I had a great experience at Hawk VW! Before I even went, the manager Bryan was communicative via email. Upon arrival, Eric darted to the door to help open it because I had a stroller with me. During my visit, they continued to be helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle that met my needs. They were also very reasonable about the trade in value on my previous vehicle. They skipped the back and forth haggling that everyone hated and got straight to a price that worked for me. The process was so simple that I was able to complete it all while my 3 month old napped! I love my Atlas Cross Sport and would definitely recommend Hawk (specifically Eric and Bryan)!

Amazing Service Department! Had my Tiguan in for it's first oil change, Susan checked me in, and was extremely helpful! Vehicle was finished under the time I was quoted and was washed inside and out, will definitely be back for future service!

Came in for service for my Jetta and saw Susan and Tony. I can only say, wow! By far one of the best service departments I have ever been to! They absolutely go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied! I will absolutely come back again! Thanks Tony, Susan, and Hawk VW Monroeville!

Was there for a quick question on an existing Volkswagen that I have, and the help couldn't have been better. Everyone I passed by on the way to service was friendly, the mechanic who I spoke to was super helpful, and the manager/owner was excellent.

This was the BEST car buying experience I ever had! Bob and Eric are 5 ⭐️! They made the entire process easy and fast. I highly recommend them ! I LOVE my new Tiguan!!!
