I received an alert about a Cam Phaser issue in my Ford app. I scheduled the service online in a few minutes and instantly received text communication about my appointment. I took my Expedition to Healey Ford to figure out what was needed. They were so kind, offered water and had an amazing coffee machine with high speed wifi and comfortable outdoor seating (bonus, they even had cookies). The amenities allowed me to get work done while I waited. The entire staff was helpful and they were very communicative throughout the process. Will definitely service my vehicle here again.
