My first car buying experience as a married woman of almost 30 years. Found the vehicle online and drove from Rochester to Faribault. Was greeted by this very nice young man Brandon Vance. He has excellent customer service skills and was very smart about the car. We test drove a Journey that I loved. We didn't buy that day, but returned a week or so later and bought the vehicle. I was however not very satisfied with the whole buying experience, the paper work, getting sucked into buying extra things etc. I think I was taken advantage of then.

Bob was awesome!! I found a car at another dealer, but really wanted to buy from Harry Brown's because of the great experience a friend of mine had had in the past with buying multiple cars from them. Not only did Bob get the car and bring it down to Fairbault, but he matched the price from the other dealer, gave me a better deal on my trade than I was expecting, and handed me the keys the minute I walked in the door. I had searched surrounding dealers and saw that Harry Browns was the cheapest. I then met with Scott P and Jon S and they were able to shoot me the best deal right after my test drive. There was no time wasted. I went home and called back a few hours later stating that I would buy the GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. They were also able to have the best interest rates. I had a few things added to the truck, tannou cover, bed rug and 3m film on the hood. They gave me great prices on these items. This is the third new vehicle I have bought from Harry Browns and I couldn't be happier.

I an so disappointed in my last purchase from Harry Browns.This is a 2011 Chevy Pickup.Upon getting it home my body man happened to see my new purchase.He looked at it and commented how it is starting to rust.I was so suprised to learn that as the rust had some paint touched over the spots.This is the 3rd used pickup truck I have purchased there.The rust has gotten everyone I have purchased there.My point is who would ever think a 5 year vehicle would already have rust coming on. I had a great experience at this dealer. I found the used vehicle I was looking for online. I had a couple questions about the vehicle and Dave responded to my email within a couple of hours. I live over 2 hours away from the dealership. They offered to bring the vehicle to me for a test drive!! I have never had a dealership offer this before. I ultimately ended up going to the dealership for the test drive. Once I was there I had great service the whole time I was there. The staff were very friendly and patient. I ended up having some time to kill before the vehicle was ready. Dave recommend a great place to eat and gave me a call when the vehicle was ready. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. It is worth the drive!!

On Sunday I drove thru Harry Brown's lot and picked one out of the huge inventory that I wanted to start with. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and I drive 60 miles to do so. I live less than 2 miles from the dealership in town but it is worth the time and drive to go to Harry Browns. I am a 57 year old male so I have bought a few cars and trucks so when I say it's worth the drive you can count on it. Great sales team and the service dept can't be beat. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you happy. When you go there your made to feel like family.

It's been two weeks since I drove off the lot at Harry Brown's and I'm ready to declare victory. I LOVE this car. Dave Wilson made sure I felt like royalty and he went the extra mile to run me through several great options that fit my budget WITHOUT overwhelming me so I had to think too hard and put more time into this than I can afford. Seriously, I feel spoiled. I got a virtually new car at a used car price. Harry Brown himself came and shook my hand every time I was at his dealership to see how I was doing. The only thing that bothered me about the business was that when we went into sign papers, we had an appointment. They still made us wait almost 2 hours to sign because they had other people that had come in that day to buy cars. This is not the best way to treat customers.

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience. We purchased a used late model truck from a WONDERFUL salesman named Gabe, he was such a relief from the high pressue sales people that I have encountered in the past. Yes, the dealership is in business to make money and upsell you on warranties and such, but that also wasn't over the top pressure either, the icing on the cake is that the founding president came over and introduced himself asks our names and where we were from and shook our hands, what a pleasant man. To some it up my wife and I truly feel part of something special and will refer Harry Browns Automotive when ever the occasion presents itself! Well done salesman Gabe, oh yeah your father was great too! :)

I was very doubtful of any dealership being able to help me with my current credit rating. Harry Browns searched and searched and got a bank to assist me! They kept in touch with me through email and phone to make sure I was getting updates as how the process was going so I didn't have to wait at the dealership all day. I was really Happy about my purchase til now. I brought my vehicle, two weeks of owning it, the battery completely died. We were able to charge it and it was working fine. I was told by the salesman that the battery was covered But since it was working fine, why cost the dealership more money. Now is been Exactly 2 months of owning the vehicle and battery died once again and was said to be No good. Called the dealership for them to tell me they cannot do anything about it since it has left the dealership. Well you would think buying a new relieble car means you can at lease not to have to But more money into it as doing as this since they just replace the battery themselves 3 months ago.

I purchased a 2013 GMC Sierra from Harry Browns. It had some front end damage. Nothing serious but it still needed to be fixed. After talking with the Mark Miller and about it they decided to fix it. That was a step beyond what they had to do as i got a great deal on the truck. I will purchase from them again when my wifes car needs to be replaced. Great service and very friendly people there.

We purchased a 2004 Corvette from them on January 10th 2015. The sales department people where all very friendly towards us. Dave V. is the sale person we dealt with and he went out of his way to help make the purchase of this car a great experience. The only down fall is now we have to wait for spring to drive it. Harry Brown's Dealership made the experience of used vehicle purchasing less stressful by including a limited time warranty. Sales person Brooke was helpful and Manager Kevin gave a fair deal without the drama of high pressure closing techniques. Harry Brown came into Finance Manager's office and thanked me for purchasing the vehicle. This is a multi make large dealership but has the feel of a smaller customer focused business.

I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain from Harry Brown's. Our salesman Dave, was friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory and the features of the vehicles my fiance and I test drove. Their wide selection of vehicles is similar to what could be expected of a big city dealership but the atmosphere and customer service had a much more comfortable small town feel. Harry Brown himself actually came and spoke with us while we were waiting for paperwork to be finished! Overall, very satisfied with the entire experience!

Mike Hruby was great. I found a car online I wanted and talked with Mike. I told him I needed to get in and out fast since I was coming straight from work and I didn't want to spend my entire evening there. He was more then willing to accommodate me. I could tell he was willing to spend time with me had I wanted, or get me in an out quick like I needed. The best part was, I showed up on a cold snowy day and Mike had the car inside and cleaned up ready to view. Every other dealer I went to prior had me out in the snow and most cars were dirty from rain and snow. Not Mike, He made sure it was looking nice and clean and that means a lot for me. Great dealership, call Mike or anyone at Harry Browns. I will definitely be back and will refer everyone I know to check them out.

Bought a used Ford SUV at an unbeatable price. The car was very well maintained, many critical components inspected or replaced, and above all, the selling price was several hundred dollars below the suggested retail price on KBB. Power driver seat broke about 30 minutes after purchase, but they fixed it without charge under their 3000 miles guaranty. Further, they loaned us a brand new Enclave during the repair period. Overall, impressive customer services! Two thumbs up!

We had to look for a replacement for an SUV that was totaled in an accident and had lots of experience with dealers that would not even call me back or just could not answer my questions on the phone and wouldn't reply with the answers I needed. That was definitely not the case with Harry Brown's. Not only did Scott at Harry Brown's Family Automotive call me back, but right away. I was able to get all of my questions answered quickly and accurately. I know that I wasn't buying an expensive car, but it is a very important replacement vehicle for us and Scott made us feel like we were just as important as someone buying a new car. I really feel like they go the extra mile here to ensure their pre-owned cars are working properly before even putting them on the lot with no glossing over any defects like I found at other dealerships. So happy with the customer service I received buying our new (to us) SUV here that I'm definitely going to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family that are in the market.

I went into Harry Brown's a few weeks back to check out a car I found online, and within only a few days, was able to walk out the proud owner of a new 2004 Buick Century. They were able to give me honest, friendly help and advice on what car would suit my needs and budget. I worked with Helena Monson-Zeise, and I must say that after working with many salespeople over the past month, she is by far the friendliest, most helpful, and least "pushy". I didn't feel pressured by her at all in any aspect of my decisions. She had helpful advice and was able to help me through my decision. If you're stopping in for new OR used, I'd recommend trying to work with Helena, definitely. She made me feel so comfortable in an environment that definitely makes me nervous.

This was by far the BEST car-buying experience a person could ask for. I was on the lot for less than a minute before I was offered help, was able to test drive immediately, and within 90 minutes all the papers were signed and I was on my way home with an amazing new vehicle. This is Our 2nd purchase from Harry Browns. We came back because of the 1st Great buying experience We had the 1st time. We were greeted as soon as We started looking at the used car lot by a clean cut young man. The level of service We received from both Brent Stensrude and Kevin was great! Brent Stensrude really knows the Cars He sells, a Cadillac CTX and took the time to explain options and features and even set up the blue tooth to my cell phone. If he didnt have a answer on a option he went way out of his way to get the answers and got back to me in a timely manor. All the staff at the dealership are friendly. This is a place you fell good about going into there environment. Harry Brown himself came from out of no where and thanks Us for the purchase of the car. First thing you need to know is that my husband dislikes, or rather disliked, going into any car lot and talking to a sales person. So we spent a lot of time on Sundays driving thru lots, looking at cars from the outside and reading stickers. A friend of ours recommended Harry Brown's dealership, so with that I persuaded a weekday visit. The first sales associate to talk with us was Randy. I could tell from the start that this would be a great experience for us. He was friendly and made us feel at ease with his down to earth attitude and knowledge. He helped us thru the steps of deciding which SUV would suit our needs. We drove a couple of Chevrolets and when we asked about a Dodge, he set us up with a sales associate on that side to let us drive and compare. Bottom line, we drove out of the dealership today with our 2014 Traverse LT. Randy and every person we talked with at Harry Browns were friendly and helpful. And how many dealerships do you go to where the owner himself comes out, introduces himself and thanks you for being a customer!!! That is top notch customer service!!! Thanks to everyone at Harry Brown's for making this the best car buying experience we have had in our 40 years of marriage!!!

I am big on customer service. I actually was looking to buy from another dealership and was only inquiring at Harry Brown's for price comparison. When Scott Cassidy contacted me with a quote not only for a vehicle I was looking to purchase, he also sent me some quotes for the same type of vehicle with different options and even some used ones. He was always right on top of any questions and concerns I had, and did not make me wait to hear from them. His excellent customer service skills drew me to the dealership and eventually led to me purchasing the perfect Journey. Even though they did not have the one I wanted on the lot, they were able to locate one, put on the accessories I wanted and drove I it off the lot 5 days later. After the sale, he went through all the features and made sure we understood how to use the OSD and controls. Highly reccomend this dealership. Top notch people in my book.

The staff at Harry Brown's was very accommodating in helping me to purchase and take delivery of a used 2013 Cadillac SRX from their dealership. This was my only experience buying a vehicle over the internet and over a relatively long distance as I live near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Communications with the Salesman (Bob Ford) and Business Manager (Janine Jasinski) was excellent. Bob answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. Janine did an exceptional job in coordinating all of the necessary paperwork prior to my trip to Minnesota. It was also very hospitable of them to make arrangements for me getting to the dealership upon my arrival at the Minneapolis airport. Bob spent ample time to familiarize me with the critical controls and features on the SRX prior my return drive to Pittsburgh. All in all, this is an excellent dealership. I am very pleased with my new "used" Cadillac.

We had a great experience at Harry Brown's with purchasing a used 2012 Chrysler van in March 2014. We were not really looking to replace our van quite yet, but noticed this in the lot on Sunday when we were searching for car. The price and quality of this used vehicle was fantastic. We called Dave Wilson the following day and made an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived Dave had the van inside and had washed it for us to get a closer look at it in a warm location. :-) We agreed that this was 'the ticket' for us so we began the negotiations in our 2007 trade in. The process was not as painful as expected and they were able to give us the amount we wanted for our van, and agreed to replace a cracked kick plate. Two days later we were able to pick up the van, again all cleaned and shined. Dave, Chad, Janine, and the entire team we worked with at Harry Brown's were very professional and explained each step in the process. We will be returning for future vehicles.

Mike Hruby was not a typical salesman because he wasn't high pressure, annoying, or fake. I would come back to Harry Browns. I bought a certified pre owned Yukon and have had some trouble with hoses leaking and a motor in the rear of the car that keeps running. The service and warranty satisfaction is yet to be tested.

Our salesman was very good. He wasn't afraid to admit he didn't know something about the truck but he would find out. He was very personable. They would actually deal on the vehicle and not be rude and say there was no room for any dealing. Everything was taken care of in as timely a manor as they could and if you had to wait they were quick to offer refreshments or anything else. The salesman, Scott Cassidy was great to talk to and was able to answer questions as they arose. It made us feel special that Harry Brown stopped in to say thank you and visit a moment as we were finishing up the financing and paperwork. This is the sixth car that we or our family has purchased from them and we would not be afraid to recommend them to anyone.

I left my husband at home while looking for a car/SUV for our son to take out to Boston for college & work. Many dealerships still think women don't know what they're doing when looking for a car. I had plenty of "good 'ole boys" pass the look between themselves at other dealerships. Not so at Harry Brown's. Scott Cassidy was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to take me on what I call "an old fashioned" test drive. He drove first and pointed out the high points of the vehicle and then I drove. He was kind, helpful and considerate. I also spoke with Greg Brown who told me the story of his dad and the dealership. Both of them made me feel at home and put me at ease. When I brought my husband and son to test drive the vehicle it was ready for us and again, Scott told them about the car and listened to all of our questions. We had already decided to purchase the vehicle but there was no pressure from anyone at the dealership. It was easy and this is how the car buying experience should be. Although we aren't from Fairbault, we will definitely be back to see the folks at Harry Brown's when we need another vehicle. Thanks Scott; job well done!

I started shopping for a new sportscar in 2011 and worked with Brandon Vance. With the construction of a new home in northen Wisconsin, I was not able to buy a sportscar due to driveway issues. We bought our 2nd vehicle a new Traverse from Scott who was recommended by our son who only buys his cars/trucks from him. I have sent several people to Harry Brown and to Scott . The Harry Brown team all the way to the shop (Jessica) has been lots of help. Needed to know a feature on our Traverse and she took the time to look it up by Vin number. Scott has always returned our calls if we needed something. This On Star was our first so had many questions. Can't forget the hospitality of the coffee, cookies and fresh popcorn while your waiting. After being to many other dealerships, it was very refreshing to finally find a dealership that works for you and not for their bottom line. Mike A. was/is a terrific salesman and worked with me to find the vehicle I wanted and at the price I wanted. The finance department found better interest rates and financing than I could find on my own. Also have had previous vehicle in for excellent service. Very nice waiting area with coffee, fresh cookies, and comfortable seating. I would and have recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a New or Used vehicle. I drive 20 miles out of my way (with a Chevy Dealership in my town) to buy and get service from Harry Browns.

Bonus touch to have the owner stop out to meet us and shake our hands both as we made the buying decision and again when we picked up the new vehicle. Bob was friendly and informative without any pushiness. Called back to check on us - appropriate frequency. Other personnel was also friendly - seemed to remember that Bob was who we had worked with. Sounds like they like to work there - a good sign for customers.

We just drove home our GMC Terrain. Love the ride and the looks of this vehicle. Dave Keppers met us at the door and showed us a couple Buick Enclaves and then we saw the Terrain sitting on the show room floor and decided it was a better size/fit for our needs. Dave was very helpful--easy to talk with, not a high pressure sale and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. We were very happy with our experience. We were fortunate to run into Harry both when we were looking for the car we wanted and when we were picking up our new vehicle. I had been looking for a car for a long time. Bob Ford had stayed in touch with me and would send me cars that he thought I would be interested. When it finally came time to buy he took time to point out all of each cars features and steered me away from some cars that he knew I wouldn't be happy with. Harry Browns was willing to make a deal and I feel like a got a great vehicle at a great price!

My wife and I were looking for a new SUV for our new baby and we were not quite sure what we were looking for. We had the pleasure of working with Bob Ford who was very honest and we never felt pressured like most dealers had been. The test drive went very well and going through the buying process was easy. So I said ok Bob, I want to see something that I saw online. All I had to do was describe the vehicle to him and he knew exactly which one it was. The guy is brilliant. We utilized cars.com to locate a vehicle that had all the options we were looking for in an Acadia. We found the perfect match 780 miles away! There were many photos of the vehicle on the website and looked to be the perfect car. Salesman Mike Hruby was a man of his word. He assured us we'd be extremely satisified with the vehicle. We trusted him and purchased the vehicle based on his word and photos only. Never saw the car in person! They arranged the transportation of the vehicle to our front door. It arrived in perfect condition. We love this vehicle and thank Harry Browns for such a pleasant experience! Our business was conducted through emails and phone calls only - they took care of everything! Top notch dealership and would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. Even if they are 780 miles away!

The sales staff were a decent group. They followed up when necessary and made sure I knew the average car buying routine. Some of their policies are under par but nothing to prevent a future purchase. Don't expect a full tank of gas or free carwashes with your purchase but again fewer dealer's are doing this anymore. I would say, if they have a car you like, give them a call.

My experience with Harry Browns was wonderful when we looked online for the car we wanted we called them and spoke with saleman Robert Ford he was very polite and we meet with him at Harry Browns and bought the 2009 Dodge Avenger that we wanted when we made our finacing workable at our choice of bank he sent all the paperwork with us and when we had it approved we returned the next day and he was not at work but called us on his day off and congradulated us with finishing the deal for a salesman having a day off and wanting to spendtime with his family that was something he didnt have to do it was even the week of my birthday I recomend Harry Browns to anyone who is wanting a used or New car and working with Robert Ford all the other salesman are awesome too so if your looking for a Car I recomend Harry Browns.

Found a used pick up on car soup and sent an email for more information. Dave Wilson called back and answered all my questions. We went back and forth a few times on the phone while I was dealing with my local bank. Dave was always helpful and patient. In the end he had a driver bring the truck 2 1/2 hours from the dealership and met us half way! The truck was as nice as he described and even though I never stepped foot in the dealership, I would highly recommend Harry Brown's to anyone! Thanks again Dave Wilson!!

Scott and Kevin made our 2011 Traverse purchase stress free and easy. The car was in the shop for some minor aesthetic work but Kevin made it a point to get it out of there so I could test drive it. I was even able to take the car home so my wife could test drive for the afternoon.

We stopped in just to look at vehicles and left with a automobile that fit our needs and price. When approached by salesperson there was no pressure. Over the last 20 years I've purchased 7 used cars from HB's. I cannot speak more highly about the quality of the used vehicles I've acquired. HB's does a really great job. I drive all the way from Western Wisconsin and pass a lot of dealership's along the way. It's worth the trip.

I have talked with Helena for over a year on buying a new or almost new van with all the features we wanted. However what was available was always was beyond our budget. However Helena informed me of the low mileage vans Harry Browns had and I started looking at what vehicles Harry Browns had that would meet my needs and Helena found me the van of my dreams that was at a price I could actually afford. As I was a Iowa resident we came to a agreeable price before I left Iowa,only thing left was a test drive which proved satisfactory. He treated me like I was his father, and you know the old saying "Father knows best". To Mr. Brown and Woody: After looking over the log book and notes of the previous owner I find a bit troubling. new tires at 29000 new brakes and rotors turned 50000 both axle seals changed at 53000 new steering gear and new left front hub at 53000 wheel bearings changed at 60000 please explain why so many repairs, had I known about all these repairs and alignment maybe I would have reconsidered this purchase. please help me out with an explanation.

I was helped by a great dealer named Randy and I found the car that I wanted to purchase and everything was great and running smooth. The only problems that I ran into is that the car that I purchased had barely any gas in the tank and the dealer said that they would put some gas in the tank before I left and they did not I wasn't aware of this until I got home and the tank was still empty. The other problem that I ran into with then is that the guy doing the financing said that I had a 2 year service warranty that covered oil changes, tire rotations, and car washes for that 2 years and this held true except for the car washes that I was promised. I had a great experience in the beginning but it all fizzled in the end.

I inquired using autotrader.com and received the fastest and most personalized response and service I have ever received. Was on my way back from Iowa heading back to Big Lake, MN. We had been looking at cars all day and about 3:45 p.m. my son had texted me to stop by your dealership as they had a truck similar to what I was looking for. I called and got ahold of a sales person, Carson, and told him that I was about 10 min. away and that my son had told me you had a truck I might be interested in. Stopped in and Carson was right at the door waiting for me. I had asked about when you were closing, and I think he had said 5 p.m., so I didn't think I would have time to actually purchase the truck. I met with Carson, drove the truck, and went back and after a little discussion about my trade etc. I ended up buying the truck. Carson did and absolutely outstanding job and even though we ended up being there til after 7 p.m., never did I feel in a rush to have to leave. The experience actually reaffirmed my faith that there are dealerships around yet that care about their customers and building long term relationships. We came to Harry Browns to test drive vehicles, not certain on purchasing one that day. We were assisted by Bob, who allowed us to test drive the vehicles we were looking at. Unfortunately, the vehicle we chose was also picked by another couple! It was a bit frustrating at first, but Scott another salesman stepped into finish the sale with us on another vehicle. Which went very well and they worked with us quite a bit on the price because it was so much more than we had anticapated with the other vehicle. It was a long day for all of us involved, but it turned out to be a great experience and we would recommend Bob and Scott, and the Harry Browns staff to anyone! I shopped through the internet, sent a question to them and within a short amount of time had a call back with more information. Started process on Friday and picked up car on Saturday. We drove from out of state to purchase our car. I had called prior to inquire about the car. Woody, our salesperson, was very helpful and accurate with his information. We were greeted at the door when we arrived. Woody took us to the detail shop to see the car. We went over the car with a "fine-tooth" comb. We are extremely particular about our vehicles. Woody then accomodated us by putting the car up on a hoist for us to inspect the underside of the car. Finally, we took the car for a test drive with no hassles or questions. The purchase process was very easy and enjoyable. Harry Brown's went out of their way to work with us. The facility was well taken care of and maintained. It was a snowy day when we were there so everyone was bringing in snow and slush on the shoes. I seen the floors being mopped several times during the time we were there.We would definately purchase from Harry Brown's again.

My husband and I decided to trade in our Chevy S-10 due to our changing needs. We started to look for a PT Cruiser. We attended Harry Browns Family Automotive Annual Labor Day sale at the Rice County Fairgrounds. Thats where we met Scott Proechel. He greeted us with a friendly smile and asked if he could help us. Scott listened carefully as we told him about our changing needs, and that we were interested in the PT Cruiser. Scott took initiative and arranged a test drive for us. Afterwards, he invited us to have a seat under the outdoor tent while our S-10 was being evaluated. Even with all the heat and humidity, Scott maintained his enthusiasm while he worked on some numbers for us. We left the fairgrounds that afternoon with helpful information and a positive experience.We have not always left auto dealerships with a positive experience. One time we were practically invisible despite our pre-arranged appointment. Another dealership neither listened to nor took time to understand our needs. Harry Browns shames them in comparison! Scott Proechel immediately followed up with us and established communications between us and management. Scott relayed information well, and kept us informed at all times. When we were ready to sign papers, Scott introduced us to Dale Covington who with some humorous stories created a relaxed but professional atmosphere, and led us through the paperwork step by step. I hope both Dale and Scott remember the big smile on my face when I had the keys to the PT Cruiser in my hand!

When I called with questions regarding my car after my purchase my salesman Woody was very friendly and answered all of my questions. In the past 10 years, I have bought four vehicles (3 used and 1 new) from Harry Brown's Family Automotive. I have worked with Helena for the last two purchases. I enjoy Harry Brown's for several reasons... 1) Excellent selection - They have more new and used vehicles than anyone else around and they are willing to locate the vehicle you want if they don't have it, 2) Good prices - Shop around and I bet you won't find any other nearby dealership with comparable prices, plus Harry Brown's gives you good trade in value on your current car, 3) Service Department - I have my vehicles serviced at Harry Brown's because the staff are very pleasant, they get to know you personally, and they are honest about pricing and what needs to be done, 4) Financing - I don't have perfect credit and the finance people went out of their way to get me a loan that I could afford, and 5) The people - as I mentioned I have worked with Helena most recently and I really enjoy chatting with all the staff when I'm getting service done. The Brown family are all very nice people as well, so it makes me feel good to know that I'm spending my money at a local, family-owned business who gives back to the community. I have referred many friends to Harry Brown's over the years and I will continue to for many years to come!

We had stopped at other dealerships and didn't feel as though they really wanted our business. Matt Johnson gave us excellent customer service. When he approached us he was friendly and showed he wanted to help us look at cars. He showed us several cars and we test drove two of the cars that we liked the best. Matt took us inside and showed us the car fax and then we discuss price. When we decided to purchase the car we then talked with Dale Covington who was very helpfull concerning finances. We had purchased a truck from Harry Brown and our two sons and our daughter have also purchased vehicles there. We are very pleased and our overall experience was great.

It was my first time going to the dealership and I left knowing I would go again. Mike Hruby was great to work with. He was very friendly and very helpful in answering all my questions. Not only did he introduce me to a few of the other people I needed to interact with on the purchase of my car, but introduced me to others in the dealership. It was also very beneficial that after the purchase of my car, I was able to see all the services that the dealership could provide for my future use. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and if he didn't know something he found out. Dave was low pressure, while still getting his job done, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle! Joan was our saleperson & she was great. she wasn't pushy or aggressive during the process. We didn't plan on buying a vehicle that day, but we did. We had our 2 1/2 yr old daughter with, Joan was great with her while we went through the purchasing process. There were a couple of issues with the van, they took care of them no problem. While taking the van home a valve stem blew off, I called Joan and she said to have it fixed. They would take care of it, not all dealerships will do that. Heidi was helpful & informative through out the financing process.Thanks again Joan

I am very impressed with Harry Brown's and their excellent customer service. I went to Harry Brown's based on a referal of a friend at work. I have been looking at the Chevy Volt for some time and the recent leasing option is all it took to get me in the door. Their customer service sealed the deal. They where very reasonable on my Ford Escape Hybrid trade in. They where very honest on what they where looking at when pricing my trade in. Mike Arndt worked with me through out the sale, there was a comfortable sales atmosphere and he made sure I was able to get the Volt I wanted. In the past we always bought our cars from Adamson Motors in Rochester since we are from the area. We are campers at Winjum's Shady Acres in Faribault and met Harry at Winjum's restaurant. Many people told us that they had purchased from Harry Brown's and had many great things to say about their experience so we thought we would stop in. The minute we drove into the lot, we were greated by at least 3 employees. We were showed into the show room and immediately were waited on. I told them I was looking for a Nitro but wasn't definetly set on it. Tom showed me a Jeep Liberty and a couple of other vehicles on the lot. Then we drove a brand new Dodge Journey - I fell in love with it. Harry's did not have the color that I wanted so they searched the web and found me one in Duluth. That one ended up being sold so they called and told me they found one in Wisconsin. This was on a Tuesday and by Friday I was driving away in my new 2012 Copperhead Pearl Dodge Journey. The whole process went very smooth from sales to financing....I can honestly say it was the best new car purchase that I have ever been through. Having never visited Harry Brown's before, I did not know what to expect. My first visit was late afternoon on a Saturday and Dave Wilson, whom I had spoken with on the phone just prior to my visit, was friendly, professional and fun to work with. Dave had the vehicles I was interested in looking at waiting for me upon my arrival. I appreciated his willingness to not only answer my questions but to allow me time to think each step of the way. Dave kept in touch and was always available yet I never felt pressured to complete a sale. It takes a lot to convince me to do business beyond my home town. Thank you very much to Mike Hruby, Carson Hruby, Chad, the sales manager, and Heidi for a great experience. I drove 3 hours round trip to purchase my used vehicle. Mike and Chad were very friendly and courteous upon my arrival. No hard pressure or cheesy closing tactics after the test drive. They tried to help me out with my trade and gave me a fair deal for me and profit for the store. I called Mike later on that day to finish up the deal. He arranged for his son, Carson, to deliver the vehicle the next day. I arrived and saw some damage to the rear bumper. Carson picked me up and brought me back to the store to resolve the issue. The sales manager, Chad, arranged to have the bumper repaired. I brought the vehicle home and noticed an oil leak in my garage. Mike sent up a shuttle driver with a loaner for the week and brought my vehicle to the body shop and service garage. They returned my vehicle at the end of the week as promised. Heidi, the finance manager was very nice and didn't pressure me to purchase any extras. She stayed a few minutes late after closing time to complete the deal. A very big atta-boy to Carson for saving the day and doing whatever it took to save the deal for his dad and the dealership. Both him and his dad were fun to work with, honest, and cared about my wants and needs to complete the deal. Carson showed honesty and integrity that is hard to find with sales staff. They gave me a Harry Brown hat, coffee mug, can coolers, and chocolates!Harry Brown should be proud to have great employees like these.

Overall good experience. Would recommend product and service to others. Total purchasing process was five months. Started slowly as initial sales guy wouldn't "Ask for the order". Then took a lot of time for second sales guy to "pick up the pieces". Everything finished well, however. Only complaint is that new pickups cost too much. Not much the dealer can do about GM's pricing, I guess.

My wife and I worked with Carson on the purchase of a 2012 Equinox. He was very professional, friendly, informative, and most importantly, not pushy in the least. I appreciate when I get treated like an adult when looking for a vehicle. Once the deal was agreed upon, Heidi got involved and explained the finance options available to us. It was a pretty efficient process. Both of these dealer representatives did a great job. My only minor issue is that I'm not used to being offered a multi-thousand dollar extended warranty right near the close of the paperwork. It just seemed like an up-sell that I wasn't ready for. I wonder if there is a better time to offer it. Having said that, I'd have no problem working with Harry Browns in the future.

I saw the car I purchased on Cars.com and immediately emailed Woody to find out more about it. I have never met Woody before and after talking with him for just a short period of time I knew he was definitely worth dealing with. He was honest and up front with me at the beginning. He told me everything possible about the car and explained everything in detail. I then proceeded to tell him I lived 400 miles away and that didn't change anything, he never retracted anything he told me previously. I knew then that was going to be my car and I had a sales person on the other end of the phone that was going to earn my business. I arrived to test drive the car on a Saturday at 4:30, just a half hour before the dealership was ready to close. Woody and I took the car for a test drive, I told him I was sorry for arriving so late and he said no problem at all. We got back to the dealership 10 minutes before closing. Woody asked me what I thought and I said I will definitely take the car. I told Woody I can come back and purchase it another time so they could all get home to their families. Woody said no, we will stay around until the purchase was complete. I was shocked, Woody, Dale Covington and Mike Arndt all stayed around until everything was complete, not to mention the guys stayed in detail and recleaned the car for me. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. When we got done with everything and the keys were handed to me Woody and I were standing by the door talking, by then it was 6:00, an hour after closing time. A couple drove up and came walking to the door, I then told Woody thanks for everything and was walking out, Woody asked the people what they needed and let them into the dealership. That is unheard of. Woody knows the value of customer service and should be rewarded for that. I spent less than $10,000 on my used car and I was treated like I spent $50,000. My hat goes off to Woody and the whole staff working at Harry Brown's. I will never forget the great experience I had dealing with Woody and I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from Harry Brown's in the future. Thank you so much For everything Woody, You are the type of employee who goes above and beyond the meaning of customer service.

We stopped at Harry Brown's to check out two vehicles we had seen in the lot & online.One was new, the other had 23,000 miles on, both were 2012 Chevy Equinox.We met Dick Jensen as we were walking toward the entrance. He showed us both vehicles thoroughly explaining all the operations and options of each. Dick was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions. Dick was friendly but not at all pushy while explaining the differences of each vehicle. After driving both vehicles, we decided to consider purchasing the new one. Purchasing the vehicle was hassle free and we were very satisfied with the agreed upon price. Everyone we dealt with was more than pleasant to talk with and gave us valuable information. We believe the staff at Harry Brown's are top quality and will definitely return in the future.

Initially the visit to the dealership was fine. Mike Ruby was not too pushy which we liked. After we agreed t purchase the vehicle though he kept saying we were getting such a great deal because the vehicle was "hail discounted" which he kept using as an excuse why the could not negotiate the price of the used vehicle or our trade-in. We later learned the discount was 0$. Then he told us it would take 15 minutes to meet with the finance department and took all our info. after waiting 2 hours, for Heidi who was not at all apolagetic about the wait, she proceeded to get all our info again in the middle of the lobby, not inviting us into her office. We decided to leave and get financing elsewhere. Then Mike told us we could pick up the car in two days which was fine, I wouldn't have cared if it was five days. But the night before we could get it he called to say that the detailer ruined the driver door with the buffing wheel and said plainly that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO FIX IT! I disagreed and when I told him the deal was off he grudgingly offered to have their shop repair the door. He would not however repair the door and allow me to inspect it and then purchase the vehicle. He told me if I wanted it I would still have to pick it up at the agreed time because "its the end of the month". This made me feel like if they got the money I would go away. After we purchased the vehicle the told me I could take it right over to the body shop myself so as not to inconvenience them! And that Iwould recieve a loaner car. But their sub par body shop told me they had no cars to offer me for "maybe 2 weeks?". So I called Mike, who said it was "not his problem" but he would get me a car to drive to work since the had my trade. He never called me back, so I showed up at the dealer and demanded a car and they grudgingly gave me one, that got the ball rolling on my repair though! Bottom line is I was never so happy when I left the lot for the last time, and the feeling was mutual as Mike said "hopefully we won't see you again". I like the vehicle, but don't want to return to the dealer because they ruined the whole experience for me. What kind of reputeable dealership calls and asks you to pay for damage they caused and then demands payment in full?

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle, and we were looking slowly, I was surfing the internet looking at vehicles and the Dodge Ram came up, saw the rebates, it showed an interest, I said honey, looks go check out the vehicle last Sunday - so we did.. it sparked an interest in us both, so we checked few things out deciding if should go for it, And we new we needed to update our vehicles and we both agreed to just go for it. So after memorial day my husband called the internet phone number to the dealer ship and spoke to Woody and brought up the vehicle of interest and asked to have it cleaned up the one checking out, we drove over from Zumbrota on Wednesday close to 5pm. The vehicle was cleaned and ready to try out, my husband got in the vehicle and fell in love with it when he took it for a test drive. We made a deal, and home came the vehicle.... Just went over the electronics, satiilite radio, and blue tooth - we got that set up what a treat. We both love it.. One of the big highlights it rides smooth and it's a Hemi!!!! get alot of comments - Dodge now has the best trucks out their, Nice truck, Our neighbor said I am buying that truck in 2 years..

We live 90 miles one way and go by several dealerships to get to Harry Brown's but we were so pleased with our experience there that we will continue to go back. Woody has been great to work with and makes the deals go smooth and quick. The service department has also been wonderful to work with. I was so suprised that they were willing to do the service work and give me a wonderful loaner vehicle! I wish I lived closer to do all service work with them! My husband and I were able to visit on our own because Woody said he would give us some time alone to do that. I went in just to look for a new car with no expectation of actually leaving the lot with one. The salemen were extremely helpful in my decision to drive off the lot. Dick was extremely helpful with any questions that I had and seemed to know a lotMore information on the vehicle than any other dealership that I had visited. While waiting for the paper work to get finished I was treated to freshly baked cookies. They also had popcorn and coffee...but cookies. I had called the next day to ask a question and they were very pleased that I had called and helped me out in a hurry. Bob and Heidi were extremely helpful and went wayyyy out of their way for us. We contacted Bob over the phone, and told them what we needed, what we wanted and he hooked us up. Between email and phone calls, he got our order spot on. We live in North Dakota, and could only complete our sales deal on a Saturday, later at night. When we got close to Faribault, we gave them a call and they met us at 8:30 p.m. at the dealership. Heidi had all of our paperwork ready for us to sign, Bob introduced us to our new vehicle, and we were on our way in less than an hour. We live in Blaine MN and our salesman Carson offered (on his day off) to drive the car up to the cities to show us the car over my lunch break from work. We had been to three other dealerships and at the first two, we were not even acknowledged by any sales staff for at least 20 minutes. We had looked through all the new vehicles and were moving on to the used ones before anyone even said 'hello' to us. At Harry Browns in Faribault, my husband pulled into the parking lot and before he even parked the vehicle, a sales staff member was there just saying "hello" and if we had been working with a staff member or not (so he could go and find that staff member for us if we were working with someone else). Dave Wilson is a very enjoyable, honest salesperson. Whatever question I or my husband had, he answered it with all the sincerity and honesty he had. The finance department was very smooth. We will definitely be sending others to Harry Browns for service. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Dave and the whole Harry Browns team.

Excellent service from the moment we set foot on the lot. Absolutely, no pressure and we were treated as if we were the only customers in the entire dealership, even though it was busy. Everyone; from the salesman, financing manager, accessories manager down to the delivery drivers, treated us with respect and worked with our schedule. We were asked where we would be getting our vehicle serviced where we first started the paperwork on the purchase of this vehicle. We had said we would go in the area we work and live. After the paperwork was done and the salesman took the extra time to go though the entire set up of the vehicle. We discussed the fact we wished the dealership was closer. While working with the accessories department every attempt was made to do things at our convenience and we were updated along the way. It is because of all of these things we have decided to have our vehicle serviced at Harry Browns also.

My son-in-law found the car we purchased on the internet. I looked at it and liked the options, so I sent in a request for more information. I started emailing with Mike and then Don and I made an appointment with Mike to see the car. We have old cars and have not purchased a car in almost 12 years. Mike answered all our questions and if he did not know the answer, he told us that and would find out. We really liked the fact that he did not make up answers. We also did not feel like we like the dealership and how everyone was so friendly and not pushy. It was a very comfortable experience. We were also happy with Heidi in financing. She was very friendly and it was late at night when we were signing all the papers. I would not have wanted to answer a survey at that time. There is too much to think about, just buying a car, adding a few options and such, that the survey would have been one more thing, we would not have wanted to do. I have already told a few friends that it is worth the drive to go there. We got a great car and are very happy.

We have purchased a number of vehicles from Harry Browns and our experiences have always been favorable. Recently we were in the market for a new Chevy Equinox and began our search for a vehicle in the Twin Cities. Our experiences with sales professionals in the metro has been less than favorable. Once they have your name and phone number, the sales calls continue multiple times throughout the day, not to mention the pressure we received to purchase from the managers was unbearable. So, after locating our vehicle of choice at another dealership, we went to Harry Browns to see if they could get us a similar vehicle. Mike Arndt greeted us when we drove on the lot and provided us with excellent service from start to finish. He was able to answer all of our questions and get our vehicle of choice. What I appreciated most about Mike was the fact that he asked us early on about our preferred method of communication and suggested email as an option which was a fantastic alternative to the high pressure and redundant phone calls!Our recent experience with Harry Browns further validates why it pays to stay local and purchase from a home town dealer. We will definitely be back and ask Mike to help us with the purchase of our future vehicles.

Found the vehicle on-line and when I contacted the dealership, Woody was very professional, helpful, responsive in getting me information, and not pushy. He was not trying to convince me a pickup HE HAD be the one I wanted. (of course, he had the one I wanted.) I took a buss 350 miles to pick up the vehicle and it was just the way it was discribed. Negociated a fair price over the phone and it was cleaned up really well and the paperwork went smooth. Thanks. Wish they were closer, but would be willing to go there again.

I've been shopping for a 2010 Camaro for about 6 months, and I had a list of options which were a must have. I also had a specific price that I wanted to pay, which was lower than the national average. I was willing to travel for the right car! I was incredibly pleased that I was able to find "My" car within 50 miles of home. When I arrived I was greeted by Nate Goodnature, who was relatively new in the car sales department. Nate treated me with great respect and was a pleasure to work with. As I have been shopping around for a fair ammount of time, I was expecting the typical B.S. and dealership games. Granted, I knew from my research that this was the car I wanted at a good, lower than average price... so, the car sold itself. Nate Goodnature was very helpful and answered every question that I had, even if he did not know the answer off the top of his head. While I could tell that he was still learning the ropes, it was very comforting and reassuring to see how hard he worked to make me a satisfied customer. So, if Harry Brown's has the car you are looking for, I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing Nate Goodnature. I also should mention that Nate and and the Finance department stayed late so that I was able to take my car home that night. Thank You!

I bought a mildly used Toyota Camry from these folks. It was a thoroughly satisfactory experience. No BS, no games, the price was reasonable, and they were very straightforward, honest, and helpful. I called the dealership early Saturday morning (2/25/2012) to see if they would honor the same discount advertised in the Minneapolis Tribune for a new 2012 Malibu LT. They didn't have a Malibu w/leather in the color I wanted, but they gave the same discount for a Malibu LTZ. Extremely happy they allowed the discount for a loaded Malibu.

I was in the market for a more fuel effecient car and has spent a couple weeks online researching vehicles available. I got it down to 2 that I was interested in. The first one was actually in another town. I had made arrangements to go test drive it on a Saturday but was unable to make it so we agreed that I would drive the 45 minutes from where I live on Monday after I got off work. I asked the sales agent to email me if anything happened. Imagine my surpise when, just before I was leaving the building, I checked my "garage" on Findcars.com to see that the car was sold! There was no email. I called the dealership and was informed that yes indeed it sold that morning and that an email had been sent to both my work and home emails...which turned out to be NOT TRUE. So when I got home I called Harry Brown's to inquire about my car. I was put in touch with Helena who quickly suggested that I put a deposit on the car so as not to have the same thing happen again. GREAT THINKING!!! Since my drive to come see the car was about an hour, I greatly appreciated her suggestion. She wasn't there when arrived...but that was excuseable as she was out getting the car washed for me. The rest of the evening was pretty smooth. I couldn't haggle with the price of the car because, from my weeks of research, I knew it was outstanding. The price offered me for my trade was also reasonable...not exactly what I wanted, but it was reasonable. I appreciated the fact that Greg took the time to talk to me and explained the reasoning behind the $$. Helena did seem to be a little taken aback when I informed her that I had already secured my financing before I arrived. I guess not too many people take care of that before they come in?I wasn't prepared to take possession of the car that night; several financial pieces to the transaction couldn't be dealt with that late. So I asked them to fax a purchase agreement to my credit union in the morning and to please email me when this was done. Tuesday morning I called the credit union to inform them of the purchase agreement I had signed. At that time, the agreement had not ben faxed. I got an email from the credit union when it came through. I did NOT, however, receive an email from anyone at Harry Brown's. I waited until the following day to contact Helena and Greg. I got a nice appology from both. It was at that time that I made arrangements to drive to Faribault that evening to finish my transaction. I let them know that I would be arriving at 6pm and that I would have my two small children with me as well. The actual paperwork part of this transaction is the reason I could not give a 5 for total experience. I waited until 7:30pm to get in to do the paperwork. This was a little disappointing since I had let them know when to expect me...and we had to hustle to get there at that time. Had it not been for that little blip...my experience would have been practically perfect.

I purchased a BMW from Harry Brown's and when I drove it for about a month, the brakes were loud and squeaking at every stop. I brought my car in to Harry Browns and the customer Service they gave me was second to none. The parts needed to be special ordered, and since they know I am a busy person, they picked up my car from my work place, repaired the brakes and returned my car to me. The time saver meant a lot to me. Also, the fact that they took care of the problem, even thought they had initially put new brakes on the car before my purchase, was very professional and considerate. I would reccomend Harry Browns Service Department to anyone who asks me.

I found the truck I was interested in on the internet and called. I was connected to Carson, I set up a time to come in for a test drive. I met Carson and we went for a test drive. Carson was very knowledgeable about the truck and answered all my questions. I was trading my current truck so the next step was seeing what the trade-in value was. I was a little taken back by the first offer for my truck, but everyone thinks their vehicle is worth more than it probably is. We did finally agree on a compromised price for my truck and made the deal. This process took a little longer than I would have liked, but I know some was my fault. Carson was very friendly and nice through this whole process trying to be the "middle man" in this. It was on to Heidi, who at the time was busy with another couple, so we had to wait. When we did get in there, Heidi was very nice and did her job well. I know the extended warranty is part of the process but it would be nice if it could get done another way. Everyone at the dealership, that we met or dealt with were very good and played their parts well. The two ratings lower ratings I gave, Overall Experience (3) was mainly for the length of time this all took, approx. 5 hours, and the Price, it was good, but not great. I made the deal so I'm happy with it. The truck I bought is everything I was looking for and more, possibly more options than I needed. Only time will tell if my decision to spend a little more than I was, is going to pay off.

Overall experience at Harry Brown's was very good. The individuals that I worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. It had been years since I had purchased a vehicle and they explained the process in good detail and were able to assist me in getting an excellent deal on financing. The vehicle that I purchased cost a very reasonable amount and it was so nice to have a fair price from the get go and not have to worry about awkward negotiations. You can really tell the difference between sales people at commission-based dealerships and the ones at Harry Brown's. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The only downfall was that it took much longer than I expected to finalize the process once I arrived at the dealership. I had completed the financing application over the phone and notified them that I would have a trade-in. Despite this, it took nearly 2.5 hours to take a brief test drive, assess my trade-in, and complete paperwork. It was late afternoon and I had a long drive ahead of me, so if I could make a suggestion, it would be to discuss the additional options available for purchase (extended warranty, loan gap coverage, zurich shield, etc.) with the customer while the trade-in evaluation is being completed, as these two took up a significant portion of time. Other than that, a very efficient and enjoyable experience. The people at Harry Brown's really set them apart, and I look forward to referring family and friends to them. I left feeling great about the purchase that I made and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you to everyone at Harry Brown's who assisted me! Your customer service skills are exceptional!

From start to finish, this was by far my best experience at a car dealership. I have shopped elsehwere before, and always felt pressured to buy something right away (even if it wasn't what I wanted or needed). I worked with Woody back in mid-November, and test drove a midsize truck. It wasn't the right choice for me (I was moving up from a small car, and thought that something smaller than a fullsize truck would suit my needs). When the right truck came along, I called on Woody again, and he came through in a big way. From the initial test drive to evaluating my trade-in, from working on the financing and paperwork with Heidi to coming back in for a ruick run-through of the features - Harry's came through for me, and I would gladly do business with them again!

Josh explained everything in easily understandable words. Got all service done on time and done well. Dandi seemed to be knowledgeble about the car we ended up buying. The employees were helpful and pleasant. They worked with me to find the car with the features I wanted even though one was not in their inventory. The final price for the car including discount and trade-in was a figure that I thought was acceptable without the stress of haggling over price. The experience was one of the best that I have had in my lifetime of auto purchases.

My husband and I arrived at the dealership, we were not attacked at the time of driving on the lot but could tell that Carson was observing that we were there, we drove around and when we saw what we were interested in we stopped. Upon getting out of our vehicle we were greeted with professionalism and a very friendly disposition. We were up front told Carson what we wanted to see what our expectations were and he assisted us from there. We were under an extremely tight time frame and Heidi Thompson-Groves was very proficient at her job once we decided on our vehicle, were approved and needed to get the paperwork completed. Hiedi worked through our paperwork very thoroughly and professionally with us. She knows what she is doing, as did Carson. Service with the company was excellent when we returned for our detailing and zurich shielding the service department/detailing department was very friendly and timely with us during this visit. We are extremely happy with what we have seen, heard, and experienced thus far. We will definately refer our family and friends to Harry Brown's!

THE VAN I bought was a great deal but I thought the customer service was not so good because I TOLD mike that I needed to be back to Lakefield by noon. Their was a problem with the van which I understood but the Van was ready to go and mike was out on a test drive with someone else and left us set and wait for him to come back and I finaly went out in the yard and found him and said the van was ready and we left.

Overall experience rating had nothing to do with the salesman. We asked for Helena when we came in the first night and were told she had left for the day. I had sent an email to Helena earlier in the day. I expect that when a person is asked for specifically they would be involved in the deal. When we came back with our trade to do the deal Helena was there, but for some reason was not involved. I also think it took a long time to get the pricing, over an hour, and there was no haggling. I like Harry Brown's and would definitely go there again. I bought a new Silverado in 2008 and have always been treated well and taken care of as soon as possible.

My experience started with my involvement with my Fiance's search for a new SUV. We visited several dealerships in a 30 mile radius and drove just about every mid size SUV available. We stopped at our local dealership, Harry Brown's in Faribault, a couple times and always worked with Scott Proechel. Scott was always patient with us, always gave us time to talk with and with out him and allowed us to drive any vehicle we desired, with or with out him. We never felt any presure and we were treated with a, much appreciated, professional level of respect and courtesy. While Lisa narrowed her search to a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox, a new 2011 Dodge Ram caught my interest, and I was not looking. Scott tossed me the keys and told me to take it for a spin while Lisa completed some final details. He asked if they could look over my 2005 Dakota and I gave him my keys.I loved the truck, but realy wasn't looking. I gave him the keys and he told me what they could do for my truck and then provided me the amount I would receive off the truck for rebates and other incentives. I asked about a couple other things I would require, the price I was willing/able to pay and Lisa and I left. Agian, no pressure. About a week later I was completing the deal on the same truck I had drove.After purchasing our vehicles, Scott continued to work with us. We were introduced to the service department and provided further information regarding routine service and contact information for any questions we may have. Scott continued with us, helping us set up our cell phones to the vehicles and helped Lisa to understand how to use the On Star system in her vehicle.It wasn't just the sales experience that impressed us, it was all the after sales service we continued to recieve. I have made use of the sevice department for a couple minor issues and I also had a great experience with the accesory department with Luke. From Sales, to Service, to Financing, to Accesories, this dealership has, and I'm certain will continue, to take of us.

Brandon is an exceptional sales person. He is very knowledgeable on the vehicles he is showing. He did not push for the sale. This was the first dealership we stopped to look at a Dodge Caravan. We like shopping local and have had great customer service from the sales personnel we've worked with as well as management (Chad and the Brown's). This is the fourth new vehicle we have purchased from Harry Brown's in the last 8 years. With that said, our previous experience with service issues and lack of help regarding our "extended" warranty work has left us a little disappointed. We did again purchase the extended warranty on our new vehicle and hope the service is better this time around if indeed we need warranty work done.

I was very satisfied and impressed with the customer service I received when buying my new Chevrolet Malibu at Harry Brown's. The salespersons (Lisa and Carson) explained the cars features and options thoroughly. I never felt pressured and was treated with respect. The finance manager (Dale) was also very easy to work with and I felt he was really working for me to get the best possible loan arrangement.I drove about 40 miles to this dealership and it was worth it with the excellent service I recieved.I highly recommend this dealership.

It took some time, but I am now a satisfied customer and can give a positive feedback on my dealings with your business. My wife is very happy with her Dodge Journey, and I am happy to feel like the deal is finally completed. It was stressful dealing with not having a spare key and not hearing back from anyone at Harry Brown's. I was not satisfied with the time it took to get back to me, but I am very happy that Nate and Harry Brown's did successfully resolve the spare key issue. The Journey had everything we were looking for, right color, third row seating, sunroof, comparable price. We had done a lot of online searching from the Twin Cities to Rochester, and even in Iowa. Your website had an excellent amount of pictures. After test driving the Journey, I was uneasy purchasing the Journey based on Nate's word that the mild shake that occurred would be fixed. But, my wife convinced me this was the car she wanted. I was very happy that Nate took care of us and was very accommodating to the fact that we lived out of town and would have to drive back to Faribault to pick up our new vehicle. He also helped schedule the new key getting programmed to a time that we were passing through Faribault instead of the inconvenience of having to make a special trip. Thank you for making things right and especially to Nate for standing behind his word that he would "Take care of everything" for us.

I got service as soon as I walked into the door. I knew what vehicle I was interested in as I saw it on the internet before I came in and knew that rebates were being given on it. It was a Chrysler Town and Country limited. The reason I picked this vehicle is that I know a couple that buys a new one of these every two years and they are very happy with it.The person that helped me was Steve Lamotte. He showed me the car and let me take it for a drive and explained all the options on it. Then we talked price. I had two vehicles to trade in and was glad they would take both of them. I found a buyer for one of them and they had my buyer come in and buy it through my purchase so that I didn't have to pay as much tax on my new vehicle. That was very much appreciated.Thank you Steve Brown. About a week after my purchase I had a problem with one of my sliding doors and that was taken care of immediately. I was given a loaner car and even had my van delivered back to my door.

I recently bought a Used 2003 Suburban at Harry Brown's. I was tired of dealing with the big auto groups in the cities and decided to buy form a more reputable dealership. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will make sure to refer Harry Browns to family and friends. They have went above and beyond to take care of me even after the purchase of my vehicle.As someone in sales it is great to see a company like this being successful and committed to taking care of their customers, that is hard to find now days. Overall I am satisfied that I bought my vehicle there and will refer them to friends, especially over Walser group who are a bunch of heartless crooks. My husband found a vehicle I gave him specs on through Craiglist. We live in Iowa and the car was at Harry Brown's in Faribault, MN. They held the car for us so we could make arrangements to get there to see it. The price was right and the service was amazing. Woody was hands on, but no pressure. He gave us the space we needed to talk in private to make our decision. He handed us over to Heidi, who simply deserves a bonus for every car sale! She was amazing. We told her a price we needed to get to and she was able to get us there and feel great. We laughed and walked out with a great smile. She went out of her way to keep my husband and me happy with the major purchase. When we walked out of the office, Woody greeted us with a chocolate filled coffee mug and a hat. The kids loved the extra touch! I am one to want to keep money in my own state, but when you find a gem like this, you just have to spread the word. One day I just stoped in and drove through the new car lot looking for a New Jeep Liberty to see what they had. Carson Hruby was in the lot where I was. He introduced himself and was very friendly. He did a very will explaining and answering all my questions. He was very helpful. I did not purchase any thing that day. About a month later I was in Faribault and just happened to stop in. Carson was in the lot again and came up to me when I stop to look at a 2011 Chevrolet 1500 4x4 red pickup that got my eye. Carson was more then happy to show and exsplain every thing on that trip. That was a Saturday that we talked about prices on that truck which including my car as a trade in on the purchase. With the weekend to think about the deal offered to me, I was back on Monday Aug. 29 and closed the deal offered to me on the Friday before. The Harry Browns Family Automotive Dealership was and did a super job. No bugging to purchase at all just good down to earth family dealer. Super Job Harry Brown Family Automotive staff. You will be selling me again and my friends will be hearing from me about how nice my exspierance was.

We were very happy with the warm reception given in buying our new car. Bob Ford was a very cordial and friendly salesman, and went out of his way to be sure that we were very familiar with our new Town & Country before leaving the dealership. Dale was very pleasant, as was Bob, even though they had to stay an hour and a half past closing time to finish closing the deal. We would definitely recommend Harry Brown Family dealership to prospective customers. Price was good, although I had hoped for a little more given for my trade-in 2001 Town & Country Limited Van.

This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and second salesperson only because first salesperson no longer works for your dealership any longer. The salesperson in all cases were very friendly and not in your face to buy something that didn't fit our needs. That is a big turn off.

Chad was absolutely amazing! I felt he went out of his way for me. He let me know what was happening every step of the way. His customer service was top notch. He was very polite and answered my questions.My Car Guy Mike was also great. He sealed the deal. The only thing I was a little disatisfied with was that I was supposed to have my air conditioning put in on last Saturday or Monday. I never heard a word about it once I left the office. I had to call in to find out why, over a week later. I do realize things happen and hope to have it in soon.I don't know if you give any incentives to previous customers, but it was my Granddaughter, Daniel Dolejsi, who recently bought a car that suggested Harry Brown's.Thank you for your exceptional staff.

The reason for the high ratings was the level of comfort I felt throughout the entire sales process. I never felt rushed, or pushed into making a decision that I wasnt comfortable with. Ive had numerous experiences at other dealerships where the excitement and fun of the new purchase was lost due to the feeling of someone trying to push me into making a decision right then, rather than on my own time. Overall I had a great experience and will be back for my next vehicle purchase. You guys and gals, kick ass :)

My mom bought a car at Harry Brown's last year and had really good luck. I was looking around at different car dealers for over a month in the cities and did not have any luck. I started looking at Harry Brown's website and found a Buick Rendezvous for a great price. I came in and was greeted by many Harry Brown employees. I worked with Dave Wilson as that is who my mom worked with and had a great experience. Dave should me the Buick and let me test drive it. The car drove very nice and was a perfect price for my budget. Dave went over some issues I had with the SUV. Some of the seats had water stain and had some dents and scratches. Dave right away said they would have the Harry Browns top cleaning crew clean out all the stains and touch up the little paint chips. Also the dash board light was creaked but worked with the manager and took $200 off the total price to make up for it and get it fixed if I would like to. Dave was really great to work with and was one of the best car dealers I have worked with. Dale made purchasing my first car easy and set up a really easy payment plan. He laid out all my options and it worked out great and got what I wanted.I came in last Friday to get my car touched up and they were very helpful and did an awesome job making my car feel brand new. They got to my car right away and called as soon as it was done.I am very please with my first car experience.

Sales was very friendly! He worked with us to find a car that ws in my son's budget and to his liking. Once purchase was agreed upon he had car detailed etc. One item I wished I would have had was the car fax on the vehicle. Forgot to ask for them when working with sales and did not offer them. Price - everyone always wants a better price :) It didn't seem that there was any negotiation but I still felt that I got a good price for the car.

I had a wonderful experience at Harry Brown's Family Automotive when I purchased my 2006 Buick LaCrosse. I was not very serious about buying a vehicle when I saw the LaCrosse listed, but called to inquire about it. I spoke with Carson Hruby on the telephone. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to come to Faribault to see the car. He placed a follow-up call to me, providing me with additional information. Carson was very patient with my questions and even with my lack of enthusiasm for purchasing another vehicle. My son and I drove to Faribault to look at the car. Carson remembered eveything I told him on the phone and addressed all of my questions again. He quickly understood what I wanted and what didn't really care about in a car. He was very professional and accommodating. He had a great "soft sell" approach and I quickly decided that I would buy my next car from Carson. I left Harry Brown's that evening without making a decision. The next day, Carson called me again to see if I had any more questions. By that time, I had decided to purchase the vehicle. Since my son was driving when we first came to Harry Brown's, I was not sure if I remembered where the dealership was located. I called Carson when I was on my way to Faribault to pick up the car. He gave me directions and was standing outside the dealership waiting for me to arrive. He made me feel "important" and valued as a customer, which is certainly a sign of a good sales person. Working in sales myself, I can recognize the many traits Carson displays that make him an asset to Harry Brown's.After purchasing the vehicle, I had an issue with the remote locking mechanisms and called the dealership. I was, once again, referred to Carson. Until I purchased the LaCrosse, I have always purchased my vehicles locally in Albert Lea. After the sale was closed, I was never referred back to the saleman for any additional concerns or questions. Things were always taken care of by the service department. I was impressed that Harry Brown's sales staff follows through with the customers' problems or needs following the sale. My remote locks were taken care of quickly by Carson and the service staff at Harry Brown's. This past weekend, I was having issues with the CD player not loading. I called to check on this and was, again, transferred to Carson. He gave me some options to try and told me to call back if they didn't work. His suggestions were good and everything is okay. All in all, I would certainly return to Harry Brown's to look for another car and I would certainly recommend the dealership to my friends. Everyone I worked with there was very friendly and accommodating. Carson was probably one of the best car salemen I have ever encountered. I did not feel "pressured" in the least, but Carson's caring nature, his enthusiasm, his professionalism, his attention to details, and concern for my wants and needs, certainly went a long way in closing the sale. This is the second car we have purchased from Harry Brown's. If fact the car we traded in was the car we purchased in 1999. My Dad has purchased many cars from harry Brown's and we have always felt that everyone we delt with was very helpful and honest. We did check around and found Harry Brown's pricing in line with other dealers in the area and in fact just alittle less. Overall a very good experience.

Harry Browns is not the only Chevrolet dealer I visited when looking for My New HHR, but they are the only one that made me feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease from the moment I walked in the door . They went above and beyond my expectations of customer service in obtaining my vehicle for me which they had to obtain from another dealer. Harry Browns was recommended to me by a friend of mine and I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle. In fact, I already have.

We did an internet search and had good luck finding what we were looking for. My husband handled all the phone contact, so i felt a bit out of the loop on pricing. The staff from the front door all the way through were great. I liked everyone and everyone seemed sincere and concerned about my satisfaction. My only frustration after I purchased the car was that my husband was called about it being done and I was not contacted. This may seem dumb since we are married, but as the purchaser of the car, I was excited to get that call that it was ready. Outside of that, things were great. I have not been able to drive it though :( once it arrived, I left town on business. Looking forward to the weekend.

I was referred to Mike by a friend of mine who also bought a truck from him, he was fantastic to work with, I will be visiting him again when my girlfriend is ready to pick out her new Chevy Cruze. I would like to bring special attention to Heidi the finance manager, she went above and WAY BEYOND the call of duty!!!! I was not the easiest person to get financed and it took a lot of hard work and extra paperwork on her end for me to accomplish buying this truck. Her feats should NOT go unseen, I greatly appreciate all of her hard work and extra effort she put in even after I had taken the truck home to finalize this deal. I hate car shopping, car salesmen, the negotiating process, the whole package. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Harry Brown's. The salesmen (Greg and Carson) were extremely helpful, not pushy, and went out of their way to make me not feel like an inferior female. They were respectful of my time and very thorough, making sure I had no questions about anything. I definitely prefer this dealership over those in the cities, where we live, and will recommend it to others.

Harry's has been our dealer of choice for over 16 years (and our family's for years before that). They are wonderful to deal with and have never treated us badly. Harry's service department is top-notch (Jessica is an awesome service person to work with). Scott is great in sales (he's now sold us 2 cars). This dealership is very easy to work with.

All i had to do is tell them what i was looking for then i left a few hours later John speckels called me up and said they found a truck and they could get it their in two days one day passed and they called and said the truck was their then i went down and bought the truck no bs. I had a GREAT experience at Harry Brown's. Mike Hruby was referred to me by my Dad. Upon arriving initially at the dealership I was immediately greeted outside, was directed to Mike's office and my needs were immediately addressed. There was a specific vehicle I was looking for and Chad helped to find it in NE. Mike did an exceptional job calling me and following up when he said he would. I felt the deal was fair and honest. Once the deal was agreed to, the vehicle was retrieved and the deal was closed within 2 days. I finalized my sale at Harry Brown's because I felt like I made a real connection with Nate and Greg. I went to other dealers to do some scouting on the vehicle I was looking at and I didn't get the same feel for the people. I could have gotten a similar truck for potentially less money. But to me, the most important thing when buying a vehicle is honesty in the employees. Obviously, the price needs to be fair, but I do not want to leave the sales floor without shaking hands, cutting the "stuff" and talking simply, and feeling great about buying a vehicle.

I really enjoyed working with Mike. Seventeen years ago I bought a Saturn bcuz I was tired of feeling like I was getting jerked around by some slick car salesman. Mike has completely changed my opinion of car salesmen. He was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable of the car I was looking at. He never made me feel like I was walking checkbook and took the time to answer ALOT of questions.Next time I need a car, I'll definitely be coming back to Mike. I'll also be sending my friends to HarryBrowns.com to check out the inventory and make the drive if there is a vehicle they're interested in. I live in Des Moines (about 200 miles away from Faribault) and my family is up in the twin cities (about 50 miles), so feeling strongly enuf to refer someone to a dealership that far away isn't something I'd do lightly. Was warmley greeted by a member of the sales staff as soon as I entered the building. The salesman I was dealing with was not do to arrive at the dealership until 12:00, and I was early. Another saleman asked what vehicle I was lookng at, went and got the keys and asked if I wanted to take a look at the car and take it for a test drive. The reason this got my attention was that this salesman went out of his way to answer questions and show me the car even though I was working with a different salesman. Once Mike arrived, we went through the car and he asked what I thought of the car. I told him I liked everything but there was some marks on a lower body panel that looked bad. Mike immediatley assured me that they would either fix the problem or give me a concession for the damage. I was totally impressed by this dealerships commiment to my satisfaction. I wish I would have known about Harry Brown's dealership a long time ago. They will get my business again.

I had a problem with a Jeep starter that wasn't working and was out of warrantee. The problem was fixed beyond my satisfaction. Roger Jerrow was great to work with. I would reccommend Roger any time. I had been looking on the web for several weeks so I knew what I wanted. The web site was very good and had lots of pictures in good lighting. The car was spot-on as regards condition and other representations and I was allowed to look at a car-fax report as well. I was approached by Helena within minutes of my arrival and was treated by a salesperson who understands how its done. I never felt pushed or steered to a different or higher priced vehicle. I paid a fair price for my purchase and I also received a fair price for my trade-in and the deal went smoothly. I arrived the next day to pick up the car and it had been detailed nicely.I enjoyed this experience and it was worth the drive. As a salesman myself, I know that reputation is key and customer service means customer retention. It's nice to know someone else feels the same way.

I also worked with Heidi and Dale? in financing, very easy to work with. Brad in the service department was very helpful with making my decision on a vehicle and chosing a service plan. She answered a few questions I had .then made an appointment to see some of the trucks I was interested in .As it was late in the day Lisa set things up with scott to show the trucks. I picked one out I was interested in and we started dealing. I was not happy with the appraisal of my truck as your app. was the lowest of three I got . the discounts made me decide to trade. however. I was disapointed with the interest rate as my credit score was really good !! stil having trouble with my new truck with the (rear sensor blocked )(see owners manual) MESSAGE. was having this trouble befor we left the lot . Scott said they would fix it when they install the running boards and bed liner & tool box next week. However I like my truck !! thanks paul

The negotiation of price was very fair and I do believe when the buyer and dealer can agree on a price that benefits both parties it is a win-win situation. I would highly recommend Harry Browns Service Department. I have had several issues with my Chrysler Pacifica. Josh at Harry Browns was very helpful at getting my car in right away and working out a loaner vehicle for me to drive. I can definitely say that I felt like Josh went above and beyond to make sure all of the issues with my vehicle were resolved. Great sales service for a great truck. Terrific price with lost of bells and whistles included at almost no cost. Harry Browns has a customer for life with me. The whole process was less than three hours from the time of walk in to final signature. There process is speedy and with a concern for my time but yet validating along the way if there were any concerns or questions that needed to be answered before continuing. I am not a first time buyer and I can say any one could purchase a car from Harry Browns and drive away knowing that got the best deal for the money and feel confident there decision was not a bad one.

Mike, last week while in Florida, I was informed of a family emergency in Texas. On Friday, I flew back to MN from Florida and was needing to get on the road for Texas upon my arrival to Faribault. On the way from the airport, I recalled a headlight out on my vehicle. I then called my wife to see if she could get it over to Harry Browns so it would be ready when I arrived in town so I could begin my trip to Texas without any further delay.My wife drove to Harry Browns and arrived at the service department either just prior to closing time or shortly thereafter. A few of the mechanics were scrambling to determine exactly what needed to be done and thought it would take a minimum of 30 minutes to install the new headlight. Brad jumped in and assured Carol they would get it done as quickly as possible and offered to let her use the service van to drive back home as she was helping my parents prepare for the trip to Texas.Within 15 minutes, Brad called back and said everything was ready to go. He explained the vehicle was ready and the keys were under the mat. She could come by at her convenience to drop off the service van and pick up our vehicle. All this after the service department was closed.During a time of much anxiety, Brad and the rest of the service team really stepped up to the plate and helped ease some of that anxiety for our family. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Brad and the rest of the team for a great act of customer service above and beyond.The effort was greatly appreciated and thoroughly impressed my out of town parents as well!!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! These guys are great. Very thorough in explaining issues. I wasn't clear on a specific part on my car and Josh brought me right out to the vehicle went over everything with me so that I understood the importance of it and also what was wrong with it. I have never had that happen anywhere! I was also very suprised when Josh informed me the dealership was very competative in tire service. It was true! I sent 5 people there for tires after that! Who would have known that a dealership was competative? So a big thanks to Josh and Roger for a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back!

I am very pleased with my recent purchase of a 2011 Chev Silverado 2500 HD Truck. What a great vehicle. My sales person, Dick Jensen, was very helpful in answering my many questions, finding the right truck, and most of all keeping me informed during the course of the transaction. Dick followed up numerous times both in email and phone to make sure everything was in order and that I was happy with my truck. The Harry Brown Family Automotive made the differance for me. Helpful, kind and honest. I also had a chance to visit the service department as my trade in needed some attention. Jessica was very helpful getting my vehicle in and out even though it wasn't scheduled. The service department answered all my questioned and the estimate she wrote was right on the mark. Since I was from out of town, I had a lot of my discussions via email and when I got to the dealership over the weekend, I was dealing with another sales person. For them most part I had a great experience, but I was shocked to find out that the car I negotiated on via email, etc. had over 2000 more miles on it than was advertised on your website (and was confirmed to me via email). In the end I didn't make a big deal of it, but buyers remorse makes me feel as if that was a significant difference in what I had expected and I should have further negotiated the vehicle or walked away (since it was made clear to me the day I came that Harry Brown's had already come down significantly on the price of the vehicle).Jim Roslansky

Not Harry Browns fault, but I am missing a few items.However, I had a full tank of gas - not anticipating a decision that day. Harry Browns refused to fill my new (used) vehicle with gas upon my departure. Thought this was ridiculous (only fair in my estimation). Minor detail, but one that stuck with me.2. finance manager was clearly incented by extended warranty. We spent way too much time and energy on this aspect of the agreement. This felt like we were buying into a time share. Sour apples on that note, but believe intentions were good.All in all - solid staff, process, and professionalism. Dick was great. Other than that, nothing that stood out as a differential good or bad from other dealers I have worked with. Love my new truck. I have been going to Josh for years, when I found out he worked down in Faribault I did not think twice about driving 45 mins to take my car to him. He is the only guy I can trust working on my car and I know he is honest when telling me what needs to be repaired. Everyone was very helpful. We came to look and ended up diving home with a purchase that fit what we needed. It was unplanned but with each of us driving long distances at times it was totally necessary..My wife commutes to work and I coach travel soccer so having a reliable vehicle again is great and finding this car with the extended warranty an added bonus.

Im not sure what I would tell someone about my experience at Hurry Browns. When I came in to look at the vehicle, Bob went back to another couple and left me alone and didnt have anyone else assist me. I test drove the vehicle by myself and did my own research as to how the lights, bells and whistles worked. Then I got to sit down with Heidi to toss around some numbers but was sidetracked into signing almost every paper she had. I felt rushed and a little under appreciated. But the price was right and we needed the vehicle. So I guess what you want is for me to say that I will be back to Harry Browns. Honestly I cant say that I would right now.I basically sold myself the vehicle.

I believe the price was alittle high but you were willing to deal with me, the salesman was very good, the only problem I had after I got home was,my son checked underneath the hemi cover and there was grass there. In the back of the car was the cover for the and it was dirty. Mike Hruby and I discovered this before I left as he was showing me how to use some of the upgrades. We purchased a 2010 Pontiac G6 from Harry Browns this month. Steve was so helpful in making sure that I got the car I wanted and liked. He did not pressure me in anyway and did not make me feel like I had to make a choice "right now". My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles from Harry Browns, and will continue to do so. We have done some comparison shopping and it always comes down to Harry Browns being the most resaonable, and there are no other salesmen that even to compair to Harry's! All the staff are friendly and super helpful. The do not try and sell you something to benefit them, they want it to be the right fit for the customer. I recommend Harry Browns to everyone and anyone that talks about purchasing a car.

I have bought two car from Harry Browns. I bought a well priced Chevrolet Impala SS. It was a great car. I recently traded my Audi TT in on a BMW they had on their last chance pricing. It was about 3000 under blue book. I love the deals they have on the last chance pricing. I feel confident that we will be looking there first when my wife is going to get rid of her car. They worked with me on my trade in price and gave me more for my car than originally offered, but didn't quite come up to where I wanted. I will keep them in mind next time I want to get rid of my car.

Overall, our experience was excellent. Helena and John went way out of their way to ensure we received the vehicle of our choice in the time frame offered. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process. Being that my husband and I are both in sales, we tend to judge how other sales departments operate. We thought from the beginning that Helena was knowledgable, friendly, and most importantly understood our needs from a practical stand point. We appreciated that she did not try to over sell us on features/options that we did not need. My family has been shopping at Harry Brown's for years and there is a reason why we went out of our way to drive an hour to deal with this dealersihp versus dealers in the cities.

Fantastic service and friendliness. Harry Brown's is the only place we go to for service, car washes or any car care. It's sale and service people are sensitive to all your needs, help you to be transported to and from the service garage while repairs are done. We drove two hours and planned to buy a truck and we bought the one we came there we planned to buy. We traded my SUV in and got a great price for it. Woody was called in the am and was asked to hold a truck until we got there and he followed through with it. We thank you for the great hospitality we were given....

We really enjoyed working with Mike. He has been helping us find a new car for the last couple of months. Helping us look and test drive buicks and chevrolets. This really helped me decide which car I really wanted. He talked to Bill and I about options that each car had, and the ride and mileage each should get. In the long run after multiple trips to the dealership I decided I wanted a white (like seven minute frosting) with a sunroof and spoiler. With a dark charcoal leather interior with heated seats. Mike listed all the things I wanted and went to work. He located the car I wanted then helped us get a good trade on our old car and a good interest rate on our loan and an extended warrenty policy to fit our needs. Had a problem with the remote door opener not working after car had sat for more than a day. Car is kept in a heated garage in Minnesota. Tried downloading new software to no avail. Installed new win module and gave me new key fobs. This was just done and seems to be working. Will not know until car sits for more than a day.

I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from Harry Brown's in Faribault,Mn. When I took it in for my first oil change (which was free), I mentioned 2 areas on the car that I felt may need attention. I then had the pleasusre of meeting 3 service minded individuals. Between Jessica R., a very experienced service advisor, Kevin F. the mechanic who was listened intently to my concerns and then expertly fixed them, and also customer conscious service director Roger J. who reviewed the work invoice with me in detail. I once again came away from Harry Brown's feeling lucky to have their fine dealership in our area.

Brandon was very patient and easy to talk with. He has a great way with people and is very personable. He didn't give you the feeling like hurry up, make a decision. Todd Hunt - always a pleasure to work with. I continue to come back to Harry Brown's (believe this is the 4th vehicle i have purchased) because originally I worked with Todd.Chad Snyder - this is the first time I've worked with him and the dealership was very busy the day I was in. My situation was "unique" when it came to the financing - I felt he was working hard for my best interest.

I have been working with Deb and Chad for 3 years now, and have bought 2 to 3 vehicles every year. They have treated me fair on prices and I will not bother looking at another dealer for now. Mike hruby help us on are last 2 vehicles and did a great job along with Chad.

I have never been in the harry brown dealership until i found a pickup on the internet that i liked and had the options i wanted. My first impression was nice i was met at the door by Brandon and he took over from there i told him i would like to test drive the silverado with some extra options that were added to it and he explained them all very well.He was very nice to deal with, made it fun for me. also dale was very nice also helping me out on the financial end, telling me about the 7 year bunber to bunber extra warranty which i purchashed a a good rate that i never knew about. so now i have a 7 year peace of mind warranty.i would recomend this dealer to anyone and i would come back and probably will.

I've bought from these guys before so I feel I can trust them. They listen to what I think I want, they think it over and then give some suggestions and/or options as to what would be the best way to make the best deal. This is helpful to me because I don't have the chance to buy a new vehicle very often so when I do get the chance it can become quite a process, and these guys understand that and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the experience as enjoyable as possible,(and with me that can be a challenge).

Its was great working with a local dealer. Everyone knows everyone in the local areas. Harry Brown's Family Automotive cares about its costumers unlike dealerships in the twin cities. Harry Brown does not want one sale from a costumer, they want a lifetime of sales.

I met Woody ten years ago and he sold me a great truck then. When I ran into him again, it was terrific to work together again. Woody reviewed our situation and needs for a vehicle and then he explained how he came to work at Harry Browns. He mentioned early that he would be surpised if we didn't leave today with a new car or truck. We we had just looked at only a couple trucks and were a little disapointed so far. We looked and test drove three trucks and then I inquired on the GMC that we had not drove and Woody said he would bring it right up. Woody said when he gave us the truck he said drive it around you will not be dissapointed. He was right we bought the truck that day. The gentleman in finance was very nice and knew we had not bought a vehicle in ten years. and explained the whole process to us. Who does that anymore! My wife and I are still very happy on the purchase of the truck. Lucas helped us pick out some mud flaps and with a return to service for a couple of minor items and the mud flap install. Joey surprised me and said here are the keys to a car till noon. We will take care of everything and call you when its ready. Steve I have to tell you I will be back to work with Woody and your staff as I am more satisfied with your group then anything in the cities. It a drive but worth it! Have sent my wife to the dealership 3 different times to obtain service work on vehicles that I have not purchased from them as we live in Northern, WI, but work in area. She does not understand the mechanics of a car in the least, but they gave great service and kept her up to date as the repairs progressed. Brad and Josh are always friendly and take the time to answer her questions....not the experience with other dealerships.

I seldom rate anyone great. There is always room for growth. We have purchased a few cars from the dealership and come back each time. We have dealt with finance before and he was very pushy but is no longer there. I am the one that dickers with the price and want the best price I can get. If you don't give me what I want I have no problem walking out and buying elsewhere. I can be a hard nose person to deal with but Kevin is one to handle that!

The day we walked into Harry Browns we were greeted by some friendly people.They introduced themselves and asked if I was looking for someone in particular and I said Dick Jenson. Dick and me and my wife talked about the 2010 colorado which he had warming up in the lot so we could take it for a test drive.I gave him the keys for my pickup went for a drive came back. We sat down and talked about how we could do this and after some negotations the colorado was mine.Went to pick it up the following tuesday and it really looked sharp. Closed on it with Dale Covington who was also a very nice person and we were out the door. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car. Dennis Kelm

The employees of Harry Brown's went out and found the vehicle we wanted. Bob Ford made sure we knew how to operate all the options the Acadia offered. I love the vehicle and the dealership was wonderful to work with. Looking forward to receiving the free oil change to be able to evaluate the service department.

He explained the features of the vehicles and gave us the time and support needed to make our decision. Its a friendly and welcoming environment and they did there best to make sure are needs were taken care of and we were satisfied.

Why I gave the rating I gave? Why not??? My son bought an Envoy from the same salesperson a few years ago and he thought highly of him so he was the first choice. Of course it helped that the dealership had the exact vehicle that I wanted. we will definitely call them in the future when we are ready for a new vehicle. And again our first choice will be Steve again. But honestly we also talked to he guy in the accessory department and the business manager and they are all helpful and friendly.

Overall experience was good, but not great. When I requested an online trade in quote, not only was I not provided with a value but was contacted by means other than the preferred method selected. If additional information or another contact method is required to obtain a trade in estimate, why offer it online. When I arrived to pick up my new vehicle, its second set of keys could not be located and the aftermarket floor mats purchased with the vehicle had been removed and sold to another customer. Now I must return to have the second keyless entry remote programmed and to obtain the floor mats purchased with the vehicle. Not a huge deal but an inconvenience as I am not close to the dealership. Price was good but not great. The vehicle was advertised at one price on the dealership website but was several thousand more when I visited the next day, apparently due to a mistake. The internet price was not honored. Furthermore, I was not given even the average trade in value for my vehicle. The reasons for my purchase were possession of the vehicle I was interested in, year end factory rebates, and friendly and cooperative staff. Everyone at the dealership has been very helpful and I am very satisfied with my new vehicle!

I was an out of town buyer and the sales staff did a great job of making it an easy transaction for me. I will buy from Harry Brown's again. There were no gimmicks, the price posted online was the price I paid. The pro shop staff was very knowledgeable and had great pricing.

I just traveled from Nevada to purchase a previously owned truck from Harry Browns Family of Dealerships and would highly recommend them. They treated me with honesty and professionalism every step of the purchase process. I had an issue with one of the tires the General Sales Manager took care of to my satisfaction within seconds. This is a first class dealership that will treat you with respect, honestly and professionalism. They will treat you right!

Overall pleasant experience. Price for vehicle with rebates was good. John and Steve did a nice job tracking down the truck I wanted...ultimately we couldn't find the white one, but I'm happy with the black. I'm also having some custom accesories added to my truck and Luke has been very helpful in that regard. Chad also had everything ready for us when we came in to finalize everything...made it quick. The only negative comment I have is I had an opportunity to sell my vehicle on my own rather than trading, but you wanted mine as part of the deal. This was a loss of $3500 for me. I should have probably posted it for sale earlier. Oh well.Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase and dealings with your team.

For this to have been an excellent experience, I would have liked more information about the car than the carfax. Mike is working on getting me some maintence records from previous owners. In addition to that, the car clearly had some minor damage to the front that was repaired very well. I think for transparency and trust, that could have been disclosed. I still would have purchased the vehicle, I just want to know what I am buying. There are also some electrical and power side door issues that are well documented. Again, I am not afraid of the news, but it would be good to know how to prepare for future repair and costs. Finally,as a negotiation point, I would have felt some control over the pricing and felt better about the car had the price been lowered yet some more. It makes the customer feel like they really got a deal. I am sure your after sale support and help will be excellent.

Josh was very friendly and courteous and easy to deal with. He responded quickly to my problem and my concerns and addressed them until I was satisfied. I was given a rental vehicle immediately once it was known mine would not be available to use. He was very professional and I would gladly recommend Josh/Harry Browns to anyone.

Kevin made every attempt to get answers to all our questions, helping us make a decision that would work for us. We had several employees ask if we needed help or were being helped. Everyone was very freindly. I took care of my own financing but was offered more options several times by John, Dale, and Chad. Felt a little pressured to finance through their business because they felt they could save me money (getting a better rate) but I wanted to stay with my current bank and didn't want my credit info exchanged with a bunch of financial institutions.Found a couple things not in proper working order after taking the van home and brought it back for repairs with no extra charge to us. It was nice that they stood behind their certified used vehicle.We will definately go back to this dealership when in need of a new/used vehicle.

Dave kept an eye out on specials for us and knew what out "must haves" were. love the new van. The staff from financial to sales were very friendly and helpful. When Dave was out helping another client at least three or four other people asked if they could get us anything.

Scott stuck with us and got the answers we needed. I hate being required to write an essay of minimum length for this survey; it shouldn't be necessary. We spent the majority of two Saturdays shopping for a vehicle. We were ready to purchase after the first, but found out that one of the options was not included on the vehicle we were going to buy. It took several hours before we found out that the option could be easily added.

During my return visit for a minor warranty repair, it was discovered another item was needed and it was taken care of without any hint of trying to get out of it. Besides, I was given a ride home (10-12 miles) because it was goint to take longer than first anticipated. Was also offered a ride back again.My experience buying our new vehicle was the best I have every had during such a purchase. (Being 64, there have been quite a few such purchases) I appreciate that.

Not sure why this survey needs 250 words to say overall experience was good one with dealership and sales people! Staff was knowedgeable, informed, and show room is very nice and clean modern etc.! When I arrived was greeted, and explained about new avalanche items, then dealer did a hands on tour of options! So Dealer good, this having to type 250 words or no accept survey is not so good!
