I was very impressed with the complete experience I had with Haskins Automotive . From first coming in with a damaged bumper and meeting Rob and Haley who both helped me very much get settled and file a claim, the procedure was caring, calm and professional. I am an 83 year old widow so I very much appreciated the way that my car and I were treated. When I picked up my repaired car it looked excellent. Polished and inside carefully cleaned. Haskins Automotive saved me when I was in a pinch! My car battery died while I was on a tight schedule visiting family 500 miles away. I went into the shop right at open on Saturday, and Haskins diagnosed the problem and replaced my battery within an hour for a reasonable price with a short staff. The mechanics were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Haskins Automotive to anyone in the Wellesley area. True professionals.

My old car battery died and before I jumped it again, I called Haskins to see if they could replace it that day. They told me to bring the car in as soon as possible, which I did. My car also needed a state inspection and both were done in less than an hour! I was not a regular customer but I definitely am now. Their customer service was top notch. Many thanks to everyone at Haskins who took such good care of me (and my car)!
