This is the first Ford product I have owned and my wife and I love it. I normally hate buying a car, but they gave me a fair deal on a trade, had a descent offer on the new one I bought, and handled the financing. The rates and terms where as good as I could have gotten anywhere. This was car buying made easy and turned out to be an enjoyable experience. I normally don’t do surveys unless something is wrong, but I have recommended them to my whole family. Thanks again.

The service was a disgrace. I had to bring my truck there over three times and each I got it back I found something else that was not working or they didn't fix. Damaged a brand new replacement condenser, damaged the metal line coupling that was on my truck. After having to take it McClung's to diagnose why it was not getting cold, found out that an orifice tube was not installed in the condenser. Once a second new condenser was installed, my horn would not work, the right headlight was broken. Got a new headlight, instead of installing it, they took the bracket off the new and put it on the old one. Neither headlight matched with each other and they were not adjusted at all. Rubber grommets around the signal light bulb sockets were missing so the sockets would not lock in place into the lens on the right or left side signal lights. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING THIER VEHICLES THERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE. Meagan in the body was helpful in all that she tried to do. That is the good thing there. She did her best to solve these issues.

Kelly has sold us 2 Lincolns and made sure we were completely satisfied. Kelly is always available even after the purchase to answer my questions. Jody also worked extra hard for us!! I will certainly buy again knowing we will be taken care of.
