These people are crooks. They will literally make up entire stories about every vehicle they have on the lot. They know nothing about them. They purchase them from auctions, they resell way above book and will lie about everything the entire time. Worst dealership in Dickinson, possibly in all of ND.

Heiser Motors has always provided excellent customer service whenever myself and family have been looking for a vehicle. Over the years we have purchased 3 dependable vehicles with no problems. The employees at Heiser’s are extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process making it enjoyable and simple. Great small town atmosphere, great quality, and great customer service! I bought a used car here and 4 days later i checked the oil, transmission fluid and washer fluid and all were almost or were completely empty. I filled them all myself. After 4 more days i took the car out of town for the first time and it broke down and the things that were wrong with it should have been caught by a mechanic if even the simplest inspection had been done. They didnt want to take the car back until i called the loan company and found out my rights. I wouldn't but anything from here ever again!
