I meet with salesperson Steve Parrett and after a short visit we zeroed in on a new vehicle that met my needs. I took an extended test drive and was very happy with the choice Steve suggested. Short and quick favorable agreement on price and then met with Lisa Rouse for the financial paperwork. Again, the meeting with Lisa was shorter than I expected and favorable agreement on the final details. Overall a very pleasant experience with dealing with Hatchet East Hyundai personnel. Also dealing with Elizabeth in the Service Department, they are well versed and do what they say they will at a reasonable cost.

Hatchett Hyundai East always gives great service whether I am purchasing a new car or needing my car serviced. This is my third car I have purchased from Hatchett Hyundai East and can not be more happier with my car purchases. The sales person is very knowledgeable about the cars they sale. Hyundai stands by their cars because they have excellent warranty.

Had an excellent experience getting a new vehicle today. Travis was so helpful and easy to talk to. He didn't pressure me into anything and was very patient with me while he showed me all the high tech features. The warranties they give are amazing! I will definitely tell others about this experience and will recommend going here. In a few years I'll probably be coming back to get my husband a new vehicle.

My three past experiences with Hatchett have been unplanned / unscheduled dealings. The first time I dealt with Walker Russell and a fellow Employee Alan. Both gentleman were awesome. On the two other occasions I have dealt with Coy, he was the epitome of professionalism. He and his team went above and beyond in both service instances and I did not think a service experience like these could be had anywhere at any cost. I’m a forever customer because of their performance!!
