I purchased a 2007 Lexis IS250 from another dealer who did not know the car so I called Harvey Lexis. They asked me to come over to the dealership and they would have someone show me the features on the car and answer any questions I had. They treated me like I had purchased the car from them and were great to work with. They pride themselves on customer service and it really showed on my experience with Harvey Lexis.

Clearly his extensive experience over many years in the automotive industry coupled with his creativity and financial savvy makes him an exceptional resource for this dealership. He combines these skills with a desirable personal demeanor that generates an appropriate warmth from the start. You simply know that he enjoys his job and is especially good at it. As luck would have it a "noise" arose that did not sound Lexus like. The service manager Claude used his decades of experience and uncanny tenacity to conquer what might have been disastrous. He too is an exceptional human that reflects extremely well on the dealership persona. Owner John Leese has carefully assembled an exceptional team that serves the organization very well.

Mark followed through on everything we agreed upon with our purchase. There was a problem with a second key but that was resolved. It took a little longer than expected with the service center to set up the key and put on the plate, otherwise a smooth transaction. Carrie helped to set up the phone which was a little more complicated since we gave up navigation on this model. Mark did an excellent job and we are very satisfied.

I had been looking for an IS250 for a few weeks without much luck. My husband stopped in and met Mark last week; within a day I was driving my new car! Mark was very nice, extremely helpful, and the buying experience was very relaxed. I plan on buying from him in the future if my experience continues at the level it has been thus far!

I am very pleased with my purchase and with the service that I received. My salesman, Mark O'Neil was responsive, polite and helpful. Everyone I worked with - reception, management, sales, billing - were helpful and responsive and, of course, the dealership is immaculate. Knowing me, I will have questions about my car but, based upon the contact that I have already had, I believe that Mark will continue to be helpful. I can be difficult to deal with during a significant purchase, but he was very patient and understood my need to be thorough, and he has assured me that he is available to answer any questions I have in the future. I like that! This experience will keep me coming back to Harvey Lexus.
