Gotta be honest, as always I’m skeptical of Car retail spots. They usually seem too pushy or driven by commission. I walked in here with a goal in mind, certain budget and direct preference. Not once did I feel pressured or obligated to buy what they wanted me to buy (like most places). They didn’t steer me to in the wrong direction. Client Advisor Krissy was helpful, understanding and focused on finding us the car we wanted and needed. She didn’t veer far away from our budget either. The paperwork process was smooth and effortless as well. I recommend this place to anyone especially those in Orange County area. Also, no I’m not paid or a representative of this company writing this “to look good” or boost the ratings. This is my true honest review based off today’s experience.

Drove a little over 2 hours cause they had the specific k5 ex I have been searching for months for! 1,000,000 times over I would do it again in a heartbeat. Worth the drive, the experience was great. Hello future Kia buyers, "not only is it the car that makes the person, but the dealership as well." I don't think anyone famous has said that. So, as I was on my way elsewhere from Toyota to Honda, and I thought, fine, might as well check out the Kia, (besides, when the Optima came out a few years ago, you gotta admit...really nice..) as I passed by the dealership. Walked to the used section and found exactly what I wasn't even looking for. I went from a GVW of 6000+ to a Blk/Blk Kia Optima Hybrid. Perfect with everything included; cooled seats? really? heated steering wheel? really? panoramic sunroof? 40/mpg? for how much? that's all? and simonized because I have a kid on the way? and the extended warranty wrap around whatever thingy? I was sold on the price immediately and then the car and then the service that I received. As I would love to go into the relationship that was established by both parties and more than a handful of those that are employed there..from front to back, him, her, them, him..who ever..everyone looks you in the eye and has the utmost genuine smile that is not only contagious, but infectious, as well. A really extraordinary group of people that are in this for me. That's what I got from them.. When you walk into Healy Kia, expected to be not overwhelmed, but extremely pleasantly surprised and oddly comfortable. If this is your choice of car or suv or whatever you choose, you will be enamored with yourself in your Kia for quite a while; which may get you into trouble at work because you want to play hookie and go for a long drive.... my car is sooooooo coooooll....I can't get over it...and I won't..I jokingly went back to the dealership a week after buying it and went right to the manager with this kinda angry look on my face. "I have a serious problem with the car." He was ready to ease whatever ailed me. "I really like this ________ car!" ;) My only problem is that there is are No Smoking signs hanging everywhere in the car from my wife..otherwise, perfect car. I'm sold; it's sold Healy is my go-to The KIA Optima Hybrid is an instant classic, sporty enough for mom, kids, even dad, vehicle that hits all the "high" notes in your mind and "low" notes in your wallet. Let's put it this way, the KIA got more compliments and alcolades at a recent family reunion then all three kids combined. Now that's saying something. I didn't think that there was, or ever could be, sibling rivalry with a KIA. :) Even my crotchety old Cadillac-new-lease-every-year-or-two father of 80, knows that KIA is one of the top cars of recent years.. Our experience with Healey Kia was such an easy experience. Usually, it takes a long time to buy a car from other dealerships. My wife leased a car from Healey Kia 3 years ago and told me to do the same this year. Our salesman, Jason, was knowledgeable about the cars and very personable. While on the test drive, he answered any questions we had and even came up with some concerns that other people may have had with certain models. the most unusually experience we've ever had at a car dealership! we HATE car shopping.we're both in our 60's so we've done it a lot of times. we were shocked; everyone said "hi" when we walked in (never happened before) a salesman came over immediately (never happened before & they were packed too). we were introduced to the mgr. who was an integral part of the process. we drove a car, got a written estimate and then the mgr came over, acknowledged all our choices, including a KIA in our town (we traveled 45 mins as our local KIA was closed on Sunday (really?) & asked what he could do to get the business that day. It was a great conversation & we got an offer we couldn't refuse. It was a great environment; we've never had an experience like this. we've already recommended this dealership to everyone we talk to about our new KIA

I was immediately greeted by one of their salesman. We discussed what I was looking for and was shown several different models that fit my criteria. After two test drives I settled on a 2014 Sorrento. Now was the time to talk numbers which is usually the most pain staking part of the car buying experience. After a long decision process, I decided that a Kia Sorento would be the best bang for the buck. My experience at two other relatively local dealerships almost changed my decision. I gave a final shot to Healey Kia. I had my defenses up as you would expect, however the warm welcome by my sales person made it difficult to keep. I was immediately introduced to management which was a very nice touch. Without going on and on, my experience from beginning to end was what I would expect at a high line dealership. Yes, I bought the Sorento and I probably don't need to bother mentioning that my experience at my first service was as amazing as my purchase. We were looking for a small Kia and had a very unfavorable experience with another local dealer. We stopped in at Healey Kia and were immediately greeted by a salesperson. The entire atmosphere was so different. Every salesperson greeted us warmly even though we were already with our salesperson, we met the manager even before we test drove any cars, and we had a full introduction to the inside and outside of the car before we tried it out. Prices and options were clearly printed out for us in a neat and understandable format. There was no "back room" manager who mysteriously sent our salesperson back with a number. The manager was at a desk nearby and came to us with all the information we needed to make a decision. The entire staff was warm and helpful, including the person who answered the phone when we called with questions later in the day. After our purchase, the paperwork and service options were clearly explained without pressure or hard-sell tactics. Again, every person at the dealership was polite, helpful and cordial. I will buy another car from them when I am ready to get a new car again.

We were looking for a small Kia and had a very unfavorable experience with another local dealer. We stopped in at Healey Kia and were immediately greeted by a salesperson. The entire atmosphere was so different. Every salesperson greeted us warmly even though we were already with our salesperson, we met the manager even before we test drove any cars, and we had a full introduction to the inside and outside of the car before we tried it out. Prices and options were clearly printed out for us in a neat and understandable format. There was no "back room" manager who mysteriously sent our salesperson back with a number. The manager was at a desk nearby and came to us with all the information we needed to make a decision. The entire staff was warm and helpful, including the person who answered the phone when we called with questions later in the day. After our purchase, the paperwork and service options were clearly explained without pressure or hard-sell tactics. Again, every person at the dealership was polite, helpful and cordial. I will buy another car from them when I am ready to get a new car again.

When I took car to my mechanic to look over tires were from 2011 balled and steel sticking out from inner part of tire so it was noticeable. I dealt with Steve. Had to take care to have back up Camera replaced. Steve was nice and personable but their used cars are not well maintained and anyone with no experience with cars is easy bait for them. Not to mention I have a special needs child, if my tire had blown out it put my life and my child's life in danger.

My husband and I are very shocked and disappointed by our experience with your dealership. We were all set to purchase a car and when we came today to pick it up, the car had bald tires and obvious signs of having been broken into. When we indicated that the tires were an issue, the salesman became aggressive and belligerent, even insulting my son, saying "Oh you're one of THOSE guys". He was then rude to me when I told him we would not purchase the vehicle unless the tires were replaced. Why would we pay nearly $12 thousand dollars for a used car that has bald tires? The salesman kept telling us that your dealership had to pay a $700 fee to the bank, I hope that was worth the loss of a $12,000 sale and three (counting our son) new customers. When I asked for our personal papers back he slapped them on the desk and said "all that work for nothing, good luck finding another car". That is unprofessional and unacceptable. After we left he also texted me on my cell phone and said he was sending the car back to the dealership in Beacon. We will take our business somewhere else and never recommend Healey Kia to anyone.

Brandon was spot-on with the 2013 KIA Sorento that he picked out for me. It has all of the features that I was looking for, and it is performing beyond my expectations. I had owned a KIA Sedona van a while back, and I loved driving it. The Sorento feels like it is gliding over the pavement no matter what speed I'm travelling at. I'm driving it now down to Dothan Alabama to see my son graduate from college, and drove through a severe thunderstorm on the way. Despite strong winds on the road (you could see debris flying around), the Sorento literally hugged the ground and kept on moving. It was the right vehicle at the right price. Brandon was on top of everything and even got the new plates and insurance taken care of so I could drive home the same day. An all-around great experience. Semper Fi Brandon!!!

I've never had a problem with the way the service department handles my car. Phil, John and the ladies at the front could not be more courteous or helpful. True professionals. I must let you know however at this past Saturday, I noticed a crack on my windshield. This did not happen when I got to the dealership that morning. I do not know if they accidentally popped the front too hard or whatever. I did have Roseanne at the front take a camera picture of the crack and Phil is supposed to contact me on Monday to make an appointment and get this inconvenience settled. except for that, everything was fine.

I bought a car from threm on 2/14 on 2/19 it had to be towed because of the rADItor . I had to pull teeth to get them to tow it and give me a rental . On 4/11 I called back radiator was leakng again they put me off until my warraanty was up then got me in . Charged me 156.00 to go over the car knowing what was wrong and then refused to fix it . One hand does not know what the other is doing . They act as if they are the only game in town wth garunteed credit but that is nt true. you can call garunteed acceptance credit and they will mail u a list of all their dealers. they will sell u lemons then refuse to fix it .After all the arguing they offered to give me a break if i had it fixed there. They claim to have putin a new radiator in feb and that it went bad 6 mo later but still wont fix it ..DO NOT SHOP HEALYS.....

Heard so many bad reviews about this dealer and was very hesitant about purchasing a car from them. But unfortunately they had the color SUV I was looking for. Needed a SUV fast since I sold my old car quickly. Mr Brown was very friendly and honest. He wasn't like any of those fake salesperson that want to be your friend and then when you leave are laughing at you as you speed off in a new car. After purchasing the SUV he took time off his busy schedule to go over the SUV with me and explain every option. The finance manager was straight and to the point also very nice. I guess they fired the last finance guy who provided horrible customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone even my grandmother.

Not thorough with details and sale. I'm was a first time buyer and they knew that but treated me like I was a sucker. I admit, I was vulnerable to their methods and ideas but they could have expressed more humility knowing I was a first-timer. The sales person knew less than I did about the vehicles! The finance guy is a fast-talking and arrogant guy who is supposedly too busy to answer questions and inquiries. Their assistant sales manager walked around the dealership swinging around a baseball bat. The answers were all NO when it came to negotiating. Promised a certain price on my trade-in but when the manager came in it ALL changed from there. I will never buy from them again. They're RUDE after you make your purchase and you have questions. God forbid you want answers after you buy. HEALEY BROTHERS ARE ANIMALS and DON'T really care for you. They've gotten big and they sure act it.

Whent you call this dealership people they talk to nice and offer good deals; but, when you get to the place all is different, and they all ways try to hook you up, wtih a citizens bank auto loan, wich is a ban with the highest interest rates around the Hudson Valley area. Never buy a used car from them. They sold me a lemon in August 2008. It has been in the shop more than it has been in my drive. Latest bill: $3284.Their service department, sales, everything - awful. I just got a letter from the owners informing me that they got saved and won't be closed by GM or Chrysler. Too bad.

I inquired about trading in my Range Rover Classic for a BMW that was on their lot. I wanted to get around $3,500 for it. Without looking up the value in a book or inquiring on the condition, they said OK, they could do that. Great. Then they told me price of the BMW. I texted the wife. Yup, the BMW's price was $3,500 over the NADA dealer retail price. I walked out.

i went to healeys outlet to buy a truck with a plow,they had no truck w/plow,i had a 1993 blazer with a plow, so the salesman they could+ would use my plow, well after 2-3 days they told me the plow from blazer would not fit,and because they made the mistake that they would pay for a new plow on my truck,after sevral weeks of me calling ,they said they found a plow that cost $4100,and that they thought it would be reasonable if i paid $1000,i said that is better then me paying for the whole thing,then they said they would let me know when to bring my truck in for the installation,that was the last time i heard from them,so i had to buy a new plow at the price of $4162.82,at kbs truck equipment.at vails gate,witch by the way is around the corner from healey bros. out-let. you see my problem was that i didnt get what the saleman promised me in black+white,so i was lost...to be honest i bought my last truck from healeys bros,and everything went great,i used my truck for a trade in,and by the way when they took my plow off my blazer they cut part of the frame away,and messed up the wirering,i know this letter will not help me but maybe it might help someone esle,i have learned my lesson.GET THE PROMISES ON PAPER THANK YOU
