I never write reviews but I think these guys and gals deserve it. This is the way all car dealerships should be run, no pressure to buy a bunch of things you do not need. Everyone is very friendly. I purchased a Ford Flex from mike and was in and out of there in 3 hours ( Not all day like my last experience with Village Chev). Thanks again Harry Brown and Mike Hruby.Oh and by the way the car is great!!!

We had a great experience working with everyone at Harry Brown's! Nate was super helpful on the sales side, and Erin and Kiki made the financing side a breeze. We were shopping for months to find the right car and dealership to work with, and were willing to drive 7 hours to Faribault because the customer service was so great and made us feel comfortable with the entire process. My wife and I are self employed and prioritize customer service within our own business and prefer to work with like minded business such as Harry Brown's.

Working with our salesperson Eryn was the perfect vehicle purchasing experience! She couldn't have been better to work with. Whatever questions we had, she answered. There was no pressure to buy, and that made the whole experience wonderful. Eryn did a great job and is very confident in what she does. Perfect!!

Most UNETHICAL dealership in my life. Wife and I made it clear our time was important BEFORE she drove 50 miles to see them. They offered us a trade in value over the phone, waited until she was there and dropped 4k more for minor cosmetic damage. We know the value of the vehicle even w/ the work needed. We were offered even more than 12k by other dealers in person- after seeing it. We couldn’t agree on the one they had though. THEN- they tried getting us to make an insurance claim so they could have their service dept do the work and said they’d give us 12k and make the deal... EVEN SUGGESTED WE CHANGE OUR DEDUCTIBLE BEFORE MAKING THE CLAIM! They would’ve made easy 7k profit after selling if we agreed. I’m going to look into whether that’s even legal. They tried taking advantage of the wrong people!

I did leave a review with one star. I'm Updating my review because Greg from Harry Brown's contacted me and I explained to him the situation. He went out of his way to straighten things out with the team And contacted me before and after he talked with everyone involved. Also refunded some money that I shouldn't have had to spend. So when going to Harry Browns for service ask for Greg. Easy guy to talk to and will treat you right. I would consider bringing my vehiclet o them again. Thanks again Greg
