I had some work done to repair body damage to my truck from an accident and while the truck was in there I had them do the Oil lube and filter service that was due before I pick it up they did my service which was good , because it was over due!!! They did an awesome job on the repairs too.

Excellent - Your information is very confusing and you do not give anyone a direction to go and you do not give clear instructions. How difficult would it have been to actually give prospective customers a way to tell you what you are leaving out in your questionnaire? It appears that someone in your company just decided to send this out without explaining exactly what you want to learn. Your simple request is useless unless one wants to just complain because you apparently do not explain exactly what you want to hear from the customer. Why don't you ask me what real questions should be asked instead of putting out a very confusing questionnaire that doesn't actually ask questions about what should be asked? If you really want to know what someone thinks, you could ask the customer what he/she wants you to explain your questionnaire and ask for suggestions to actually make it work and give you real information? The dealer is not the problem because, in my opinion, your editor of this questionnaire is the problem. Thank you.

When I needed repair work done to my Chrysler van following an accident, Hayes Body Shop came through with flying colors!Their friendly and courteous service started the minute I called them on the phone and was consistent with each person I talked to during the short process it took to complete the job.They worked with my insurance company and had all of the paperwork ready for me as soon as I arrived. They dealt directly with my insurance company, so the first conversation I had after leaving my van was a message letting me know it was fixed and ready to be picked up.When I arrived, the van was ready, the cost was exactly what the insurance company told me it should be and the van was spotless (it certainly wasn't that way when I dropped it off!).Not that I would wish an accident on myself, my family or my friends, but if such a thing should happen, it's reassuring to know that Hayes Body Shop is there to make one step in the recovery process less painful.

I had to have some unique service done to my Jeep Wrangler. All too often it's easier and cheaper to go to an independent than a dealer. In this case, the dealership not only was more economical than 3 other independents (based upon estimates), but the dealership service department came out to the house to pick up some heavy parts I had for the Jeep and couldn't transport myself.They have earned a customer for life and I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them.

Hayes is the best dealer my wife and I have ever experienced, from the buying process to service. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Hayes in the last 10 years and have never ben disappointed. The buying process is easy and quick, usually lasting only an hour, which is exceptional. Everyone at Hayes is friendly and helpful. If they can't answer your question or solve your problem they find someone who can. This is true for the service department and body shop as well. We prefer to deal with Hayes primarily because of the service department. They are knowledgeable about all aspects of their vehicles and do a superb job whenever we take a vehicle in for routine maintenance or a problem. We LOVE this dealership!

After shopping online I saw a Red Challenger SXT Plus that caught my and fit within my budget. After inquiring online I received a call within minutes from Bennett Carpenter and we set up an appointment for the next day. I arrived a little early. I met Bennett and I walked the lot while he finished up with another customer. While I was out looking at Challengers and weighing options, another Challenger pulled into an empty space. It was red with black racing stripes and a blacktop package. It was love. As Bennett came out to join me in the lot. I pointed at the new one and asked him if we could talk about that one. Within a half hour I had a favorable offer on my Charger as a trade in, we had finance in place and it was an incredible deal. The only thing that I found a little irritating was the lack of privacy. We took precautions so personal information wasn't overheard as the area was only separated by cube walls. Bennett did a great job explaining the features of the car, set up connection with my phone and made sure I knew the car well before I drove off the lot. I had a growth time, the negotiation was really easy and I left with a smile on my face that won't seem to go away!

Paul Sanguedolce was absolutely the best sales person we have ever dealt with when buying a new car. In the short time it took to test-drive, get the paperwork approved, and documents filed, I feel like he really got to know us. He not only listened to our stories, but told some himself. With his stories, I feel like we got to know him as well. He was extremely personable and just overall a great guy. We bought on Memorial Day, when the dealership had special catering for their people. Not only were we offered food several times, but Paul never once left us to partake in the buffet set for them. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely look to Hayes for our vehicle purchases in the future!!

The service department at Hayes is above top notch. Adrian White to me is by far the most Trustworthy and knowledgeable service adviser at Hayes. Took my 2015 Ram 1500 in for vibration at speeds above 60 mph. They did a balance and that didn't work. Took the truck back and found that two tires were bad. Replaced under warranty. If there is a problem with your vehicle Adrian will find and fix it. Adrian has serviced all my cars. Journey, Ram and now a Chrysler 200. Go see Adrian White

Melvin Jordan provided us with wonderful service. We found a car we loved on their website and set up an appointment to come and test drive it. The car had only recently been added to their inventory, but Melvin made sure it was clean and ready when we arrived. We test drove the vehicle and negotiated a fair price with very little haggling since the price was already so low. It was a busy Saturday, so we had to wait a little while on financing to be ready for us, but overall, it was a very simple and pleasant experience! I will come back in the future and hope to give Melvin my business.

They lo-ball your trade or say one price and you get there and it's a different one. Being that we are from out of state we were especially nervous, but Dion Gilbert was honest and pleasant to deal with. He answered all of our questions and was helpful with the whole process. He knew our experience and said " I'd like the chance to change that experience for you and make you happy new car owners". Well he did just that. The dealership gave us more money for our trade and gave us the truck we bought at a great price. Tamaika Stewart is truly an asset to HAYES Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Lawrenceville! As an owner of 3 companies with over 20+ years of experience in sales, my time is really limited, and I have a very low tolerance for poor service and misstatements of facts. While engaged in the process of buying another vehicle, I walked away from 3 different dealerships simply because the members of those organizations demonstrated poor people and customer service skills to say the least. What I found in Tamaika is a person who demonstrated customer service and people skills worthy of someone who should be in upper management. Her approach was never offensive or anxious. She demonstrated genuine care and concern for my needs. That is what I consider to be the only reason why I purchased a car that was not a necessity. I am of the opinion that sales people in general can learn a great deal about what it takes to close deals through observing how Tamaika interacts with her customers. I will be in the market for another vehicle next year, and I will call Ms. Stewart as soon as the need arises.

Hayes has been my choice for automotive needs for years. This time they really surpassed all expectations. I have always felt comfortable dealing with them because they are Christian people and have demonstrated they are trustworthy. My car was giving me trouble and it was obviously the transmission. I had taken it to a highly recommended garage close to my house several times because I was afraid to drive it very far and couldn't afford towing. They replaced things and still it didn't run right and left me stranded at home. Finally, I decided no matter what I would take it to Hayes next time and so I did. They found the problem, fixed it and it cost so little, I could pay it. It's been 2 weeks and still going. I won't go anywhere else again! Adrian writes up what I need and takes excellent care of me and the mechanic that fixed the car (when everyone else kept guessing at the problem) was Tom. The whole dealership is great! God is good!!

I had initially looked on Truecar.com and found a vehicle at a great price. Now, while it says the price online, please advise yourself that it might not include all the things you necessarily want. After discussing this with Dion, he was very helpful and professional explaining what THAT value meant, which in turn was NOT what we were looking for. During the test drive, Dion shared his resounding knowledge about the vehicle and overall knowledge of the brand as well. The finance manager visited with us and was about to give us a great rate and rebate to fit with the payments per month we were looking for. For a finishing touch, I asked Dion to put a big bow on the front to allow my wife to take a picture. He also assisted her in setting up the Bluetooth connection which is an exciting feature for hands-free safe driving. We purposely called the dealership before visiting to make sure he could assist with this purchase as he'd made our previous visit and transaction so comfortable. Bob is a people person. Along with his knowledge of the products he's selling, he has a genuine talent for putting people at ease and taking the stress out of working through the details of the buying experience. In 2014 I bought a Journey from Hayes and they were great, but 3 Months ago I went to another dealer and I was PUT(forced) in a 15 Ram 1500 Reg Cab. Blue Streak V8 5.7. Good truck , but not what I wanted. Over priced and High interest. I sent a email to Hayes Lawrenceville to see if it was possible to trade in this truck and get into a Quad or Crew cab truck . Ernest called me and Set up and appointment. Went in late looked at a few trucks . Couldn't finish the deal so I went home with the promise he would work on it and call me back the next day. A few texts later he said the deal was done. He gave me the stock number for what i was approved for and at first I was not happy. It was a V6 with no hitch and grey. NOT happy. He said come in and you will be HAPPY. I went in and saw the truck. It was beautiful. Silver Crew cab with running boards , hitch, back up camera, Bluetooth. The best part is they lowered my payment $50.00 and 3.9 %. WOW. The lady in Finance was great ....no AWESOME!!! She is Bonnie Barr THIS IS MY DEALER FOR THE REST OF MY NATURAL LIFE.!!!!! YOU GOT TO COME SEE ERNEST OR ANY OF THE OTHER HAYES FAMILY.. YOU'LL GET TREATED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Hayes dealership and J P Kim made my car buying experience great! J P was a fun guy to deal with and was knowledgeable of the Jeeps. They were prompt with follow up and seemed to have a team focus to help one another. Dion thanked me for my business also. They were already pretty competitive with their price and were able to get me a much lower rate with their financing department which helped bring my monthly payments down. They were quick with the certified vehicle inspection and detailing so I was able to drive away in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee by the time we finished the paperwork.

6 months ago I bought car from another dealership. I walked out of there feeling like I was pushed into a car I didn't really want. It all happened so fast and it was my first car buying experience. I visited Bob and his team recently to trade in for another used car. I left there with a brand new car at a great price. Bob was straight forward and very polite through the entire process. He didn't rush me or make me feel like an idiot for asking questions (which was my previous experience). I would definitely recommend seeing him and the Hayes team again in 10 years when it's time to trade in again!

My car of 7 years died last week and we visited a few dealerships before we purchased. We went to Hayes Dodge in Lawrenceville after we visited 3 different dealerships. We walked in thinking we were just going to look at what they have but walked out with a 2014 Dodge Caravan. "Friendly" Bob was simply great! Not only did he listened to what we needed but he also made it happen. The car we really wanted was in Gainesville. While Bob got to know us better (and that he did!), Dion drove to Gainesville and got the car for us. By the time we were done, we felt like we were part of their family. Bob has the cutest granddaughter and loves fishing! He even invited us to lunch (that is just how well we got to know each other)! Derek, in finance, simply amazed us with his knowledge and his willingness to help us get a good deal. My husband and I never had such a great experience buying a car. Normally, when you purchase a car the sales persons are attentive, concerned and make you believe that they are working for you. I can honestly say, that this is really true . . . .but this attitude and services spills over to the service department. The employees are kind, welcoming, attentive, and honestly glad you are doing business with Hayes. Jonathan Pound is awesome! Dion is the best! He's been our most recent salesman, but I have to say we've had good experiences with everyone we've worked with here. We live on the other side of Atlanta, but since we've bought from there before we wanted to go back to them again! I bought a Dart from Hayes last year, but my wife was in need of a car for transportation. Dion listened to what we needed and had everything ready for us when we got there. She was really interested in a Jeep Patriot and Dion helped make it happen. We were qualified with a private company for financing, but with their financing we got a much better interest rate. Wow, the whole process was really wonderful. Harrison was so professional and patient with us. We wanted very specific things. He searched and searched until he found the perfect car - the one we truly wanted. I know I mentioned his professionalism already, but I feel compelled to say it again; he was incredibly knowledgeable and treated us as if we were the only customer at the dealership. He did a great job balancing my wishes with my wife's; no easy task I imagine. We are so happy and even though we are the customer, we feel like we owe Harrison and the team at Hayes Chrysler a debt of gratitude. In fact, AFTER I bought the car, they called me to tell me I was eligible for another $500 off due to something I told them in passing. Who does that? Great place to buy a car.

This was a fun experience. I can be difficult at times when it comes to big purchases because I won't budge unless I feel comfortable with my decision. This was no exception but after meeting my sales representative, a Mr. Ernest Clarke, he quickly answered questions and concerns I had. We drove a few cars to see which was a better fit for me (Even going as far to giving me a small standard transmission refresher course because I expressed interest.) Overall the experience was an adventure which is largely due to the patient staff. Great experience and it lead to a great buy. 10/10 Would Ernest again.

Dropped by Hayes in Lawrenceville a week ago to have some one keep their eyes open for a replacement for my old Ford Ranger that went away around Christmas. Right away, Irene told me to check with Bob and see what he could do. Wouldn't you know just what I needed came in the night before. I bought a really nice 2007 Dodge Dakota SXT that will serve my needs just fine. This was the third vehicle I've purchased from Hayes in the past 8 years. A great friendly place to shop.

After an initial visit to the dealership, I left Hayes wanting more for my trade. I did some additional homework and a few weeks later I sent in an offer via email for a particular truck. Harrison Funk responded promptly and we worked out the details by exchanging a few emails. The next day when I went out to the dealership to sign all the papers, the numbers presented to me were exactly as they were in the email. My truck had to be moved from the other dealership so I didn't get it that day. It was delivered to my home a few days later. Everything happened as promised! Derek in the business offer was a pleasure to work with and let me take my time to determine which route was best for me and my finances. This entire transaction was very easy with no pressure. I recommend Hayes highly.

For finance I was sent to Derek he was excellent as well. He got me the best deal possible. As for the cleanliness of the car the guys in detail do a exceptionally good job! Called and inquired about a particular car being in stock, confirmed over the phone they had it with JP and car was up front by the door by the time I got there! From that moment on JP kept myself very informed of the car buying process and was always working for ME and not the dealership! He was transparent and very easy to create a rapport with. After over 3 hours, and the great customer service JP and Bonnie in their business department supplied, I purchased the car I came far and walked away extremely happy! Hayes CDJ is a great dealership and I would recommend everyone to get their car from Hayes, but Keith, not so much. After I stopped answering his calls because I was at work he began to text me stating "he really needs to sell a car today." Really??!! Once I actually went to the dealership the OTHER salesmen were extreme friendly and I thank them for their hospitality. The guy in finance did amazing to get me an affordable deal on the car I wanted and when I go to buy my next car Hayes is the place I'm returning to, just not with Keith Perkins.

The Sales Employee Shavon was very friendly and helpful with any information I requested before driving 9 hours to the dealership to test drive the car and make my purchase. Dermond Armstrong was our sales person and he did a great job answering questions and supporting us - no pressure, a pleasure to work with so I'd highly recommend Dermond. We drove 300 miles to buy a truck because I couldn't get anyone in Florida Panhandle to deal. Hayes Dodge did not disappoint! No tricks just a straight forward purchase. I took my 19 yr old daughter to buy her first car and of course she didn't know what to expect. However, Harrison Fink, our salesperson walked us through the entire process and made it easy. In the show room was a 2015 Dodge Dart and my daughter fell in love with it!!! Harison, showed us the vehicle, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and did not rush or pressure us at all. Harrison took my daughter for a test drive and it was a done deal. My daughter and I had a USAA car buying certificate (Hayes is one of the few dealerships in the area who partner with USAA to ensure military, former military, and their family members get the best possible price) and we had been preapproved for a loan from our bank. However, the dealership was able to get us a loan at a better rate and that qualified us for a rebate. Due to recent surgery I was unable to drive. Harrison and his coworker JP delivered my daughter's 2015 Dodge Dart to our home. Overall, the entire experience for my daughter was amazing. Thank you to Harrison and the entire staff at Hayes.

We recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was the best car buying experience ever. We drove out of state to purchase this SUV, our local dealership did not have the exact car we wanted and could not beat Hayes' price. So here's the thing, I had my eye on a TUNDRA that I had seen posted online and I knew the price couldn't be beat. That's the first thing about Hayes, is that they price everything fair. Well, after emailing Royce, to inquire about it, he hit me with the hard news that, that particular truck was already sold. But, he did offer to help me find something similar if I was still interested. Well, a few days went by and Royce hit me with an email telling me that the truck was back on the market because things had fallen through with the first customer. After that, I decided to come by for a test drive. Before I knew it, they had my financed and out the door with the vehicle I wanted. Derek in finance was just as helpful as Royce and answered all my questions promptly. Shop at Hayes! I never felt pressured. Never felt like I was being worked, and the entire experience was great from beginning to end. I'm sure everyone else is great, but you really want to work with Royce.

I had such a great experience working with Doug, Steve and Joe at this dealership when I bought my Jeep 2 weeks ago. It was the only dealership I went to and I was nervous when I first got there. I just graduated college and started working and was scared that I wouldn't be able to finance anything. But they got me financed and settled my nerves. Doug, my salesman, was so wonderful. Hayes was the one of two dealers with a 2015 Challenger R/T. I did a lot of research on this car and knew I had to have one since Dodge announced the changes in Quarter 2. Hayes had the exact car I wanted, so I contacted Harrison Funk. He respected my communication method of email only until I was ready, which was MUCH appreciated. He was awesome from our first email through vehicle delivery. There was no need to haggle on the price or my trade or the new car. Everything lined up exactly as I expected it would from my research. Harrison knew A LOT about the new Challenger and it's features, and I have never had a sales person go over the vehicle in as much detail as he did... much appreciated!!! Nubian in the business office was straight forward, no fluff, and down to business with a great sense of humor. This definitely added to the positive experience. I drove from Alpharetta to Lawrenceville to complete the transaction because of the courtesy and professionalism I received instead of using a local dealership or having them acquire the vehicle from Hayes. Before buying my new Jeep I did my homework on the Internet and knew exactly what I wanted. After a bad experience with a dealership in Marietta, I contacted J.P. Kim at Hayes who had the Jeep that I wanted. The next day I drove up and J.P. introduced me to Royce Worley who made the purchasing experience easy and uncomplicated. Royce was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, walked me through how to use all the features and wrapped up the sale in record time. I could not have dreamed of working with two better salesmen and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler or Ram. There was no pressure, and there were no games.

Been looking for a caravan with the goodies my wife wanted. Found all what we were wanting at Hayes been searching for awhile and after a few emails. we made our mind up and drove the 5 hours to Lawernceville from Summerville SC. 5 hours driving and 1 doing the paperwork we where on our way home. My father in-law wanted to go to the Hayes dealership to buy a Chrysler 200 but after not being able to comfortably fit behind the wheel decided that was not the car for him. Thanks to JP he found a Chrysler 300 that my father in-law really liked and with in a short period we drove out at a great price. This is the 2nd time someone in my family has bought a vehicle from the Hayes dealership this year as I bought my wife a new Town and Country in May. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a no pressure experience with friendly people. I will be returning there for my next vehicle.

Overall experience was very good. The sales team were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, pleasant, and willing to work with me to come to an equitable deal for purchasing my new jeep. The process did take longer that I expected but we were provided with refreshment and enjoyable conversation. John Reyes did a great job representing the Hayes organization. Excellent purchase experience. I found that JP Kim was very attentive to my needs and to the detail of the vehicle. If there was something that needed attention, he didn't waste time and got the proper people involved. Also I would like to mention that he introduced me to the Service Manager, Adrian White and the New car prep Manager, Walt McCart, both were of course very pleasant to meet. I of course met with Derek Langley, the Business Manager, who I spoke to about financing. Derek has a wonderful personality and easy to speak with not just regarding the financing of my vehicle but everything in general. My old vehicle was on its last leg, literally. Because I couldn't chance breaking down driving from dealer to dealer, I chose to look for a vehicle online so I could compare used vs. new, features, prices, etc., and because Hayes is local to me, and because I have done business with them in the past, I chose to research what they had to offer via the internet. I felt like the site was thorough, even had a 'pre-qualify' link, through which I was approved. Within a few minutes of my internet experience, and at my request for someone to call me to answer further questions, Harrison Funk telephoned me. I can't say enough nice things about Harrison. He displayed great knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. He was engaging, he kept me informed throughout the lengthy process and he even gave up helping another customer that came in after I did. I just wish the process had not taken 5 1/2 hours. A couple of days after I bought my new vehicle, I heard a radio commercial about Hayes in Lawrenceville, and it was specifically advertising that you could find out exactly what your car payment would be in 15 minutes...'guaranteed'. Granted, I was there on their busiest day, Saturday; nonetheless, 5 1/2 hours is really too long. They had a lot of employees, all of whom seemed to be busy with a lot of customers, and it was obvious the business office was overwhelmed with researching and securing loans all whilst dealing with computer equipment that didn't want to work as hard as the staff. And, I wish I had walked outside to look over and 'spend time with' the vehicle I was trying to purchase instead of being cooped up in the little cubicle all that time. I also wish I had been given the opportunity to review, in detail, my finance choices, without feeling like I was the last customer being squished in at the last minute because the finance end had taken so long. I went in there with a firm stand on the max amount my payment could be, but because I had been there so long and the financial choices ended up not being so great, I reluctantly accepted a payment almost $100 more than what I can afford. I also wish my sales contract had been explained to me, line by line, in detail so that I understood better that even though I was trading my old vehicle in, I was still having to pay it off via the balance being added into my loan for the new vehicle. I did not really understand that, and like I said, since it was such a rush after 5 1/2 hours of waiting to get the paperwork signed, I just needed to get out of there and get all my other errands done for the day. I didn't want a new vehicle, I needed a new vehicle, but all-in-all, I wish I had just left after about the second hour and come back on a day when they weren't so busy and the computers weren't breaking down. But these issues did not affect Harrison's interaction with me, I realize the sales associates don't have control over the financial end. All in all, I will continue to do business with Hayes in Lawrenceville and I would recommend them to others. I also have previous experience with their Service department and would recommend them as well, although I did not rate them on 'Quality of Repairs' since this visit was not a service visit.

BEWARE!!!! They ran a HARD credit check WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! Stephen Weatherly (manager), who was EXTREMELY PUSHY, WOULD NOT TAKE TWENTY "NO's" for an answer(!!!), Dennis Chadwick, and Orolando McNair (who I doubt made this damaging move) all were involved. When we finally,at 7:30 at night, had to tell Stephen that we have children at home who need us there now, he went on to talk about how unfair it was of people(meaning us) to let someone (him and his crew) do all the original work and then the potential customers go somewhere else to make a purchase. WE TOLD HIM FROM THE BEGINNING, EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED PRICE WISE, THAT WE WERE JUST LOOKING AND THAT THIS WAS OUR FIRST STOP. We see that his MO is through high pressure sales tactics. I already do not trust people, especially salesmen, but this unauthorized credit check went past the point of just lying to me - and went into the realm of messing with my family, knowing that my credit score could not afford another hard inquiry. My absolute worst fear of looking for a new automobile, has now come true thanks to these people who PRETEND TO CARE about my needs, until they realized that I was not going to sign. Feeling more than disgusted. Downright sick to my stomach over these people. Hayes Chrysler Dodge in Lawrenceville, GA has just lived up to the reputation of used car salesmen!

It was unbelievable I have purchased many vehicles in my time and have had bad to great experiences but this is the first time I ever thought of the word excellent. My dealings with both JP Kim and Derek Langley were nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism that I was show, the energy was infectious and the friendly discussions around selection, price and delivery were excellent. These people will try to rip you off every chance they get. It's always games with them. For example. You tell them what you can afford like $350 per month they come back with $699 per month. Then they say if they can do $400 would you take it and you say yes then they come back with $599 per month. Then they say if I can get you to $425 per month will you take it, you say yes. Then they come back with $550. Then they say if they can get you to $450 will you take it, you say yes then they come back with $525. And on and on it goes and they never give you their advertised price. Been there twice and each time we go to do paperwork the price is $2000 more than their advertised price. These guys are a bunch of crooks. There are a lot better dealerships around that will treat you better than Hayes!

What a Pleasure! After shopping at 5 dealerships in Orlando, and not receiving straight forward information on what I wanted to buy, being pushed into all sorts of scenarios I did not ask for, and hounded by phone, texts, and online.... I gave up. The experience of dealing with what must be today's sales manager to salesperson training in Orlando, left me with absolutely dreading visiting another dealership. I could not bring myself to go back. The experiences were horrible and were insulting my intelligence and good nature. Knowing what I needed and could pay for was out there, I went online to start researching and came across Hayes Chrysler, the car, and Harrison Funk. Simply, Harrison has retained family/people values and integrity... if Hayes is training its representatives to handle sales in the manner Harrison handled our purchase, I am thankful to see someone has tried to take the "car salesman" image and attitude.... out of their employees. I am in hopes that he does not fall into another "type" of salesmanship as Harrison's way is a breath of fresh air for buying a car. Our deal was done quickly, and for being out of state, extremely easy. Harrison listened to what I was saying, accepted what I was saying, and went right to work in giving me what I needed. He made it easy, comfortable, and left me with great appreciation for his professional and personal manners. As well, his sales manager was efficient and polite. I hope Harrison has a long successful career in the automobile business....as I will again....rather pay $200 to fly to Atlanta, get to Lawerenceville, buy a car from him, and drive it home....than deal with the less than professional attitudes in Orlando on how to sell a car. I spent the past week and a half researching a Dodge Ram. Being a former Hayes customer I went to the dealership to discuss options. My former sales agent JP Kim was occupied so I was given to Jim Sells. I visited with Jim three times throughout this process. I narrowed my decision to a Ram 1500 after test driving a few vehicles. Jim was very knowledgeable on both product lines as well as a wealth of trivial knowledge. My kind of guy!. We finally closed the deal on Memorial Day and I am the proud owner of a 2014 Dodge Ram. Everyone at Hayes was great. Jim was very responsive, text, email, and phone. It was a smooth transaction.

Worth driving across town to work with these guys I'm a full time college student on a tight budget. I needed an inexpensive, dependable used car with payments I could afford... and this was going to be my first car loan, so I don't have much in the way of credit history. I work part-time, but it's not like I have a huge income to rely upon. I looked at several places on the internet, but the interactions were so positive and they seemed to have several used cars that looked like what I needed, I decided to make the drive all the way across Atlanta (Canton to Lawrenceville) on a saturday. It was worth the trip. They treated me like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot, when I was probably buying one of the cheapest ones. No pressure to buy more than I could afford, and the car I walked away with is absolutely fantastic. Finding a fair financing deal for a guy like me with no credit history (this is my first car loan) and only a part time income wasn't easy, but they kept at it until they got me a four year loan well within my budget and at a reasonable interest rate (8%). That didn't happen easily, but the guy in financing just didn't stop until he found it. My sales rep, Danny Suarez, was great. Answered my questions, was fun to work with, listened to what I needed and then found it for me. When I need my next car, I am definitely going back to see Danny.

Purchase new van for wife I had been searching for a new vehicle for my wife for over a month. After checking around on the internet I narrowed my search down to a Chrysler Town and Country. I found one to my liking at Hayes Chrysler in Lawrenceville so I started asking questions online to J,P, Kim internet manager who responded very quickly and was concerned about my questions and needs. After about two weeks of internet dialog my wife and I took the 40 mile trip to the Hayes dealership. I am 57 years old and have bought many vehicles over the last 40 years and with out a doubt this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. J.P. Kim was outstanding and went over and above to make us feel welcome and understand our concerns. Derek Langley the finance manager was also was outstanding helping us through the part of getting the finance part completed which I always found in my past experience to sometimes painful. Trust me they have a BAD reputation as I have come to learn. They lost my trust and its SAD that Chrysler is affiliated with this pathetic dealership. After my wife's accident, we needed to move quickly to make a purchase. JP made everything so easy and comfortable. We looked at both the Lawrenceville, and Gainesville locations, eventually finding the vehicle I was going to purchase at the Gainesville location. Purchased my second vehicle in 2 years from Hayes Dodge yesterday. Was concerned because my previous sales person was no longer there but through their internet sales met Royce Worley and all concerns were put to rest. We were considering a couple of Durangos working over the internet and within minutes Royce sent a personalized video of both vehicles and descriptions! Once we decided on the vehicle, Royce assisted with the negotiation in a professional manner and helped us get the deal we wanted! Being from Birmingham, AL we were able to do the entire deal over the internet and phone (price, trade in, everything). We arrived and Royce had our new Durango ready and introduced us to Derek Langley in finance and the experience was top shelf again. He had everything ready and we were in and out of his office in about 10 minutes! It amazes me how this dealership can have the best price, best people and make you feel like a friend the minute you hit the door. To top it off, it was Halloween and we helped judge a costume and pumpkin contest! I had no intention of buying a new Jeep. I was merely just responding to an inquiry about my current 2010 Wrangler that only had 9600 miles on it. However, when I walked in the door, I was blown away by the custom Sahara in the showroom and the Hayes team was extremely personable and patient, responding to my inquiries and indulging my Jeep fandom! With such great customer service and an incredible trade in value for my 2010 Wrangler, it should come as no surprise that I drove in to browse and drove off with a 2014 Wrangler! Of course, I am a little biased when it comes to Hayes because I bought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler from them, and they have been my service provider of choice for over 5 years! There is no dealership like Hayes!

My wife and I found a nice certified pre-owned 2013 Chrysler Town and Country on the Hayes website for a great price. Within minutes of inquiring about it via email I received a response from Royce and setup an appointment to come in that afternoon to take a look at it. I went into the dealership and met Royce. He was very friendly and explained all of the van's features and then we took it for a test drive. Afterward, I decided to move forward with the purchase and trade of my current vehicle. They gave me a fair price on my trade and everything went very smoothly with the purchase overall. In all I think this was probably the best dealership experience I've had and I've purchased quite a number of vehicles over the years. The people there are very friendly and best of all honest and the service and prices are second to none. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely return to them for any future purchases.

My experience was great! I spoke to JP Kim on the phone and told him I was coming in and interested in a van I saw on the internet. When I arrived JP KIm was busy with another client but immediately handed me off to Royce Worley who already knew why I was there. Royce Worley was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the van I was interested in. The process from the time I walked in the door until I drove home in my new van was about 2 1/2 hours. This was probably the easiest car buying process I have ever had. This is my 3rd Chrysler Town & Country van.

JP was really great to work with and the price of my used Toyota Tacoma was very good. JP contacted me many times prior to my visit and respected that I traveled 2 hours to visit. He was very courteous to my wife and me. He was very quick to respond to requests. In regards to the business aspect of Hayes, the processing of the business could have happened more quickly. We sat around for a couple of hours waiting for the business staff (not JP) to process payment and our financing information. Then after the wait, they had incorrectly processed our financing and loan through Hayes' bank, when we already had a check in hand by Farm Bureau. The business folks did not ask us if we wanted to finance through Hayes and assumed that we did, when we did not. However, this was all clarified and I'm happy with my purchase and business with Hayes overall.

The only reason we didn't give our overall experience a rating of "5" is because we had to wait for our designated sales person to see us. He was trying to assist another potential customer, so understandably he was working hard. But we needed to ask a sales manager to have another sales person to finally spend some time with us after waiting for a while. Things started rolling in a positive way after Ozzie was assigned to us and soon afterwards we went through the negotiation process and eventually came to a price package that was favorable. We purchased a new Town & Country at a very good price and were given a fair amount for our trade-in. Overall, very happy to have done business with the folks at Hayes Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. Will recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in making a car purchase. I'm even considering trading in our second car for another with the folks there.........

The price was so good that I flew in Atlanta from Pittsburgh PA., to buy one of their internet vehicles. The vehicle I bought was used but it looked new inside and outside and was certified. Last week, I went to Hayes and bought a 2012 Honda accord. The vehicle is in very good condition and the price is really competitive. I heave search the information for over two weeks, and found only Hayes have such a car in this price. Also, the service is excellent. The salesman answered every question I asked and was very kind. I drive three hours from AL, but I did not feel tired because of his kindness. All in all, it was really a good experience.

I chose Hayes Chrysler over another local dealership because they offered a wide selection of Town and Country vans in various colors and trims at very competitive prices. Once I contacted the dealer I was immediately set up with an appointment and was treated very courteously with every attention given to my requests and needs. The prices were great and the knowledge and patience of Mark Wong made the whole experience informative and efficient. I am a return customer. I bought a pre-owned Dodge Charger 3 years ago and it was a pleasant experience. So when I decided to trade the Charger in for a new vehicle, I thought of this dealership first. They are very friendly, they answer all my questions, the process goes fairly smoothly without undue pressure, and the office area is comfortable. Even though the color selection of the type of vehicle I wanted was limited, I still was able to find what I wanted. I got a great price on my trade in and overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service and my new vehicle.

They worked with me and made sure I was satisfied with the deal. I have been to other dealerships where there was obvious sales tactics to move the "vehicle of the week" out of the dealership. At Hayes I had no such feeling.

I drove in to check out the car I found on their site. The staff was friendly and straight forward which was a surprise based on the other dealers I have dealt with. I had a set price on what I wanted to pay and we negotiated for a short period and made the deal. This dealer is recommended to anyone who is looking to get a new car without having to haggle since the prices are already set at reasonable levels.

I brought my dodge truck into this dealership for a few repairs and one was replacing my wiper blades. I had a problem with one the blades not working after repaired, but the owner Mr. Hayes and team took real good care of the situation. They told me to bring my truck back in to check out the problem, then they had me take a look at it myself to point out where the problem came from. I appreciate the personal attention on taking the time to demonstrate and talk to me on how to correct the problem. They were very fast on the service and also made great recommendations on other things to keep my Dodge Ram running good. I am very happy with the service and the treatment that was given to me. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here because I realize that this is truly a family run business.

Bob Hughes was very professional. He did not pressure us into buying but rather gave us plenty of time to make our decision even though it was near closing time. We even took a second test drive on a different route to help us decide if the Tahoe was right for us. The financing, handled by Derek Langley, was quick and simple. It was a pleasant buying experience and we would use this dealership again. The Tahoe that we purchased was just as described on the internet. That was important because we drove 1 1/2 hours to see the vehicle. It has more than met our expectations after purchasing. Thanks Mr. Hughes and Hayes!

I attempted to deal with a local Dealer re my wants and desires, and needs concerning the purchase of a new 2013 Jeep Sahara. His stock was limited, and although he gave it his best shot, he could not compete with a much larger Dealership. I went online and came across this Dealership. Two phone calls later I had a price and 95% of the transaction was accomplished on line. I expressed what I wanted for my vehicle and what I expected to pay for my new 2013 Jeep Sahara. Orolando McNair sent me a form to fill out and informed that I would receive at least the amount reflected on the form. He also advised that it could be higher. When I arrived at the Dealership, they took my vehicle re ascertaining if the condition was on par with my statements concerning same. I was impressed that the final figure was $600 more than I expected. I filled out some paperwork, Orolando, being a complete professional, went over the new cars equipment, and I was on my way. Thia is the first time in 40 years I have EVER had something nice to say about a car Dealership. I only wish I lived closer to this Dealership to have my new car serviced. It should be noted that I asked where I could post a GOOD review about this Dealership and was referred to Dealer Rater.

My husband and I were looking for a Toyota Sienna automobile. We did our research online to find the available vans in our area. We went to ALL the major dealerships in the metro Atlanta area, and some independent ones. We focused our search mainly on Toyota dealers, since we wanted a Toyota. Our search was quite stressful, to put it mildly. Being in our mid to late 50's, pre-approved with great credit, knowing what we wanted, we were ready to BUY! For the most part, we were treated as if we were ignorant first time buyers. Our expectation that we should be able to negotiate was met with sarcasm and condescension. At the MAJOR Toyota dealer in Stone Mountain, we had to go find a salesperson, and he became somewhat angry and quite disrespectful at our attempt to have a negotiation process! At the end of two VERY long and stressful days, we found ourselves at Hayes in Lawrenceville. Samantha greeted us immediately with warmth and sincerity, and talked to us about the Toyota we had seen online. Hayes was willing to negotiate with us, and we left with what we felt was a VERY fair price. Imagine, getting a good deal on a Toyota at Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealer after going to so many Toyota dealers, some as far away as Sandy and Powder Springs! Go figure, right?! I wish we had gone to Hayes to begin with, and saved ourselves a lot of stress and aggravation! The entire staff treated us with dignity and respect, and it was greatly appreciated! I am mobilility restricted and was in need of a new automobile. I am a Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge fan for many years as my purchasing record will show. I have had a long standing relationship with Hayes and in most cases, I feel that I have been treated fairly or I wouldn't have purchased 7 new/formerly owned cars and trucks from them over the last 25 years. My son was given permission to bring a Chrysler 300c home for me to test drive and look over before purchase. This opportunity really helped me and Hayes make their sale. The car was a little more than I wanted to spend, but they usually are!. I know that JP Kim and Joe Lard stayed after hours on Saturday April 20 to make this deal. I also greatly appreciated that as well. It was a little rushed, but at the end of the day both individuals did a fine job, were very personable, and were as clear as they could be on points of finance without the benefit of having lending institutions open at the time the deal was struck. My experience with Hayes Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram was outstanding. From my intial contact via e-mail, the Internet Sales Specialist Chris Ruf, was courteous and professional. As we worked through the deal on a 2012 RAM 1500, the final, out-the-door price was very important to me, but it was Chris' personal touch and warm personality that closed the deal. The simply fact that I was willing to make a 6 hour round trip to buy this truck indicates how comfortable I was with purchasing from Chris and the Hayes dealership. I left the dealership driving a new truck and feeling like I had made new friends that I can count on in the long run. I would do it all again and I will in the future. Great staff and good deals. Our experience was great. We had a older model van to trade-in and had a bit of negative equity left on the loan balance. I walked in Hayes Dodge and Chrysler looking to purchase a brand new vehicle. I walked in an meant a friendly sales guy, I told him what I was looking for and that I had been online looking and had a few emails from one of his associates. He informed me that per their protocol I had to speak with whom ever was handling my information online I asked do I have to I would rather work with you so he checked with his boss and the guy was not there WOOOOOOOHOOOOO. It was him and I working together at that point and I was really happy b/c he was such a nice guy. We walked out on the lot an I showed him exactly what I was looking to purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger black on black fully loaded an there it was sitting on the lot, we took it for a test drive and this guy really showed me the ins and outs of this beast of a car, I was ready to sign on the dotted lines after that test drive. Long story short the guy the awesome guy I keep referring to is BOB FRIENDLY BOB THAT IS! He was great I have never had a car shopping experience that awesome he was really there for all my needs I'm sending everyone I know who needs a car to FRIENDLY BOB and not for the referral fee but because BOB is really the best, I finished my paperwork and got the keys I was so excited and so was he I gave him the BIGGEST HUGE and thanked him and drove off into the night. JP and Dion worked as a team and did a great job. Our expectations were met by this 2 individuals. They were easy to work, friendly and made us feel that they were interested in us. The 4 for price was due to document fees for I have never like them. That said, the Hayes team worked to get a price on 2010 and trade-in price for 2008 Honda that closed the deal. Very nice experience, no song and dance. Joe in Finance Group made that process very pleasant and worked to fine us the very best rate available . GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I actually did my request through the website given online and Mark got in contact with me with specifics and pdf'd me a copy of the details of the vehicle I was looking for. This dealership beat CarMax's price by $500 and also included SiriusXM for 12 months VS CarMax at 3 months. They also installed a tow hitch for me before I picked up my new vehicle the next day. Mark did a great job of explaining all the features in the vehicle and I actually upgraded from the Grand Cherokee Limited to the Overland with the price break they gave me and a better understanding of the vehicle. I bought my last 2 cars from CarMax, but Mark changed my mind by not only beating their price, but being extremely knowledgable of the vehicle I was shopping for, which made my buying decision much more confident. I had the hardest time finding a dealership that not only had fair prices but one that would also put my needs before their own. That's when JP Kim came to the rescue. When I first got in contact with JP I asked about one particular vehicle and after he did extensive research to find me that vehicle my indecisiveness kicked in and I asked about another vehicle. JP was very patient and caring with me, he made sure that I knew that he was there for me. If I need an answer he was there to provide it. He wasn't pushy or overly eager just to make a sale, he wanted to make sure that I was happy not only with a new vehicle but with him and Hayes CDJ. JP didn't try to upsell me, in fact he let me make my mind up on whether or not I wanted extra features. He explained the ins and out of the vehicle and what features was available. Honestly, I was amazed at how friendly the atmosphere was at Hayes CDJ and how caring JP was, I was sure that I would have to deal with a sleezball but JP was definitely not that, if anything JP was the example of the perfect sales professional and he didn't have to email me his yahoo dating profile (insider joke) like some other dealerships were doing. So if you're looking for a family friendly environment and the best sales professionals to offer you a fair price and the best deals then Hayes CDJ and JP Kim are the ones to see. Trust me, you can't go wrong by paying them a visit.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Mark Wong takes pride in making sure his customers are well taken care of and does everything he can to make the experience at Hayes a very different one from any other dealership you may have experienced. I know this is both his and the dealerships consistent way of doing things because not only was I impressed, but the two people I referred to Mark and Hayes were just as happy to have made their purchases here. We plan on coming back to Hayes for service on our vehicle just because of the experience we had making our purchase. We have already serviced our 2013 Jeep Wrangler here and even the service department was impressive. All around, the Hayes team is a beacon of light in the drab darkness of dealerships!

I shopped on line through the USAA Car Buying Service. Hayes Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep had the best price and discount. We spoke over the phone and through email until I was able to get to the dealer, as I was out of town. They had the car I wanted at an unbeatable price. The sales person, J. P. My husband & and I went to Hayes to trade in a vehicle that had negative equity, for a new vehicle. I that thought there was no way this would happen. So after MANY emails to JP Kim, which he always responded (thank U JP)I made an appointment. The day of the appointment we showed up too early. No problem JP immediatly introduced us to Nina Waite. She answered any questions that we had. She focused only on us the customer. We had narrowed the vehicle down that we were going to get & because it was getting late, we returned the next day. Nina had a customer when we returned, which was no big deal because she was awesome the first day, so JP stepped in. He was just as great as Nina. We had the kids with us, so lets just say JP & our 8 yr old daughter had very interesting conversations. He made it very intersting & fun. The overall experience was good; the sales man was great the only thing I would complain about is the cleaning of the car for delivery to me.That is why I gave a 3 on the quality of work. There where water spots on the chrome and the tires where not clean. You could see where the hand writing was still visible on all four tires and the cargo area had soap still in it, and finger prints on the rear window of the cab. Suggest the vehicle be reviewed before delivery to customer. Richard offered to re clean the truck on Thursday but I could not make it.

I originally had contact with Hayes and their body shop when my Honda was towed to them, as they are a preferred shop for State Farm. The service and friendliness from Robin & Todd was outstanding, so I thought I would include a Jeep as a possibility when replacing my totaled car. I visited the lot on a Saturday and met Dion. I let him know I was looking at different cars but wanted to test drive the Jeep. I spent about 30 minutes with him and told him I would be in touch. I received a follow up email from him and my decision was made. The service from Dion was outstanding, quick, friendly and professional. The same can be said for Darius Jackson in finance. I referred a friend to Dion and he made a purchase as well. This is a unique dealership and I look forward to using them again for any future car purchases.

If you have to take your car to the body shop make sure you take every thing out of car. When I went to clean out my truck after it was totaled, many items were missing. One being a brand new jack. When I asked about the jack the manager said he would check in the shop and see if it was left in there. Since the truck was hit in the front and the jack was stored under the back seat, I asked him why would they even remove it. Of course then he said the tow company must have taken it out. When I informed him the truck never went to a tow yard, I had it towed to my house. He suggested I take my problem to the front office, but would not give me a name of someone to talk to up front. Needless to say I never got my jack, or any straight answers. One hour of nothing more than giving me the run around. Please be ware of HAYES CHRYSLER OF LAWRENCEVILLE. GA.

Our car search started two years ago. We had been to five area dealers in three states. Cars.com was our search engine. We knew we wanted a Crystal Blue Chrysler 200 Limited with Sun Roof. Nobody could come close to the price that Hayes was offering. We also traded in my wife's car. They gave us a fair deal and we are quite happy. This new car that we got was everything and more. We drove over six hours, and believe me it was worth it. I will be purchasing my car from them in the future. No hassle. Very patient. Great experience. My wife got cold feet, but Nina was very understanding.

Found a car on the internet, autotrader.com, and send a request via internet about the car. I was in need of a reliable inexpensive used car. I received a call from Steve Mathews later that afternoon, Tuesday December 4. I met Steve Wednesday morning to look at the car and had my wife meet there as well. There were 2 other model cars she was interested in and this was the first one we looked at. Not sure about our credit, daughter in college and some other matters, Steve suggested we give it a shot. Meanwhile we test drove the car, 2012 Dodge Calbre, and the wife was happy with it. We completed the credit app and we both had to get to work. I called later that afternoon and Steve told me everything was good and if we wanted the car to come on in. I went to the dealership and in less than 30 minutes the paperwork was finished and my came and picked up her car. Very smooth very friendly process. I have bought a vehicle from Hayes before, Chevrolet Suburban in 2004. I'll go back again and have reccomended Hayes to everyone. I told my friends and family how smooth and friendly this entire process went. Thank you Steve making this happen the way it did.

This is not to say that we did not negotiate a fair price, just that the process was void of conventional sales tactic. The Hayes family obviously understands that success is a derivative of their people (employee), and it shows!

We visited about 3 dealerships in Roswell/Alpharetta/Duluth before visiting Hayes. We were looking at the Honda Odyssey vs the Chrysler Town and Country. All the other sales people and car dealerships were incompetent. The other sales personnel either didn't know what they were doing or weren't motivated enough to know there product & competition. Mark Wong was a breathe of fresh air. He had a high level of knowledge of not only the T & C but compared & contrasted it with the Odyssey. The first thing he did was evaluate what our needs were. He wasn't pushy in selling us a new vs used vehicle but really helped us to make a decision to fit our needs. His communication style was very clear and organized. He offered to pull up 3 vehicles to show us the different trim level vehicles side by side. Some of the other dealerships used a golf cart to wheel us around huge parking lots which was uncomfortable and ridiculous because we had a baby and a 2 year old. Mark was very passionate about answering any questions or concerns but wasn't overbearing. He let us take the vehicle for an overnight test drive. Mark is truly a model sales professional that all dealerships should to strive to hire.

He was very courteous, professional and friendly. He really worked with us to meet our financial needs and to get the vehicle that we really wanted. The day that we came in to sign, he was out of town, but he passed our torch onto Nina Waite. I was impressed at how knowledgable she was with where we had currently gotten in the process with Fred. She made the final signing on the vehicle very easy and quick. She too, like Fred, was very kind and professional. They gave us a great deal on our trade-in and, again, helped tremendously in getting us the vehicle we wanted for a very reasonable price. My experience with Hayes, and particularly, with Fred and Nina was very easy-going and professional. I would recommend them any day.

This is the best car buying experience I have had. I feel like Bill and Keith were very upfront with me, they were fair and honest. I didn't feel pressured or guilty (when rejecting an offer). The negotiation was pleasant, usually haggling with car dealers can be intense and sometimes offensive. The dealership had a good family feel to it, everything went smoothly.

Purchased a 2008 Chrysler Town& Country. When I test drove the vehicle the tire inflation light was on. The tire was leaking air and Hayes never repaired it. I purchased the vehicle anyway. I 've had to replace the tire since Hayes wouldn't do anything about it. Love my vehicle by the way but I will never do business with you again since this is the second situation I've had with used vehicles not being checked out.

I shopped for a new Jeep a year ago and was dealing with a salesperson by Internet. He assured me that he could get a specific rate after viewing my credit. I called the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle and was told the salesman (who was supposed to call me that day) had taken the day off. Because of time constraints I spoke with a "manager" who quoted me a rate at twice what I had been promised. I will never buy a car here. The only reason I am wasting time with this survey is because they have emailed constantly for the past year as if they think I did make a purchase and ignored repeated attempts I've made to "opt out" Maybe now they will allow it ....

Subsequent to speaking with internet sales, I elected to visit Hayes to determine if the deal was as represnted. Since it required a 2.5 hour drive (I live in Alabama), it required a leap of faith. One of the few dealers in the Atlanta area that makes buying parts easy and affordable. People usually cringe when I tell them their part is a "dealer only item", but now that I'm using Hayes, it's so much better. The parts department was clean, organized, friendly, and well stocked. The parts selection is priced very competitive, considering they supply OEM Mopar parts - not cheap knockoffs. I highly recommend anyone who is searching for that "hard to find" part check out Hayes - they probably have it, can order it, and won't blow out your wallet on the way.

I bought the vehicle from another dealership because Hayes no longer had 2011s on the lot. I decided to start my service history with Hayes due to location and reputation. I took my 2011 Grand Cherokee there due to an issue with the sunroof. It was semi-fixed, the replacement part Jeep sent did not fit correctly, but Hayes installed it anyway. So I contacted the service manager about my concerns, communication was difficult but I did finally touch base with him. The assistant service manager contacted me, got me an appointment, and I brought the Jeep back. This time everything was done right and the customer service was great. Ultimately, they made things right, so I will definitely continue to take my Jeep there for service. Only complaints are that the service department feels old and dirty. Both times I got my vehicle back I had to wash it because there were so many dirty hand-prints inside and outside. I have dealt with other service departments in other, newer dealerships and I definitely would prefer a more sterile, clean feeling. I wish there was a good viewing area for customers to see there vehicles while being serviced. I'm that type of owner, always very clean and well maintained.

I called the salesman and told him i was on the way. I had about a 45 minute drive and when i got there he was busy. I got another salesman that i had not talked with and come to find out the silver RAM i wanted to see was stored 20 minutes away from the dealership.

I came on the lot to drop off a friend for service. I was approached by a WONDERFUL salesman named Cedric. He struck up a conversation and wound up showing me a couple of vehicles. He was very knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. I wound up test driving and loving a pre-owned Grand Cherokee Limited which I bought the next day! The process was very easy and hassle free. Darius was a joy to deal with in finance and Dave and Dusty were very friendly managers. I even enjoyed listening to the Nate sell a car in the office next to me. I truly enjoyed my experience at Hayes Lawrenceville and I would recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle. They are a family-owned dealership that did make me feel like family.
