First rate customer service at Hawk Nissan! I went to a lot of dealerships looking for the right car for me. Most of them just ignored my request and brushed me off or tried to just get the sale by any means. The manager when I first walked in was Oliver and he hooked me up with Angel. Angel listened to my request (I was looking for specific criteria) and even though they didn't have what I needed, he kept in touch just letting me know what was available. Once he found me something I was pretty sure would work there was no pressure. I liked that most of all. He wasn't in my face telling me a boatload of lies. In past experiences the salesperson ends up sending over the manager to pressure me into the sale. That didn't happen here. I felt free to say no at any time. Angel was professional, friendly and helpful and was able to meet all of my needs. I would recommend Hawk any day of the week.

Andy was absolutely amazing. He took his time to listen to what I had to say about the few issues I noticed going on with my car and asked follow up questions which assured me the very best would be done to help fix them. When I picked up my car everything was fixed and he explained everything to me so I understood exactly what was going on with it.
