Sold me a lemon at the beginning of the pandemic. Long story short, I worked as a delivery driver, my car died and I quickly needed a new one. Found a 2010 Mazda3 in April that seemed decent here. The salesperson who sold it to me was extremely impatient, and gave the impression that I was wasting their time trying to inspect the car. He gave me his word for a couple of repairs they would do, and I bought the car. It took them an entire month for them to do ONE of the things they promised (patching cracks in windshield), and this was after texting them and calling them multiple times (the person who finally agreed even asked me if fixing despite being promised). Meanwhile, within that month's time, the valve stem for the front left tire completely shot out, causing me to pay 100+ dollars to get it fixed (they said they would go 50/50 on it, but never did). As if this wasn't bad enough, about a month and a half after getting the car (after their extremely limited warranty expired), the transmission blew. I had to spend over a thousand dollars to get it rebuilt, and I'm still paying this off to this day. Do not take your business here. They do not keep their word, they are rude, and they took advantage of my desperate situation in the midst of a global pandemic. They will take your money and run. Utterly gross business ethics.

I just purchase a 2012 VW Passat SE TDI from Harrisonburg Auto Outlet. I found the car after a long time searching and ended up finding it at a dealer from which I have purchase a number of vehicles. I love the car and I can already tell it is getting great mileage. It looks and drives like new! I have purchased a number of cars from this dealer including a 1999 BMW M3 convertible in May 2007 and a 2001 VW 4Motion AWD Passat in December 2007. I subsequently traded in the VW 4Motion for a 2005 GMC Envoy AWD in October 2008 after I realized that an AWD SUV would be a better vehicle for my needs. My daughter purchase a 2004 Hyandai Sante Fe in January 2011 that had only 28,000 miles on it and looked and drove like new. She still has this vehicle and loves it. All of the vehicles we purchased from Harrisonburg Auto Outlet met or exceeded our expectations. There have been no problems with any of them and they have all been excellent vehicles. I highly recommend Harrisonburg Auto Outlet for the purchase of quality used vehicles from a dealer with excellent service.
