Power steering electronic assist motor went out on our 2007 HHR. Researched online and found a recall/lifetime warranty GM implemented. Called GM customer support and they recommended we take the car to Harry Robertson Buick GMC dealer in Fort Smith Ar. Took the car and a copy of the recall to the service department and they wanted to do diagnostics first. They determined (at a cost of $106.00) that there was no problem with the electronic power steering motor and it has a bad body control module cost to repair would be $589.00.I took the car to Rhodes Chevrolet in Van Buren and they looked at the recall document and agreed to repair it free of charge. They resolved the problem in a couple hours and didnt charge me for work not needed like Harry Robertson Buick GMC tried to do.When I went back and asked about their findings and told them what resolved the issue, the service person just look at me like what the xxxx to want me to do? I asked to see the manager and he said he was off today but they would stand by their findings and the $106.0 charge was final!Never to return others beware!!!

This dealership was very helpful in getting me into a new car. I submitted my application online and got Jerry as my salesperson. He started sending me pictures of vehicles that would beat for me and my situation to get approved. Once I picked one I liked he submitted everything to the banks. It was so nice to do everything online and through email so I wasn't sitting at the dealership for hours. Once I was approved he got the paperwork ready and I just went and signed my name. I was able to work while he done all the footwork. They worked wonders!

I 1st made the mistake of going elswhere before visiting Harry Robinson which was just that, a mistake! After looking at so many different vehicles and being completely stressed out and being denied time after time after time, I was just about to give up until Jerry reached out to me. I had went to the Harry Robinson website to browse a little and Jerry had seen where I was interested in a few different vehicles so he called me. I have been everywhere trying to trade in my 2016 Veloster that I purchased in January 2016 and every place had told me no. I had talked to Jerry several times on the phone and never went up there knowing I would be rejected like other places told me. I finally go up there and Jerry gets me in contact with Drew and he sat me down and went over my options and tried his hardest and got me approved for a brand new buick. I recently went for service at "another dealer down the road" to have a couple of things fixed on my 2014 Acadia. Not only did that service dept NOT fix my original issues, they left my vehicle with more problems than it had to begin with! After several days of frustrations of going back and forth with them, I contacted Harry Robinson GMC's service department who listened and pointed me in the right direction. Our sales rep Jack Dean took quite a bit of time with us just looking, he was never pushey but always giving us answers and detail of what we were looking and asking about. When the time came for us to say we need time to think and digest all the info on the new car he simply explained that he would be there if we had more questions. The next day he called and asked if we were really happy with the car we looked at and asked if we would like to come by and look at the details of what it would take to get us into the car. He had info on all that upon our return and from there we felt we were treated very good from this gentleman and dealership.

I visited HRBG with a coworker who recommended them to me. I had little intentions of purchasing, just wanted to price a few options out. Being a sales manager myself, I was highly impressed with the lack of "gimmicks" and "tricks" I've been faced with at other local dealerships. Kyle R. did a phenomenal job helping me find the perfect vehicle that met my personal needs, as well as my family's, all within my budget. Purchasing a vehicle at this time was something I was dreading due to a number of reasons; time restraints, finances, etc. I was very pleased with the hassle-free nature of my visit. I signed my papers, cleaned out my SUV, and left with truck. What happened next was what has me completely willing to recommend Harry Robinson. The next day I received a call from the finance office. They received a late offer from another financial institution, and instead of chalking the sale up to closed like many dealers would, they called me and asked if I would like them to reprocess the paperwork using the new option. Their efforts not only lowered my payment, but also cut an entire year off of my term. I appreciate the seamless experience I had from start to finish, and that is why Harry Robinson Buick GMC is the only dealership I will recommend and work with in the future. I bought a truck for $14,500 cash and found 6 months later it had previously been totaled. I was neverade aware title wasn't branded or anything. They claimed not to know anything about it. I told them i would be fine with $11,000 cash since i had put 8,000 miles i thought that was fair. They agreed but told me i could only trade in. Which meant to get out of a vehicle that i overpaid for (because i did not know it was previously a total loss) i had to get a bank loan and finance a new one. Supposedly they had nothing in the $11,000 range. So now i have a vehicle payment i didn't want and i do not believe it is fair i should have been given cash so i could take my buisness to a more trust worthy dealership. I believe they are crooks and would never recommend them to anyone else.the best part is i seen my old truck one day and the guy who bought it told me he payed $15,000 and never made aware of it either.

I have a muscle disorder and can't walk without assistance. I needed to trade a full size truck for a smaller more managable car. I called Noel on a Wednesday and by thursday he had found a 2011 GMC Terrain, we basically made the deal over the phone, Friday went to the dealership to sign papers. Noel and his team met me at my vehicle with a chair with rollers -rolled me inside signed the papers and away I went. easiest trade with no stress at all. I had the car about a week, the battery failed., called Noel and within minutes, Noel sent a tow truck to pick up the car and provided a car for me to drive. A new battery was installed, the dealership came to my work swapped cars and within a few hours I was good to go, again no stress . This makes the 4th car I have bought from Noel and I will continue to go back to him when I need another car. Thank you Noel for the respect you have continually shown me.

I needed out of pocket repair after a parking lot collision. Caleb was very helpful and thorough getting me an estimate and then explaining additional work that may need to be done. He also showed me when the work was finished, what had been done and why. I liked the follow up. Michelle was very helpful scheduling the appointment and then rescheduling when something came up on my end. My car looks great. I'm very happy with the work. I will tell everyone about my great experience with Harry Robinson Body Shop. I only gave a four star rating on the price because I had to pay for it myself. But if I ever need a body shop again, it will be Harry Robinson. Very laid back atmosphere, but very professional. A great combination.

Then she also mentioned new cars and that there were a lot of rebates and things that I might want to look at them. So I did. found just what I wanted and within my budget great price great trade in price so now instead of owning a newer model used car I own a brand new one. We love Jerry Corley. Great customer service! He made the sale process easy over the phone. When we got to the dealership their waiting room was amazing. I have an eleven year old and a four year old. There were train tables, board games, and video games to keep them entertained while we finished paperwork. Nice restroom facilities. Just a nice fluid process overall. Had to return a week later for a new water pump. They had a bay waiting when we got there and a nice SUV already cooled down and ready to go.

This was my first visit to Harry Robinson GMC but will not be my last! We stopped by on a Sunday after church expecting them to be closed so we could avoid those "high pressure" sales vultures. To our surprise, they were open. After we stopped the vehicle and got out, Joey Thomas casually strolled up. I instinctively tensed up expecting the typical sales pitches to begin. Joey was not the typical salesman and quickly put me at ease with his courteous professionalism and vehicle knowledge. He respected my position of "just looking" and provided all the info I needed to make my purchase later that evening. I am totally satisfied with my new GMC truck and expect to do business with them in the future.

I recently bought a vehicle from Harry Robinson and have been more than pleased with my purchase! From the get-go the experience was great. Mart Hurst was awesome to deal with, I never felt like I was talking to a pushy salesman. He listened to what I wanted (in a vehicle and in the price) and made sure I got it! The excellent service didn't end there. ..the days following he gave me a few calls to make sure I was still happy with everything. Any concerns were dealt with immediately (and I should point out that the issues were all minor and picky). With that being said, I also have to mention Randy in the service department. He is great at what he does!Bottom line. ..this is a great place to make such an important purchase! I will definitely call Mart in the future!

No one likes the process of buying a new vehicle, but our experience went as well as it could have. The process was quick, easy, and organized upon arrival for pick up. No one tried to sell us a vehicle we didn't want. Jerry was attentive to our needs and requests. Every question we had was answered in a timely fashion. We actually had calls in to three other dealerships and bought from Jerry while we were waiting on returned calls from others. The other dealers got around to calling us back the next week. Very pleased overall and happy with our new truck.

Jack Dean was a delight to work with. Most salesmen we had dealt with over the last month were pushy and not willing to go the extra mile for us. Jack kept looking after our initial visit to find us a truck that would fit into or budget. He called us several days later with a truck that we drove off the lot. I have bought 8 vehicles from Harry Robinson and the last 5 the salesperson was Pam Thompson. I feel that she listens to what my needs are and helps me find what I am looking for. She is a no pressure sales person which is something I like. She does take the time to make sure that all my questions are answered. Also she is good at following up after the sale to make sure I am completely satisfied which my purchase. I hope the Pam stays at the dealership because I will buy my next vehicle from her at Harry Robinson.

I had to have my Blazer towed to HRBG Thursday night because it wouldn't start and the service engine light was on. They diagnosed the problem (a loose battery and cables)and got it running for me. They were all so nice and remembered me by name it felt like they knew me. Serenity even walked slowly with me because of my foot pain. Great place to get work done. I would highly recommend that you bring your vehicles to Harry Robinson Buick GMC. I have had a great experience from the buying to the service department to the body shop. We showed up at the dealership looking for a bigger vehicle for when we welcome our daughter in July. We already have two young boys and there was no way we were going to fit 3 car seats in our current vehicle. My husband and I knew it would be a long shot getting into another vehicle because of different circumstances but she was patient and worked with us. We were not the easiest of customers. We came in on a very windy day and she was out there with a tape measure helping us get exact measurements of about 6 different vehicles. Ultimately we found that the Nissan Altima we bought best suits our family needs. Not only was it more roomy but it also has amazing gas mileage and good safety ratings. We enjoyed our experience at your dealership but mainly because Pam Thompson was a great salesperson.

Tim Minks met us on the parking lot and immediately took me to view the type of vehicle I wanted. The selection was great with a lot of cars to look at. I found one I liked, went for a test drive and a couple of hours later drove off the lot with a 2014 GMC Acadia. Tim stayed with me through the whole process and gave me instructions on all the features so I would be familiar with the car when I left. He helped me set up OnStar before we left.

I was looking to trade in my vehicle for a more family friendly car. Noel was very friendly from the moment we met. I never felt pressured to buy anything and he was more than willing to show me as many vehicles as I wanted. He made suggestions and asked what features I was looking for in a vehicle. Took my 2013 Acadia in for service and "ran into" Tim Minks, a salesman for your dealership. Just chatting he realized I was not entirely happy with my Acadia and inquired what I really wanted to drive. I told him a Yukon, kinda joking because I had only owned the Acadia 18 months. He said well let's just drive one! Of course I said yes:-). Tim put me at ease immediately. After the drive he asked if I might be interested in trading. I realized that I was, and he sent me home with a book to pick option. The next day he called, got my list & found the vehicle equipped to my specifications. Just bought my third vehicle from Harry Robinson Buick GMC...4-door Jeep to Acadia and now Suburban LTZ. I only drove the Acadia for 2 months because when I drove off the lot Pam knew my heart was on the Denali with room for 5 sets of golf clubs, TV monitors, sun roof, bigger for Razorback tailgating...but it was over my price range. She called me the day the LTZ came in and I said PUT A HOLD ON THAT VEHICLE PLEASE--she told me the other sales reps are calling their customers I needed to get over their if I wanted first bids. Well I did and Pam worked the financing to meet our budget! She also took care of detailing and service immediately after the sale. Highly Recommend. One time I had my car being serviced at the dealership and left my golf clubs in the back of car. I really needed them for a golf tournament and the dealership was closed-early Sunday morning. I was able to use Facebook and contact Renee and she was able to get my clubs out of the car for me! Wow! That was customer service. I have also had several other great experiences there and always professional and honest! I purchased a 2011 Chevy Impala from Harry Robinson GMC in Fort Smith. I purchased my vehicle at dusk and was pretty excited about purchasing a vehicle from such a reputable dealer. On first sight the vehicle was outstanding. I did not feel the need to take the car to someone to check it out because of the solid reputation Harry Robinson holds. My salesman was very friendly and seemed to be giving me a great deal on this vehicle. I was allowed to drive the car home that night. I noticed a slight pull to the right and did call to let my salesman know this the first thing the next morning. After having this vehicle for approximately 9 days I noticed a leak at which time I did call and schedule service. I took the vehicle in and was told their were several oil leaks and would need to be repaired. I asked also aobut the pull to the right and was told it was probably due to the bad tires on the front of the vehicle. I asked about replacement tires and was told i would have to purchase new tires myself since it was my responsibility to inspect the car. When I asked the salesman about the oil leaks, they told me they dont know how it made it past inspection. I informed the manager I had in fact mentioned this to my dealer at the onset of the purchase but nothing was done about it. I was again told too bad for me. I was really disappointed in the treatment I recieved. It seems like since I didnt purchase a BRAND NEW vehicle I didnt matter to them. I may as well have purchased from a buy here pay here lot. I thought since I purchased from such a reputable dealer I would not run into this type of treatment. Again I am very disappointed with the treatment I received from this dealer and will never purchase another vehicle from Harry Robinson again.

Pam Thompson is a friendly sales representative and communicates very well. She's not pushy, listens effectively, and she wants to find a vehicle that's just right for us. My husband and I had been thinking about trading vehicles for a long time now. We called Harry Robinson about the current specials going on and if they had any vehicles that would fall into the specs we wanted. John was the person we talked to. He was very helpful with answering all the questions we had and recommended a couple of vehicles for us to look at. We came in the next day to look at those vehicles and John was very prompt to come and greet us. He pulled up the two vehicles and let them cool down (very hot outside) while we went over all the color options in the brochure while inside.After test driving both vehicles, we picked the GMC Terrain. It is such an amazing vehicle and as John stated, it has all the options we were looking for.Chris Wilson was very nice in the finance dept. He explained everything in detail to us. When you get both John and Chris together, they are very funny guys! They had me cracking up!I really loved my purchasing experience with Harry Robinson and will tell all my friends to see John and Chris when they are ready to buy...

I went to get my oil changed and ended up walking out with a truck I've been wanting, and if it weren't for Mart, that wouldn't have happened. I went in to look at SUV's. Mart Hurst introducted himself and asked if he could assist me. Mart showed and described suv's available, he was able to answer my questions when showing the vehicle's. Mart is a very pleasant and knownledgeable person to deal with. I purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain and am very pleased. Mart has kept in contact with me in case I had questions on the vehicle and I have called him to ask a question. Knowing I can call and ask questions about my Terrain is great. I, also made a trip in and Mart took the time to refresh my memory on the interior menu. I own a 1986 Chevy pu, 1995 Chevy pu, 2003 Buick all of which are basic, my new Terrian is more deluxe and very nice. Mart showed me the compound's different departments and introduced me to the service crew. I feel I will be in good hands if a problem should arise.

I came in today (January 31, 2014) to get my 2012 GMC Terrain serviced and ended up purchasing a 2014 GMC Terrain. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from Harry Robinson. Prior to using Harry Robinson going to shop for a new vehicle was a nightmare. The first time I purchased a vehicle from here was a great experience...everything from pulling into the parking lot to signing on the dotted line! Everyone here is so friendly and makes your whole experience a great one. When I purchased my 2012 GMC Terrain....it was on a Sunday afternoon I called Harry Robinson and spoke to Pam Thompson and told her what I had to trade in and told her what payment I could afford and she told me she would check and see what she could come up with and call me back. It wasn't long before she called me back and asked what time I could be there. I live in Waldron and I left immediately. When I got there she had several Terrains pulled out for me to choose from. The first one I got in...I said I can't afford this...backup camera and Bluetooth....which to my surprise was just part of the package in all Terrains. It was such a smooth transaction in buying this vehicle. Pam is absolutely an asset to Harry Robinson. The 2014 Terrain is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from her and I will continue to by all my vehicles from Harry Robinson and Pam Thompson. I would and have recommended them highly to everyone. Last year I actually sent a friend to Pam and she bought a Terrain as well. The next week I received a check for $50.00 in the mail for referring her. I was nervous about buying a car at a dealership in Fort Smith. I was afraid I couldn't find one I would feel comfortable with. I've had some dealings with one Fort Smith dealership already with my previous car, which wasn't good at all. All purchases I've made in the past have been through a family friend's dealership in Poteau, OK. I was afraid I wouldn't find a salesman or a dealership I could feel comfortable with and trust what they would say about a car I was interested in. I wanted to find someone that would shoot straight from the hip, so to speak, and tell me what's what. I was able to find this at Harry Robinson. My salesman, Pam Thompson, was absolutely amazing! She was extremely warm and inviting, which definitely helped ease my fears and concerns about a purchasing a new car. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Whatever questions I had, she was able to answer or find out the answer very quickly. All the employees at the dealership were the same way. They were all very warm and inviting. Because of the awesome experience I had at Harry Robinson, I am a proud owner of a new 2013 Buick Enclave. Pam was very instrumental in my purchase. I would recommend Harry Robinson to anyone. I have never bought a car from a dealership before so I was nervous. However, Joey Thomas was an excellent salesman. He was easy to talk to during the test drive. He explained the car very well. He kept me informed during the whole process. Never was I left alone to wonder what was going on. Chris Wilson sold me a very nice 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. I went to the dealership not knowing what exactly I wanted. I told him I wanted a white colored sedan with very low mileage. He showed me the Malibu and what it has to offer and helped me do research on it to make sure that it is a car that I'll be happy with for a long time. I love it! He was patient with me and also answered all of my questions. He took the time to show me all the technology that I needed to know about my new car and helped me set up OnStar in my new vehicle. Chris downloaded an app on my phone that I can use to start my car from anywhere. With this being my first GM vehicle, I did not know much. He made sure it was cleaned inside and out and ready for me to take home. The sales manager and all the sales employees were also very friendly. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Chris Wilson. He was not pushy at all and made me feel really comfortable.

At 22, this was my first purchase of my own car. So when i went into Harry Robinson, I was of course nervous. After meeting with Joey & giving him a little bit of info as to what I wanted to do, he began to point me in all the right directions. I am expecting my first baby so i was in need of a "mommy car". The first car Joey pointed out to me was the one I actually bought that day. Even after all my crazy excuses of why i shouldn't buy the car, Joey was very patient & helped me decide I was indeed making the right decision. I would recommend Joey to any & all of my friends\family who are looking for a vehicle. He was VERY personable with me & never once made me feel pressured, like most car salesman do. If i ever decide to get a different car, I WILL be going back to Mr. Joey! The only complaint I have is that about 2 1/2 weeks after getting the car, I had to take it to the dealership because the drivers side window only rolled down about 2 in. I hadn't notice this issue any sooner because it was very cold weather when I purchased the car. When I tested the windows the first time i sat in the car, the fact that it went down 2in was (I thought) a good sign that the windows all worked. When I took the car into the dealership to have it fixed, the gentleman who helped me was very rude & informed me that I would have to pay for the expenses of the broken window OUT OF POCKET because I didn't purchase the extended warranty. I was very upset. This car had been SOLD TO ME with a broken window & I was being told I had to pay for it. Doesn't seem right according to everyone I've spoken with. Considering the cost was WAY out of my budget, I couldn't afford to have them fix it. I have since then had to buy the part it needed at a parts store & pay a personal friend to fix it. I was still out of pocket on something that I should never have had to pay & that was & still is very upsetting to me.

Would like to point out how helpful the folks at Harry Robinson were. Jackie Durham was friendly and understood what I was asking for in a vehicle and not looking to push me into her perfect sale. We went in looking at the Hybrid Yukon because we already a had a Tahoe Hybrid and love it. Well after see and driving the GMC Acadia my wife loved it and Jackie switched gears and went to looking while we went to lunch. She found the perfect ride for my wife and then proceeded to get me a better interest rate then USAA which is usually impossible. So I give her and Harry Robinson a big thumbs up and recommend anyone to check them out. Their service department also rocks too so that is nice I trust them to do the job right.

I worked with John Robinson on a Jeep that they had listed through the internet. John couldn't have been more friendly or helpful in answering all my questions since I couldn't come in and look at vehicle being that I lived 600 miles away. Once we agreed to do the deal they sent me the paper work over night I signed all the documents and over nighted it back to them. My wife and I were in the market for a new truck. We had decided on one of three manufacturers, (Chevrolet, Dodge or GMC) for both style and performance. We also had decided to buy a new 2012 model because of "dealer deals" this time of year. We had visited many dealerships and test driven several vehicles over the past two months.As it turned out, we ended up buying a Used GMC from dealer Harry Robinson last Saturday. The reason for the mindshift from "New" to "Used", in our view, boiled down to best value. As we were looking for a "New" vechicle, Ty and Joey, pointed out the Used GMC truck with approximately 4400 miles and that it was an exceptional value for the price. Joey went to work and got us an even better deal from his sales manager and helped get us a bedliner, bed rail guards and chrome step assists for passenger entry. Ty got us setup on OnStar, Joey got us setup on bluetooth for cell phones. The whole purchase experience took us less than an hour to complete (a record performance in our book). All of the work for the additional items "added-on" was professionally performed and looks great for the price quoted. They keep their word on the deal we made even after they figured out they qouted me the wrong vehicle price in my favor. They had under qouted me so the deal was really to good to be true. Our experience with this dealership was very good because of the work of Chris Wilson and the sales manager Scott. After a price was agreed to by phone and upon arriving at the dealership to close the deal we were informed that the price was going to be 750 higher than agreed to. We left the dealership very upset, but the next day Chris Wilson along with the help of Scott the sales manger and after several calls from Chris we were able to agree on a price that we could accept. We returned to the dealership and purchased the truck. We we very impressed with the work of the dealership and especially Chris Wilson to help us and we left very satisfied with the dealership and will return in the future for other purchases and service

It was a Saturday afternoon and I was at Harry Robinson just looking for a new suv. Me and my parents were still in our vehicle driving around the lot. Chris met us at our car and confined me with his friendly attitude to look at vehicles. He helped find the vehicle I want and before I knew I was convinced to go ahead and sign the deal. Bought a 2008 Ford Super Duty from Pam a few months ago and then decided that it was not the truck for me,no ones fault but my own.Went back to Harry Robinson and talked to Pam and explained what I would like to do.She and Mike the finance Mgr.went out of their way to get me into the truck I wanted and needed.The simple answer why is that I have dealt with many car dealerships and this is the first and only one that really cares about its customers.From the time you walk on to the lot and all the way to the service dept. its nothing but first class professionalism.Period.I will not do business anywhere else.Thank you.Sincerely Jim Seamas

I was looking for a late model SUV, talked with Pam Thompson but didn't have what I wanted. Two weeks later I found an '11 Explorer Limited on your website, called Pam, she looked & found it was brought in night before & actually still on back lot. I had a great experience buying my 2012 GMC Sierra at Harry Robinson Buick-GMC in Fort Smith. I live in Springdale and had been looking at GMC dealerships in Northwest Arkansas. I was on my way to Spiro, OK, and on a whim stopped by Harry Robinson. My salesman, James Durham, could not have been more helpful. He asked questions, was very friendly and showed me what was on the lot. After he realized I was kind of picky about a certain color, he got on the computer and found my dream truck in Arlington, Texas. The price was actually better than I thought it would be and James arranged a dealer swap. Not only did he arrange to get my truck, be he personally delivered it to me in Springdale two days later, as I didn't want to trade in my old GMC. I was overall fairly pleased with the purchase process. The salesman was very kind as was all the employees I encountered. My only issues is that the vehicle was not detailed on the inside which they said they would do and the gas tank only had less than 3/4 of a gallon when I picked it up. There policy and what they said is they would have the tank full upon pick up. Sadly I picked it up on a Sunday and no one was available to ask about the issue. We drove 120 miles one way to get it and could not come back or leave it. I've emailed the salesman but he is on vacation. We'll see how they respond.

I have bought several vehicles from Harry Robinson Buick GMC. Mr. James Durham has been the salesman that my wife and I have always used. Mr. Durham has always met our every need, he continues to go above and beyond our expectations . James has always given my wife and I great advice and guidance when buying or trading with him. He has always put our best intrest first and has never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. He has made more than a life long costomer with us, he has made a friend. Everyone at Harry Robinson Buick GMC has been great to us. They have all worked hard for us and treated us fairly. When we bought our first car we were both young. We went to Smith Chevrolet and a sales person there wouldn't even talk to us. We left there and went to Harry Robinson they treated us like we were the only people in Fort Smith want to buy a car. They have never tried to prusser us into buying anything and always there to answer any question and crunch numbers to make the deal go through. Here recently one of my family members went to them in need of a vehicle. This person had bad credit and not a lot of money to put down. The Harry Robinson family made the deal for her. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle go see them at Harry Robinson even if you don't have the best credit score give them a call you might be surprised.

After several hours of driving aroung looking at trucks My wife and i came to Harry Robinson looking around. It was raining and i was jumping in and out of my truck looking at a few trucks that caught my eye when out runs Chris Wilson with a umbrella and a smile. As we talked back and forth looking at trucks trying to find the best one that suits me and my budget my opinion of the "car salesman" started to change. Chris genuinely cared about my concerns and answered any question my wife or i had. He wasnt pushy and was willing to do what ever it took to make sure we were satisfied. From offering us lunch to make a great deal on a grill ;) Chris is probably one of the best salemans i have delt with. Thanks Chris!!!!!

While shopping for a new GMC pickup, I visited the website for Harry Robinson in Ft. Smith, AR. After completing the online information about the vehicle I wanted to trade, Casey Craig emailed me a reasonable quote on my trade-in. I was very interested so I visited the dealership and Salesman, John Robinson, showed me what he had in stock that fit what I was looking for. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and felt that I got a fair trade value for my car. The pickup trucks in stock didn't have exactly what I was looking for so John had me visit with Bobby Goodson and I was very pleased with what Bobby was able to add to the truck that made it EXACTLY what I wanted. I used the internet to shop and when I made a inquiry on the truck I bought, Casey was very quick to get a price quote I had already contacted sevral other dealerships around the country and always got I cant give you a quote without seeing your vehicle or only my manager can Quote this and they would call back most of them after I bought a truck from you to bad for them and when I got to the dealership everyone has been very friendly and helpful. On May 27, 2012 I purchased my 5th vehicle from Harry Robinson. I called on Sunday afternoon and spoke to Pam Thompson and told her what I was looking for and what I could or could not do money wise. We hung up the phone and she called me back shortly and asked when I could get there. I went there Sunday afternoon and purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain. Everything was just as we had spoken about and all went very smoothly. I will continue to buy all my vehicles in the future from Harry Robinson.

My husband was recently looking for a specific vehicle and even though they did not carry that brand, they worked with him to help him find the car he was looking for at the price we wanted. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I have to say I am not one to recommend buying a car online, none the less without seeing it, test driving it or having checked it out. But John and his sales staff made a believer in me. I had been looking for this car for 6 months, dealt with dealers both locally and out of state. The whole process from beginning to end (the car being delivered to me in NJ) was A+!!! Everything went as promised. John and staff gave me the best price and customer service on this car purchase. I am completely satisfied with the way they operate as a business. Very old fashioned and the way it is supposed to be. Not many businesses today care about their customers as much as they do. I would highly recommend anyone both in the state of Arkansas and out of state to purchase a vehicle from here. Not satisfied at all. They told us that the car had bluetooth for the hands free wireless phone usage. And it was just the onstar buttons. We went back to the dealership and asked how to use the bluetooth. Then they tried to do it and said, "There is no bluetooth." They told us there was blouetooth, and then they are telling us "We said it was bluetooth CAPABLE. that means it can be installed on your vehicle at YOUR cost." I am in the military, and they knew that. I was not expecting to get some special treatment, but I REALLY was not especting to vet completely HOSED. Stay away from Jackie Moran. She is not a very good Sales Rep. They are also very aggressive abut signing that day and don't want you to leave. During negotiations, every time I wanted to go and check the vehicle, they tried to keep me inside. Also, the Sales Managed, Chip is not a straight shooter. When i told him that I felt i got a raw deal, he said "YOu signed a contract." I said "Falling back on a contract is like saying that you fooled me." He said "Well...we did." Then later on he denied making that comment when i said i wanted to talk to the owner.

They tried o put me into a car that was not at all what I wanted. Then they insisted I take home the car that I wanted for an overnight trial so I could see how I DID NOT WANT the car--in their opinion. I loved it and wanted to buy it. They checked my credit and I was turned down but they did not tell me which co did it and I never got the letter telling me why turned down. I went to another new Buick dealership in another city and bought the same car thru GMAC with no problems.
