Horrible service from service department and management PERIOD! Took vehicle in for a sunroof repair/replacement, almost two months later I finally get it back. Parts were on back order through Ford, but other dealers had in stock during this time cause I called around. There were foot prints all over the interior from the technician (PICTURES TAKEN), scuff marks on the rear interior panels. There was pollen all over the center console and dried water stains with pollen stuck dried into it spots where the sunroof area was left open and exposed to the environment. When I finally picked my vehicle back, there was air rushing in through the sunroof meaning it wasn't sealing after the repair. I called and spoke to Frank and asked, did the tech drive the vehicle after the repair, did he water test to make sure there were no leaks? He said he didn't see it on the ticket and not sure. WELL THEY DIDNT! Frank said to bring it back, but then after doing so; they could not duplicate the issue. I can certainly duplicate it to this day at 45-65mph. Even after speaking to Frank sternly who hung the phone up on me, I called the General Manager Mr. Ken Ball who proceeds to tell me that they drove it and couldn't duplicate the issue. I tell him about the water and pollen all over the center console and he says it was parked under a cover and pollen is everywhere. Pollen doesn't dry like it did around my center console if it was under cover sir! Try again. My father worked for Ford for 38+ years and I know the ins and outs. Treating me the way they have is unprofessional. Now granted, if the sunroof cover is closed it masks the sound tremendously. Not to mention they broke the slide rail on the driver side sunroof cover and the rear cargo trim piece when they dropped the headliner and now it will have to go to another dealership to repair because it will be a cold day in hell before I take it back to them! Now Mr. Ball did offer to detail my vehicle or pay for one, but at this point every time my vehicle comes in they break something else, or could care less about taking care of the customer, so I declined. I cleaned my own interior to ensure it was done to my satisfaction. What you can do Mr. Ball is refund my money and pay for the damage your technician caused to my vehicle! Also, the air you couldn't hear coming in from the sunroof sure allows water to enter through it on the exact same spots I complained about. If your dealership cared about taking care of the customer, you would have ensure that the newly replaced sunroof didn't leak by water testing it! I have video just so you cant deny it's leaking since your techs or service manager is competent enough to complete a satisfactory repair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE RIVERBEND FORD; WHERE YOUR VEHICLE AND TIME IS VALUED AND RETURNED IN BETTER CONDITION THAN IT ARRIVED AND NOT WORSE!

After I had to pry the sales person from his phone, he tried to talk me out of ordering the Bronco I 100% came to order and put a deposit down today. Furthermore, the owner apparently parks his Bronco right at the entrance, but oh god, that one isn’t to be touched cause we’re somehow we’re NOT in the business to sell cars or anything. Bought my last Ford here but this place is garbage now. I’ll try Thomasville Ford instead.

What an awesome dealership. We have purchased several vehicles here and it has always been easy. If they did not have what we wanted in stock they would bend over backwards to find what we wanted.
