago that affected our credit and although it was slowly inching back up we still did not have stellar credit, or so we thought.Anyway we went there and right of the bat we felt as though these people were treating us as lesser humans because we had bad credit. Anyway we went into their little trailer and sat down and talked about what we were looking for. The car they showed us was not what we wanted. Fortunately we saw a nice camry right next to what they were trying to sell us. That seemed to fit our needs. Family size and only had 16k miles on it. The price they had on it was a little over 16k. So we asked if we could test drive it but for some reason they could not find the keys. So they offered us a test drive in another camry. We took the car out and we liked how it drove. This particular vehicle had more miles on it then the other but we still wanted to test drive the car we would think of buying. After the test drive they sat us down and pretty much wanted us to buy the car under the assumption that it would drive the same if not better then the one we drove. Im sorry but if we are going to sign up for a 16k loan we do not want to make any assumptions. So the sales guy went to see his manager and they worked up some numbers and came back to us with this crazy offer. No money off the car, I mean none, and to boot they wanted a 12% interest rate for 6 years. We said no! So the manager said what do we have to do to make this work and get you to buy this car? My husband and I thought, well a test drive in the car would be a great start but your numbers just do not work. Needless to say I just dint feel right so I walked out. They continued to talk to my husband and he came out to tell me they are going to call a favor in to the bank and they can get 2k knocked off and lower our rate. I told my husband at this point if they offered the car for 1k I still would not buy it. So we left. The next day Pat called us and asked if we still wanted the car. I told him my husband was at work and that we would think about going back and that we would call him.Tuesday I called him back and told him we would like to go in and take the car on a test drive. Mind you we were willing to go back because we felt our credit was tarnish so we were forced to work with this type of dealership. So we get there and they see us and make no attempt to greet us. So we said hi Pat we are here for that car and he says oh yeah, that car is out right now on a test drive. So we wait for the people who supposedly have the car to come back. Ten minutes later he says, yeah they are back and they are sitting down to talk about it. So we wait another 10 minutes and Pat comes back and tells us the deal looks like is going through but they have other cars with higher mileage they can get us in. At this point Im looking at my husband thinking, if he knew we were comming why dint he set the car aside for us? It felt as though it was all contrived. Needless to say we left.On our way home we stopped by another dealership, Bertera Chevy, and we saw a nice '09 Volvo S40 with only 15k miles on it. We took it for a test drive and loved it. We felt like we really wanted this car but that we could not afford it because we more then likely would have a huge rate. They took our application, worked the numbers and came back with a 7% rate. We were like, what? They showed us our Fico and it was a 718. Which is not Great but its not bad either. They also gave us the 5 start treatment. They got us coffee and they were extremely friendly. In the end we feel that Loan Express banks on its customers feeling they have a bad score and they hose you on it!! My advice, stay away from them, do your homework and do not ever underestimate yourself. There are more places out there that are reputable and honest and willing to work with you no matter what.

I was looking for a car on my birthday. Carlos our dealer was wonderful, before he even knew it was my birthday. He was very thorough, competent, and pleasant. My husband will be looking for a car soon and we will likely go back to the same dealer. Wonderful experience; best experience I have ever had purchasing a car~!

I went into Harr Toyota to discuss the possiblty of leasing a RAV4. I received an e-mail from Mica at Harr immediately after inquiring. When we arrived at the dealership, Mica was available right away to sit with us. We test drove the RAV4, even though I knew I that was the vehicle I wanted. Negotiations for the leased vehicle went smoothly and everyone involved were extremely helpful and friendly, including Mica. I can't praise her enough for her services. All in all, my experience with Harr was extremely pleasant and no worries about the financing. I would gladly recommend any of my family or friends to Harr Toyota and hope that they had the experience that I had.

Renel was unknowledgable and mislead me regaurding the apr. Unable to answer questions on replacement parts and seemed unwilling to find out. I picked up the car and had an empty gas tank. When I was finally able talk to a manager, after many attempts with no response, keith told me it is customary to only put 10$ worth of gas in a used car while sounding annoyed. Really Kieth, only 10$ in a $19,000 car. Every respectable dealership fills the tank. Shame on me for buying a car here. Clearly these people don't care about customer service. Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere.

Harr Toyota was one of 7 dealers we went to after an extensive internet search. We live at the very end of Cape Cod and Harr Toyota was the furthest dealer from us(just about a 3 hour drive). When we got there Brian our salesman was friendly and professional. We checked the vehicle that we were interested in. It was what we were looking for, but there were several we wanted to check out. When we said we wanted to check out the other vehicles on our list, Brian seemed to respect that and gave us the info we were looking for. We spent the rest of the day and the next morning looking at other vehicles. We followed up with Brian on information regarding our trade. We had narrowed down to 2 vehicles and would have purchased either one. Brian worked out a deal with us over the phone. There was not bull... everything was straight forward. We actually expected to get the "used car run around" when we got up to the dealership. There was none. Everything was as discussed. We haggled a little on the trade, but feel everything worked our very fair. We were still expecting some hitch when we went to the finance office... but Yesenia went over over the financing which was as discussed and offered some add on options. She went over each add on and how it would benefit us and how it would effect our loan payment, but there was absolutely no hard sell. Everything was straight forward and reasonable. My only complaints are that there was no coffee offered and the candy in the vending machine was stale. :)I do regret that we were suspicious through out the whole process. We didn't need to be. We didn't expect "fair and square" from a used vehicle purchase, but that is what we got. We will recommend Harr Toyota and Brian Dat Le to everyone we know. It was well worth the drive in the snow. Oh and we love our FJ Cruiser!

Personalized, professional and excellent service provided. Paul Donahue was at the top of all our concerns and questions during the whole transaction.I visited 2 or 3 Toyota dealers before stopping at Harr Toyota. Honestly, I just went to Harr Toyota to get a quote, but they did such a nice job that I could not refuse the offer they made to me.Excellent job.

Our previous car was destroyed in an accident. It was frustrated to find a replacement car in a very shot period of time. It was a wonderful experience to work with the salesperson at Harr Toyota, especially, Brian Le and Michael, the sales manager. They took care of customer's need nicely and introduced a good option package, not just to push for sale. The sales deal, paper work and registration were done quickly and smoothly. We appreciate Brian's professional work.

A very unlike car-buying experience. I recently purchased a 2011 Highlander here. The sale's guy- Dominic- was very nice to deal with. He knew the truck inside-out and never pressured me into buying anything I didnt want (I wanted a 2011 Limited with JBL but no Nav- kinda hard to find). Another dealer had initially promised me to get this specific truck only to keep calling me back and pressure me into changing my spec (probably to sell something from his lot). On the other hand, Dominic and Derek (his manager) both gave me their best offer and never deviated from it. They went to great length in getting me the truck and that too in a timely manner. I'll definitely recommend working with Harr in general and Dominic in particular.

I will never buy or reccomend anyone to buy from these thieves (Brian Lindsey). They tell you to lie to banks. They forge papers. They do not do as they are asked to do. I tried speaking to there manager Richard Thomas) he made belive he was trying to help, but disregarded everything you requested him to do. I am so amazed how these people who are so called honest be the sneakist people I have met....

Everyone I dealt with at Harr was very friendly and not "pushy" to buy a car right "now". I made several visits to the showroom to look at different cars and options. When I did decide to buy, everything went smoothly and everything was explained to my satisfaction. I wanted a specific color and Brian located the car right away. Since I added a few options, he kept me informed of the progress by e-mail so I always knew what was happening with my car.

On September 26, my elderly father Dan Stone purchase a 2008 Scion xR , standard shift, 41k miles for $15,500. (Right off the bat they screwed him), and I want to mention that the condition of the paint is horrible with scratches all over the place. I warned him to not go by himself to purchase this vehicle but he did not listen. My father traded in his 2003 Ford pick up truck for a trade value of $4,000, making the Scion price $11,500. Because of his bad credit he was forced to pay 14.9 interest rate. Harr Toyota informed my father that he had to purchase an extended warrary for $2050 because of his poor credit rating and that if he did not, his interest rate would be much higher. Can someone please tell me how an $11,500 loan can end up totaling $25,400 over a 6 year period? His monthly payment for 6 years is $350.00. I am blown away by this deal and am so ashamed that Harr can take advantage of the elderly. My father is 78 years of age, his health is declining and his mind not so good. These people took advantage of an old man and should be ashamed of themselves. How you people can do this to the uneducated, unsuspecting customers on a daily basis will always amaze me.

The process of buying my truck was comfortable and smooth. Our salesman knew the details of the cars themselves and the paperwork and side issues that are part of the process and thus did not waste time. Rather than attempting to talk me into a truck on the lot, the salesmen had the truck with the options I wanted delivered to Harr. The sale did not take long and was completed without difficulty.

One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I was greeted by Joe Del'Ollio timely and professionally when I was looking for a new vehicle a few weeks ago. When I was working with Joe, he gave me his full attention. I never felt rushed, and he was not "pushy" like alot of sales folks I've met the past few months. I gave him the numbers I was working with and although my payment went over my budget by $50.00 a month once I purchased the vehicle locator and maintenence plan, it was well worth it. I have the vehicle that I wanted and then some. Once I made the deal, I met with the Sales Manager,Sarkis Shamshoyan and Busines Manager, Branko Kovacevich. Both gentlemen were equally very pleasant, professional, and gave me their undivided attention. Go over and see my new friend Joe Del'Ollio at Harr Toyota in the sales department. You'll be glad you did. Tell him that the girl with the "twin to his Toyota Camry" sent you...Signed, ~JB ~ Happy in my 2011 Camry

I would definitely refer a friend or anyone else to buy a car at Harr Toyota! I would also advise anyone, if they go to ask for Nathan Murphy. He was the coolest, kindest, salesman I think I have ever met. I purchased a 2007 Chevy Impala and I am so grateful for all of the help that I received. Thank you Nathan for all of your help and continue to be the great person that you have proven yourself to be. I would buy a car from you all over again if I had to. You are an awesome salesman!

I bought my car back on April 24, 2010. It is not July 11, 2010 and my contract is stil not corrected. The financial rep that I worked with screwed up my contract. It was supposed to be for 12,999. It was orignally 18,000 the sales man gave me 2,000 off and 3,000 for my truck. The finacial rep put my contract in for 18,000 still. Since they I have re done my contract but they are screwing me around on entering it in. Come to find out it is taking this long because they have no sent a check into the office that enters in contracts. I had to go through Corporate to get any where on what is taking so long. Other the Keith Lincoln the employess there are rude and refused to help me. Even the manager! They would only say sorry cant help, contact Keith. Horrible experience and I will never go back there again or recommend anyone!!! Horrible way to do buisness and I still dont have my contract straightend out. They are scamers.

Though I didn't plan on purchasing a car on my initail visit to the dealership. I ended up buying a Toyota Carolla the same day, and was very glad I did so. I felt that I was given a reasonable return on my trade-in and a fair price on the purchase. Salesman Paul Donahue waw especially courteous, knowledgeble, and helpful. He was never obsequious, and I never felt hustled or pressured. Paul answered all my questions fully and honestly. Paul is clearly a gentleman who loves his work, enjoys people, and inspires confidence.I was also treated most courteously by the Sales Manager, Saarkis Shamshoyan, and Frank in accounting.I would certainly recommend the Harr dealership in general and Paul Donahue, in particular, to anyone seeking to purchase a car.

Jay(Jang)really knew his stuff. I needed a car and didn't want to spend too much. I wasn't committed to any one vehicle and was looking for a short term deal. I am a low mileage driver and after looking over the inventory we agreed on a great Lease deal on a great car, a 2010 Corrola 'S'. After a minute bump in the transaction Keith(Finance) stepped in and did the Right Thing. I could have gone elsewhere and received about the same deal, but it felt right to give Harr the sale after all the effort they put into the sale. They really went above and beyond. Where else can you get a new car for less than $40 a week?

I would recommend the AUto Loan Express which is part of Harr Auto. I was thrilled with the service I received from BRian Lindsey. I also spoke with Brandy brielfy and she was a pleasure. I unfortuntaltey had to deal with Dolores one of the receptionists 2x. The 1st we went with our salesman to make a deposit, she not only huffed at him which was rude but she huffed and rolled her eyes at us while giving our deposit.I then had to go back and complete our down payment, again having the "pleausre" of working with Dolores, when I adv her what I was there to do she again HUFFED at me as if Im keeping her from stuffing bills into envelopes, rolls her eyes and bluntly says"well why dont you take a seat its going to take me awhile", then shoo's me away from her desk like Im nothing more than a speck of desk that landed there.RUDE!! RUDE!! Rude!!! The worst customer service. Had I not been so completely satisfied with Brian, and not had to deal directly with her I would have looked elsewhere.

I had an emergency repair with my old car, and the repair expenses were not the worth of the car. So my mother suggested Harr since she bought her 2007 Camry there and had a good experience. She called ahead of time and spoke to Paul, so he was available as soon as I walked in the door. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with courtesy and a smile, he got along well with my mother and stepfather and ended up sitting with us for about an hour after the dealership closed to discuss my options.I had a test drive on Friday night and drove off the lot by Tuesday. He gave us his personal cell phone number while I got together the money for the down payment, and said we could call him over the weekend. He checked in with me constantly to make sure I understood what I needed to get the new car.The day I went in to pick up my car, he was so warm, and so patient, he explained everything so well, and I just felt like I was a VIP customer. He was excited with me that this was my first new car purchase, I didn't feel like a sale, I felt like a person, and we talked about family and careers while getting business done. He explained how much he enjoyed his career, which comes across when he works with his customers. He has made it clear that anything I ever need, ever have questions about, I have his cell phone number and I call him, he personally wants to ensure his customers are taken care off. As a person who has work experience in the customer service field, if this isn't exceptional customer service, I don't know what is.

We were looking to lease a new Rav4 and had spoken to another dealer were certain we were going to lease from them. However we wanted to shop around and make sure we were getting a good deal so we stopped at Harr Toyota. Brian Le was great - not pushy, very accommodating, etc. Mike gave us a very fair trade in value on our car and was asking if we would purchase that day if .... We told them we were hungry and needed to leave and have lunch to think it over, but that we would call back later or the next day. We have had experiences with other car salesman - that as soon as you leave, they start calling with better deals, etc. My husband told them not to call us and they didn't. After eating lunch and after speaking to the first dealership - only to find they could not match the price of Harr, we called back Brian - verified the price and details (that they could gt it in the color we wanted) - and went back and made a deposit. Two days later they called us that the car was in. We went back did all the paperwork with Jessie and the next day the car was ours. Great experience - we will definitely work with Brian again to purchase a future Toyota.

good experience purchasing the car. Hassle free and prompt delivery. Not the best price out there but they preached hassle free, good service. But the after-the-sale telkemarketing and spam emails received is out of control - this is after i was explicitly told I was removed from their marketing campaign database.

Purchased 6 brand new cars at different dealerships in my life time. He was the friendliest salesman of all. I also had a few small requests for my vehicle and he remembered them all. I thought for sure at least one would have been forgotton. For example a very small smudge to clean on the visor mirror before I picked up my vehicle. I am real picky and my truck was delivered on que. I was treated very well. I have zero complaints about Harr. I traded a Tacomoa for another 2010 Tacoma.

This was my second Harrible experieince. The first was when we bought the Corolla.Agreed price was $16k and change with a $5k trade and 0% for 36 monthsThe went to the tower and the salesman came back with the great deal line.$469 for 48 months. We got up and left. We were chased down and pleaded with not to leave and that he would fix it. He did but after 3.5 hours Recently I went to look at Tacomas. I was shown the Venza and Highlander. Never saw the Tacoma. Wasted nearly 1.5 hours. The Sales people kept on calling me my wifes name. The sales manager isn't listed on their site any more. if I do desice on a Tacoma it will not be from Harr.

Chris Allen responded by email with prices on specific car; everything was as stated; including the value on the trade-in. Chris and Will Granata helped my wife understand the features of the car and answered questions patiently. The great price on the vehicle was not just because it was an unwanted leftover; it was a highly desirable car and yet they offered outstanding discounts compared to other dealers.

I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Rav 4 at Harr Toyota. I started my search on line looking and checking out prices. Kevin Morais , the internet sales manager, contacted me. We set up a time for me to come in, look, test drive a vehicle, while the car i was trading was being evaluated. Kevin was wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, very professional, considerate & kind. The whole experience went so smoothly. I feel I got the exactly I wanted and the right price too. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Harr Toyota if they are seeking to purchase a vehicle, and I would definitely work with Kevin again when needing to purchase another vehicle, in the future.

I just bought a 2010 Tundra 4x4 from Harr Toyota in Worcester Ma. By experience was beyond pleasant every step of the way. From the time I walked into the door until the day I drove my new truck out, my sales person (Dom) was there for my every need. He was honest and approachable and got me beyond the best deal. He was available at all times for my questions and concerns and did everything he could to make sure I received excellent attention and the best customer service. He always stayed patient and helpful, even when I know I was an over bearing customer. He explained every option possible in my truck which gave me a very reassuring and comfortable feeling when I left. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Harr, and bring my truck their for all maintenance. The rest of the staff were always friendly and helpful as well. Great experience - 5 out of 5 Love my new truck!! :)

I just recently leased a 2010 camry se from harr toyota. Prior to leasing my new car I had bought my last car from harr aswell. My salesman Joe D'Ambra assisted me with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had done my research on the price of the vehicle and the deal I got was unbelieveable. He made sure that every question i had was fully answered and taken care of. On the purchase of my new vehicle, I dealt with Jason Testagrossa. Jason was everything i would expect from a salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was just as great as my last time with Joe. There was a problem with my insurace company where they made a mistake about my plates. Jay took the time to go to the registry and my insurance company to fix everything and keep my pickup date and time right on schedule. He also was unbelieveable with my walk around the vehicle. He showed me a few options that are fabulous. He even took the time to set up my bluetooth account on my phone and showed me step by step how to do it if i needed to set it up again in the future with a different phone. I am extremely happy with my two experices with Harr and am sure that when my lease is up in 3 years, i will be back to purchase yet again, another toyota product! Thanks again Joe and Jay for making my past and present experiences great!!

Talk about high pressure sales tactics. My wife and I went into the dealership looking for a new Toyota Highlander and they gave us the old high pressure sales tactics. For example their is only one of these care available with these options so you have to buy this one. They said that Toyota only makes the cars this one way for this model. Then they pressured me to sign on the dotted line with a non refundable deposit before we had time to think about the proposal. The price that they quoted, they would not hold for us.... etc etc. All the typical garbage that high pressure dealerships place on customers, they tried on us. We did not sign and went to another dealership with no pressure sales and got a better price and a way better shopping experience.

I visited Harr Toyota after hearing a TV commercial for President's Day weekend advertising 120% of Kelly Blue Book value for any trade in. The dealership lived up to this, but barely. I went in on Sunday afternoon and their promotion was supposed to end Monday night. While they did tell me the price they were willing to pay for my trade-in, they essentially refused to discount or make any effort to sell me a vehicle at anything other than MSRP. Allow me to elaborate. One of the vehicles that I test drove was a 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited with every feature imaginable on it. The owner at Harr had driven the vehicle for the previous 6months to 1 year and it had 7,500 miles on it. Originally it had an MSRP of $48,xxx. After they valued my trade in at 120% of KBB, what price did they offer to sell me the Highlander Hybrid for? You guessed it, 48k!!!!!!!!!!! The sales rep repeatedly mentioned that it was a new vehicle. I replied that it has 7500 miles on it and is 1-year old. He elaborated that it had never been registered previously, so when I go to sell it, it will still technically be a "1-owner" vehicle (even though the dealership owner had driven it for 7500 miles!!!!!!!!!!). If that didn't leave a horrible taste in my mouth, then the next experience did. After we realized that there was zero negotiating on that vehicle, I figured I would explore purchasing a lower priced 2010 highlander with very few options so that I could take advantage of the high price they were willing to offer me for my trade in. Jason was supposed to e-mail me quotes by the next morning with other vehicles I was interested in. After leaving 4 messages for him, he finally faxed me 2 quotes for vehicles after 48 hours. It was clear that Harr Toyota was unwilling to negotiate any price off of MSRP when giving me such a great price on my trade in. I then decided to look elsewhere. The end result, though, was that I was going to way overpay. At that point I decided to look elsewhere and I received an incredible deal at Boch Toyota with prompt service and friendly customer service.

Doug immediately came to our aid when we arrived at the dealership. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. He has called us at least three times in the last month to see if we had any problems or questions. We were initially intending to purchase a vehicle, but when Michael Liu explained the benefits of leasing, we decided to try that for the first time. Both of these men would be the reason we will return to Harr three years hence. I would also not hesitate to recommend family and/or friends to Harr and, specifically, to Doug or Mike. Toyota is lucky to have these men on its team.

After a very dissapointing start, Michael Gross turned a very bad situation into a better one. To make a very long and dissapointing story short, if you are uneducated and/or ignorant about the leasing process, please stay clear of Joe D' Ambra. He'll take advantage of you and have you beleiving that $5,000-$6,000 over cost on a lease is typical, and just part of the lease process/costs. Oh, and he also likes to hide your trade $$$$ back into the contract. I did not realize what Joe had done until 5 months after my lease began, when I lost my job and tried to sell the leased vehicle back to Toyota. Michael Gross got me out of the initial lease, and into something else that I am much happier with...... financially speaking.

I went to Harr because of the internet request and call back by Doug. I was treated with respect by Doug from the start. Even though Harr did not have the Toyota Corolla with the options I wanted in stock, he was able to get it within a few days. Even getting all the paperwork done along with an inspection sticker was a breeze because of Doug.

Doug called us since we had sent in a request on the Internet. The previous Internet manager had left and Doug was following up on his calls. Doug was very friendly and we went down the next day to look at cars and trucks. We weren't certain what we wanted to purchase and he was patient while we tried to make up our minds. When we picked up the car he went over the options with us before we left the lot. he also called and followed-up with us a week later to see how things were going. The dealership istafff is very professional and hard-working.

When my wife and I first walked in to this dealership, I/we were expecting some pushy, high pressure, fast talkin' city slicker of a salesman who would try and sell us a golf cart and tell us it was a Lincoln. We found none of that in Doug. In fact, he was quite the opposite - open, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. And, despite a myriad of questions from me, some redundant, he maintained a professional, patient, warm and friendly attitude toward us. We popped the hood on three different vehicles, walked the back lot, took the test drive(s). All the while Doug was there with answers to questions about price, driveability, options, etc, without any pressure to buy or to hurry on a decision. All the legwork and paperwork he did, inside and out, was with a smile on his face and a good sense of humor. Additionally, he called us a few times after we signed (to buy) with information on how the paperwork was going - he didn't leave us hanging. If I ever need to buy another vehicle, I would look for this man again. Joanne was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Despite the late hour, she kept her sense of humor and a smile on her face.

We are extremely satisfied with the Caliber. My disappointment was the fact that your sales department sold the vehicle for 1000 dollars more than the internet list price in order to me the trade-in value we requested. The vehicle was listed for 14995 on your internet site, but when we wrote up the aggrement was 15,995. This is my biggest disappointment and reason I would steer people away. I used your own calculator and know that the internet price was the asking based off the monthly payment calculator. When asking the sales rep he stated that this included examount of dollars down that the site did not mention. yet your calculator was using a set percent down to calculate the payment. So, I even called around and found from herb chambers and others that the listed price on there sites is the listed price, and trade-ins will work the price down from there. Actually, your sales rep cost you three additional sales, because of 1000 dollars difference in trade in value. We traded in a 2002 saturn vue, 120,000 miles all service done, four new 80000 mile tires, and in above average trade in condition. A vehicle I am sure you listed and sold for atleast 4000. I am sorry that people sometimes think others are fools. If my family really didn't have there mind set on this vehicle I would of convinced them to walk away from the sale.

I purchased my 2007 V6 Camry SE from Harr, and the sale process was fair - but they have really excelled in Service. I take my Camry, and my wife's 2006 Scion xB (purchased at another dealer) there for all routine maintenance, with my Camry recently having it's 60,000 mile service. The service staff has always been excellent to work with and I never wait longer than needed. Price is inline with what I expect to pay at a main dealer - and I pay this premium over going to a private or smaller shop knowingly. I purchased snow tires from a specialized tire store recently due to price being considerably lower.

Doug took real time with me and my wife and listened to what we needed in a car. He was very knowledgeable about options and spent time locating the exact car we wanted. When I needed an overpayment check right away, Doug not only got us the check but hand delivered it to our house. I would recommend Doug Adamson to anyone interested in buying a car no less a Toyota. I don't remember the name of the service rep who spoke to us as part of the introduction to the dealership (which was an appreciated first). However, the individual was again generous with his time and information and made me feel welcome. One other service note - My son bought me an after market radio. Recognizing that the Prius might have special electical "needs", I went to the service department and asked as to whether or not first they could install (yes), should I install (no), what if I bought a similar item from them (no). These guys could have sold me either on installing the radio my son bought or on a Toyota version and again got paid for the installation as well. Rather, they were concerned due to experience that because of the package I bought, adding a new item might have a negative impact on my car. I am very pleased with both Doug and the service area.

I needed a new car, and Mr. Gabriel showed me a variety of what my general preferences were. When I settled on the make and model and options I wanted, he contacted a dealer to dealer trade so I could get the exact choice. He showed me all the operations, called my insurance company to get the proper forms even when he was not officially working.I was introduced to the manager and service department.Overall it was a pleasent experience for me, who is the type of person that hates to car shop.

Harr Toyota made our first car buying experience a very easy one. We got lucky to get Doug as our salesman because he was more like a "friendly neighbor" than your typical car salesman. He helped us get exactly what we were looking for and wasn't bothered by our numerous phone calls to check up on the status. We highly recommend Harr Toyota to anyone who's looking for a new car.

This is our first Toyota product and it was chosen for ease of entry- I have a neurological problem where walking is difficult - and for a liftback gate with plenty of room for my walker. This Venza fit perfectly. My wife wanted the Tropical Sea metallic color and there were only threeVenzas with this color and only one with the options we requested. WillBriggs and the sales manager worked hard to find the only one we wanted -out of 72 dealers - in Maine! They sent a driver with an exchange car upto Maine this morning and we drove our new Venza home by 2:00 PM. Normally my wife does not get excited with cars but this is the firstautomobile she is thrilled by. She described driving our Venza as a verynatural experience.

This is our 4th (I believe, lost track) vehicle we bought through Harr Toyota. Every experience has been an excellent one. They are not just trying to sell a car. They are trying to sell you the right car in the right price range for you and your family. Our salesperson, Branko, is a pleasure to work with. He is genuine and honest, which makes it a great experience in what can be an exhausting process.Thank you to Harr. I love my new Rav4.

I went to Harr Toyota to purchase my first new vehicle. The staff went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted. Everyone was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. I had called before I came and spoke with Dennis who had the car pulled up and waiting for me when I arrived. Kevin showed me around the car and proved to be extremely knowledgable about the product. Negotiating with Kevin was a pleasant experience and unintimidating. Sarkis not only came to help with the negotiations he was very hospitable and made sure you were comfortable. Sarkis and Kevin did everything they could to get me into a new car. They were honest and very helpful. Joanne was also very helpful with the financing and went far above and beyond and actually made it possible for me to drive the car home today! She helped by explaining beneficial packages, working out payments, and even went so far as to help get insurance set up so I could take the car home. I would recommend Harr Toyota to anyone purchasing a vehicle. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return for future vehicle purchases.

I can't say enough about this dealership's staff. Joe D'Ambra followed up on a lead within minutes, answered my emails, called me when I needed to speak to him directly. Made this transaction a true pleasure. Loved Joanne in finance, painless financing with a smile. Sarkis followed up to be sure no question was unanswered and that I was completely satisfied. Service people were great. This was by far my best car-buying experience. Car was prepped and ready to go in record time. Love the car and the dealership and will surely send all my friends to Harr.

Will Briggs was unbelievable. He worked very hard to get the deal done, and he got me the car long before it was actually supposed to arrive. There was a misunderstanding over the inside color of the car, but he solved the problem like it was nothing and he got me my car fast. A great salesman who worked with me to get what I wanted. The only reason I rated price as a four is the dealer has a 1,200 dollar fee that the dealer puts out that I was not aware of. I would definitely recommend Will Briggs and Jason from Harr Toyota. I am a student and he would actually pick me up so I could get the paperwork for the car done. He went the extra-mile.

Nate was a great salesperson, he knew the answers to our questions regarding the safety features in the 2009 Sienna. He was patient and worked extremely hard with us to come up with a deal we could afford. The finance department (Doreen?) also worked hard with us to get the best loan rate. She also went over all of the Toyota options thoroughly and in terms we could understand, helping us decide if the programs fit our needs. Thank you for a great experience.

I stopped in here first just to test drive a couple of vehicles in order to refine my search for a new SUV. I met Gen. Sales Manager Keith Lincoln and he hooked me up with Sales Manager Jason Testagrossa. I made it clear that I had just started my search and that I would not be making any final decisions that day. They seemed fine with that. I told them that I still planned on shopping around. They were fine with that but at all times they were sure to let me know that where ever I went and what ever I found that they would and could give me a better deal on whatever I found out there. I felt that they were telling me that they wanted my business and were saying basically, don't be afraid to ask for a better deal if I thought that a better deal were possible. I shopped around for about a week and a half, my free time is very limited, and got some pretty good numbers I thought. I returneed to Harr Toyota with my research and presenteed it to them. There was never a question as to if they could beat the prices that I found. It was just a matter of how much they could save me. My savings turned out to be substantial and I agreed to a deal. I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander, a vehicle that I had always admired but never thought I would be able to afford till I was presented with a deal that I would have been crazy to pass up. And they didn't try to tack on a bunch of other options that would have increased the final number for the vehicle. Not that they didn't let me know about other premiums that I could add on. But when I declined interest, they accepted my decision. All in all my experience was great. I could tell that they wanted my business. They not only told me that but showed me that by beating the competitions "very best because we like you so much" prices. The sincerity at Harr turned out to be genuine as opposed to the feeling of being sucked into a processing plant that I found when I visited the competition. But enough about that. It has been 2 weeks since I made my purchase at Harr Toyota and I am still thankful for the excellent experience. And I will be sure to take them up on their often repeated offer of "if there is anything that we can do for you now or in the future, please let us know".

I did an internet search and requested prices from all the Toyota dealerships in the area and then called to confirm that the price I had been quoted was the price for which I was actually eligible. Chris quoted me a price with the incentives he knew I was eligible for and when I called he did some leg work to find additional incentives for which I qualified. When I visited they had a selection of cars at the price he quoted, not just one. They gave me a more than fair deal on my trade-in. It ended up being more economical for me to buy a new car from Harr than getting a used car that no longer had a warranty. In 5 years I will be making payments on a 5 year old car rather than making the same payments on an 8 year old car in 4 years. Everyone I worked with at Harr was top notch and I would do business with them again.

I went into Harr Toyota on 2/14/2009 to see the new Toyota Corolla LXE as I new I needed a new car and Corolla was on my list of prospective vehicles. Kevin showed me and had me test drive a Corolla LE. The vehicle did not have Electronic Stability/Traction Control (which was a must for me). My intent was to visit a few other manufacturer dealerships to inspect their offerings and possibly buy a Corolla LE or LXE with EST/Traction control if I did not find anything more suitable. Kevin took the keys to my car (ostensibly to check the mileage) and only after the 3rd request, gave them back to me. When I asked about the cost of the car, the first offer presented to me was a figure of $329/month for 72 months on the back of a piece of paper with no itemization of the sales price, the cash down, the trade in value or other figures associated with a valued. When I asked what the APR on that financed figure was, I was told, "I don't know". Thankfully, I had done my research ahead of time and that figure worked out to over 17% APR with the $1500 rebate, $1600 for my trade (which he and "his boss" told me was what I was getting), and $1500 cash down. After showing them my numbers from edmunds.com, Kevin and his boss finally came back with itemized figures that appeared reasonable. I then wanted to leave the dealership and think about the test drive and compare it to other vehicles (Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi Lancer, etc.) I planned on inspecting. Despite telling Kevin and his "boss" that I was running late to meet my parents for dinner, they insisted that I sign a Purchase and Sales agreement and put $1500 down in order to "lock in" the $1500 President's Day weekend rebates should they be able to locate a Corolla with EST/Traction control for me. I was assured that by signing the P&S there was no financial commitment and I could get my money back at any time. I ended up deciding to buy another vehicle from another dealership within then next 24 hours and had to take serious steps to protect my legal interests as when I verbally notified Kevin and Harr Toyota that I wanted my money back, I was given the "check has already been deposited" line and told that I could not get my money back until I gave them a copy of the front and back of the cashed check. I ended up successfully placing a stop payment on the check. The whole experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I certainly will not deal with this dealership ever again. The high pressure sales practices and attempts to get me to sign a P&S with $$ down before I was ready to buy an identified car, the holding of my car keys after repeated requests for their return, and the presenting me with an initial finance figure of over 17% (my FICO is 780 and AAA approved my for 5.57% APR for 60 mos.) was outrageous. But then again, "Caveat Emptor", right? For those who don't know latin, that's "Buyer Beware"!

We recently purchased a 2008 RAV4, which is a great car. This is the third car we've purchased from Harr, and the experience has always been good. Derek is friendly and Knowledgeable. My experience with Harr was very good. I have been car shopping for a few months and I had the best experience with them. They were willing to work with me and get me the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. Will Briggs was very knowledgeable about the options on the cars and readily answered all my questions. They were thorough in all their dealings with me, everything went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend them to anyone and I will go back for my next car purchase.

My experience over the last few days has been suprisingly good. Joe D'Ambra was extremely helpful and courteous. He made me feel like I came to the right place to purchase a new vehicle right from the start. His knowledge of the Toyota Camry SE, the negotiation process and filling out of the necessary paper work and financing was very good. I left with the exact car I was looking for.....color and options.Harr's Sales Manager Sarkis Shamshoyan takes pride in his dealership and makes sure his customers are treated well. That is definately the impression I left with. He seems to want to make everything perfect for the customer so you will come back and recommend Harr to friends which I will because I really had a nice experience as did my wife Deborah.

Our last five cars were from another manufacturer. One of the major reasons why we switched to a Toyota and bought a 2009 Camry, was our expereince with a pleasant, professional, knowlegable and helpful salesperson, Yessey. She was always kind, never pushy, understanding and answered all our questions with ease. She extended herself by always being available to us and returned our calls immediately. We looked forward to seeing her and her warm smile on our return trips to the dealer. She was fair in her negotating and made us feel as if we were getting the best price possible. She was able to find the exact car color, interior color and features we were looking for after many dealer inquires. We also dealt with John Canty who explained the credir options and warranty. He was also very professional and made us feel comfortable. It is obvious customer service is a priority at Harr Toyato.

I have purchased a second Highlander this year from Harr. The reason for the decision is the service department. Unfailingly friendly, professional and in my experience completing the job well and promptly. Both Brain and Jim have always gone the extra mile to help out. If I just take advantage of the mandatory services, I never have to go in for an unscheduled visit.

We went to Harr after visiting another local dealer where we got beat on for 3 hours with the old "what do we have to do to get you in the car today?" and about 20 reductions from their starting price. Chris Allen quoted me a great price right off the bat and the price included all dealer fees. I actually emailed him 3 times because the price was so good and I was expecting them to throw in some last minute fees - but that was the final price! I would recommend Chris and Harr to anyone...

Have purchased and serviced all our cars at Harr Toyota. In purchasing our Toyotas we found the prices to be competitive to the area market and the sales process rewarding and smooth. Our most recent and ongoing experience has been and will be with Harr's service department. We (my wife and I) find Harr's service department to be excellent. Their service representatives are friendly, helpful and very competent. It is clear that they want to ensure that their customer's get timely service on what is needed/wnated on their Toyota. In particular we have found Brian Strong to be very helpful in providing service tips and suggestions that make our service experience even more rewarding at Harr. The actual service provided by Harr by their technicians has been excellent as well as attested by the fault free and smooth running of our Toyotas on the road. I would suggest that any individual desiring excellent and fairly priced service contact Brian (or any other service representative) at Harr service and sit back while your car's servie needs are handled by fair, friendly and competent folks. Oh, did I mention the excellent coffee the provide for their customer's while they wait for their car to be serviced?

I purchased a Sienna at Harr in 2004 and have always had the car serviced there. The service is consistently excellent, runs on time and the staff is friendly and helpful. I usually deal with Brian Strong who goes out of his way to explain what needs to be done and the options I have. I would highly recommend the dealership and the service department.

I can only say one thing. Doug Adamson is one of the best salesmen that I have dealt with since I have bought my first vehicle. The man was up front about everything. He didn't feed me a buch of bull crap just to make a sale. Everthing that he said would happen, happened. I have recomended him to several of my fellow employees who are looking for new vehicle. I wish him good luck in the future and I hope he's still employed there when I have to puchase my next vehicle. Thanks for the great help that Harr Toyota gave me to purchase this fine Toyota Tacoma. It's nice to walk out of a dealer with a good feeling instead of the feeling of getting screwed. Thanks again

Harr Toyota salesmen were very professional and willing to answer all questions/concerns, especially Chris Allen. He even rushed the delivery of the vehicle so that I could have it before I went on travel for work. I would definitely do business with Harr Toyota again.

What makes Harr Toyota so unique is their customer service. I am always greeted with recognition and a smile. They fully explain what needs to be done and what was done to my car. I put a lot of mileage on my car, so I am there often, and they have never failed me with their courteousness. They are a great team.

I was contacted by Toyota regarding a possible frame problem with my 1998 Tacoma. When I arrived, the staff inspected my vehicle and in fact found the frame was defective. I spoke with a young salesman named Chris Allen regarding purchase of a replacement vehicle. Mr. Allen was extremely professional and took painstaking steps to insure all my questions were answered. I respected the fact if he was unsure, he would find someone who could properly answer the question not quess. He took the time to make sure I purchased the "exact vehicle I wanted", not something that was on the lot, at a price that was fair. I have dealt with a number of dealers and salesman over the years, but found Mr. Allen and the Harr staff to be exceptionally helpful and professional. I have recommended Harr Toyota and Mr. Allen to family members and friends.

I purchased a Toyota Corolla from salesman Chris Allen who was very professional in handling both our questions and explaining dealership policies. Chris was never pushy but quite respectful in dealing with our concerns. Chris never made any false promises and had great follow-through. Transaction went quickly, smoothly, and price was definitely competitive. I certainly would recommend this dealership1

Initially started just looking for a new RAV4, was impressed with Chris Allen and his willingness to help, made us feel very comfortable. We had met with other dealers in the Metro area, and were not impressed at all with their "pushy salespitches". After the initial visit, we left to think about what Harr could offer. Did not feel pressured at all. Returned to Harr to purchase a new RAV4, Chris was very professional, pleasant and willing to work with me with obtaining the exact vehicle that I wanted. Actually, he did find a great new RAV, which ultimately my mother & father purchased, and he went looking and found another vehicle for me! He was patient through it all, dealing with two purchases at the same time! Chris did have a scheduled vacation for the day I was to pick up my vehicle, but left everything in good hands with Will Briggs. All was ready to go when I arrived to pick up my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Harr Toyota and Chris Allen!

The dealership was very helpful. We first inquired about various Prius' online, and was contacted promptly by Derek Houde. He quickly alerted me to an available car. He was very friendly when we met him at the dealership, and our experience there was top notch. The only thing that could have been better was that we waited a bit for the car to be cleaned. Very good experience overall.

Will was very honest and friendly. He took the time to show us the cars we were interested in and allowed us to take our time making a decision. My husband and I have become inveterate Camry enthusiasts, thanks to Brian Strong, the Service Manager at Harr Toyota in Worcester, MA. Purchasing our first Camry in 1994 brought us into contact with a superb service department that could (and did) anticipate our car's every need. Never before had we developed so much confidence in our car's mechanical performance and in the service department's capacity to perceive how we drove that car. Brian Strong shepherded us to our second Camry and, very recently, to our third. Our confidence in this brand new car and its predeccessors is reflected in our confidence in him. Knowing how carefully he anticipates our needs as well as that of our Camry, I would not consider going anywhere else. By the same token, were it not for him, I might well have been tempted to find a dealer closer to where we live.

In october, my husband died and I needed to do something with his car. Joe and his supervisor made me a reasonable deal for our "old" 2001 Toyota Echo and a 2005 Scion towards a new 2009 Scion. They were very professional and moved this process along without haggling or hassles. We had surfed through dealers before we bought our last Scion and Harr was comparable to other places so we stayed in our hometown. The finance department was pleasant and the experience was worth recommending to others looking for a friendly, knowledgeable team. Thanks Joe!

We visited Harr to inquire about 2009 Corollas. Staff members were very friendly. Kevin, our salesman, was helpful and considerate and was knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions. We had never been to Harr so we appreciated that Kevin took us to the repair dept. where we met Justin who was informative and friendly also. Sarkis, the sales manager, was pleasant and went over everything with us. There are so many times when we have dealt with different businesses where customer service is poor and friendliness is just absent. It was refreshing to see that this wasn't the case at Harr. Only time will tell if this good customer service continues now that the sale has been made. We are unable to rate quality of work yet but will be happy if that and the customer service is as good as this initial experience.

Sales and service are excellent. We purchased both our cars from Toyota and the experience was very rewarding in that the sales process and prices were focused on the needs of the customer. Our service experience has been awesome! We primarily deal with one person in scheduling and discussing our service requirements (Brian Strong) however on occasion we have also worked with other service representatives with equal pleasure. Our experience shows that Harr is very aware of customer needs regarding their car's service requirements going out of the way to schedule and explain what service is being provided. On many occasionns we have called Harr's service department to get an explanation of a possible problem and they have always taken the time to explain the service need or possible customer fix. When the car is serviced we have never had the need to return for service not provided in the initial visit indicating that the actual Harr car service providers are knowledgeable (trained) on the cars they service. We recommend the use of Harr to anyone who desires to either buy or have their Toyota serviced. You will be satisfied with the experience.Howard (Hutch) and Lillian (Bunny) Hutchison

I bought my first new car in Harr Toyota in Goldstar and I have to say that the experience was great. Will Briggs took all the time needed to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase and I even remember asking for a silver plate frame and he took the time the next day to go to the back lot and take it from another car. I have also done all my services and maintenance with the same dealer and I am totally satisfied, everyone is very profesional. When ever it is time for me to buy another car I will definitely buy from Harr Goldstar again. Thanks guys!

I have been dealing with Harr's Toyota service department for at least 20 years. For most of that time, I have dealt with Brian Strong who has ALWAYS been helpful, whether to answer a question about service needed or done or even to give advice as to how to keep my vehicle in good condition. Brian has patiently answered all my questions, and because of that I believe I am a better informed consumer. The work done has allowed me to keep my vehicles for a good number of years. I don't think it gets better than that for a customer dealing with an auto dealer.

I was thoroughly impressed by the staff of this dealer, and with Will Briggs in particular. Having had negative experiences with dealers in the past, this was quite a contrast in that everybody was quite helpful, honest, and not forceful whatsoever. Derek was a very helpful and knowledgeable sales person. I had visited a number of dealerships and found that Derek seemed to be the most familiar with the Highlander (my car of choice). He took as much time as I needed to go over all of the different options between lease and purchase. I feel that I did get the deal I was looking for. If I had anything to be a bit annoyed with it would be the pressure I felt to write this review! It is not that I didnt think he did a good job, I just felt that it was a little 'over the top' in pressure for writing a 'good review'. Overall I would definitely recommend Derek as a salesperson.

First of all - I am not your average car buyer - I have a love affair with cars and I can't keep them for more than a year! It's an expensive habit. The guys in the service department have always treated me with respect and so good-natured when I come in with my latest purchase. I truly rely on the advice that Brian gives me regarding what I should do for things on my cars (I have a problem with hitting stationary objects too). When I moved to Worcester 12 years ago I was impressed with the service department at Harr and 12 years later they have never let me down. Brian is the best! We thought that Will overall was helpful, curtious and professional. He addressed the entire family furing our car buying visit including the kids which I found to be a great asset to my sticking around and working a deal. He was never too pushy and did not oversell the product nor push his agenda. Fact of the matter is that when he appeared to need a little help with the sale he very openly had a gentlemen named Sklamos (sp?) the sales manager join in and between the two of them they continued to allow the deal to flow at our pace and utlimatley I would like to think we all made out. Although we have only had the car for 48 hours it appears to be a great automobile and very much what we were looking for. Overall I found Will to be a person who enjoys where he works, believes in the product and that is what makes consumers buy the products. Will seemed to be in keeping with the general culture we found at the dealership, everyone was more than helpful and easy to talk with. Thank you for the experience, as we all know this is not the norm when entering a dealership.

Justin and the others behind the desk are always courteous and patient to a wide variety of customers. (You can't help but hear what goes on while you're waiting.) I've seen them assisting an elderly woman in the parking lot in slippery conditions. I've heard them be civil and calming to an irate customer. They are also knowledgeable when you call with a problem on the phone. I have confidence that they know what they're talking about. The only issue with a dealership that I have is the high cost of Maintenance visits. Private garages are much more affordable for the same work.

After reading some very good and very bad reviews about Harr, I decided I'd give them a try. I was given a friendly greeting by Will as soon as I walked through the door and he was my primary salesman throughout the entire purchasing process. At no point in time did I feel pressured or uncertain about the purchase like I have so many other times with other car salesman. Will was FULL of information not only on Toyota vehicles, but on competitor cars as well. I felt he was truly an honest car salesman which is so hard to come buy these days. The truck I wanted wasn't at Harr and had to be delivered from an out of state dealer. Every time Will said he'd call, he did and every time or day he gave me in terms of delivery of the truck, detailing of the truck, etc, was dead on. I've sent many of my friends and family to Will and will continue to do so. It's so frustrating dealing with dirtbag salesman! I'm so glad to have lucked out with Will!

I have used Harr Toyota for service on my four toyotas for almost 20 years. During that time I have had friendly service and competent workmanship. I recently recommended my neighbor to check out Harr toyota before buying a new car. He bought his new SUV at Harr (I forget the name of the model.) Yesterday I went in for new front brakes. Brian had alerted me, the last time I was in for an oil change, that they were in need of attention. Because I trust Brian, I go with his recommendations and I have found it quite reliable over the years. I gave a "4" rather than a "5" to the price category because I would always like everything to cost less, but I would not go elsewhere in order to pay less. I waited for the car and they began to work on it shortly after I arrived so that I would have to wait as little time as possible.

The overall experience with Laura was good especially since I am a young buyer & the other sales representative (Arben) mistaken that feature to take advantage of trying to sell us a Beat up car that had 100k miles on it when we made clear what our goal was. Also the business manager Tejal Santoro was very sketchy & shady, with Laura we agreed to a monthly payment of 350 a month and when we got to Tejal she said it would be 396 not telling us that she had added extra features to our loan without our permission but before we left the dealer we got that taken care of in a abrupt manner. Also the next day we came back to talk to Tejal about the GAP insurance on our loan & if we got it removed if it would affect our payments or overall price of the vehicle and she had told us no it would not. Later when reading the specifications of the papers I had signed there was in BOLD print if you decide to take of this plan within 30 days you will get a full refund of 698 dollars. We went back to Tejal and showed her & she kept trying to justify her words with saying we misunderstood her or we didn't ask her specific for her job position she was very catty when she wouldn't be because she is dealing with peoples payments on their vehicles especially telling them what they need and what they dont. Setting up service appointments with Brian Strong in the service department was very easy.

I usually never take the time to fill out surveys, but I figured I would now because the experience I had at Harr Toyota was that good. The salesman I bought my car from, Arben, was professional, personable, and made my first car buying experience quite enjoyable. I never felt pressured at anytime and he really made me feel like he was there to help me. This was refreshing as that was not the case at the many other dealerships I had visited before then. Arben, and everyone at Harr made me feel welcome. Kudos to Arben and the whole team, you have made a customer for life.

My experience at HARR Toyota was wonderful. Everyone that I had the chance to meet or work with was extremely friendly and they were not pushy at all when selling the car. The management team was awesome and really worked to help the customer. They went out of their way to find the specific car I had requested and it was quick delivery. The sales consultant that I worked with was very down to earth and was very helpful. I would strongly recommend buying a car from this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on a Toyota. I have given the rating I did because the overall experience of working with this dealership was excellent and I would definately buy another car from them.

Harr ToyotaI was impressed their pricing and quick communication. I sent a bunch of emails early one morning when we got serious about buying a car. They were the first ones back and the ones who most energetically courted my business. I got questions answered quickly. Their quote was very competitive. They are ready to sell cars.My impression is that Dennis and Doug are not laid back latte sipping fancy dealship guys with high margins who slowly court wealthy suburbanites. They have great prices and are no nonsense so they deal in volume and move quickly but have excellent pricing. My local dealership is more slow moving and OK, take your time, yahda yahda, have a beveragebut they do not price their vehicles as well. Dennis and Doug tagged teamed and both answered my many telephone call questions for me when the other was busy. They were very straightforward no nonsense guys who have a lot of energy and want to move cars. Do your research, know what you want and they will get you into the car you want quickly and at a really good price. If you are strolling around just looking then hit the more laid back suburban dealers. Go to these guys when you want a car.

I came in to get some positive feed back on the 2009 Corolla XRS and was shocked to hear the salesman speak negative about it. He said it was over priced and people should buy the Camry instead. Strange to hear a Toyota person speak this way about the #1 selling car in the world.Whitey42Auburn, MA

I went there twice looking for a car. I gave them a price range which they completely ignored. Then they blatantly lied about my credit score and when I showed them all three of my credit reports, they tried to tell me that they use "different agencies" than the ones consumers do.I found a car I liked but told them I would return with my parents. They told me that they don't normally hold cars and that I should fill out the paperwork. I said I didn't feel comfortable, but they assured me it would be null and void if I decide to not buy the car.Big fat lie.

You get a feeling that the whole place is being run by teenagers. This irresponsible dont worry, be happy attitude mixed with empty promises and excuses of the type my dog ate my homework.I went to this dealership 3 times (Im serious) and counting to get the car that I already bought to go back home empty-handed. I hear things like: the car will be ready this afternoon, we will bring you your car, we will send someone to your workplace to get the papers signed, we will do whatever it takes to get it done and Oh, their favorite: whats your phone number well call you back in 10 minutes. Non of the above actually takes place, instead of getting the car I hear lame excuses like: We are sorry, but the car isnt here yet, YOUR insurance company didnt send us the papers, Ill call you back. And every time it takes them a good half-hour to even figure out a status.Im writing this so that others wouldnt have to go trough this.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. VERY RUDE AND DISHONEST PEOPLE. WORST THAN THE THRASH TALKERS. Get everything in writing, like I did and was happy to walk away from them without loosing deposit. I called and spoke to an internet sales associate, agreed to a price for a Sienna, however did not like it and was interested in 08 model. No hard feels at this point. I let them know I would be interested in leasing and we negotiated a price. I was told since the 08's have not come in we will not know if there are any incentive and the money factor. The sales manager Dennis said lets do a lease agreement today and will redo the lease numbers once the van arrives. Fair enough we do the lease paper I make sure they write the negotiated price on ever document which they did. We use some some factor and close the paper work. I rented a car for a month until the new one arrives. They get the van and call me we are all very excited, I take my dad, wife to show the new van. I say to them lets do the lease paper so that i could get the van tomorrow so that I can bring the down payment. At this point they refuse to use the current money factor and stick to a very high (385). Dennis comes into the office I make it clear that I am very comfortable with the price of the van and will pay the agreed amount. However the money factor is too high. At this point all hell breaks and he is very rude, bangs the desk, throws the file around. This is bad behavior for any one. Their VP John steps in he is cool, however they still will not change the money factor. In essence its a rip off they lower the price and charge to tons of money per month. Based on their payment, I would have paid them 1 thousand over the MSRP, althou the negotiated price was 700 below invoice!!! Net I had to unnecessarily rent a car for a month ($940).

I would have to say that they are the worst dealer I have dealt with. After the sale of the car, I had a few complications so I called them back to work it out....still yet to pick up my car.....I explained my problem. The next day they put through the two checks that were on hold for the downpayment. I was promised these checks amounting to $1900 would not be cashed. They did it anyway and my account was overdrawn, mind you I still did not have a car!!!! I went to the dealership demanding my money back. I also put a $100 down payment and asked that back. Asked for my paperwork and anything else with my name on it. They told me that that they couldn't do anything b/c the office was closed. I demanded they return the $100 to my cc and they charged it again!!!!!! I have calls into the attorney general, bbb and the owner of the company. I would never recommend going there. After the sale they could care less.

I have read and heard mixed reviews about this dealership, so it should be no surprise that i was a little apprehensive...even though i was recommended through a refferrel. I had a trade in and wanted to buy a new car. I sat down with Greg (salesman) and went over prices, because i was comparitive shopping and knew exactly what i wanted. Greg asked a few simple questions and brought Jason (sales manager) over and we worked out a number that i was quite impressed with. It seemed too good, and walked away telling them they would hear from me tomorrow. The next morning i called and told Jason we had a deal, i would be there later in the evening. I arrived, the paperwork had ALREADY drawn up with the EXACT numbers we had talked about...NO hidden fees. It was so painless. It was the best car buying experience i have ever had, best "sales" experience i had ever had. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this dealership to ANYONE, especially GREG and JASON. I cant say how my experience would have been without those two GREAT guys working with me. My experience deserves an A+++++++++++++!!

Once the sale is made they dont return your calls unless they feel the deal is in jeopardy. I dont need lies, I need a respectible dealer that is truthful and knowledgeable about the product. Harr Toyota, has successfully unsold me on the Camry! or for that matter any Toyota product.

Upon reading the review of cubeiswmi, I have to concur. I was looking for a used Taurus back in 1997 and went to Harr. I found one that I liked and they insisted on a $200 deposit. Later that day, I found the same car for a great price at Saturn of Worcester and ended up buying it there. When I went back to Harr, they refused to give me my deposit back. They denied that I'd even given it to them. When I showed them the receipt, they said that it was non-refundable (even though the paperwork clearly stated that it is refundable). I argued and threatened and was on the verge of filing a small claims suit when I finally received a check for $200 in the mail (after 2 1/2 months!!). Bottom line: GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The prices suck and the tactics are way below reproach.

I am currently in the military and home from training and needed a car in a bad way. I looked around for a specific used car in my tri state area, connecticut, mass, and Rhode Island. I found the car at harr toyota in mass and told the sales person that i would be up as soon as possible seeing as though i didn't want the car to get away. When i was there they said they needed $200 to hold the car and that when the deal was complete they would refund my $200. I was apprehensive with this because i really couldn't afford to give up the money but since Jason assured me that i would receive it back the next day when the sale was complete i agreed to do it. Well now the sale is done and they say that they though the $200 was part of the deal when i specifically told them it wasn't and have a friend that was my ride at the time as a witness. Also when they were writing up the paperwork i saw that they had the $200 in there and i corrected them at that time that the $200 was not part of the deal and that it was only used to secure the car while i was to get insurance and registration straitened out.
