I had a great experience at Harvest. Found the car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Angel Domingez, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I recently just bought my first vehicle from Harvest Auto and I’m glad I did. Although Angel Dominguez and I are close friends, he was still very professional with his work and made sure I was buying a car that I was comfortable with. He was very helpful in this whole process of me buying my own vehicle and was never too pushy on telling me what I should or shouldn’t do, which I think is very important because buying a car is a really big step (for some). Jared Holmes was very kind in explaining me the financial part and made sure I understood it in a way that made sense to me. Overall, I think this dealership is very friendly and super professional. I recently purchased a vehicle from here, the sales dept was friendly and accommodating to my budget and needs. On the other hand, I was very disappointed in the service dept. I had my vehicle in for repairs after purchasing it, and they had the vehicle for two and a half weeks. I was never contacted that entire time. I had to call finally and ask what was going on, only to learn that they hadn't even worked on my vehicle yet. The person who I talked to even had the audacity to give me attitude over the phone about why it wasn't worked on. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I will not return for this reason.
