Everything was excellent up to the point where I had a customer service rep and I want to make very clear, not the one who helped me, come up to me asking me the same questions that I was asked in my previous visits, where did I buy my car? Did I buy it or lease it? How much Am I paying for my car? Who's financing it? I have come 3 or 4 times for service and the same annoying questions are being asked. I'm already financing my car with Toyota, what else do you want? Is getting to the point where I don't want to come in anymore, I come because the car needs to be serviced. Otherwise, I wouldn't even come in!!!

I bought my first new card at Head Quarter Toyota in 2000 and because of the good service I returned to buy my Camry 2004. Both cards are running in excellent condition. I have done all maintenance at HQT. About the service I could say that Gonzalo Martinez is the best customer service giver. When I go to Head Quarter Toyota for maintenance, if Gonzalo Martinez is off that day, I go back home and return for the maintenance when they tell me Gonzalo is going to be back in. Gonzalo has a complete knowledge of how things work in the car. He is very sharp to identify customers/ cars needs. His attitude to greed customer is the best, he always takes time/ show interest to hear customers questions and answer them. He customer service is complete. I also want to mention that the quality of the repair/ maintenances at Head Quarter Toyota is the best. I have never have a complain about it. I love how my car runs when I drive out of the premise. This was not the case when I went to Headquarter Toyota. I dealt with two gentlemen named Jordayns Perez and Hector Gonzalez. They were professional, courteous, and attentive. They listened to what I needed, the price I could pay, and made it possible for me to walk out with the car I wanted at the price I could afford. It was a pleasant experience for the first time in a long time for me from the beginning to the very end. Most importantly, they did what they could to get me the deal I wanted and I never once felt pressured in any way during the entire process. Well first I would like to say I've been coming to headquarters for the longest .. My mom .. My dad .. My grandpa.. My whole family !! And everytime we come we are very pleased with service , this time I got service with a new face I haven't seen , Mr.Luis Lopez was the service advisor who helped me out this time around , I came in for an oil change and brake job, he greeted me very friendly , and very enthusiastic , he grabbed my info and did the inspection on my vehicle and did something they have never done before , he actually showed me some spots where my veh we scratched , guess I'm parking father away when I do my shopping , anyways ... He explained to me how long my oil change latest , and he told me the importance of rotating my tires, he said right of the back, let's "check out your brakes" before we actually do your brake service .. I want to thank Raul Cancela Service Representative of Headquarter Toyota for his help. He is very helpful. He give me all information about my first service request. While they was working in my car TOTOTA CAMRY 2013 he told me everything I needed to know and the options for the next service that my car needed. Exactly about the replacement in the roof of my car. When the new roof arrived he let me know that it was damage too and quickly he order another one for me. In very little times you find one services representative like Raul Cancela in others dealers. My experience is Excellent for his attention. We have many dealers in Miami Dade in all can replaced parts of cars or give us the same services for our cars but the only different iis the attention from the Service Representative Team and in this case Raul is a very good sample of professional.

It is clear to see by reading all the negative reviews and the dealer's response that the staff at Headquarter Toyota takes absolutely no responsibility in the mismanagement of their business. I will not bore you with the terrible details of the worst car buying experience my mother and I have ever dealt with in our lives but I will say this: After signing a leasing contract that we were NOT told was not yet approved by a bank, the finance team ( Julio Hidalgo and others) harassed , the customer care team (Cindy Rosado) passed the buck, and the worst of all -the controller ( Judy Serra) insulted and threatened and at points even screaming at my mother. After two stressful weeks without getting any help, we were finally offered a lower payment for the same leasing terms of the original deal. I will never understand why it took so long to take care of the issue and they rather mistreat and belittle the customer when my mother was nothing but open and honest at the time of the original lease deal even putting down $2500 to show good faith. The owners should really look into re-evaluating the quality of employees and service they are providing. I write this in hopes that not only their business practices change but to create awareness so that no one will ever have to go through what we went through.

I wasn't sure how to rate the dealership itself. I had to call numerous several times to order the parts for the recall and to schedule the service. Attendant would take information but would NEVER call back or I would be kept on hold for 10-15mins and the service dept would not pick up. Had terrible expectations for when I actually got to the dealership. I had to wait in line with numerous salesmen buzzing around but not actually assisting anyone except to try to sell a new car. I was eventually passed to Joaquin Negron, really sweet, really calm gentleman. He took his time, sorted out all the recalls,( I had three), that said I had a long wait, approx 4-5 hrs. The attendant on the phone had told me two hrs, so I had not made any arrangement for pick up. Joaquin tried to ensure that I was comfortable, Pointed out the cafeteria, the restrooms, the snack bar inside the waiting room (which he mentioned had great prices, which was true). He made sure I was comfortable, came to find me to give me updates after a couple hours. He made what would have been a very frustrating day much easier to deal with. And without trying to get a new car commission out of it. Thanks Joaquin.

As usual Alexander Besteiro assisted me with First Class service. I was on a time schedule and Alex made sure the maintenance for my car was done in a timely manner and also the Drive Belt needed to be changed and he offered a discount to meet more less my budget since he knows I always bring my car here for maintenance service. I was also able to join the Rewards Program thanks to him that mentioned it to me. I am always happy with the service Alex provides to me. From booking the appointment until service for my car is completed! Staff Members like Alex make the difference! :)

I visited the dealership for my vehicle's first maintenance services even when I did not buy by car there. The customer services was increible, all the staff that I dealt, greeted me with a smile. I was in yesterday to find my pre-owned low mileage corolla and from the start I knew I would be the dealer for me. I knew that I wanted to work with Norman Torres from a referral I had from a friend. The day before I went he was off so they actually gave me his personal cell number and needless to say he spoke to me even though he was out that day. I went the very next day and met with him in person and he had the cars i was interested in lined up and with a tag on withing less than 5 minutes so that I could test drive each one. He was fast, honest, and professional and always making sure we were taken care of even when with the finance department. I have to say that if you want to feel comfortable, have someone honest and reliable please work with Norman Torres. Needless to say I bought my car that very same day and could not be happier with Norman our sales rep and Onel Mayoral in the finance department. We plan to return in a few months for our 2nd car and with the duo I had will sure request them again!

I went to Headquarter Toyota for the 25,000 miles service on my Highlander and was assisted by two very professional individuals, John Lino and Alexander Basteiro. They were very helpful in getting my car serviced in a timely manner. They were courteous, friendly and most of all interested in the service my vehicle was there for. I would also like to mention Orlando, Manager for the New Car Sales Dept. anytime I have needed his assistance he is very helpful, friendly and very professional.

Me and my husband were shopping online for cars and we communicated with Headquarter Toyota through their website. I was surprised on how quickly they responded. We were in contact with them for the next few days and the sales representative took his time to answer all my questions and send information to our email whenever we requested it. Being a customer of this Dealership for over 30, when my sister in law approached me to help her buy a new car, I immediately thought of going to Headquarter Toyota as we had done in the past. The buying experience was overall Excellent in all its aspects as we were taken care by en excellent salesman named Oscar Trujillo. During the process Mr. Trujillo always displayed a professional attitude and an a definite determination to assist us in the process of selecting the right model and price that we had in mind to spend on this deal. One of the skills that he displayed at all times was HONESTY in the sense that he dealt with us in a straight forward manner thus giving us a level of comfort that he recognized us as mature car buyers thus cutting through the chase and going right down to the bottom line in a clear and expeditious manner. As I mentioned the experience of buying this car was the best I have had in recent years, frankly it almost was a pleasure as it is supposed to be. The only recommendation I can make to the dealer is that, the sales personnel needs to be better trained on the features and functions of their products as sometimes it is obvious they are a bit weak in the qualities of the automobile they are selling to us (the customer). That can be confusing and cause disappointment with the clients as they may construed that something is included in the price when is not, or that the car being sold features some sort functionality that perhaps the model does not support it. Overall, If I had to buy another car today, I would like to be attended by Mr. Oscar Trujillo. The entire staff including the general manager performed excellently in the CUSTOMER SERVICE area specially in the way they treated us at all times.

I had a very good experience with the internet manager Angel Espinosa. He contacted me because he saw that I was looking for a car that they happen to have. I told him that I went there in the morning and the sales person said that the car was sold. Angel went to work and found the car for me and we closed business that day. We spoke about 3-4 times over the phone that day as he was keeping me in the loop of what was going on. He apologize for the misunderstanding when I was told in the morning the car was sold and was very helpful. I don't recommend a lot of people but Angel Espinosa is someone I do recommend. Great experience with him!!

The service overall was very poor. When we chose a car the guy told us that was an expensive car, without knowing what is "expensive" for me. The guy en finance tried to pull simple tricks like lowering the payments and extending the number of payments. At the end we felt disrecpected and the finance guy challenged us saying we weren't ready to do business because i did not accept an unbelievable high price.

I have never bought a car before in my life but as soon as I came in, Norman helped me setup everything I needed to know and lectured me on prices and advice about buying a car. I came in with a car already in mind but unfortunately it was not going to work out but the alternative was much appreciative and very satisfying too. Not only was Norman being a great salesman and eager to help but everyone around was in a happy-go-lucky mood that triggered a very relaxed and tranquil environment. After getting my information, Norman helped me talk with the finance guys in the office and after much doubt we overcame it and finally got a car that was well worth the wait. On April 24, 2014 I visited Headquarter Toyota interested in a new car. My Sales representative Jordayns Perez was very concerned about my needs. He was all the time trying to please every request I had concerning the vehicle I was going to buy. He treated me with respect and he gave me all the explanation I needed in request of lease cars due to I did not have experience leasing a car. I leased a 2014 Toyota and I would like to thanks Headquarter Toyota but specially Mr. Perez for his customer service because indeed it is the highest service found until the day in a dealer . Headquarter Toyota should appreciate Mr. Perez negotiation due to he is an amazing sales representative.

I was looking for a Toyota Matrix and had my information with Cars.com. Knowing that these cars go quickly, I contacted HQ that same day they posted a Matrix at their facility. I made an appointment with Norman Torres. Norman was professional, knowledgable and was very helpful through the process of buying the car. He made sure we were happy with everything. The support staff also was very professional and friendly and handled our transaction very quickly. The whole process took less than four hours!

Purchasing my first car... I looked a lot of different places a lot of people weren't that friendly and just trying to make a sale,but finally went to headquarter Toyota, and Jose bordas was awesome he was very friendly and helpful. Also very patient, being as I didn't know what I wanted and test drove a bunch of different cars and I went with my uncle who is a very difficult person and he loved Jose! All and all Jose helped me purchase a Toyota yaris, which I love, it's good on gas and it's very cute! Headquarter Toyota is a very good place to purchase a vehicle especially if it's your first time. Thanks Jose you're the best!

I contacted headquarter Toyota on February 13th, 2014 regarding an interest I had in one of their 2013 corollas. I also dealt with Raydel Cordero a Sales Consultant who was awesome and was extremely patient and welcoming. Now I'm very thankful to Yalain Regueyra the Finance Manager who had me approved for my loan and who kept me informed and at times guide and advised me thru the finance and loan process. I didn't have the best credit so I was very hesitant and doubtful of the process but Yalain worked his magic and got it approved at a reasonable interest rate and a low monthly payment. My overall experience was just Awesome. I will be sending customers your way!!!! I love my car!!! You guys are awesome!!!

My wife and I arrived in Miami from a cruise vacation. We bought a corolla from Headquarter Toyota and drove it back to nevada. Pedro Rivero and Nicholas were very helpful. Pedro was very professional and straight forward. Nicholas was very polite and even drove me to the airport to drop off my rental car. All in all a terrific experience. Very satisfied.

Nice car. I did test drive all other cars but this car stood out number 1 and i bought it. My point of view most valuable car..interns of real value. Perfect balance.I drove to airport with 3 guys(me not included) with 3 big size luggage bags, as the driver I felt like 2 people going in the car. Unbelievable! I went there to ask a question about my back then current lease and my options. I had the luck that i asked the right person and frank valdes gave me the best customer service i have ever received. He made the whole process really smooth and showed and offered me all of my options. What started as me asking a question ended up on me getting a new toyota corolla LE which i love now and im really really happy i made the decision to buy. My girlfriend and I bought a 2014 Toyota Camry from Headquarter Toyota 3 weeks ago. I loved every moment of being at Headquarter Toyota. Two salesman by the name of Alex and Jose welcomed us, showed us some cars, and worked really hard to meet our small budget and high demand. They made themselves available to us for any questions or concerns by giving us their personal cell number. They even called on my birthday to greet us and check up on the car. I've been to many dealerships, including Lehman Toyota, and from my experience, Headquarter Toyota excels with their customer service. No snakes there, just honest people. I recommend it all the way.

Took my car to be repaired here and what I got back was a mess. The paint job is absolutely atrocious and one of the tail lights was still popping out. The paint texture on the repaired parts is completely different from the rest of the car, the tail lights were replaced with used, scratched-up older models, and all the repaired parts were loosely set. My car is awful. I feel like I can rip it apart. I dare them to try to sell it back as a new car, but one can immediately figure out it's been repaired. Their whole "like new" guarantee is a scam, and I'm completely dissatisfied and offended by their work. To top it off, when I complained about their low quality work, I received an attitude from their mechanic. They really did expect me to take the car back like that. I would not recommend Headquarter Toyota. It's a waste of time and money. Maybe repairing it yourself would be a better option.

I went to Headquarter Toyota because of Brandon Cox. He was attentive about my needs and answered my questions without trying to beat around the bush. I did visit 2 other dealers, but before making a decision I went to Headquarter Toyota because I had spoken with Brandon and because of how he treated me on our conversations I gave him the opportunity. What a difference I felt in treatment and about the atmosphere of Headquarter Toyota. I met with Brandon and Yoenky and was pleasantly surprised at the attention I received and how friendly they both were. I will definitely go back, and while I usually don't refer anyone to anything, I have to make the exception for Brandon Cox and Yoenky Morffi.

The deal was basically done online prior to our arrival and despite the fact that the truck was not in their lot, we drove out of the dealer that evening with our truck and with the price that had been negotiated online. Paid $400 for an alarm to be installed just to find out that it does not have the feature I most value. When I went to the service manager, he told me that it was my fault for not asking the right questions and sent me back to sales. Sales told me they could not do anything for me and it would cost me an additional $300 to remove it. This was the second time I purchased a vehicle here. It will be the last time. I got the impression that all they care is to sell the car; once you leave the lot, customer service goes out the window. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
