I recently purchased a used Class A RV and took it to Hawk Ford Commercial Service Center in St. Charles for an oil change, safety review and to address some minor problems. I brought my car in unannounced because i got a dasboard notice that it needed service. I figured I'd have to wait a while since I wasn't on the schedule. Not only was my car fixed in just a couple hours, but everyone I interacted with was courteous and welcoming. I'm really impressed.

Christian was a great sales person to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and gave honest opinons. He was able to accommodate holding the car for me to bring someone to give a second look over. There was a missing fob, but he was diligent in tracking it down for me. I would do business with him again.

Great experience with their service team, especially Steve. Due to some complications with another dealership and Ford, our vehicle was with Hawk for a few months. Steve and his team did a great job of keeping us updated and working with Ford to make sure everything was done right. Very happy with how they treated us and worked with us.
