State of the art facility. My sales person Dennis is extremely professional, helpful and honest. I run a business so I appreciate good customer service. I'm also very busy so I don't have time to waste with the back and forth game of most dealerships. I went in to HQ Honda during my lunch time to find my wife a new Odyssey in the Touring Elite trim. I'd figure they wouldn't have it in the pearl white exterior and beige interior combination. Within 30 minutes, Dennis had spoken with his sales manager and made some phone calls to get me what I wanted. They agreed to the price that I wanted to pay and tracked down the vehicle which was about 100 miles away at another dealership. I put down a small deposit, shook hands and then I went back my office to finish the day. Later on in the evening I got a call from Dennis on his personal cell phone to tell me that he had driven down to Vero Beach to pick up my car and drove it back up to Clermont. They had the car detailed and had it ready for me by 9pm that day. I was like WOW. Amazing.

This was my first visit to Headquarter Honda. Todd McClellan was very courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle and the services that needed to be done. He explained what services were needed in a clear and understandable way. He went over the inspection report and explained any issues and the importance of the repair. He was quick to get the vehicle serviced and inspection performed k owing my time was valuable. He went over the warranty benefits of the new battery that was installed giving me peace of mind that it was a good decision to replace it and also for the reliability and cost value if replacement should ever be required in the future life of the battery. (He was observant to know that warranties were important to me when I had mentioned that I had purchased a Fidelity warranty from the out of state dealership when purchasing my Honda and that they are an approved repair facility) He was aware that I was new to this dealership coming from out of the area and did a great job convincing me that this would be a great location to bring my vehicle. I have several options in the Greater Orlando area on where to have my 2012 Honda Odyssey serviced and I am choosing Headquarter Honda because of my experience with Todd. Outstanding customer service! Looking forward to seeing the new customer lounge on my next oil change!

Came here to buy our car in February. Was asked to write a review that night. Big mistake. I should have waited. not only was our loan paperwork botched and I had to come back a week after purchasing to sign MORE paperwork. They gave us two keys with the keyless entry on them, one is actually being held together with SCOTCH tape, because that is how it waa given to them. If I want a new key $150. Um no, looks like scotch tape key for the win! We had the TPMS system start erroring out within days of driving off the lot. Instead of showing the service I have had at other dealers when something has happened they want me to pay out of pocket for something that should have been checked. I am also still waiting on my incentive for coming out and test driving with them. Last time my husband came in to get work done he was told it would take about an hour, 3 hours later his car was finished. Brought the car in today to get recall work done and an oil change was told over the phone that it would be approx an hour, got here and was more likely 2 hours. So needless to say I am not exactly happy. Next time I get a car I am going back to GM. I will only set foot in this place if I absolutely have to, and even then I may just send my husband.

The services I requested were done within the time frame quoted. I was greeted by 2 employees before I even got out of the car. Very attentive. It appears as though the waiting area in the facility is undergoing renovation and therefore could not give it a 5 star rating. Also spoke with a sales person and looked at the new models during my wait. John was very thorough in answering my questions about the new models.

My service tech was very helpful. He advised me of the offers at hand and saved me time and money. I had an oil and filter change,tire rotation ,mult-ipoint inspection and a car wash for a very reasonable price. It was a great experience. and very timely. I was there less than an hour and during that time I met and conversed with a young man studying for his dental exam and we talked about his future and my past experiences. Great buying experience. We purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid Tour and are very happy with the experience of the sales staff. They explained the vehicle's capabilities and demonstrated knowledge on all of the Honda vehicles. No high pressure sales they just let the vehicle speak for itself. We were on a family vacation to Disney when our car started having issues halfway through our 20 hour road trip. A Honda garage in North Carolina fixed the car enough to finish our trip to Florida to Honda Headquarters. This dealership was great in getting us in right away even though they were booked! The outside temperature was in the upper 90's. My AC failed and I did not have an appointment but Rita and the service team got my AC working and quickly got me on my way. Headquarters Honda will be my first choice for service in the future.

I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and the gentleman I was assigned to hadn't gotten there yet so they had someone else help me and she was super nice, very friendly and took her time with me. I did receive a call later in the morning that upon running the diagnostics there were several things that needed to be fixed but there was absolutely no pressure put on me to get them repaired right then and there which I truly appreciate. The overall experience from the staff to the cleanliness of the facility will definitely come into play when it's time for me to purchase a new car.

Service was very good, although the rental was sub-par the repairs were excellent. All my questions were answered, although I didn't agree with the answer I was given. I asked why on the sale sign that was on the windshield when I bought the truck it said prewired for trailer it really wasn't!! I was told I would have to spend another $300 to actually hook up the wires!!!! After spending 42,000 on a truck it would seem fair that it would actually be wired up, especially since it came with a hitch!!

He was very up-front, courteous, very helpful, and professional, in which, I appreciated. He didn't waste my time and was able to help me to the best of his ability. His manager (I don't remember his name) was pleasant too. I think he helped (low-key) to be able to get my payments at a desirable rate. I truly enjoy the express service for quick oil changes. I have always had my car serviced by the dealer, mostly Holler and Classic Honda. I was always disappointed by how long it took for a simple oil change, even with an appointment. Just as it was becoming to much I found this dealership. The express service here is fast and complete. If they find something that needs to be repaired they can usually handle it quickly. However, if they find something and you don't wish to fix it there are no high pressure sale tactics. Most of the service writers seem mechanically knowledgeable and if you are lucky enough to get Rita she is beautiful as well.

They were outstanding from beginning to end. They helped me find the perfect new car. There were no hidden fees...just honesty and everything was up front. James is very informative and patient. He knows Hondas inside and out. He was laid back and never pushy... he listened to everything that I had to say. They didn't have the color I wanted so drove to another town to get it before the end of the day. Karlos helped me find the perfect extended warranty plan that fit my needs with mileage without costing me an arm and a leg. Until 2013 there was always a Honda in our garage. We moved to FL 3 years ago and bought a Prius V. We were happy with the Prius, but, alas, Honda tugged at our hearts. We stopped in "just to browse" and met Santiago. Immediately, he went out of his way to show us vehicles and was generous in the amount of time he spent with us. He made the extra effort to get us the best deal. There were some items that needed attention and an appointment was made for us. We also met with Tony Angle to sign the paperwork and his attention to detail and pleasant demeanor made the signing less stressful. Two gentlemen from the management team and special event person were also very polite and respectful. We brought our car for service and Karlos was very friendly and considerate of our time. The TEAM did a commendable job. We've only owned this Accord EX for a week, but we hope that the next few years will bring many more "excellent" reviews for HQ Honda.

We went to Headquarter Honda in Clermont for the second time to buy a brand new car. Last year we walked out with a 2015 Pilot for my wife. We really liked the service and attention they gave us. This year it was my turn to get a new vehicle, and Headquarter Honda was definitely our first (and only) stop. The attention, service, and process was even better than the first time, and we were able to get out of there with out new 2016 Civic in even a shorter time than last year.

When we stepped into the Headquarters Honda dealership, we were fortunate enough to be greeted by salesperson Dennis Yunker. I have always detested buying cars over the years and Dennis made it a pleasant experience because of his expertise, his non-agressive manner, and his patience. When we returned from a two-week trip, we contacted him again to order the Honda Accord Sedan touring car with all of the accessories that we wanted. At every step, Dennis went overboard to be helpful and drove to Vero Beach to pick up the car and bring it back to Clermont. He was extremely helpful in taking a lot of time to go over the features of the car with us before I drove off in my new car that is perfect for me. I would hope that salespersons such as Dennis receive the recognition that they deserve; he's the best one with whom we have ever dealt over many years.In addition, when I called the dealership several times, the other employees were also very polite - what good customer service! Anthony Angle should be complimented for his role in the finance area. He made that process easy. I would recommend Headquarters Honda to anyone, especially Dennis. Mr. Sanchez is polite, pleasant, professional, and supremely competent. He ensures that my car gets the service it needs to keep it running smoothly. He has done, and continued to do, a superb job of representing the company, and I hope his employment at Headquarter Honda is highly valued, as it well should be. I recently visited Headquarter Honda in search of a new car (specifically a Civic) for myself as a graduation present and to use commuting to my new job. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jordan Bower while searching for the right vehicle. Jordan was beyond informative, as a Civic owner himself he knew the ins and outs of the vehicle and all of the new additions in the 2016 model. His professionalism was peerless and his personality genial. After deciding on the exact vehicle we were able to come to agreeable and fair terms regarding payments. After having a wonderful experience I was placed in the finance room to sign papers along with family to assist me (they have experienced the process more than I had and felt they would like to share their knowledge and help me close the deal on the right foot). It was at this point that we ran into some issues with Karlos, who when asked a few specific questions regarding some the tags appeared flustered and was even dishonest with a few of my family members. In the end I drove the car home that night and have loved the vehicle ever since. I will be back in the future and do recommend my friends to go see Jordan Bower because he alone made my car buying experience enjoyable.

The good: The service center treated me very well. Nicole is very kind and professional. In sales, James is very polite and professional and not pushy at all. If you go here, ask for James. The bad: Avoid a salesman named Allen. Extremely pushy, rude and unprofessional. He tried every trick in the book to get me to buy a car ASAP, lied about numbers, and actually tried to get me to buy a car OVER the MSRP price. He tried relentlessly to get me to agree to purchasing a car then and there when I made it very clear I wasn't buying that day. Basically your textbook "sleazy salesman". Terrible experience that made me lose trust in headquarter honda, so I ended up buying my car at a different dealership.

Mike Jahanger was the salesman we worked with. From the first minute we met him he was totally professional, but with a built in quality of friendliness. There was no pushing or trying to push us into making a purchase. Hats off to the awesome sales job that Leon Miller did. He was very thorough with all the aspects of the sale from the greeting to the final price on my sister's 2013 Honda CRV. I also had a great experience in the service department that day. They were able to reprogram my radio system after I purchased a new battery from AAA and was frustrated with trying to reset it myself. They unhooked the battery on my 2010 Honda CRV and rehooked it, put in the code for my radio and it worked like a charm. They didn't charge me and that made my day. Thanks Headquarter Honda for making two ladies very happy!

I went to this dealership yesterday because I am in the market for a new car. When I first pulled up Leon Was there and greeted me and my mother as we got out of the car and asked if we needed help finding something. I explained that I was in the market for a new car and had asked to see where the remaining 2015 lineup is. I then said that I wanted a 2015 LX but like a car salesman would he kept trying to push me into an EX. He then asked me to read the price of the EX then took me to the only 2015 LX in the row and made me read off the price to him as if I were a child in school reading aloud from a textbook to the rest of the class. Then when I tried asking him if there was a discount on the car seeing as it's the previous year he kept trying to say that it was the sticker price on the car. Then he asked me 4 times over and over "So am I hearing this right, you want an accord with substancial savings? 4 times like a broken record, then he pulls my mother into it asking her the same question. He then has the audacity to drag us over to the used cars and proceeds to make me and my mother read off the vehicle description and the price out loud to him. When I told him I don't like gold he became even more of a condescending clown, he brings us over to another used accord to which I told him I don't want used. He then said "Well I have shown you all my options, take me to what you want." I'm sorry but he's the salesman, I shouldn't have to do the work for him. I told him what I wanted and he didn't want to show me. I will never come back to this place EVER again. I have been treated like crap here several times. I've never felt so belittled in my life. In my opinion Leon needs to re think his career choices and he needs to learn that it's not okay to make customers feel like $hit.

From start to finish everyone was super, friendly, fast, haggle free, and best of all I never set foot at the dealer. Yes! The entire process was done online, phone, text, and my beautiful 2016 Honda Accord Sport Marino Red was delivered to my place of work. I had an unbelievably terrible experience at Honda Headquarters in Clermont on the evening of October 10th. Im an individual buyer hoping to be a future owner of a used Acura ILX. After countless hours of online shopping and driving to dealerships, I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership to inquire about a used Acura that I was very interested in. Sales director Matt Neusch successfully offended and disrespected my mother and I on behalf of the establishment. Everyone from online sales (Danielle and Chris) and Leon Miller (sales) were very helpful. Everything changed when the most unprofessional sales director came into the picture. Matt Neusch, who should be a role model for the sales consultants and set an example of how to treat customers, was completely out of line. Before we even got to the point of hearing a baseline price or value of my appraised trade-in, we were told that we could not be helped. Not only did Matt say I cant help you and dismiss us as potential buyers, but he began to walk away from us and refused to spell his last name when asked. I work in the medical field and I deal with absurd personalities daily, but I have never been so offended in my life. It's truly unreal how horrendous the treatment was by this particular sales director at Headquarter Honda. Its inexcusable for one of your employees to treat people like that. *Future customers: If you come into contact with Matt Neusch, good luck! He is very rude and unprofessional.

Glen was the original salesman and partnered with his team and negotiated a price. I was glad that when I came to dealership after multiple hours of driving from tampa,FL that I didn't not have to haggle and the price of the car remained the same after the drive...when I arrived to dealership it was already later in the evening and santana was the salesman at this point and he was very nice efficient with our time. And to wrap up our experience Eddie did the final paperwork and again he was also very nice and was also very efficient with our time due to us being tired and still had a couple hour drive back to tampa,fl. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and I was also surprised to here about how green the store is. In November of 2014 I was driving a 2002 Nissan Xterra. It was paid for and it began leaking oil. I was on my last leg with this truck. Capital One Auto finance company reached out to me and sent a flyer about the deals that they had and how much they were willing to finance me for. The only catch was I had to look for a vehicle at Headquarter Honda. After a visit to their website, I had already fixated on the vehicle that I would test drive and take home. On black Friday I decided that I would go down and try my luck. Upon arrival Leon Miller greeted me with a smile and was more than willing to get me in the car that I wanted. Needless to say I rode home in a 2012 Honda Pilot, the vehicle that I had researched. After 8 months of driving this awesome vehicle, I realized that putting gas in this truck was sucking me dry. The payments were ridiculous, due to my poor credit, and the car really wasnt what I wanted as far as features are concerned. I called Headquarter Honda to see if they could help me and they assured me they could. So I of course researched my options prior to arrival. I again used Leon Miller as my go to person, especially because he was so helpful the first time around. I test drove the car and it was great. The only thing is that the vehicle had been in a minor accident. So we sat down to do the paperwork and again the payments were going to be high because of my credit. Leon came back and said unfortunately the bank said since the car had been in an accident that they werent going to finance it, in the back of my mind I was glad because I really didnt like the color of the car. He then said good news is that the finance company said that they would however, finance a new car. I was elated. Ive never owned a brand new car. At the end of the deal I walked out with a cheaper car payment and a brand new car. Leon is the best. He really cares about what the customer wants. He has the customers best interest in mind. Because of him, I will continue to be a devoted customer. I would definitely recommend Headquarter Honda to a friend. Thank you Headquarter.

Two weeks ago, I went for a service on my 2011 Honda for a wheel alignment, real brake clean an adjustment, power steering fluid exchange and brake fluid exchange; while I was watching on the T.V. monitor, I saw the guy working on the rear brakes, then the car sat there for 10 minutes and then it was picked up by someone else and dissappear for about 20 min and then I saw the car in the finish line.I question the service tech if all the services were done and he told me yes the car is ready. The next day I called & spoke with the manager Jose Martinez and he assure me he will call me back after reviewing the service tape and he never did. I have been a loyal customer since they open the store in Clermont and I will never go back there for service for my two Honda Civics, because they didn't do all the service they were suppose to do, but took my money.Omar O

I call Michelle Saturday morning to secheduled a test drive. I arrived at the dealer the car was reserved for my test drive no waiting. Corey my salesperson was great easy to talk with and vary knowledgeable and honest. Mark the finance manager was also great. I have never had car purchase experience close to this. Great experience buying a used car. The salesman, John Shelling, listened when I told him that I wanted to see a vehicle listed on the website. He took me directly to it without the detours through newer and higher priced models. After deciding on the vehicle, the buying process was direct, low pressure and fairly quick. This is my third purchase with Headquarter Honda and although I did shop at the other dealers in town, I don't know why I did.

We have been coming here for service on our 4 Hondas since moving here last year. Always happy. Knew when our lease was ending we would return it as HQ has an incentive that other dealers don't. Being credit challenged we weren't sure what we would be able to purchase but with the help of our salesman, Mike J and patient financing, Tony, we found a car within budget and an excellent fit for our family. I went just to look, fell in love with the Tucson. Mike knew every detail about the vehicle. I was si impressed with the knowledge he had. Tom heped with the trade in and was very generous, compared to a previous dealership I went to. Tony knows everything about the financing, made everything so eady. So glad I made the trip out on Mother's Day and those guys were there.

I was really into the 2013 Honda Accord models when they first came out. When I had the opportunity to actually check one out, I went for it. I started searching online for the car and came across one at Headquarter Honda. I took a drive out to Clermont to look at it and unfortunately couldn't afford to get it at the time. Mike Jahangir saw how interested I was about the car so he kept in touch. Yesterday he contacted me and told me about a big sale they were having and that I should come back out because there was a 2013 honda accord sport he wanted me to look at. So I took the drive again and what do you know, I drove home in my silver 2013 Honda Accord Sport! I give all praise and thanks to God, but I also want to thank Mike Jahangir and Anthony Angle as well! I definitely would recommend Headquarter Honda to a friend.

Every car I have ever had has been a honda. I almost never bought again after my experience at Coggin Honda. I am so glad I gave Headquarter Honda a chance. I had a bit of a special circumstance and from the time i called to the time i walked away with the keys to my 2014 Honda civic every person i talked to was helpful, understanding, and I never felt pressured. They even held a deal for me since i couldn't come in on Halloween because i was working late. Buddy was my salesman and he was awesome he answered every question and worked with all of my needs. Coming from a 1994 honda accord and stepping into the 2014 was like entering a spaceship. He walked me through every button and nuance. he even called to follow up and see if the car was working out several days later! I am so impressed i will not hesitate to go back or recommend them to friends.

At no time did this staff ever become pushy sales people. Our specialist, Buddy Connor, made sure we were taken care of. He was always positive, shared his own experiences, and made us feel like family; not outsiders wanting in. He went out of his way on his time off to complete a delivery for our son. ( something we never saw before). He couldn't have been nicer. The sales manager, Mike, was wonderful in getting financing , and our trade in prices have always been fair. This is our fourth car purchase here, and we will always go back. The service after the sale is equally great. I stay about 1 hour away from headquarter Honda. I was searching to a good Honda dealer to take my car and get it serviced and mad sure that I was taking care of. Out of the Honda dealers around me and what I found headquarter stood out the most. I was being taking care of by a service advisor name Kara Kay aka K.K.she is very nice and friendly and she made sure that whatever problem I had on my car she made sure it would be looked at and taken care of. I had told her it was my first time at headquarter and she went out of her way to show me around and that if I needed anything she would let me know of her where abouts to find her.I WOULD RECOMMEND K.K. AS YOUR SERVICE ADIVSOR FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FOR YOU CAR.

I brought my Cr-V in for regular service and they gave me a complimentary inspection. On the inspection report it showed I had an oil leak but my vehicle was out of factory warranty! Kara immediately talked with her manager and got the part covered underneath my power train warranty and then got it taken care of super fast! I couldn't have asked for more

My boyfriend and I decided to just look one monday night, with no intentions to get a new car, just information. Jeff Bock was our sales person, and when i say that it was the most enjoyable and relaxing car experience, We have EVER had.. i mean it! Despite the fact we arrived an hour and half before their closing time, Jeff gave us the most amazing experience. He was brutally honest, and you could tell his passion and his willingness to just help, even if we didn't buy from him. We found a car, thanks to his recommendation that we fell in love with. We had a specific budget, and he was very understandable. We left the lot at 11:30 pm with a brand new car, still in shock on what an AMAZING deal we got. It was painless and most importantly i did not feel pressured. I love my new honda accord! And Jeff, ( as well as the finance guy that handled us, I can't remember his name) were hands down the most appreciative and friendly people we have EVER dealt with. June 12, 2014 my husband and I had a simple oil change scheduled at twelve with Nicole Cockcroft. I was running 15 minutes behind but upon arrival I was still greeted with a huge smile. She sat us down and went over the process and even explained that we would receive a free car wash each time we bring our vehicle in. I have brought my CR-V in previously but was unaware of this special service. Our car was ready in no time! Mrs. Cockcroft proceeded to go over future recommendations to keep us running smooth. It was an overall great experience and I will continue to have Nicole Cockcroft at HQ Honda Clermont service our CR-V and Accord. Thank you again Nicole for explaining what we needed so simply and straight forward, being up beat, and most of all, keeping my family and me safe!

He was very attentive and I feel truly interested in getting me the right car. He was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I would never use this dealership again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I shopped for months to find the best deal on a used vehicle for me and my family, and I thought I had found it at Headquarter Honda, boy, was I wrong. I bought a Nissan Versa on 6/7/14, on 6/10/14 (the first day I really drove the car) my gas gauge told me I had no gas, and I had mouse droppings inside my vehicle. I called the dealership immediately and complained to multiple employees, including Paul Rienzi and Jeff Revolt, who told me I would need to return the car so it could be looked at. I brought my car in on Saturday (because I work all week and their service hours were not conducive to my schedule) and sat at the dealership for 4.5 hours while they took my car apart and surprisingly told me they could not find anything wrong with it. They told me that the car was not showing that it did not have any gas so they did not know how to fix the problem. Then they told me it was a rodent problem. I said "I know, I told you that when I called!!" So they then proceeded to tell me they had to drop the gas tank, but that may take time. They told me that I would need to bring it back on a weekday and leave it so they could look at it further. So you are telling me that I would need to take a day off of work and miss a day's pay to bring this car back so you can tell me you may or may not be able to fix it! Now it is Monday and my vehicle still tells me I have no gas. These are just the most annoying problems, these don't include the fact that I had no air in my tires, and had to go get them all filled, or that I had to replace my wipers the first day, or that my brights don't work properly and I will have to replace them as well, or the fact that the only speaker that works is the right rear, or the smell in the vehicle that won't go away no matter how much air freshener you use. Beware anyone looking to buy a vehicle from these people, they are dishonest scammers.

I recently purchase a vehicle at Honda Headquarters and this was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. You receive a warm welcome once you entered through the door.Once seated, all efforts are made by the salesperson to place you in the vehicle you like. I had an experience where I purchased a Honda 2013 CR-V and within 10 days I was hit in the rear by a truck. I went back to Honda and it was amazing to see the diligent work and efforts of the Honda team working together to place me in another vehicle. In a few hours, I walked out with a brand new 2014 car. I came in asked Leon for a an out the door quote on a base model Honda Odyssey and left my number. No call. I was back the next day for some service on my current Honda Odyssey so I found Leon and again asked for a quote. He got Mike who in a less than congenial manner stated to me the MSRP of the vehicle was; and that while he would take an offer that was what he was asking. I indicated I felt like he was wasting my time. He stated he thought I was wasting his. I left. For the record, providing me a quote on a vehicle is not a ridiculous request. I have recently received detailed quotes from your competitors. My wife just discovered your dealership and I was hoping to work with you because I was so impressed with your service department. Even if you only quoted me MSRP I am sure there are still fees and taxes on top of that and I wanted to understand what I was looking at before spending time working out details of my purchase. I loved your service department. Mike on the other hand was confrontational and rude. I will not be buying my car with your dealership and that's a shame

I have always driven Toyotas, but since Honda has such a good reputation and a couple of my friends are fans I was finally ready to make the switch. But I needed to get a personal perspective on how a Honda vehicle feels, so naturally in my mind the first thing planned was a test drive. We walked into the dealership, waited a while for somebody to approach us. Well that turned out to be Royel. His first question was "Are you guys looking to buy?" I was honest and said that first I wanted to test drive the Accord hybrid to get a feel for how it handles (in my mind that is what anybody would do before purchasing a car) so I was quite surprised when Royel straight out said if we were not buying, we should come back on a weekday, since this was Memorial day weekend and they do not want to waste time with people who are not buying!!!To say the least I was speechless. I had never been treated with such discourtesy, by a sales person no less, in my life. We asked for a manager, Royel said he was the manager. By this time my husband was getting upset and he asked for the manager with more "emphasis". Turns out there was another manager besides Royel???He found another sales associate who helped us with a test drive, and to tell the truth, the Accord is a nice car. But I just could not make myself buy a car at that place. Royel was the worst sales person I ever dealt with, and I hope for his sake that he can usually hide this side of him that only treats people with respect if he precieves them to be potential income for him. I ended up going to the toyota dealership across the road and drove out of there with a new Avalon, the sme day. Totally different experience, but I guess that is another review.

I had requested a navigation system put in the dash. I was not told that Honda does not refit, until I called another dealer. I was sold an $800.00 system attached to my rear view mirror. I explained with my vision problems I could not see the tiny screen. Your response was too bad. It has been 2 1/2 years and the screen went blank. We were told to take it to Longwood to have it rebooted. Well guess what the system is so out of date that they can't get it working again. I don't like being deceived.

Then I was introduced to Leon Miller, the most patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional sales consultant I have experienced in my time in dealerships. I have been in many that live up to there hustler ways, but not once did I get that with Leon. Andrew Burke, the salesperson who approached us, had a disarmingly gentle approach, never exerting any pressure. He listened to my budgetary needs and then worked with us to find a car I liked and get us a deal I simply couldn't refuse - it met all my requirements and instead of being "used" - I was able to afford a brand new 2014 Honda. Was a "no brainer"... brand new car, bumper to bumper warranty, and a interest rate at .9%. I am completly happy with my new car. Took it on my first roadtrip to Sebring and LOVED it. Went in one day to look at a vehicle that I had seen on their website. Talked to Chris Taylor about trading in my car on it and the price I had wanted for my car. Told him I would come back the next day, they didn't try any sleazy tactics. I came back in and purchased the vehicle and he even gave me the price I wanted for my trade. The whole experience was very good and fast. I'm loving my new (used) car and I'm extremely happy with my experience. I had a noise on the vehicle and took it in to have the mechanics check for a loose belt and everyone there was great! I will definitely recommend this dealership and especially Chris Taylor. Finding a new car is not easy at all, my 5th attempt at buying a car and I finally found something that was perfect to fit me. I am the type of person to look around online for information before going in person for the real deal. When I saw the offer at Headquarter Honda on an accord, I just couldn't give it up. From the moment I walked in, I had nothing except good service. I was kindly greeted as well as my family that was with me and helped right away. I told them exactly what I wanted and I was immediately directed to the car. What really surprised me was the fact that the man who helped us, Mike Jahangir, knew every little detail about the car and was able to explain everything to quickly and in an easy to understand way. From the moment I test drove the car and returned back to the dealership, I decided that was the car I was going to purchase. It was everything and more of what I was looking for and of course good customer service grabbed my attention as well. Time came to crunch numbers and get down with business after we returned. This was the only downfall to my experience. Waiting to get approved, trading in cars, signing papers, etc. not my favorite at all. However, they were able to move as quickly as possible. Mike was able to always return to the table with nothing except good news. A couple days before today I attempted to buy a car at Toyota, but my mother and I were not approved to finance the car I was looking to buy. Mike was able to do everything he could, unlike Toyota, and help us out. We were able to get approved and from that moment I was bursting with excitement. We did have to wait an awful amount of time until we were able to finally leave, but hey that's car shopping for you. Everything takes time as it falls into place. Mike was very friendly and able to keep us entertained as we waited though. Overall, I would recommend going to Headquarter Honda for great customer service and a great deal on a new car you might have in mind to bring home. I recommend speaking with Mike because he is willing to work with you and help you as much as he can to get you the car you are willing to buy.

Just moved to Clermont. Not happy with this service dept. They sent me to another company for body work instead of doing it there. Car wouldn't start in parking lot yesterday and I called for help. No towing service available. No help getting one. I did have towing service at my previous Honda and a service dept. that fixed my car. My car is just out of warranty. I buy every 2-3 years. Next car won't be a Honda if I can't get good service at the dealership. There are lots of dealerships on 50 Hwy. to choose from. Like the people there and the looks of the dealership but no service department. Ps don't like this website. Had trouble trying to post reviewLike that Honda followed up immediately.

This why we enjoyed our experience. The staff at Headquarter Honda were great. They even endured being "bonked" on the head with a giant balloon by our son with autism. They were very understanding. They did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable and worked hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted. We will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Worst experience ever. I was told to come in to go over price and I quote nobody ever pays sticker price! So we go in and now the price was HIGHER than the Internet price! So not only did they increase the price they wouldn't budge $1 off the new asking price! Then their tactic of holding your keys to your own car til the try to badger you into according their price. Horrible experience!!!

My husband and I decided to trade in our 2011 SRX. We still owed around $1600 on the lease or it would be $23000 to purchase the vehicle. After looking at another Honda dealership, we decided that we would like to purchase the Pilot. On the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, I went on Headquarter Hondas website. I saw that they had the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted. I used their website to inquire about the vehicle and a price. After submitting my information online, which included the vehicle I wanted and that I would be putting a lease that was upside down by the numbers mentioned above, I was contacted by Rudy. Rudy quoted a number that we thought was high. My husband called him back a little later and told him where we would like to be, and he said that is actually what he said originally, although my husband thought he heard something different. We confirmed multiple times over the phone the number that we wanted to be at and he agreed to it. We made an appointment to come down there the next day, because it was too close to closing time. I completely understood that the number may be slightly off, considering we had only spoke over the phone. However, our SRX is in flawless condition, so there was really no reason for it to be off by more than a few days each month. Once we got down there, we did the usual test drive, etc. Once we got to numbers, they came back with a number significantly higher than what we were told over the phone. Over the phone, we were told $500 per month (60 months) with zero down. In person, they told us $2000 down with $620 per month. That is outlandish. How were they so far off? If they knew they couldnt do the $500 per month, then they should have told us that. The difference in totals was over $9000. When I spoke to Rudy about this, he was apologetic. However, he said the reasoning is because they did not know the condition of our car prior to us coming down there. That was a complete lie. Our SRX was in flawless condition, nothing warranting a $9000 mark up. Typing it out now, it sounds so outlandish. It was a great case of bait and switch. At this point, nothing was being accomplished. We had left our 6 year old with my mother, raced out of the house early in the morning with our 7 month old, and drove and hour away. All of that to realize we he been tricked. I understand if they cannot do $500 per month, but they should not say that they can over the phone. All of this was frustrating, but pale in comparison to the frustration we were about to encounter. Through this all, I was very calm. Although frustrated, I never raised my voice or was degrading in any way. I simply wanted to give feedback to the establishment about how what they did was bad business. I asked to speak to a manager, and Tom Maier walked out. In a calm manner, I explained to him the frustration of our situation. I told him about our experience above. In the middle of me speaking, he starting walking back into his office while saying Okay, Thank you. His tone was condescending. I was floored and so was my husband. I guess since his building was clear of any customers, he had nothing to lose. When my husband said Thank you. That is all you have? His response was something like, Well, you already said you arent buying a car, so I am being a sounding board. I honestly wish I was making this up, because it was beyond frustrating. But, that is what he said. At that point, we told him that is the worst customer service we have seen, and we left. Not only does he represent the dealership, he also represents Honda. I doubt the dealership will care what I have to say if they have someone like him as a manager, but I hope Hondas corporate office does. I will never do business there. Nor would I suggest others. Do not believe any numbers they give you over the phone. They are just trying to get you in the door and will say what you want to hear. I would expect that from a buy here-pay here joint on the side of the road. I did not expect that from Honda!

We contacted Headquarter Honda and decided to go and check out the Honda CRV EXL. Upon our arrival we found the employees to be very courteous. We were then introduced to our sales person Mike Jahangir, who was very pleasant. He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything about the car we were interested in buying. He took us for a test drive all the while giving us more information than we ever would have expected. When we got back to the dealership we sat with him and asked questions about adding extra equipment and about pricing. We told him we wanted to go home and talk it over and that we would get back to him. Mike called us the next day but we couldn't talk then because we were at the doctors office. He was very understanding and said we would talk later. The day after that we went back to the dealership but Mike was not working that day so we were going to come back at different time. They assured us that they could take care of us and introduced us to another sales person. After talking for a while we still weren't sure what we wanted to do so we went home to talk about it some more. Over the next few days we were in contact with Mike quite a few times and discussed a lot of options. He was very accommodating and gave us the best pricing he could. We purchased the vehicle and are very happy so far. Mike has contacted us twice so far asking us if we were happy and if he could answer any questions. He told us to feel free to call him anytime if we needed help. We are very satisfied with our dealings with Headquarter Honda and especially Mike Jahangir. I chose this dealership for several reasons: proximity to my home, clients reviews, large inventory. After weeks of deeply checking the best option for me, and recommendation from a co-worker, I went to a different Honda dealership and I was not satisfied with the way they were trying to rush me into closing a deal. Being a huge investment for my pocket, I felt disappointed and barely slept for a few days. I found myself reading reviews and 'doing my homework' at 3:00 am. Knowing the hassle purchasing a car is, specially because I am a female, I was hesitant but knew I had to do it. So, I went to Headquarter Honda in Clermont, FL and the sales person, Buddy Conner, was extremely helpful, made me feel very comfortable and was answering all the questions I had about the car and about the deal he would get me. I was trading in my 2000 Toyota and got a great price for it. Being new to the job, he was on his third week, he was getting answers from his managers when he was not 100% sure of the answer. Also, he left me and my friend talk numbers over without rushing me into any commitment or decision and always being very nice and polite. I can see he will reach far in this business. Purchasing a car was finally fun for me, no pressure, no rush. I finally made my mind and agreed to the numbers and purchased a beautiful Honda Civic. Buddy then walked me to the Finance Manager, Ed Rivera, and he was very kind, very knowledgeable and was very patient explaining me all the options to add extras warranties, etc, an also looking for the best interest rate and monthly payment amount for me. I felt I could ask for any question and I had lots!! without making me feel I was a "stupid" lady asking 'stupid' questions. I was there for hours and left very happy, satisfied, knowing I had made the right choice with Headquarter Honda. I highly recommend this dealer.

From beginning to completion of sale, this dealership is first-rate. My first contact was though the website, and the internet sales person Mike McCarthy responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately and followed up with a call. He invited my husband and I to come in and look at the model (CR-V) we were interested in. When we went in, our senior sales consultant Mike Jahangir was just wonderful from beginning to end. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us the large inventory available, and then he took us on a test drive that was quite lengthy and demonstrated the capabilities of the car. He explained all the features, and when the sale was completed, went through the major features again for us. He cleaned our tag and transferred it to the new car. He filled the car with a full tank of gas. The financial services director Anthony Angle carefully explained the different care packages to us and worked with us to get what we wanted. I inquired about the 2013 Honda Pilot EX over the HQ Honda website. I was then contacted by Rudy who had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. He introduced me to Senior Sales Professional, Mike Jahangir. The test drive went great. Mike had me follow a "scenic route" that was easy to drive with not a lot of traffic. We then pulled into the dealership. Now for the part I dread about dealerships. The negotiations. It was actually easier than I would've thought. It really wasn't that stressful as long as you do your HOMEWORK. I came armed with a price quote from TrueCar.com for another local dealership, my laptop computer (to reference KBB.com), and a Car Loan Calculator (Android Application). The only haggling I had to do was for the price of my trade-in. I believe I got a fair price for my trade-in after a little back-and-forth with Mike, the Finance Department and myself. Finance Manager, Anthony Angle, then approached where I was sitting to present their final offer for the trade-in and financing options. I actually thought I had a better financing deal with my Credit Union, but Anthony presented me with a financing deal that I couldn't refuse!The next part was of course the most mundane and that would be the PAPERWORK! While they were getting the paperwork together, Mike gave me a quick tour of the dealership. He introduced me to much of the staff that worked in the Service and Parts Departments. I believe this was to kill time and keep me entertained. I don't think the staff really cared who I was. After the quick dealership tour, the paperwork was ready. Ed Rivera from the Finance Department had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and the process was actually pretty quick. Just make sure to stretch out your writing hand because you're going to be signing a lot stuff... Overall, my experience at Headquarter Honda was excellent! My Dad was car shopping for me while I was at work. He stopped at Headquarter Honda and inquired about the prices of cars, and was told a price that was to high for my budget. My dad said she works for Disney and she can't afford that- right away they told him about a Disney Cast Member purchase plan. He spoke with Mike J. and my Dad liked him right away. He test drove a 2013 Honda Civic and they discussed a lease option. We have never leased before and were wary of this. When I got home from work he said we needed to go to Clermont so I could test drive a car. Mike was waiting for us with the car under the canopy for me to look at and test drive. I can tell right away if I like someone and I knew right away I could trust him and I would get amazing service from them. Again, this was our first time leasing so needless to say we asked so many questions and he answered them with patience and clarity. I am impressed with my experience and would definitely recommend Headquarter Honda to anybody!

We were looking to buy a used car because our 2005 nissan altima needed more repairs than what it was worth. Happened to see Honda dealership was having a used car sale. Went in and we liked that they had the prices on all the used cars they were selling. Mike came over to us--we told him what we were willing to pay, what kind of car payment we wanted, and he proceeded to show us around--he showed us a nissan versa--got the keys--let us drive it. He knew everything about the car--It was what we were looking for! Mike took us inside-gave us a great deal--no haggling back and forth with a "sales manager". There was no pressure just gave us great information. It was the easiest car experience we have ever had. Then he took us around the whole dealership--showing us where we would come for free car washes anytime and service.

Mike Jahangir stood out from the rest at Headquarter Honda. His down-to-earth demeanor, and genuine interest in me, compelled me to keep in touch with him and ultimately come back to buy a new car -- from him specifically. I payed cash, so no haggling was involved, so this may have contributed to my overall pleasant experience at Headquarter Honda. However, when I saw Ed Rivera for tag/registration, I was put-off by the high-pressure sales-pitch of the "extras", and the resulting disappointed demeanor when I said I wouldn't be buying any of it that day, if ever. Overall, I would recommend Headquarter Honda, with the caveat that, as with any dealership, you need to go in armed with already having made up your mind about exactly what you want, exactly what your limit is, and the willingness to say "no".

I purchased my last car from Josh. Seeing my car is totaled and needed a new one, I thought maybe he could give me a good deal. I told him before even stopping in that I had no money to put down, just starting fresh. He said he was sure he could get me into something. I test drove a Kia that I liked and a Civic Si. Too much to finance for my payments I wanted, which I find out later is a crap excuse. Not having much choices he convinced me to look at a used Civic that I could drive for a year and make payments then turn around and trade it in. I told him I'd then be so far upside down that there was no way I'd get a good deal. He said he promised I would because as long as it's a Honda he could help me out. (yea right, as if the negative equity was just going to up and disappear..not to mention the quality of the car was not all that great) Discussing with my parents over the phone what their opinion was I declined. He said I'd need $600 up front. HH did not even try to work with the bank to get me a good deal. I drove an hour to RC Hill mitsu because they seemed promising. I drove off the lot today with a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Nearly brand new, still smells new and shows very little wear. My payments weren't going to be nearly $400 as if I had bought the Civic and I paid them no money down. My payments are actually only $1 more a month then what I had paid for my previous car. ALSO, they incorporated GAP insurance into my car with the price, which I was unaware of until the time of paper signing..this is good. Usually you have to purchase that and it adds to the price of the car towards the end. My car is covered under a 6/60k warranty which is bumper to bumper, not just mechanical. ALSO, they signed me to my car with my dad as cosigner and it's signed as him OR me so I have rights to do whatever I want with my car without needing him. When I was looking for cars I was searching for prices with an APR of 20.25% because that's what I was given with HH on the first car I purchased. Little did I know, I was being ripped off. At RC Hill I was set with a bank that is better than a "high risk" bank. HH considered me high risk, even though I make good money and Have paid 3 cars off in the past...that's an insult. My APR with my new bank is 9.5% that's WAY better than 20.25% The more I write, the more it makes me want to change everything I scored this company for before I started writing. They're horrible. If you want a Honda, find another dealership, like Classic. If brand isn't a big deal, make a drive to RC Hill Mitsubishi. It's an hour from Clermont in Deland, but you'll be treated WAY better and they don't work on commission. They're a small dealership and very friendly and personable. Hey, it's your money. It's not even a tank of gas. At least you have a guaranteed answer here about them. Try them out after Headquarter Honda tries to rip you off. The image of a fake dealer who acts like they care will be found here. They only care about one thing, that's money, not you.

Unfortunately my experence with HeadQuarters Honda has not been so good. They are rude and so not professional. This is what I experienced:I receive flyer from them that has trade in value for my old car i.e if I bring my old car and trade in with new honda. So I take my car with me to see if they really have what they say they have. This is irrelevant to me but on their flyer they also had to offer like 5 gold coins to just come in and 5 more gold coins if I test drive one of their car. Ofcourse I knew they were not real and that it was just to lure you in. And their sales person had already told me that they were not really gold coins. They were just $1 coins and they just looked like gold coins. Now the deal does not go through and so that pixxes off the manager and then what he does next just came as surprise to me. I ask for my flyer. If deal did not go through then I would like to have my flyer back. He would just not give it back to me. And this is exactly what he has to say 'This flyer belongs to me. I mailed it to you and so I keep it.'. And I was like 'What? You mailed it to me so it's mine. I bring this flyer with me. How can it be yours? If deal did go through then I can understand but it did not go through and I am not even asking for your 10 fake gold coins. You keep it.' So give me back my flyer.' And then he says 'Well you waste my guys time!' And then I ask him ' Is that the reason you're not giving it back to me?' Ofcourse he would dare not say yes to that. But then what about my time? Did I not waste my time? He was like small kid crying for his toy. No this is mine. I am not gonna give it back. NO way!!!. He sounded like all their deal has to go through or else this is how we will treat you! Like he owns this dealership. Toyota Headquarter Manager You should know that you did not even have model I came in for. Your sales guy knew this. Ask him. You should have known that if you think his time was so valuable. This only shows how much you value your customer and their time. Don't come screaming at customers if you don't know the whole truth. That is just so stpiud! You owe me an apology. But do you care? All you want to do is sell cars..

I was looking around the showroom while my Civic was being service and a very nice gentleman began going over the updated features on the CR V. He did such a wonderful job that it peeked my interest and led to a test drive. It was far the best experience I have had at a dealership, in addition I did not have to haggle over the price.

I must say, it was an AWESOME experience. I am a woman and have purchased all my new vehicles alone. In the past as a woman, most car dealers expect to bulldoze you over. Not the case here. They treated me with respect and did everything possible to get me out of my big Ford Expedition and into a 2013 beautiful black accord v6 coupe. This little baby gets ALOT of looks its very sporty and makes me feel much younger than I am when driving it. And how AWSOME is it to get free car washes. (Every day) if that's your desire. How great that will be in love bug season. I do wish they would do a quick vacuum with the wash. My sales person Paul, even drove to my house to pick up a check and my title on the Expedition. Paul, treated me like a lady that could buy anything on their lot. Typically, you don't get this treatment unless you have a man standing by your side. Ladies, you don't need a man at this dealership to make you feel comfortable and making sure you get a good deal. I would recommend Honda Headquarters to all buyers. Doro!

I have recently relocated to Florida and urgently needed a vehicle that was affordable yet comfortable and after an online search, I decided to go with Headquarter Honda. I called this dealership, and was scheduled for an appointment right away. From the minute I walked through the door to when I stepped in my new car to drive it home, I received nothing but great service from the sales associates. I was able to find a car whose price was within my budget range, whose look was very clean, and overall just fit me perfectly. The sales guy that helped me found me a great for a great deal, which I absolutely love. He was very friendly and attentive to me and I had a great experience overall. I definitely would be returning there for future purchases and recommend this place to anyone in search of a car. I start by saying I HIGHLY recommend Mike Jahangir. Shortly after I pulled up and got out of my car I was met by Mike in the lot. We conversed for a few minutes and I told him I was looking for a new 2013 Civic Coupe without skipping a beat he said walk with me" and took me directly to the cars. His knowledge of the car was unparallel and his approach in explaining the features was excellently delivered without talking down to the customer. Shortly after the test drive we went in to talk prices. The initial price was out of my range but after a few give and takes we managed to get me right where I needed to be. They are very willing to work with you and they shoot from the hip which I respect.

After speaking with us for only a few minutes during our first visit Joseph excused himself for a few minutes and returned with the exact vehicle we were interested in except for the colour which they did not have in stock. He explained the features (especially the new 2013 technology) and allowed us to take the car for a test drive. To make a long story short, we negotiated a deal with the assistance of Geronimo Esteve and they were able to bring in the color we wanted within a couple of days. We purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L NAVI and have since referred a friend who also purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L Navi.This is probably the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle.

I spoke to Mike Jahangir and he was friendly from the beginning and had a lot of knowledge of the used vehicle I was looking for. I also talked to Danielle Frascella, she was very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. She motivated me to come to the dealer and try to get financing for the car I really wanted. Thank you Danielle, it worked. Mike was also very professional to me and my family. He understood my financial situation and worked with me to make sure I get the best financing for the car I wanted to purchase and made it happen. Thank you Mike! Your financial guy, Anthony Angle, was very efficient and clear on the documents I was signing. Thank You! I needed a minivan SUV and found a very nice Buick Rendezvous and Mike Jahangir is the person that assisted me, while he was very helpful and very friendly, I was surprised that I was not explained one of the fees on the contract. Overall experience good although I would have liked to have been informed of the a pre-delivery service fee. Although I am not happy about that I do believe overall I got a good deal.

Leon was the best. He was polite and very nice. When he made sure that I am going to buy a car, he pushed me in the lion cage. The next guy also very nice and even I told him that I got to go home because is late, he ordered a pizza. I left after two hours passed closing time. I was so happy to find the deal I wanted. Wrong, Wrong, Wrong.I found out that the terms not as I was promised(72 month instead 66 month). My trade-in not paid off to the bank and my credit is in danger. They switched the car last second and they gave me different car!!!! I know, it is my fault but I trust you and you abused that trust. I am not going to come over if even you buy me steak dinner!!!!!The second guy said that he used to be a banker? Mr. John Bannon contacted me to invite me back to dealership saying that he wants to make me happy and happy customer is more important then profit.I went there on October 8, Monday. Gas, toll, and my time just in hope to get something.He admitted that they were wrong but he wanted me to remove my review and kept on saying it was my fault. I also found out that interest on my loan was changed as well(1.09 and was changed to 3.19).This dealership is the worse I ever dealt with. Seems you need a lawyer in order not to get ripped off.

After looking for a car for about 8 months, I finally found a Honda Accord worth the price with a good condition body. My father got in touch with Mike Jahangir and gave him all the information to the Honda Accord we saw. My father said the car was even better in person then in the pictures. First thing the next morning, my father and i drove to the dealer and we finished paper work for the car. I meet Mike J. and he was such a great and professional sales person. Overall, every employee we came across was polite and super friendly. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car. Very pleased in all aspects.

I went through extensive measures to find the perfect car for my family and Mike from Headquarter Honda made my experience so much simpler then all of the other dealerships in my area. It was not the normal cringing experience I had become used to. As I was looking for a used SUV with low mileage when one became available the car was actually held for me to come in and test drive. I will continue to shop through Headquarter Honda working with Mike directly.

Recently purchased my 3rd Honda - this being the first purchase from Headquarter Honda in Clermont. Wow! The experience was so much better than going to the large dealerships in the big city where you spend all day and are just a number. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. Royale was polite and professional - treated me with respect - and thorough without being one of those overly pushy car salesmen we all want to run away from. After careful consideration, and with Royale's assitance, I decided to buy a pre-owned certified Civic. They made me a reasonable offer for trade in for my old Accord and got me in just the right car for my budget without sacrificing the features I love. Michael Gelinas, the manager, was also a pleasure to deal with. The building was state-of-the-art LEED Platinum. Was fun to walk around while negotiations where under way and check it all out - I'm not an active environmentalist, but I have to admit...this facility is one of a kind! Customer service and quality were my first priorities, which they aced. If you are really into the whole "Green" thing, you'll also love this place.

I was at this dealer to have a noise in my car looked at and they claimed the steering rack was bad so they replaced it. What a grave mistake to have this service department do any work on a car. The car was returned to me and was all over the road with a shake in the steering wheel. I brought it back and requested a spec sheet from the alighnment that they stated they did and they replied by stating that their printer was broken. Imagine that a multimillion dollor dealership that can not afford a new printer. However they took the unevenly worn tires of the front and moved them to the back and told me a tie rod end was not seated properly ( or they forgot to tighten it. So after the fourth time of these incompetant service people could not fix my car I had to bring it to coggin and they alighned the car and told me that headquarter hadleft it so far out of alighnment that all four tires need to be replaced because of uneven ware. I drove back to headquarter honda and demanded that they replace my tires on my 2011 13month old accord and service manager Mike Gippert lauphed at me and told me we are not in buisness to loose money good luck with that. I guess that headquarter honda is in buisness to destroy cars. I live in clermont were the dealer is and now I cringe evertime I see another honda on the road in my hometown with the thought that headquarters service department worked on that car. All I can think is I better get my car away from it before and important part like a tire comes flying off of it. What a nightmare this dealership is!!! My wife and I have bought 5 new hondas over the last seven years and We will never ever buy honda again!

I have avoided dealerships for several years, buying used cars from Autotrader and Craigslist because of the negative experiences I have had in the past. I was visiting Headquarter Honda with a business contact of mine and began discussing the possibility of purchasing a used vehicle with John Bannon. Mr. Bannon attentitively listed to the type of vehicles I was interested in and concerns I had with the car-buying process. Without pressuring me into rushing my purchase, Mr. Bannon aggressively searched for vehicles that matched my interests and needs and ordered the delivery of a 2011 Honda CR-V to the lot. My wife and I immediately fell in love with the vehicle immediately because without realizing it, the vehicle was exactly what we wanted.John Shelling arranged a test drive for my wife and new baby and he patiently described vehicle options and provided instruction on how to properly install the car seat. We were then introduced to Mark Wilson who completed financial forms in a very polite and professional manner. Mr. Wilson patiently guided me through the process, but was very proficient which kept it pleasantly short. This was the biggest vehicle purchase I have ever made and the experience and quality of the vehicle made it an extremely comfortable decision. Completely unprofessional. I am a student living in Miami, and originally from Clermont. So, naturally I contacted the internet sales rep at Headquarter describing what I was looking for. Meanwhile since I was in Miami I went to the dealership here and got a quote for a new civic. Upon leaving the dealership I contacted Josh (internet sales manager) and gave him the details of the deal (price of new car & amount for trade). It being the last day of the month he guaranteed I could get a deal and even asked the manager a couple things while on the phone. He assured that if I drove up that day they could give me a better deal (and drove back down the next for class). Upon arriving at the dealership (4 hrs later) Josh introduced me to a sales rep and we went through the processes. The first quote they brought to me was $4000 over the other dealer! Apparently there was no communication going on at this dealer at all! I then demanded they either give me this better deal or I was leaving. So I showed them the details of the other quote (which I already explained extensively over the phone) and then I was asked if they went down by $250.00 would I sign. Which is where it just became too much. After some bickering and expressing my anger for what they put me through to get nothing I called the sales rep at the other dealer. Dana at Aventura Honda, (who is awesome and still extremely helpful a week later) proceeded to try and drop the deal $500 to compete with their offer. Although the manager denied the drop they included a free window tinting and agreed to give me the special APR the next day so I didnt have to drive right back down. Headquarter on the other hand offered nothing further or any compensation of course.Headquarter Honda has to be one of the least proffesional business I have ever dealt with. Its one thing to just want to try to make money but to completely waste 8 hrs of my time, $160 on gas, offer me an initial deal $4000 over another dealer on a car w/ 2k miles and then give me the political bs like they dont give a %$&# about anything is ridiculous

My husband purchased a new Honda Odyssey for me from Headquarter Honda and his experience was fantastic from start to finish! Prior to visiting Headquarter Honda, he had received an on line quote from Coggin Honda in Orlando with a very attractive price. Unfortunately once he arrived at the dealership the level of service, honesty and courtesy was found to be completely lacking! The finance person added dealer fees and charged for add-ons to the vehicle and would not even let my husband leave with a print out of the quote to show me!Headquarter Honda was a completely different experience. John and Michael were professional throughout the entire process! Michael was very patient while my husband was comparing 2 models and didn't pressure him in any way to make a decision. They priced the same vehicle as Coggin Honda for $2000 less, waived the dealer fees so our payments were where we wanted them and gave us $1500 more for our trade in than Coggin offered. In addition, they stayed at the dealership until 11:15pm when all the paperwork was signed and tag transferred! Top notch service and professionalism! This was a fantastic experience - thank you John and Mark!!!!!

Before meeting Mike Jahangir and Headquarter Honda, I HATED the experience of buying a car. I can say for the first time in my life, they have changed my opinion. What a pleasure it was to work with Mike Jahangir. I feel like I have a friend in the business! In addition, the entire staff of Headquarter Honda was awesome! The finance department didn't try to hassle me into buying additional options or coverage. For real, the entire process was great. What a great team......Mike Jahangir and Headquarter Honda! I'm a 25 years old guy that recently moved to Florida, and I was looking for a car that offers me comfort, that was good on gas, and that wasn't too expensive. After looking at other dealers with no luck, I ended up going to Honda Dealer in Clermont, and I found all I wanted, excellent service from all the people that work there especially from Mr. Mike Jahangir, I bought a Honda Civic Lx, and I love everything about it. The service at this Dealer is great, I highly recommend it.

When negotiating a lease, the payment was one amount but when we got to Mark Wislon to sign the lease, it was a different amount. Mark then changed the amount to what I wanted,but changed the numbers in other charges.I was told I needed to make the first lease payment and Honda would pay the other. But when the lease bill came only one payment was applied to my account.Went back to the dealership, emailed the General Manager and nothing had changed....Mark apologized for the miss communication. What happen to keeping your word today? You make a mistake...you should own up to it and fix it.. I would never buy another Honda again!!!In todays world with social media does help to get the word out there.If one person does not purchase a vehicle at Headquarter...I am happy!

On April 13,2012 I visit the Headquarter Honda to find out why they were interested on my 2009 PT Cruiser they wrote me about. I was not really interested in buying a car, but yes I was concerned about the gas prices rising up. When I arrived they introduced to Mr. David Walker-Hughes, he immediately in a very polite way showed me the different kind of deals that possibly would-off work for me. Since I did not had the car at the moment we could not find the deal that could fit my budget.Nevertheless I took the PT Cruiser to the dealership with my wife the next day and the dealership liked the shape of my car. At the same time Mr. Walker was working on my situation looking the right fit for me and my wife. He was focused on our situation and was very considered about the deal he was offering to us. He was polite, efficient, and professional and treated us as family. That was very important me. My wife and I immediately came to the same conclusion: we had found our car. Joel was enthusiastic and glad to hear we found the car we were looking for. Soon after, we began the long, and rather boring, process of buying the car. But Joel made it fast and entertaining. He knew it could be draining waiting for while everything was processing but yet again he made it fun and very easy on us. I found a used Honda Odessey and communicated for a week with David Stanford. He seemed genuine and assured me everything was good and he would let me know if it sold because I was driving from 60 miles away. I called him before I drove out there and he didn't say anythin about the car being sold. I arrived and he passed me onto another salesman and informed me the van was gone but he had a Honda pilot and some other vans. I turned around and walked out. I called David back and expressed my anger to him and he told me he would reimburse my gas money. That was a month ago and I have not seen a dime. Headquarter Honda lives up to the true car salesman stigma. I will never deal with them again and I hope noone else does either.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I spoke to Danielle, who told me to bring my vehicle in the next day. When I went in to the dealership, Danielle completely ignored me, didn't even say good afternoon. Nikkol stepped in to write up my vehicle. I was not told how long my vehicle would take, just told to have a seat and they would come get me. An hour later, an entirely separate service advisor, Kara, came to me to cash me out. I do not appreciate being ignored by the service advisor I made the appointment with, and to be bounced around to two other service advisors in the span of an hour shows a complete and utter lack of regard for their customers.

My wife and I have been buying new or used cards for over 40 years. It is an exercise that neither one of us looks forward to experiencing. That is not to say that all previous buying experiences were bad. Already having a leased car for the Dealership and getting my service done there I asked Carlos, a service rep who could I speak to about buying a used car. I wanted a straight shooter. He introduced my wife and I to John Shelling and the rest of the experience was excellent. Not only is John a fine gentlemen but he was extremely knowledgeable about each of the cars we looked at. There was never any pressure or fast talking. He was an honest man who we trusted immediately. I would not be the least bit apprehensive in saying the he is one of your top sales people. We also had the privilege of meeting and working with Monte Solomon who is also a very knowledgeable and trust worthy gentlemen. Our finance person was Tony Angel who also new what he was doing and explained everything clearly and fully. And finally, Carlos who has been taking care of our two Honda cars has been a pleasure to work with twenty months or so. Lets talk about my visit to Headquarters Honda on 1/7/12. We Went on a hunt for a used vehicle to drive to work. Little did i know my wife really wanted to test drive a 2012 Accord. After test driving the accord and stopping at the local publix Shopping center on 455 where Herbi made us get off the vehicle, i said HMMMMM I wonder what he is going to tell us . Well he actually told us all about the vehicles Technology and how it works AMAZING!!!! We went to the dealer and started to negotiate on the 2012 Accord, that when the fun started after about an hour of debates.. some young fellow by the name of John agreed to our deal and gave Herbi the green light . I would like to inform consumers this is a great place to purchase or lease a vehicle. Mark Wilson is very good at what he does to explain step by step what you are signing and what itmeans. Herbi is pressure free.. and that fellow John came out to the car port to congratulate us on the purchase, that was impressive. Great job Great team effort. My wife, daughter, and I were in Monday night to test drive a van and talk about a trade in. The sales staff was incredibly inconsiderate of their perspective customers. Never have I felt so pressured and uncomfortable at a Honda Dealership. I politely asked Andrew and Dave ( I also believe there was a John involved who we never actually saw or talked to) to give me less than 24 hours to come back and finalize the deal after work the next day when I was told this deal is not good tomorrow. My wife and I have never owned a vehicle that was not a Honda; we love the cars and over the years have come to love working with Honda when its time for a trade in. Our bad experience at Headquarter Honda was enough that I will hesitate even bringing my cars back to the service department. I cant tell you how many time I heard from their mouths We havent made a sale all day. The sales team should be bit more worried about making a sale to happy customer not rushing to get the final sale in that night.

Our Taurus recently met it's demise after 13 years. I shopped at the Ford Dealer in Clermont, and did not purchase a new car, We drove down the road to your Honda Sales and met Mr. Michael Hayes. He was congenial, had great information and was not high pressure. He listened to what we had to say, asked pertinent questions and then presented us with both a purchase and lease offer. We chose a lease-purchase and drove out with the Civic shorly thereafter.Mr. Hayes followed up with a courtesy call, made arrangements to repair a small paint issue and invited us back today so he could personally wash our new car.We have never been more impressed with services than wwe have received from Michael Hayes. Our overall experience with Headquarters Honda was exceptional. I have owned Hondas for the last 30 years and have dealt with many Honda dealerships. This dealership was the BEST! Michael Hayes in sales was personable, informative, listened to our requests and moved us through the process in a very non-tiring way. He made the day and I hope he is commended for how he deals with people. Mark Wilson in finance was extremely competent and made the finance paperwork move very quickly. We felt that these people treated us with respect and they were real people helping real people find and finance a vehicle. It was the MOST pleasant car buying experience I have ever had and I commend them for that. In my past experiences with dealerships they told me that I needed to give them a great rating or they were doomed. At Headquarters Honda, they just gave me the rating information and asked me to submit a rating on them. I commend them on this because if you treat people right they will review you fairly. Keep up the great work! I will recommend you to everyone I know!

He was very helpful regarding the model and options I was looking for and set up a test drive for this evening. We have not discussed pricing so I cannot rate that yet. We have a 2001 Honda Odyssey and a 2007 Honda Element we started to take to Headquarter Honda for service since they opened and have dealt with Danielle Perron in the service department ever since. We actually consider her a friend, she is courteous, sincere, super friendly and she cares about you and the issues with your vehicle. Danielle always does her best to try to help you, she is just a great person. Recently, a few weeks after major maintenance work done to our Odyssey, our transmission broke(problem known for 2001 Odyssey's). Danielle and the whole service department came through for us and they went above and beyond to help us repair the transmission. We just recommend Headquarter Honda service department for their dedication to their customers, integrity, and quality work. Danielle is the best service advisor, she is just the life of the service department at Headquarter Honda, go visit her!

I have positive and negative comments about this dealership that ended in me filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. First the negative so we end on a positive note.During the financing portion of the deal the finance manager, Tony, gave me a worse case interest rate but said I would be contacted via letter with the actual interest rate once the lender received my loan application. He also stated there would not be an early pay off fee associated with this lender. I contacted the lender a couple days later and learned that they do not adjust the rate that the dealership puts down. What ever rate he wrote was the rate they use, they are a lender only and not a bank that would adjust the rate. They stated that they have never adjusted rates and was unsure why the dealership would tell me that. The lender also stated that there IS an early payoff fee that was already added to my loan amount. I called the finance manager back to discuss these issues and try to resolve them. He again stated there is no early payoff fee and that there was nothing he could do about the interest rate because it was already financed. He stated I signed a contract for that interest rate so that is the rate I have. But that night stated that the lender would send me a new contract with the new lower interest rate after they evaluated it. Obviously, I feel that he took advantage of the situation since it was after banking hours by putting an interest rate that was the worst case and stating that it would be reevaluated the next day when in fact it would not be. With a credit score in the top 10% of the country there was no need to put anything other than what was accurate. And also stating that there was no early pay off fee even after I had spoken to the lender personally was also unacceptable. He was apparently only stating what he thinks the consumer wants to hear to make a sale vs the truth about the lender they use. Due to this I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission under the Consumer Protection Act. My hope is that the dealership will do something now that I have filed the complaint but it should not have come to this point. A solution should have been reached when I called back instead of "you signed the contract so that is the rate you have". Why would they put a worse case rate anyway? Why wouldn't they put a best case? That would show they are working FOR their customers not just trying to make a sale. He also sold me a third party warranty that I later researched and learned that not only do they do everything they can to NOT pay the warranties but two years ago they had an "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau. Which means the BBB had to step in and MAKE them change their practices, they didn't decide to do it on their own. I have cancelled that warranty but now have to wait 6-8 weeks for the reimbursment check. One more little blurb about the warrant company Fidelity (J&M), they charged $799 for Gap insurance and my insurance company charged me $60 total for the full 6 years. So don't let them tell you that your insurance company isn't "real" gap or some BS. Fidelity is not a good company or why else would they have so many consumer complaints AND an "F" rating?I did have to take the care back the very next day for a squeaking belt, tire pressure gauge light, and one tire with large chunks removed (possibly from it being curbed hard). After 2 and half hours they had changed the tire, could do nothing for the belt, and hit a button to reset the tire pressure light (they had said it just needed air the night before). So, they fixed 2 of the 3 complaints which was great but it shouldn't have taken 2 and half hours to check a belt, push a button, and change a tire.As for the sale itself that part was GREAT! I did all negotiating via internet with Chris and he did a fantastic job. Very quick responses, answered every question, never pushy, came down to my price on the vehicle and gave me what I wanted for my trade-in. I have been looking for 6 months and never got the price I wanted. So as far as that part it was smooth and not one bump. Would HIGHLY recommend him for your negotiations.I believe this is a good company but they have financing practices that need to be avoided at all costs. I would have your own bank do the financing and skip the extended warranty!

We felt no pressure to buy from them, even though by the end I had fallen in love with a Pilot Touring and decided to buy it. The Financial process was quick and as painless as possible. Our sales person John S. was amazing he helped us through every step of the way. He helped us to figure out how all the electronics on the car worked, and he was very patient with me since i'm not very tech savy. All in all, this was my second car that I've bought from them and it will continue to be my go to dealership. Plus from buying from them we get unlimited free car washes!

I was very pleased with the entire experience, which has never been the case before. This was my first time buying a car. John Shelling and Joey Hermann made the process enjoyable and filled with information. They were patient and answered all my questions. They even showed me how to work my iphone with Bluetooth in the car and offered to take me to a different dealership just to test drive competitors car. I would definitely buy another car from them. I was extremely pleased with them and I felt like I had made some new friends.

As soon as I walked up to the doors I was greeted warmly. I was met by Joey Hermann of the internet sales Dept and John Shelling one of the sales associates. I told them what I wanted to test drive a couple cars. Both John and Joey were very knowledgeable and honest. I told them I wanted to test drive a few other cars from a different dealership and they offered to drive me to a competitor just to test drive another car. I ended up buying a new car that day and am very pleased to do business with them.

We had the misfortune of having our car start to overheat right at exit on SR 50 on the beginning of a cross country trip from Ft. Lauderdale to Las Vegas. At first we thought that having a Honda dealer right there was a blessing, but it turned out to be a curse. We have a 2006 certified pre-owned Honda with only 32000 miles, we had the 30000 servive done about a week before we left, which included a radiator flush and refill. The service department took 2 days to finally diagnose what they said was " major engine damage" and they wanted us to put up a 1400 dollars to pay for them to look into it furthet in case Hondacare didn't pay for it. After calling Holman Honda , the company we bought the car from, they waived that fee. We had to wait 2 days for a Hondacare rep to come out and tell us that the repair wasn't covered because a non-Honda fluid had been put in the radiator. HQ Hoda really had no interest in doing a repair on a car they did't sell. Holman Honda looked at our service record and realized no one ever ever serviced the car besides them so they agreed to do the "major engine repair" at no cost to us. Holman paid to have the car shipped back to Ft. Lauderdale, but no one at HQ Honda told the truck driver that the hood wasn't latched and on the way the hood blew open and broke the windshield along with 2400 dollars of body damage. In addition, the icing on the cake, when Holman mechanics finally looked at the car , they determined there was no "major engine damage", all the car needed was a new radiator and heater core and we could have been on the road in a day or two, instead of having to rent a car to finish our cross country trip, which cost us $1600. Not all Honda dealers are created equal..steer clear of this one if you can

I recently bought a new car from the Headquarter Honda dealer and I simply had to write an excellent review of the exceptional experience at their facility. The general manager, the salesman Royle De Jong and the finance manager Mark presented a sincere disposition to help and answer all my questions to make sure that my buying experience was a successful one. They even offered pizza and drinks while waiting for the financial paperwork. Without mentioning about the outstanding physical facilities considered a U.S. Green Building. ONE OF A KIND!!! The dealer had a pleasant environment and I loved the fact that I never felt the uncomfortable pressure and hastening typical of salesman that I had experienced at other dealers in my past. I need to highlight the outstanding care of the salesman Royle who was very attentive to my particular needs and honestly showed me all kind of options ranging from used, to hybrids and new cars. He was very knowledgeable and after the sale was completed with a great deal, he took the time to instruct me how to install the Bluetooth and many other personalized settings available in my particular car model; like a crash course that resulted extremely useful. To me, that customer service was way far beyond his scope and responsibility as a salesman. Awesome!!! I totally recommend the Headquarter Honda Dealer for a smooth exceptional experience.

I went into the buying process a little skeptical, but when I got to headquarter honda my fears were put to rest. My Sales agent (Chris, I think was his name) was great. I test drove the only 2012 Civic they had and they bent-over-backwards to make me a great deal on it. I couldn't be more satisfied with them. Plus, after the sale was final they let me know that they found a lower APR for me. They didn't have to keep researching since they already had the sale but they did and that's why I'll tell everyone I know that if they want a Honda to definately go there.

Traded in 3 cars and Purchased 3. All the deals were smooth and professional without any sales pressure. Some of the nicest car people I have ever dealt with. Bought a 2002 Thunderbird(the wifes dream car). Had a fuel pump problem and gladly took the car back after difficulty finding parts to repair it. I was expecting a fight but John was apologetic, understanding, and sympathetic. There are car salesman with a soul and they are at Headquarter Honda. The facilty is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Oh big plus their service department is open Saturdays now. Recently I took delivery of a new 2011 Honda Accord from Headquarter Honda. This is the second Honda from your dealership. Needless to say I am loyal to the brand, the design, handling and performance. John Bannon took care of my special order needs, tracked the delivery of the car and stayed in close contact with me every step of the way until the car arrived... even a bit earlier than expected. For me, service is important but also most important is Price. Before I bought my car I did shop dealers in Orlando Area and Headquarter Honda was the only one to show me real numbers and care about my needs. This dealer was looking to build and get a win-win relationship. For any clients looking to buy Honda, I really encourage you to stop by Headquarter Honda in Clermont and you will see the difference. Other dealers in Orlando show some numbers that at the end are not real as an example I did stop by Coggin Honda trying to get info about the Accord Lease program which also was at the Honda's web site for $209.00 with a Down Payment of $2000; Coggin Honda sales manager did offer me this car with $3000 down payment and monthly payment for $310.00. Wow! Again, for a honest and trustworthy dealer in Orlando, go to Headquarter and ask for John!!

This was the best car buying experience of my life. Normally, I loathe car shopping. somehow, I end up purchasing a new or used vehicle every 3 years in average. This time there was NO PRESSURE, fair deal with our trade and also on the pre-owned Honda that we now call our own.Jean really gave us a positive experience, He was extremely personable, knowledgeable with our trade and the new vehicle. He made sure that we felt comfortable (with the new truck and the whole deal). We WILL come back to THIS dealership and highly recommend it to our friends.The dealership has a philosophy that we hold dear...Preserving our environment and doing our part. The Platinum status of the facility is beyond anything we have ever seen. Worst dealership I ever dealt with. Uses deceptive sales tactics to "lure you in" then when you get to the dealership, they jack up the prices by thousands. Internet Department is horrible. I was quoted a price on a new accord, then when I went to the dealership they said they could not honor that price and that I was wasting my time coming in. Stay away from this dealership, very unprofessional.

from ease of appointment....called Tuesday, in on a wednesdayCarlos Sanchez, who I beleive is the service manager met me at the door. Asked what the issues were and repeated back to make sure he understood what I was dexcribing.I was in right at my appointed time, and while waiting was shown a seating area for television, a coffe if I wanted, as well as a place to go on the web. Within 20 minutes Carlos came and told me it was simply a loose plate around the brake...NO CHARGE!!!! As a dedicated Honda owner for over 30 years simply the best service manager I have dealt with

I went for service/oil change and left feeling like I had just spent the hour at the Ritz-Carlton. The service department could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and (unlike the Ritz,) affordable. They offered to feed me some brought in lunch if I was hungry, had packaged crackers and drink free of charge, provided me with great waiting areas, complete with a computer lab type setting. As I waited for my TEN DOLLAR oil change (WITH FREE WASH) I munched on my crackers, drank my drink, and played on the Internet in a warm, comfortable and quiet setting. I was texting my husband the entire time, saying I did not want to leave. I am heading their today for more extensive service and will most likely receive the same treatment. I recommend this place highly. The staff is highly profressional.

Best car buying experience we have had!! Douglas Wilson was great,& sales manager Jeff was the best. They both worked very hard to get us the car we wanted. Finance officer Steve was very helpful in makeing sure we got the right package for us. The intire experience was totaly without any pressure, great job!!

Our experience at Headquater Honda purchasing our new Odyssey was exactly they way I would like it to be when puchasing a vehicle. I was presented with a fair deal and given opportunity to think on it. While we did, we were taken on a tour of the facitlity. This delaership has taken the "GREEN" concept and ran with it. When we made the decision to buy the vehcle for not only what we thought was a fair price, it was what we were expecting after doing our research. As a matter of fact, the pice was below what edmunds and Kelly stated we should expect. The whole transaction went very smoothly and we were not there very long. Thank You Rechel Lark for a very pleasent experience and we look forward to buyiing our next vehicle at Headquater Honda. They also have $10 Oil Changes.

I finished my research of Mini-vans and the Odyssey was the winner. I priced several dealerships around the Orlando area. They were pushy and did not listen to my needs. I drove to Headquarter Honda with no real expectations. I was very impressed with the facility, employees, and method of negotiation. After walking the lot with Rachel we found the van we wanted. We went inside to agree on a price. The 'first' price they came with was much lower than any of the previous dealerships. I was looking forward to some negotiation, but none was needed. I asked for the 'out the door' price and that's what I got. There were no additional charges when it was said and done. We had the van for only two days and something seemed wrong with the way it drove. When the vehicle idled it made unusual sounds and vibrated more than a new car should. I took the van back to Headquater Honda and they ran a diagnostics on it. They said something was wrong the 'timing of the pistons' and they would get it fixed. I met with a manager(I do not know his name). I requested a 'new' vehicle. Without hesitation he agreed and one was delivered later that day. I was given a courtesy van in the meantime. By the end of the day all my problems were solved. I have had the van for a month now and I love it. I owe my thanks to Rachel and the other employees/managers involved at Headquarter Honda. Thank you for a great buying experience. Also, they have a great play area for the young kids. It made car buying with a two and three year old possible.

The typical car salesman is pushy,obnoxious & arrogant and you dread shopping for a car. Well, Brad Dean is the total opposite of the typical car salesman. He was total customer service and aimed to please, providing valuable information regarding the product. My daughter was going to buy a CRV in Jacksonville & the salesman was so pushy, she walked out. She came to visit me & I took her to Headquarter Honda & the first person we ran into was Brad. She actually ended up buying from Brad a 2010 Honda CRV and she also got me a 2010 Honda Civic!!!! Jacksonville's Loss- all it takes is a caring, interested person & knowlegable about the product and Honda sales.

Talk about an EASY buying experience. This was AWESOME. Rachel and I did everything over the internet; from the value on my trade to the sale price of my new car. I showed up at the dealership and all the paperwork was done. Rachel showed me my new car and went over everything on the car with me. I went from an Expedition to a Insight Hybrid so I really needed to be educated on how to drive a Hybrid to get the best mileage. Rachel did her homework and was able to answer all my questions. When Rachel and I were done I met with Steven in Finance. He was very professional and had everything ready so it was just a matter of signing the doc's. I normally hate shopping for a car because of the back and forth haggling trying to settle on a price. There was none of that. They gave me their bottom line on my new car and on my trade. I was very pleased with both. I had done my homework and knew what I was willing to pay for my new car and accept on my trade. They were very fair. I give this dealership my highest recommentation. I have never had a buying experience so easy. This is a new dealership and their show room is really nice. The lot is set up so you can really see the cars. They are not piled on top of each other. I give Headquarter Honda in Clermont, FL the highest ratings for customer service and quality of their services. I have 3 Hondas that I bring in on a regular basis for normal maintenance service. This service work is done correctly and in a reasonable period of time while I wait. All charges are explained to me and have never had any reason to question my invoice.The waiting area is clean, and there is even a "quiet" room where I can use the internet and get my work done while I wait.I would highly recommend HQ Honda in Clermont, FL to anyone needing service on their Honda vehicle.

Purchased a new car from this dealership a while ago and they waited until the night before my temp. tag was supposed to expire to notify me that I still owed them more money if I wanted to get my registration. They made me sign a piece of paper stating that they owed "Us nothing after the deal was over" They clearly LIED about this in regards that they were charging us additional monies for our registration, and were holding our registration *HOSTAGE* The Finance dept. manager "Tony Angle" took it upon himself to move the numbers around on the contract and allocated monies that were supposed to be for TTL (tax/tag/etc..) and apply it toward the cap cost reduction without our permission. He then turned the tables on us and started to argue the FACT that, that is how they got us to our payment. That was NOT the deal when we gave our deposit. Certain dollars were to go to 1st month payment, and the remainder was going to TTL. I contacted the dealership and spoke to upper management about this UNETHICAL WAY OF THEM DOING BUSINESS. No one at the dealership wanted to hear the issue, in fact, I received a call from their customer relations Lady, she too promised to look into it and call me back, it has been weeks since she called, and still no reply. I urge all of you to PLEASE read the other reviews out there on the WEB before doing business with this dealership. They claim to be the NEW dealer in town wanting to earn the public's business, I don't understand how you can earn the public's business with UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DIRTY TRICKS.

Rachel Lark was attentive and very friendly. She answered all our questions and was always pleasant! She never came off as pushy and we never felt rushed to make a decision. First of all from the moment I got out of the car I was helped. Each step of the way was a joy to take. Even though it was late on a Saturday night, after 7:30pm, everyone went all out to answer my questions.Second, I didn't feel a great press to buy from them. I told them what I was after and why I was there. I really had not intended to buy so quickly but with my car beginning to give me problems weekly and another one had begun that day, I decided to stop in and see what the cost of a new Honda Fit would be. After discussing my financials with them they went to work to see what options I had. I was really surprised when I drove away with a new car!It's been such a great experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle at a different Orlando dealership which ended up being a very bad experience. As a result, we were overly cautious and skeptical. Even though Chris was unaware of our recent experience, he was extremely patient and helpful during the purchase process. He essentially spent his entire afternoon with us, allowing us to take the time we needed to make the decision. Once we decided to purchase, there were a couple of hiccups that Chris ultimately got the General Manager Ryan involved in for a resolution. Ryan took the time with us to explain things and ultimately resolved our concerns. It was extremely rare to meet the General Manager of a dealership, especially when purchasing a used vehicle. Ryan made us feel like a valued customer and spent more time with us than most would have considered necessary. We felt we had made the right decision to make a purchase with Headquarters. It was apparent that the people in the organization were genuine from the salesperson all the way to the General Manager. We ended up working with two finance professionals, Steven Kerns the day of purchase and Marc Anglin the day after. Both men were consummate professionals and made us feel comfortable in the confidentiality of our information. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.
