Oil change and tire rotation was scheduled on a 24 hr advance notice on time. No unnecessary waiting time. This is important to me, since the dealership is 25 miles from my home and I try to combine the car service with other business. The Chrysler 200 runs since the day of purchase without any problems.

My experience with changing my oil was excellent. The gentleman who helped me was professional as well as very helpful I'm going to have to bring the Jeep in again for service. Once you turn the engine off, it is pretty much impossible to get the key out of the ignition, which is quite annoying as well as inconvenient. I have actually had to leave the key in the Jeep to go into a store because I couldn't get the key out. At first, I thought it was something i was doing wrong but my husband is having the same experience. We have tried both keys and neither one works. Do I need to make an appointment to have this looked at or just show up?Thank you, Brenda Nash

I was completely happy with the service I received, however for the second time when I came for service there is someone at the parts desk that can be overheard from the customer waiting area. This man uses foul language and can be heard speaking of other employees in a very unprofessional way. Perhaps he does not realize he can be heard by the customers waiting for service, but it does damage the image of the company. I should say this is on the Dodge service side. I also have a Chevrolet that I have serviced at your facility, and this is never a problem on that side.

I had an intermittent ignition problem which was likely to be a long and difficult search for a cause. After a discussion with me and the symptoms, the mechanic did a thorough trouble shooting and did not just change out parts until the bug was found. Great Job!

I came in for a safety recall on airbags on my 2009 Dodge Charger. My appointment was on time and the work was performed very quickly. I was notified that a bolt had penetrated my tire and it was recommended that the tire be patched from the inside ,re-balanced, and reinstalled. The cost was only $25.00 and my family safe from a hidden danger. Thank You.

Went to look at a vehicle. Told the salesman we wanted it. They were getting ready to close, so he said they would check into our questions and get back with us first thing in the morning. 15 minutes after opening, they texted me to inform me they were closing a deal on the vehicle with another customer.

Service was fine. My truck was very clean inside when I dropped it off. It was left messy and with cleaner or residue on the door interior from the lock actuator install. I can see handprints in it.
