Wonderful, friendly service! They were flexible and helped me out when I needed to get the used car the same day as test driving it. We came in a half hour before close and they were happy to clean and detail the car while we signed paperwork! I'm confident that this car will be a solid vehicle for a long time.

I worked with sales representative James and it was a relaxing experience. Much like buying a car from your close family member that has your back. He was determined to find a vehicle that was right for my budget and appealing to my taste. I especially appreciated the non-pressuring during the process. I had my teenage daughter with me and he offered words of encouragement for her future schooling which also kept her engaged in the buying experience.. Even though my car wasn't brand new the interior was detailed and exterior shiny. I am not a car person, but I later found out that the Suburu Outback is a popular vehicle. He even sent wishes of safety upon my new vehicle just before we left the lot. My daughter and I thought that was a kind gesture.

Your home away from home. I have dealt with many dealerships over the past 50 years and I have to tell you that the Heiser experience beats them all by such a wide margin it is incomparable. I walk in and everybody says hi and almost everybody knows my name. They take the time to answer questions even though I am only there for free service (it's always free - I have been leasing cars from Heiser for over 18 years and I have never spent a dime on service). I have conversations will all the people I know there and honestly, it is my family away from home. We have developed a trust that is uncommon in today's world. It had been 11 years since my last car buying experience, and I was very wary of even going through the motions of buying. To my surprise, I was not at all pressured to buy. My needs were actually considered, and my salesperson worked with me to ensure I got the car which fit me best. The negotiation process was not at all traumatic, and I feel that I received a fair price. I will (and already have) recommended Heiser to other people.

We live far away we chose to get a vehicle so it was that easy sale for Mary. Let me just say we would NOT purchase from there anymore . I know the sales rep thought she was very helpful but she also missed out on the full entire genuine care of customer service. We left there so upset and we did purchase the car but our whole day was horrible. When we left it's at the whole tone for the rest of our day it was horrible. This really should've been a happy experience and we couldn't wait to get out of there and it to be over with it was so not fun! We did not even want to take a picture with our vehicle when we were asked. We would NOT recommend Mary as your sales rep. It was mostly the personality even though a person will think that they are awesome with their own personality they can make you feel really yucky and and it doesn't even cross their mind they said or did anything. If you do not want this kind of experience and choose A different sales rep. Thank goodness that day is over and we are out of there.

Beware before you visit this dealership, Some of the sales people and immediate supervisor seems to be stuck with the job. They have very poor communication , lack the enthusiasm and have poor knowledge of the vehicle and are pushy and arrogant at the top of everything.

My family and I were looking for a minivan and my mom had recently bought a minivan from Heiser Toyota. She suggested that we should work with her sales rep James. I was so happy that she suggested it, he not only found us a minivan he found us a great Sienna in our price range. I thought that it would be months before we had any luck finding a Sienna I our price range. We were so lucky to be working with James because he worked hard to find it for us. It only was a couple weeks and it is a beauty. Also, the dealership is very clean, everyone is polite and welcoming. They have free snacks and beverages, which I have never seen at any of the other dealerships.

Jorgo did a great job. I was purchasing a used vehicle without the benefit of seeing it. He created a 10 minute video where he walked through the entire vehicle inside and out not only explaining it's functionality but also showing its imperfections. He was very honest throughout the entire process and was respectful of my time. He was great to work with.On the dealer side, everything went great with the negotiations and delivery of the vehicle. The only thing that surprised me was that the gas tank was half full. I've never purchased a vehicle from a dealer and not received a full tank of gas.

This was an easy going no hassel experience purchasing my Rav4 2016 vehicle. Adecuate trade in value. Very friendly salesman and managers. At the end of the transaction we experienced a misunderstanding and they immediately to ownership and remediated the situation. I feel very comfortable recommending the dealership and the sales person to any of my friends or coworkers. I myself would choose this dealership when it comes time to replace my vehilce again. They demonstrated that they can be trustworthy and relied upon.

We chose Heiser because they happend to be the only dealership around that had the exact Toyota Highlander we were looking for. We had received an amazing offer from another local dealership for the same vehicle. However, that Highlander was not due to arrive until late September. Heiser honoured that deal and then some. Our sales person Jorgo was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Throughout the process we never felt pressured by him. The sales manager Rex was also very polite, professional, and did everything he could tomeet all our request. Overall, our experience at Heiser was great and we would highly recommend this dealership.

The dealership service is a total ripoff. 3rd rated service. They promised to get navigation installed in the car and rear view camera. The final product was a disaster. Took them 2 wks to install partially. The navigation did not show the current location, nor did it work fully. The review view camera equipment fell off in a week. Taking it in for service again resulted in them having the card for week again without any update on progress. Paying through the nose for the new card and the upgrades with 3rd rate service and execution. TOYOTO, you suck because of HEISER.

Craig Strzyzewski listened to my concerns, my needs and my budget and got me a great deal on a 2016 Corolla. He was no pressure and within hours I was off driving my new car. Working with James was pretty good, he's friendly, happy, and didn't pressure me in the slightest. His no nonsense and no xxxxxxxx attitude was greatly appreciated. My purchase experience fell apart when dealing with finance who had me waiting and waiting and waiting. I was the last one out of the dealership that night (even after many employees had left) because the finance guy who I had an appointment with bumped me for a pretty young woman. My advice, close your deal early in the day!

I scheduled an appointment to have my brake pads replaced on July 18, 2018. I inquired about the cost and was quoted by the young lady at Heiser that, " It should not exceed 350.00." I arrived on time on July 20th at 7:15am as scheduled. I also asked for an oil change(24.00) and tire rotation (0.00)I received a call stating my vehicle was ready for pick up, I arrived at the payment window and was the cashier said, "641.63"! I said excuse me, there must be a mistake. I was shown my service sheet and almost PASSED out! I asked for an email so that I could file a complaint. I was given the name of Joe Viccari. My breathing now labored, I paid the bill and went to speak with Jim Lancello. He apologized and noted my complaint. A few days later, I received a call from Heiser asking about my recent experience. I told him what transpired and that I would not return and that I would find another dealer to handle my vehicle from now on. I received a call from Joe Viccari and he assured me he would follow and get back with me. To date, I have NOT heard back for Joe Vicarri.

You no doubt have some great employees....friendly, caring and with good personalities. It all starts with the greeter when I pull in the service bay and ends when I pay the cashier. Mark the service writer is especially great to work with. I feel he is being on the level and concerned with making sure the work is done right, done timely and doing his best to make sure I am being charged a fair price.

I would recommend this particular dealership as we are happy with our lease, customer service & all of the oil changes & we worked with James Hicks (I'm not certain who sold my husband the floor mats) who was great but I'm super frustrated at the moment!! We leased a Toyota Sienna and for Christmas, the only thing I really wanted was floor mats since I'm always hauling kids & WI weather so my wonderful hubby went to the dealership & spent $180ish on official "Toyota sienna mini van mats" that do not work in our mini van. I took them with me to 2 oil changes, hoping someone would be able to help me install them properly and both times, the guys laid them on the floor & said that's how they are suppose to go. Every time you need to move a seat or the kids climb into the back, you need to remove these stupid, heavy duty mats (for me, I'm moving these mats like 10 times a day & some times they have to sit with me on the front seat if the bucket seats need to be closer to the front to give more leg room to the kids in the third row). Tonight, my friends stopped by and have the SAME minivan with PERFECT FITTING MATS that do not need to be taken out when you move the seat AND they were thrown in for FREE at a dealership in Green Bay!!!!! These stupid mats have been a source of frustration for me (and my hubby but he's less reluctant to admit this) on a daily basis for 2.5 years yet we needed them so the floor wouldn't get so dirty & I wasn't about to spend more money on floor mats for a vehicle we didn't even own. Prior to seeing our friend's van, we decided when our lease is up, we are purchasing a Honda because we've researched the floor mats & found a place that will install the best for pretty reasonable since we are buying now!! My advice... Do not live with unruly floor mats for years & years!!! There's a perfect fit somewhere!!!!!!

I did not have any intention of purchasing a car the day I went to the dealership. I wanted to see what options I had firstly the 4Runner. After speaking with Shahat, they gave me a deal that I was happy with. Shahat was attentive and kept me in the loop and was straight forward with me. I recently bought used Toyota truck, if it wasn't for the fact that I fell in love with the truck and that it was a good deal, I would've walked away due to the terrible customer service. I set up a test drive and when I got there the person wasn't available so I got a sales person that had no idea about the truck. What should've been a fast process to purchase took 3hrs of sitting and waiting and questioning me when I had all the info from my credit union. Then they said they would fax the purchase agreement that night but didn't until midday the next day because no one knew to fax it and the person who said he would wasn't in. There's seems to be an overall disorganization and lack of listening and respect towards customers.

Great service, Amy Bobber was very helpful along with everyone I dealt with. This is the 4th Corolla I have bought through Heiser. My purchase of a car is every 10 years or so, that being said, I have beenvery pleased with this dealership.

It only took me 4-5 times visiting my sales consultant Craig Strzyzewski to finally make my decision :) The 2016 Sienna was the perfect fit for my 2 kids and I. Craig was beyond knowledgeable within his field. He was very patient with me since I had no clue what I wanted. He knew the features of all the vehicles we looked at and that helped me a great deal. Craig, by far has been the best sales consultant I have worked with. I would recommend Heiser Toyota due to everyone that was involved with my purchase. Everyone was friendly and wanted what was best for my family. My kids and I are very pleased with our new Sienna.

I visited at least 4 other dealerships looking at SUV's. I was searching on-line and found that Heiser Toyota had several Highlander's like I was looking for. I got an immediate e-mail response from them and set up an appointment. When I went to Heiser Toyota I met Craig Strzyzewski. Craig really knew the Highlander and guided me through the process. When I picked up our new Highlander last Saturday, Craig made sure I knew all about the functionality of the dash features and all the other neat stuff. He was a pleasure to work with. I really liked the Hesier Toyota dealership experience and would recommend it. We will be back in a year or two for a Rav 4 for my wife!

Craig was a pleasure to work with! No pressure from him and he delivered all my requests in a timely fashion. His explanation with the car and the Entune radio was not rushed. Also, Brian was excellent in answering a few questions when Craig was on his day off. Also, there was no badgering from Gerald on the available options that we declined. Just made the experience way better than what I originally thought it could have been once I started to get serious about buying a new car. Craig delivered!

We bought our car through Shahat. The driver's floor mat was missing but Shahat said they'd get us one if we bought the car. After paperwork was finalized, he refused. Spent hours later that week shopping for a floor mat as the floor was very damaged from salt and really needed one. Had to buy a set of 4; more time and expense. Later realized the driver's side underbody molding was missing too. More time on the internet shopping and more expense. It also took a day to install that piece so we wouldn't have to hire a mechanic. Had he been honest about the molding missing and honored his agreement on the floor mat, we would have been very happy...but that wasn't the case. Will not go here again. We will go back to Suburu City where we had a great experience before.

David Vang recently helped us with the purchase of a used 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at Heiser, and we couldnt be happier with the experience! David allowed us to tell him exactly what we were looking for in a used vehicle and didnt try to push us into purchasing something else. We liked that David was friendly and honest in his service so honest that he did admit to not being the expert in the car we were looking at but knowledgeable and could still speak to many of the features in detail. He further helped us get a competitive value for our trade in, so we were comfortable with the total we ended up financing. Would definitely recommend David and work with him again.

I have been going to Heiser Toyota for years now and am on my 5th Toyota lease. The customer service, knowledge of staff and overall friendliness from James, Rex and Brett were amazing! I recently bought a 2016 Prius from Heiser and their salesman Roger Droukas. Everything about this transaction was first rate. I rely on Consumers Digest in pricing a vehicle . Under this arrangement, for a small fee CD gives you an estimate of a good price and refers you to a dealership that will meet that price. Heiser was only one of two dealerships in the area that would match the CD price. Just as important for me was the fact that Heiser got me the car I wanted in only four weeks. For personal reasons I needed a car fast and I needed to order one.. I was a little skeptical when Roger said it would take only four weeks. since another Toyota dealership said it would take 8 to 12 weeks. Yet, Roger came through right on time I couldn't be more pleased with Heiser and my new Prius..

I have bought many cars in the past but my experience with James Hicks was truly first rate. He stayed late to accommodate my needs and worked very hard to close the transaction. I recently purchase a new 2016 Sienna from Roger. After doing some leg work up in the Fox Valley area where I reside, Heiser "out the door price" was by far the most lucrative. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I worked with Roger on the phone and ordered my new van. It showed up within three weeks.Dealer pick-up went extremely smooth, and Roger knew the "in's and out's of the vehicle I was buying which was very important to me. Other than parting with the money, my buying experience would lend me to come back to Heiser Toyota for future vehicle purchased. This is the first foreign branded vehicle I have purchased and hope Toyota lives up to expectations. So far so good.

Straight forward dealing with Dealer, Mr. Ronald Ripple. There were some mistakes made on the contract so I should go back to the dealer to fix them. The transaction was nice but it took longer than I was expecting but the I think that delays are expected during a car buying experience.

9 years ago I bought a car from Heiser and had a horrible experience. The sales person told me that the car was in a very minor accident and there was no damage to the body. A few years later when I was ready to trade in the car in, the dealership that I was trying to sell the car to told me that there was major damage to the frame which made my car worth even less than if there were no damage to it. I could not believe how Heiser who was such a large dealership could lie to me. I told myself I would never return there. A few years later when we were ready to buy another car we decided to go to Wilde Toyota instead. The service was great. The deal was quick and smooth. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were in and out in less than two hours. Recently, we went back to Heiser because someone we knew highly recommended it and told us that their customer service changed due to management. We also looked at the reviews which were very good. We decided to give them a try again. We had the misfortune of working with Andrew (Andy) Mamayek. He sold us a Certified 2013 Toyota Venza. It was a bad start to begin with. We should have left but I was too in love with the car. It took almost three hours just to get us into the finance department to sign the paper work, we were there for almost 6 hours total. Then when we took the car home, within two hours the car died. We called Andy who said we can call him any time with any questions. He promised us that first thing Monday morning someone will come and pick up the car to get it fixaed. On Monday morning, I heard nothing back from Andy or Heiser. I called Andy who did not pick up his phone but texted me that he had no reception on his phone to take my call but will get a hold of someone at Heiser. I waited and waited and still no call from anyone. I decided to call a manager at Heiser and spoke with Pat who knew nothing about my issue. He then had the service manager Joe who then told me that they would send out someone to tow my car. It took a few hours for someone to come by, which I felt should have came sooner because I had to work and the my only transportation was dead. The tow truck company damaged my garage trying to get the car out. Now thats another issue I have to deal with as well. In the end, I finally got the car fixed. I wish they could have understood the frustration and inconvenience I had to go through. They did nothing to compensate me for the time I had to lose from work trying to deal with this issue. My husband had to miss work for a few hours just so the tow truck can come pick up the car because it was parked in the garage and they wouldnt have any access to the car if he went to work also. I shouldnt have to spend the extra money for a Certified car and have it die on me after 2 hours after purchasing the vehicle. When I am ready to buy another car in a few years, I am going to avoid this place like a plague. I will be definitely going back to Wilde Toyota instead of Heiser. I was really hoping to have a better experience this time around but I guessed wrong about them once again.

I was shopping on line for a used vehicle. Buying my car was so easy. I picked out the car, made an appointment and went to the dealership, and In about 1 hour I was driving my car home! Very satisfied with the service I received. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are buying a car.

I came to Heiser with hopes of buying a Prius as advertised online. When I got in the car for a test drive,the first thing I noticed was it didn't have the cruise control as was listed in the write up of the car. Altough they did say they would put it in at no cost, I could not come to an agreement on the price, so left. And I also noticed a few other things on the online ad that were not correct for that car A waste of my time to come 50 miles for a deal that was not real.

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation.After paying I started vehicle and the oil light was on.Shutoff engine and went back in office.Tech came out and checkedoil and there was NONE.He had to go and bring some out from the service area.I called the service mgr. and he did refund the cost of the service work,nothing more.I just hopeno damage was done to the engine.I also checked the lug nuts when I got home in case they were loose.Not a very professional job.

Not as honest as they want you to believe they are, If you are to buy a "certified" car as i did better have the vehicle check by a professional to make sure it conforms to Toyota guide lines otherwise you could be out for a surprise as it happen to me. I bought my car in the winter of last year then in the first hot day of may some material pop up on the right front fender cover, Upon close inspection of the anomaly i notice that a repair was done to the car where not even the same type of paint was used, when i went back to the dealer i talk to James the person who sold me the car he came out to see the camry he suggested that somebody must to hit me, when i mention the presence of different paint he call some other person who then call another one who then call Pomeranz after some discussion he agreed to have the car repaired at their body shop when i ask him if they were going to replace the part he said no way i'm gonna spend a thousand DLS on a part "you should have check the car before you bought it" he told me. So the repair was done horribly by the way, Again they use the wrong paint and you can see the marks of the sand paper, just a horrible job if they want to see what they did to my car at their body shop is available for inspection. James greeted my daughter and I when we arrived to look at the 2015 Siennas. He asked how he could help and I said, all I want is something I can get from Point A to Point B in. I do not need all the bells and whistles. He responded with...I hear you. From there, it was a very pleasant buying experience. He brought a van around for us to get into, showed us the features (though a higher level model than we were looking for), just so we could see some of the features in the new models. I drove it a bit, and we went back in to talk. They did not have the model on their lot that I wanted, but, found it and had it on their lot in just a couple of days. I can't say enough about how much he was willing to work with us, and how fast the whole process was able to go. I am very happy with my new van, still getting to know all the new stuff! But, it is very comfortable, handles very nicely, and is much quieter than my older model 2007 Sienna. James was fun to talk to, and get to know. James has a lot of knowledge about the vehicles he sells. When we picked it up, he even synced my phone with the system, and went over everything inside once again. I will continue to bring this new van in for servicing, as I had done with the 2007. Service dept. has always been great, with working with my schedule and keeping on track of whatever the vehicle needed. Thank you.

I was very pleased overall with the entire car buying experience with the Heiser team. I built my vehicle online using the USAA car buying tool. Within 2 minutes I received a call from Roger who helped me through the buying process. I live out of state and Roger helped tremendously by getting all of the preliminary paperwork (credit application, sales contract, etc.) initiated online. This allowed me to basically come into the dealership, sign the paperwork and drive my new Corolla off the lot. The finance team was also very professional and helpful in the buying process. I would recommend dealing with Roger and the team.

I walked into to Heiser Toyota bright eyed and bushy tailed... Anxious to find the car of my dreams! In walks James and my whole life changed! He greeted me with a warm smile, firm handshake and I knew I was in the right place. I let him know what I felt was in my budget and what my personal preferences were. He immediately took me to the lot! Fighting fierce winds, he introduced me to the love of my life: an all black 2013 Toyota Camry! After working out the numbers with their AWESOME SUPER AMAZING fiance team, who worked WONDERS with my payments, I walked away as a preferred member of Heiser Toyota... Elated and Fully Zurig treated! I am forever grateful for my Heiser family, who treated me with nothing but love and respect! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! STORE DOESNT HONOR TRUE CAR PRICING. DESK MANAGER IS TO WORRIED ABOUT MAKING GROSS THAN SELLING A CAR. Came on a TRUE CAR gaurenteed price. Simple pre negotiated EASY deal. But store somehow doesn't have the car. Ok I'm fine with that and Im willing to take my business elsewhere. But There internet director said we can get the car in about 3-5 days if you leave a deposit, and you can get the true car price. Ok cool, so we do the deal based on a locate. So We write up the deal and once everything was filled there finance managers says " will see you in 6-8 weeks" and he offers us to take the contract to our own bank for financing because he doesnt know how to get an 850 score done with 6000 dollars down at the rate we are qualified for. So Obviously I respond that's not what we agree with, please send over your manager to figure out what's going on. So I wait and wait in an empty store and Desk Manager doesn't want to come over. Ofcourse he doesn't because he can't make any money on a true car price deal. So just lie to the customer and write a Fake deal up. So now I need to go over to the manager (Rex), because he won't come to us and ask him wth is going on?!?!? The desk manager first plays dumb with me, acts like he knows nothing about the deal. I point out to him "I just bought a car 10 mins ago in an empty store. A deal you wrote for 6-8 weeks from now, the deal folder is right next to your hand. I think you know what deal." Oh that deal he says. Yes that one, the true car price one. The one that requires very little work to put together. So all said and done, he tells me he doesn't have a car to locate and I need to order a new 2016 which takes up to ten weeks. At the point I realize this guy doesn't want this deal, if he did he be on the phone locating one, not trying to dish a story about an order out car. So Obviously if he would have said that From the beginning, I would never bought the car. Funny thing is one call to Don Jacobs and he was able to find the car after 2 hours I left Hieser with a refund. Lovely how things workout. I don't blame hieser, I blame the desk manager who works for gross and didn't want to do a gaurentted true car price vehicle because he can't make a profit. He cost the store and his team money. That's what happens when you get rookies working the desk. Lost deals and bad reviews. Which ultimately is from bad customer service. Salesman doesn't get paid, internet manager doesn't paid, finance doesn't get paid, because the desk guy loses gross which affects his "Personal pay plan" well someday hopefully he learns, you gotta take some losses with the wins. Business is an entity, it has no feelings towards hiw much you lose on a deal. Your job is to sell the advertised price. Not put yourself infront of the store. I truly hope it was worth it. Because other stores will honor your gaurenteed true car pricing and be happy to "EARN MY BUSINESS" without paying for the advertisement. You gave business away at your expense.

My wife and I recently completed a seamless and very comfortable purchase of a new 2015 RAV4 LE SUV with Mr. Altaf Hussain on November 18th. I am fortunate to be a member of USAA (I am retired military), and was eligible for a special price for the RAV4 based on my affiliation with USAA's Car Buying Service in partnership with Heiser Toyota. Al was extremely professional, personable, and totally honored the USAA price quoted! On the day of delivery, he thoroughly explained all of the amenities of the vehicle to us, and presented the vehicle to us in pristine condition with a full tank of gas. My husband and I took a short departure from Toyota to try another brand and came back four months later to correct that mistake. We drove an hour to Heiser to look at several certified used Siennas. James was incredibly knowledgable and was able to point out differences not only between the '11 and '13 models at which we were looking, he was also able make comparisons between the newer models and the '06 we traded in over the summer. As with many car buying experiences, the process can be lengthy. Our test drive was scheduled at 6:30 and we decided fairly quickly that we were ready to make the leap and go ahead with a sale. James and Brett from finance were great and kept us entertained, even through the paperwork, and were very kind when it took past closing to get everything taken care of. We would absolutely return to Heiser and want to thank James, Brett and Steve for making our transition back home to Toyota a stress-free and easy one.

I had a specific car I saw online and I went to look at it. I liked the dealer and Al Hussein was my salesman. I was a little hesitant at first but he turned out to be a really cool guy. Only thing I didn't like is that he showed up late to work but he called me as soon as he got in. He kept me up to date about my vehicle because I had service done on it. The dealer had a really nice lounge which I took advantage of. I bought a used vw gti. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

The entire staff is very courteous and always happy to see you. The lovely ladies who greet you are bubbly without being overly perky. We worked with Donnie to buy our first Toyota Sienna. (Yes, folks, I said first. The first of many. We fell in love with it after mere seconds! Great features and drives, no GLIDES, like a dream!) In a few years, when we trade it in for a new model, we will be requesting to work with Donnie again. He was that great. Respectful of our wishes, friendly, and explained car buying mumbo jumbo with kind patience. Liz over in finance explained more of the mumbo jumbo with all of the same awesome qualities as Donnie. The bathrooms are huge, clean, and in good working order. There's a comfy collection of chairs and couches near the TV to watch while you're waiting for things to be processed or fixed. There's even a playroom for the kids! Complimentary refreshments are a plus too :-) We had to bring our Sienna in a few days later for a minor headlight issue. The service department is great too! Fast and keep you posted on their progress. After our experience I am glad to say that anything is indeed possible!! In another review I saw, they mentioned that other dealerships could take a lesson from these guys. They are absolutely right!!!

On June 16, 2015 we purchased a new Toyota Sienna. Two days after our purchase we were called to bring back the license plates they had put on our van that they were registered to someone else. We were reassured there was no problem with the title. Despite numerous attempts we have not received license plates or title. We went directly to the motor vehicle department and was informed this vehicle was titled to someone else. They informed us that they could not correct this mistake that it must be done by the dealer, as of August 11th they have not received any contacts from the dealer. On August 11th we also went to Heiser the only answer we received was they were working on it. Their General Manager passed us off to the person who was supposedly working on it and he walked alway. It has been a week and they have not called us at all to update us. We have paid money to insure this vehicle and if something happens to this van it probably would not be cover because we legally don't own. This brand new van which is totally paid for has been sitting for two months in our garage unable to be driven- which has caused us great inconvenience and meanwhile things like the 3 month free trial of Sirius has 2 months gone and we have never used because of fear of having an accident with a vehicle we don't own. The least Heiser could do is keep us appraised - extremely poor customer service. We are extremely frustrated, and disgusted with Heiser and sorry we purchased a vehicle from them.

I contacted Heiser by email through their website on a Friday. I had found a car that I was interested in for my son that Heiser had listed on Autotrader.com. Craig contacted me to let me know that the vehicle was still available and he sent me information. We established an appointment for that afternoon and Craig had the car ready when I arrived. The car was clean and well maintained (I appreciate that the Carfax was listed right on the website.) After a test drive, I made what I thought was a fair offer, which was accepted in lieu of my son's approval, as he was to be the primary driver. On Monday evening we came back to the dealership and my son test drove the car and liked it. Craig took time to review everything about the car with my son. He treated my son as if he was the buyer. Craig is a good listener and communicator. He reads people well. It was a pleasure. Frank Balderston was organnized and did a nice efficient job with the paperwork. My son and I thank Frank for his service to our country.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Heiser Toyota. Most especially refreshing was the customer service and professionalism of Mr. Ron Ripple. I'd been in the dealership a handful of times, and wasn't truly certain I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. He wasn't condescending, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The evening I decided to purchase my Prius C, I stopped in after a softball game, and had my Golden Retriever Sadie with me. She's a certified Therapy Dog, and EVERYONE there was in love with her. I wasn't planning on getting it then, but Ron and the others were so welcoming for myself and my dog. All in all, I LOVE my new car, and will definitely purchase from them again. I've already passed his information along to a couple co-workers.

Donnie Her did a great job for me when I bought my new Camry! I did my homework on the internet and had narrowed my search using Consumer Reports TRUECar estimate which required me to leave a phone number so the dealer could contact me. Donnie was the one who called me. He was polite and projected a desire to serve me, the customer. When I went in to the dealership, he did not disappoint and was not pushy. He patiently went with me through three test drives and was there to help my wife and me get a fantastic deal. Kudos to the sales manager who asked the GM to honor the final request we needed to make the purchase. Kudos also to the GM who approved the request. The price we paid was under invoice and we qualified for 0% financing. A great deal for us! The slight negative was the length of time I had to wait to get the credit approval. That seemed to be due to the end of the day and a lot of sales.

My salesperson,Donnie Her, was outstanding! I'll be the first to admit that I am not the easiest customer to work with but Donnie was friendly,helpful, and showed extreme patience with me. I was pleased with the sales dept. as a whole and in particular I found Rex Holtz to be a stand up guy. When there was a mix up with an appointment, Rex went the extra mile to make sure that I was treated like a long time customer rather than the first timer that I actually was. I found the parts dept.to be knowledgeable and helpful. Except for Melissa Janke, too many bad experiences and not enough professionalism to say the same about the service dept.

I had a fun time at Heiser Toyota with Donnie. He is really down to earth and a fun guy to be around. He made me feel right at home and treated me with great respect. Normally a young kid like me wouldn't be given the time of day and a car dealership. But Donnie and the whole Heiser Toyota team made me feel right at home. I drove from Peoria, IL to Milwaukee, WI to go pick up my car. It is a used 2011 Honda Civic Si. I got a really great price on it and I love the car. I would definitely make the 4 hour drive to go there again!!!

Buying a new car can be frustrating and exhausting to say the least. After going to several dealerships Rodger made it a no brainer in selecting Heiser Toyota over our other choices. From the initial contact, to the few bumps in the rode we hit getting everything together down to the front door service picking us up from our home once everything was in order to test drive and go in and complete the paperwork, Rodger went above and beyond for us and he is just an awesome salesman. The dealeship itself is nice, lots of nice selections to choose from, friendly staff, .... Finance is also great because Lis went the extra mile to get us the best rate and get our % lowered with our particular situation and Frank finished us up in a quick and timely fashion when we came back to complete everything. They were able to work with what we had for a down payment without pressuring us for more. It was a good experience all in all . I look forward to coming back when its time to get something else !! So if you are in the market be sure to give them a chance to earn your business and be sure to ask for Rodger because he will indeed take good care of you !! I just bought the brand new Toyota Highlander XLE (September, 2014), and yesterday (3/21/2015) was my first scheduled free service atHeiser location.Surprisingly, after the service I have discovered scratch marks on my vehicle body, not sure is it during their service process or their Free-Car wash -- resulted into these scratch marks.This is something -- really makes us extremely sad, as this is an expensive, brand new vehicles and I am sure no one like to see any scratch mark on it's body! So when my wife saw a Chrysler minivan online at Heiser I knew who to call. Donnie was a top notch salesman, and helped us nail down a great vehicle at a great price, and quickly too! He even pointed out negative points in addition to positive things about the vehicle so we would not be surprised by anything. Once we got toward the end of the process Frank was a great help with his advice concerning Service Agreements as well. I would definitely recommend Donnie for anyone looking for a car.

My wife and I were shopping for a 2009 Toyota Sienna. We found one at Heiser Toyota from autotrader.com. We drove 2 hours to take a look at it. I made an appointment with Donnie Her. He met us at the door. He was a pleasant and likeable salesman to work with. We didn't sense a great deal of pressure to buy the van. Donnie made points with us when we told him that we were committed to looking at another van at a dealership next door--and he let us out of the dealership. His sales manager offered us a $500 price drop from the price listed on autotrader. This offer wasn't one of those "take it now or it is off the table if you walk out the door" deals. We had a completely different experience at the dealership across the street. The van we wanted to see was already sold, but that salesman kept trying to push vehicles we weren't interested in. It made our decision really easy. We called Donnie right back to close the deal. We didn't even counter offer the $500 price reduction that was offered, because it was the best price we found within 100 miles from our home. The van we bought from Heiser was in excellent shape. The exterior was like new (1 small paint ship on the driver door). The interior was spotless. My wife hasn't let me drive this van since we bought it. We would highly recommend Heiser Toyota. Donnie Her was a great car salesman to work with.

I drove all the way from Greendale to the Northwest side of MIlwaukee in a snow storm to test drive two vehicles. When I got there my salesman was tied up with another customer and I was handed off to another salesman. OK - that happens. But then I find out that one of the vehicles is not at this location and the other one has been driven home by the sales manager and not available to test drive. How rude is that? I figured I might get a call from the original salesman for the inconvenience. That was a no-show too. Don't waste your time at this place if your looking for any level of customer service other than poor.

After a horrendous car accident totaled my xB, I wanted to replace it. I previewed Heiser a year and a half ago, just checking out their sales techniques and customer service skills. I kept checking in and finally bought a 2014 xB, just before they became a rarity, a month ago. I was completely thrilled with the service I received from Roger Droukas. He was absolutely wonderful to my son and I. I had preapproval from my bank, but Liz called me up and said that she wanted to get me a better rate. She did! The whole paperwork process was easy, efficient, and enjoyable with Frank! His elocution and humor was very appreciated.I will enthusiastically recommend Roger and the Hesier team to anyone!

There was a very different feel from the beginning, with this dealership. In corresponding back and forth with Al Hussain, I felt like I was going to meet with friends or family, by the time I arrived at the dealership. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Very comfortable! I had an 11 a.m. appointment with Al. He already had the vehicle we discussed, parked out front, ready to go. Great test drive and best service once we returned. The actual buying process was as relaxed and easy as the first part of the visit. Also, great amenities!! Popcorn, FANTASTIC coffee machine, soda, football on the TV!!! I was very blunt in my request to look at 2014 Corolla's, and Donnie did not try to upsell me on any of the 2015's. Walked me through the various options and models available, letting me know of the 0% financing for 36 months. Explained in detail all the benefits of the car, toyota care package, and worked with me on a fair price where we met in the middle. Negotiations were very fair, factual in nature, and even took into consideration some competing offers from other dealers.

My father and I had been looking for a brand new SUV vehicle and were between several, ultimately settling on the Toyota Highlander. What began as "just a test drive" ended up being the beginning of a trusted relationship, making me WANT to purchase my vehicle from Brandon. I had planned on getting the 2014, but they no longer made, nor could they find it...what was suppose to take a couple months to get, turned out to be LESS than a month and a 2015 Limited that ended up being LESS money than the 2014...how awesome is that?! Brandon was VERY low pressure and had lots of patience with all of my questions, concerns, etc, as well as the General Manager Bill. BOTH were very concerned I was happy and understood the process throughout! As a matter of fact from the time I was in and test drove, one of the perk items changed, yet BILL assured me that I would STILL receive it! Liz was fantastic, helping me to figure out the benefits to purchasing extra warranty's etc and what I would need since I plan on keeping it FOREVER (lets just say I sold my 1994 Toyota Pickup, yep it was a classic with only 37,000 miles.) I also like the VIP program...So far so good! I HIGHLY recommend Heiser to ALL, I did NOT experience ANY high pressure sales or finance tactics which I KNOW customers are weary of. There location is fantastic RIGHT off the Expressway!

My dealings at Heiser Toyota was a very pleasant experience. After weeks of researching vehicles narrowed my search to Heiser. Not only did I find a vehicle I liked but all the staff I encountered were very personable, courteous and informative. Craig Strzyzewski was the sales representative I worked with and was great. He provided prompt answers to all my questions and supplied me with all the information requested in a very easy pleasant manner. This made the transaction smooth and effortless, explaining everything thoroughly with no hassle pricing. The actual signing was also done in a friendly and informative manner with their sales manager Frank Balderston. Very pleased with the entire staff I encountered at Heiser Toyota and their pleasant, efficient manner they provide. I love the Toyota Corolla I purchased and will definitely will recommend this dealership.

My trade-in & leasing experience at Heiser Toyota (7/11/14, 2014 RAV4) was easy and worry-free. I worked directly with Craig Strzyzewski and he was great! All of my questions about the leasing process were answered, he helped me get acquainted with my new RAV4 and the features (I upgraded from a 2009 Scion xD, not purchased at Heiser) and explained all of the myriad services available at Heiser. I spent an hour on day one taking a test drive and ultimately filling out paperwork to complete a 2 year/24,000 mi. lease. Craig and his partners at Heiser worked-up a handful of down payment + trade-in cost scenarios so that I could choose the monthly payment that would work for me. Then the following Monday I was back at Heiser and picking-up my freshly detailed, brand-new 2014 "blue crush" RAV4 Limited. The experience was great, not a single complaint. I already have service appts. scheduled for 5 and 10 months from now, and I wouldn't hesitate to stop-in or call if I had questions or problems as everyone was so accommodating and helpful. :)

It was $10,998 and 132,000 miles..... They didn't take a dollar off the sticker price, which is surprising because for such a big dealer who isn't short on funds: but because of the lemon law on used cars at a dealership I said yes... Lis made it a quick process when I said yes, so I didn't have to keep thinking about it. My salesman Donnie was really friendly and patience. Easy to talk to as well. He walked me thru the used sales lot and we test drove the car twice. Thanks Donnie and Lis!

We were shopping for a new SUV after ours was totaled in an accident. We visited a total of five dealers looking for a used vehicle to replace the one we lost. Our experience at Heiser exceeded all the others by far. When we arrived the sales team was very busy and one of the salesmen handed us off to Joe Malinauskas once he was freed up (have never known a car salesman to put customer service above a potential commission in my life). Joe treated us with respect and really listened to what we wanted. He showed us a few vehicles and then allowed US to decide which direction we were going from there -- the ultimate in low pressure sales. We test drove a few and decided to put some money on one to hold it while we thought about it. It turns out the couple who test drove that vehicle just before us had put an offer on it. Joe showed us a similar vehicle and we took another test drive. There was a rubbing sound in the back breaks of that vehicle. Joe promised to have it taken care of.The next business day we got a call that they had put new pads and rotters on the back breaks of that vehicle. I have heard dealers say they stand behind their certification process but these folks really mean it. Before going on the lot the vehicle had already gotten new brakes on the front and four new tires. Never once did we feel that our wishes as a customer were not being considered. The price may have been a few hundred dollars more than the lowest price we found on the Internet but for a vehicle with all new brakes and tires we could not pass it up. The finance person explained everything clearly, didn't force feed the service contract options, and even handled the renewal of the plates we were transferring. It is safe to say that I hate car shopping. But it is also safe to say if all my car shopping experiences had been like this one I would not hate car shopping at all. I highly recommend Heiser.

Heiser Toyota delivered good, quality service throughout the leasing process. I had several knowledgeable salesman educate and inform me of my options and answered all my questions thoroughly. They took the time to break down my payment options, how the installments would change based on certain criteria and presented a clear understanding of what to expect when I signed my contract. I had little to know issues, with the exception of a delay with finances due to high volume of customers. It was a Friday afternoon when I leased the car, so the delay is understandable.Donnie Her and Bill Lawrence were instrumental in the leasing process. They both have great attitudes and know the product and leasing process well. I have received follow up calls from Donnie, ensuring that I am satisfied with my vehicle.Ella Golovina assisted me with the financial portion of the process and that went smoothly. She was able to answer any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable with the choices I needed to make.

My experience at Heiser was exceptional. Considering I had limited knowledge of the process of leasing a new car, the employees were extremely helpful and patient. Every employee was courteous and straightforward in describing the process and paperwork to me. I feel I received a great deal on my lease as compared to other offers at other dealerships. My salesman, Donnie, was very friendly and I was impressed by his professionalism and honesty. He stayed with me throughout the lengthy process of constructing the lease to make sure I was comfortable with every step. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Heiser and I recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Heiser Toyota and Joe Malinauskas were very pleasant to deal with. Very knowledgeable about truck and features and accommodating to our schedule to test-drive and purchase the vehicle. They also gave us fair prices on our two trades and worked to come to an overall purchase price we were happy with. Dealership is very clean, well thought out with play area for kids and nice vehicles to browse while you wait. In fact I am sold on a minivan from them which I hope to purchase in a few years and I saw inside. The Tacoma is great and has everything we wanted and more for features. There were several versions to choose from and we were able to see and test-drive all of them which is an advantage when trying to narrow down the right vehicle. We will definitely contact Heiser and Joe again for future purchases.

I had a wonderful experience working with both Joe and Frank. They worked with me to do almost everything over the phone because I live in Chicago. I purchase a certified pre-owned Toyota Prius and it was in good shape. I came in and was pretty much able to walk right out because Joe and Frank had everything ready to go for me :) Joe was very personable, friendly and energetic. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and showed me all of the features of my new car. The waiting area was really nice too, coffee, snacks etc... I would definitely go back and recommend it to family and friends. Great experience in all areas!

He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. A pleasure to work with. The pricing was more than competitive and no hassle. Upon delivery Joe Malinauskas went over all details of the car and was very energetic in explaining how it all worked so we could enjoy our purchase. I can't say enough good stuff about him. He was friendly, very thorough in showing me the car I was interested in and answered all my questions. He gave me a small tour of the facility and even cleaned my old license plates before he put them on my new car. He made my car buying experience at Heiser a real pleasure. Roger Droukas is a very friendly sales consultant who attempts to do his best to help the customer find the right vehicle. He took time out to show us the features of our new vehicle and spent a great deal of effort attempting to get us the price per month our budget required. This is the second new car purdhase I made at Heiser. The staff were very welcoming and respective of my time constraints. There was little haggling and the deal was made within a week. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Mary Ann, the owner, made sure to greet me and say good bye at the conclusion! How many places are like that? While I didn't end up purchasing a car this time from Heiser, the experience was great just the same. Al Hussain and Joe Vicari did their best to work out a deal, but in the end it just didn't work out. This was my second experience with Heiser Toyota and both times I was pleased with the professionalism I was shown. Still haven't found that "right deal", but I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to go back or to suggest to a friend to try them at some point.

Was looking for a newer used car with low miles. Went to multiple dealerships. I thought heiser Toyota was very professional and clean looking. James Hicks who worked out finding and selling me my Camry made my car buying a pleasant experience. Very friendly, funny and fair guy. No pressure. Only con i can say about the place is the lady who did financing not really real with you and just wants you to pay more money then needed. Other then that a great place and will recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a car.

We have never purchased a vehicle before online, so were a little concerned about the process. However, Roger Droukas quickly alleviated our concerns. He was prompt in all of his responses to our numerous questions and inquiries. It saved us a lot of time, because the only time we needed to go into the dealer was to pick-up our vehicle. The vehicle was exactly what we ordered, and Roger was extremely friendly and took the time to go over all of the vehicle's features. We have already recommended him to our friends.

It was a first class experience all the way. They make you feel right at home, no pressure sales, very informative, Joe made me feel like he was an old friend, even though I had just met him. They treat you like you are more than just a customer, but someone special, the way they go out of their way to serve you, right down to the refreshments. They really make you look forward to coming back, whether it be for servicing your car, or buying a new one. P.S. / I hope I got the right Joe, He told me his full name, but I am terrible with remembering names. He was the Joe that recently got out of the Coast Guard. The finance person {Frank ?} was an exceptionally nice person, and very informative. Ella was very nice also, although I did not talk with her long. Five Star all the way, for the entire experience. But "Joe" gets the MVP from me overall, it wasn't just about making the sale for Joe, we got to know each other on a personal level, which really impressed me.

I'm trading in a vehicle on a 2014 Tacoma and am very impressed by the experience as everyone was relaxed and explained things as went along.Being from Madison everything didn't feel that way when I was doing research here. I hope not to have any problems with my new truck which is why I put N/A under repairs but overhearing conversations while there it came across as top notch! Sue,Roger and Bill are great people to work with so fear not car shoppers,lol. I plan on taking delivery the 15th of Feb. and albeit I'm nervous as I have never had a new vehicle,I look forward to driving it for years.

Easy-peezy car purchase. Was able to put a deposit down on the car over the phone. Dealer picked us up downtown to bring us to the dealership. Drove away in about an hour and a half counting the test drive.

We were in a fix. Our 2012 Rav had been totaled. We live in Appleton and the local dealer promised but couldn't deliver what we needed. Our son had been in the Car business for a number of years and contacted Heiser for us. Roger Droukas called my wife to inquire how he could help and after hearing what she wanted (and she is demanding) promised to call us in 24hrs with news. I didn't believe it when he called and said he had the car she wanted coming from another dealership and we could pick it up on Friday. When we got there Roger was checking the car over for perfection. My wife spotted "her" car and the two of them went over it tooth and nail. I have never felt better about buying a new car. We have been buying Toyota vehicles for over 20 years. We get a new Camry on a three year cycle and have been dealing with Roger Droukas and Heiser Toyota for the last 5 Camrys. Roger is a great person to work with. We work out all of the details over the net. This process has been very good for us as we live outside of the Milwaukee area. Roger is personable, knowledgeable, honest, professional and has a good sense of customer service. When we recently went in to sign the paperwork and pick up our new Camry we were cordially received by Roger and the other people working at Heiser's including Ella Golovina who processed our paperwork in an efficient and professional manner. I've never had such an overall positive, good feeling after a car purchase as my experience with Roger and Heiser Toyota this time around - my husband bought a Corolla from him a year prior! Then I switched brands from two vehicles with Mazda and I am loving my 2014 Camry XLE! I really appreciated his level of knowledge, professionalism and outstanding customer service. I am writing this review to let other people know that this dealership is exceptional. If it wasn't for Joe M. putting in all his time, and I mean ALL his time, I wouldn't be sitting here grinning ear to ear with my new Tundra. Joe's costumer service was absolutely awesome. With the holidays fast approaching, Joe and Ella(finance manager) both made an exception and continued working even on there day off. Hat's off to both for a job well done. I was very comfortable with the whole transaction, which is very good for me. I am a need to know kind of person, and Joe did a terrific job on getting me every bit of information I asked for. I even leaned a few things about car titles.(Kathy & I say thanks to Ella for that)So in the end, I ended up with a better deal than what I had imagined. I went to Heiser to test drive the Corolla and help my newly graduated daughter decide between a Civic and the new Corolla. The Corolla ofgered more including space and Toyota Care was impressive. She ended up buying in Indiana where she now lives, even though the deal was a little better here at Heiser . Joe McKearn was very knowledgeable and had great follow through. I just sent my oldest daughter to him as her 17 year old Camry with 225,000 miles needed to be let go. Camry's are amazing as well.

We went to Heiser not expecting to purchase a vehicle on this particular visit. However, joe met us outside and made the visit an extremely easy car shopping experience. He had incredible knowledge on every car we inquired about, he is friendly, he seems to be a very sincere and genuine guy, and did not pressure us at all. I dreaded car shopping until we met joe. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that evening and it couldn't have went any smoother. The price was good, the customer service was exceptional. When we went to pick it up, Liz helped us to finalize the sale. She was extremely efficient and friendly. We will definitely go back to Heiser for out next vehicle! I dread buying cars because of negative experiences in the past with car salesmen; however, this experience was completely different. Joe Malinauskas presents himself as an honest and sincere person who has his customer's best interest in mind. He was never "pushy", and he knows the cars well. He tries to find the best one for the customer's needs instead of pushing the most expensive. He is friendly and "down to earth" and made our car buying experience very pleasant. He also took the time to call later that day to see if we are enjoying the car and if we had any concerns. Although your dealership is not close to where we live, we will return there to purchase our next vehicle, which is not too far into the future. I will also recommend that anyone looking for a car should contact Joe Malinauskas. He is by far the best sales person that we every encountered in our car buying experience.

Coming up from Chicago, I was nervous that they would misrepresent the vehicle just to get me in the store. The car checked out and Joe was super responsive every step of the way. I assume Joe is the top salesman there as he is an excellent communicator, not pushy but comfortably persistent. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe and Heiser Toyota.

Stopped in to look at a new Highlander after having a bad experience with another Toyota dealer, got hooked up with Doug McDonald and he got the job done, He was a good down to earth laid back person, There was no screwing around, like I said he got the job done, We have bought several cars over the last couple of years. And the Heiser group gets a A++++ from me, We had the same great service and down to earth dealings when we bought a new Chevy from Heiser Chevrolet. We need to buy a car quickly as our old one needed too many repairs. We liked Heiser's web pricing - it let us know they were serious about price. Heiser had a good selection of the cars we were interested in. We bought a 2013 Rav4 - love it. Heiser was able to get it ready for us the same day which was perfect. We attended their new car buyers education event - it was very helpful. The only negative was our salesman could have been more knowledgeable. For example, he told us homelink was on the Rav4 and we learned later that it wasn't. We also had some trouble hooking up the smart phone, but another salesperson helped out and it turned out fine.

Dealing with the financial manager, business manager, and sales manager was easy and painless. With only 1 counteroffer on my trade in, I was offered a fair price.

I tried buy a Toyota Highlander locally, but neither dealership was interested in dealing me a fair price despite having purchased cars from both of them previously. Using the internet, I connected with Roger Droukas of Heiser Toyota in Menomonee Falls. Roger agreed to a fair price and trade in on my old vehicle, and then he made the purchase extremely easy, even finding me better financing that I had. I would recommend Heiser as a must see Toyota dealership.

Due to the lovely winters we have I wanted all wheel drive and the ability to see over the snowbanks when I was driving. The Highlander is a beautiful vehicle. This time I went for my 15,000 mile service on my 2013 Prius 2. I always enjoy a couple of the girls in particular. They are sisters and very fun and adorable! They talked us into trading in our 2009 Matrix which we loved for a new Prius which we now love too. This trip I saw Jessica and she helped me with a new Prius V which was decked out to the 9's. It turned out to be too pricey for right now but I had fun dreaming. The staff is always wonderful and the wait area is comfortable to make some tea and play on a tablet or whatever. The service is always superb and honest. I will never buy my cars from another dealer!

We have now Purchased our third new car from Heiser Toyota and just this week had to purchase a used truck due to the fact that someone totaled ours. We had the best service anyone could ask for from Jessica, she made us feel comfortable knowing that we were spending alot of money and wanted to feel that we were making a purchase we would be happy with. She spent alot of time with our new vehicle showing us all the new features and how to use them, she even told us to feel free to come back anytime if we still need more help. Then when we needed a used vehicle she was as helpful as if it was a new vehicle, she is sincerly warm and makes you leave knowing you feel good about your purchase. I am not a huge fan of buying a vehicle, as such I was not looking forward to the whole negotiation process. My wife and I were assisted by Jessica who was helpful, courteous and intelligent. She assisted with looking at several vehicles until we narrowed down our options. She did some research and was helpful in the process. The negotiation was painless and we walked away with a solid deal as well as a great vehicle. I would recommend the dealership and we have purchased our last two vehicles from them.

I was impressed by the prompt, courteous greeting when we entered, and the fact that we were promptly introduced to Shirley. We knew we wanted a new Camry LE, as we were very satisfied with our 2006 model, so she took us to view the models on the lot and then for a short test drive. Afterwards, we discussed and were offered a price to consider. As a consumer, we chose to check another dealership before deciding. I can honestly say we came back to Heiser because of Shirley's professionalism both in attitude and appearance....that applies to Bill Lawrence, Joe Vicari, Jr. and Frank Balderston, as well. (The other dealership we visited totally lacked any of that in its staff, making me want to run all the way back to Heiser) It was a pleasure to walk into a clean building with a staff that looked and acted as they should, geared to outstanding customer service, and ready to make a deal to suit the customers needs and wants. Shirlely, Bill, Joe and Frank proceeded to work with us to conclude our purchase to our complete satisfaction. Upon picking up our vehicle, Shirley again went over the features of the Camry, offering help with any questions we might have, took us to the Service Department, and went above and beyond in making our experience a positive one. I was very impressed by the fact that the new car manager and business mangers made a point to come out and introduce themselves during our visits, and again, appearancewise, they looked the part. The one thing I admit to not enjoying in a car purchase is industrywide, in that I wish when one picks the model they want the lowest price possible would just be given instead of all the back and forth between the sales person and the manager....even with that dislike that I have, Heiser Toyota and Shirley could not have handled it better. We are totally enjoying our new Toyota, and look forward to stopping in for our 5000 mile/6months check-up. Keep up the good work, Heiser Toyota!!

I recently bought a used BMW 135i from the Heiser Toyota Scion dealership in the West Metro Mall. I couldn't have been happier with the service. In particular, James Hicks, the salesman I worked with, was extremely friendly and helpful. After spending all day test driving cars, it was a welcome relief to meet a salesman I didn't feel was pressuring me in to a deal. Instead, he presented the positive aspects of the car and gave a rational argument for why it was car for me. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience altogether enjoyable, and I will definitely be contacting him again when in need of a car.

Joe made me feel 100% comfortable with Heiser at all times, beginning with a friendly e-mail based on my initial inquiry through USAA right through to handing me the keys. He is very personable and has a great sense of humor -- two qualities that are important to me. I felt like I didn't just "buy a car," but had a friend looking out for my best interests at every step. My wife also felt the good vibes loud and clear during our dealership visits. Lis was equally enjoyable to do business with. She not only explained the financial information in terms we could understand, but has a sense of humor to rival Joe. Again, we felt that she had our best interests at heart.

This was the first car I had to buy as my husband had always done it before. I was not looking forward to this and cringed thinking about dealing with sales people. I did my research on cars, ratings etc - knew what I wanted. The first dealership I went into was not fun with the manager and new salesman. On Edmunds.com I selected other local dealers and soon received a call from Joe. I liked his attitude, friendliness and how he listened to me on the phone, informative and didn't give a high pressure sales pitch I went between Heiser and 2 other dealers and just felt the best with Joe and Heiser. I also was told Heiser was good to customers for service. In a few days, I decided Heiser was the place ( I told my son and friend advising me that I just felt good about Joe). I went in for my appointment on a Saturday labor day w/e. It was busy but with each "guest" entering the door, they paged someone and were greeted promptly. Joe wasn't a stuffed shirt/high pressure, get it done salesman. He was busy but never made me feel rushed, spent time listening, low key, friendly approach, saying his job was fun. He knew what he was talking about (had other places give me inaccurate information in my Highlander search). I am so pleased. I can take it back that I'd rather have teeth pulled than go buy a car. The financial manager who spoke with me, Ella G, was also so kind, with no high pressure sales, but with well paced, thorough explanations of everything.

I made a good decision getting two vehicles through Heiser Toyota. The salesman, Mr. Al Hussain was very attentive to our needs and made the entire process easy and fast. He knew exactly what we were looking for. The financial process was also great and made easy: No hand written numbers: different number figures in were presented to us and we really appreciated the honesty at this dealership. This is the first time buying a vehicle that I can honestly say it was a pleasure. Everyone involved listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and when what I wanted was not in the 300 mile radius, they had Toyota build one and kept me in the loop the entire time. I despise the "haggling" that is involved with a vehicle purchase. At Heiser, the Ping-Pong pricing technique was not on the table...just the bottom line with trade, internet discount, and an additional "tent" discount. Everyone did what they had to do (including me) to put me in a new Toyota. The price was $250 over my bottom line (which I never mentioned), so the deal was done.Everyone I dealt with talked with (not to--big difference) me about the FAB of the vehicle in an intelligent, pleasant manner.When I left the dealership, I needed a drink, but not an antiseptic shower.I have already recommended Heiser to anyone who has asked. And I will go back, not only for service, but for another vehicle.

A few years ago I was treated badly by another dealer, and stopped in at Heiser to see what they would do. I met Al, and the rest is history. I have been 100% satisfied with all my transactions, and have always been treated with respect, courtesy, and appreciation. I love Toyota, and treat my cars very well, so trade-ins have always gone smoothly.On my last pick up of my newest car, Al came in on his day off to assure that everything went without a hitch. I am very happy with my experience at Heiser. I have recently purchased my third camary, second from Heiser. They work hard to listen to what the customer wants and then do their very best to make you happy. I could not be more pleased with the effort put forth by Brian Drewek. Due to his hard work I am now driving the car I wanted with all the options I wanted. He spent time making sure I understood all the new features of my car and made sure my bluetooth and phone were working before he let me leave the dealarship. Heiser delivered on price and Roger made the process EXTREMELY easy, especially for someone out of town. We were able to get the deal done the day I drove there, and he kept me updated on the build and delivery of the car. He took his time to show me how everything in the car worked before I left. I would say the price was fair for the vehicle, but I did find one cheaper in Chicago. When I brought this up to the sales manager he said that their document fees were higher when in fact they were not after I called the Chicago dealership. Overall though Joe was a great salesman and excellent customer service. By far one of the best dealerships I have dealt with.

After purchasing my sixth vehicle from Heiser I noticed that the Radio Lights were inoperative and that the a Fog light was not working. I called Heiser and was told that My salesperson would have to talk to his manager about fixing these items. After not hearing back (aprox 2+ weeks) from them I emailed my salesperson and was told that they would not fix either . The sales disclosure stated that the radio passed their safety inspection. However I feel that not having radio lights at niight is definetaly a safety issue. I used to tell all my relatives and friends to buy from Heiser as I always had a good experience. However now I feel that they disregarding my past loyalty toward their company and were only thinking of saving a buck instead of fixing my concerns . You have lost a Customer and my free advertising about your company amongst my friends and relatives.

I wanted to buy a Toyota because my parents have always had one. I bought a used 2009 Corolla. During the test drive I heard the brakes grinding which the salesman told me was from sitting on the lot. I asked for them to be checked before purchase and he said yes. After taking the car home, I found there was no wheel lock key in the car. Had to go back twice to get it fixed! A month after the purchase my "brand new 8-year battery" died and while I was in for that the service attendant told me my car was not drivable due to brakes that were worn all the way through! I told him about my test drive experience and I got free breaks & battery! Also, when I went in for my first oil change, the attendant told me they had to do a recall fix that should have been done before I got the car! These were all items that should have been checked during the safety inspection. I didn't feel very safe after I found all these things out! I wrote a letter to the owner, manager, salesman & service attendant and got no response! I called the manager about it and he said all these things were just coincidences and didn't have anything else to say! Unbelievable and unacceptable!

I recently purchased "another" toyota from Heisers on Metro Bvld in Milwaukee. I want to compliment Jessica Phillips for handling the process in a thorough and professional manner. I am an older person, not familar with all the electronics on these new cars. Jessica patiently listened to my needs then walked me through the system. Due to this gentleman's fantastic service, I am now the very PROUD owner of a 2012 RAV4!! When I came to pick up my car and do the paperwork, I sat down with Frank. Guess what? ALL of the numbers were EXACTLY on what we agreed on. NO surprises. Frank was very knowledgeable and explained every paragraph on each of the papers. This is the third car I have purchased from Heiser Toyota. This purchase was in need of additional product information to make the correct choice.Warren Pope provided me a the data to make the correct decision. He knows his product well and was a good guy to work with.Bill knows how to put the transaction together and has an eye for the details that the customer requests.These guys know how to listen to the customers needs as well as perform what they claim.Frank pays attention to the transaction details and made the business end of this pretty painless. The business end of the transaction is not the best part of the experience, however Frank made it easy.All of the individuals that I came into contact with at this store from the receptionist to the managers were very customer orientated.This is the best place in SE Wisconsin to buy a car.

Took car in for 100,000 mile oil change. Service was very good. I thought the recommended future service was a little too much. For example Right License Plate bulb $16.40 +tax and other recommendations like filters that were just replaced recently.

Chue Lee gives 150% customer service, the problem started with Wheel Key Lock, I could not find it, and I had never used it, Toyota is the only service department that has worked on my Rav 4. When the tires were rotated they used a master key lock, the solution to the situation was to order a new one free of charge thanks to Chue and his manager.Whenever I go to Heiser for oil change, etc, everyone is always friendly and customer service is always 100% or more.

After being really happy with buying my RAV4 at Heiser from Bill Lawrence, I have been blown away again and again by the excellent service given to me. All the service writers have answered any questions I may have had. My last oil change and tire rotatation, written up by Samantha, came in UNDER the expected charges! And then I get to wash the car as well! The help and advice with my wifes Camry with 250,000 miles on the clock has been especially helpful. This dealership is top notch.

We recently purchased a new 2013 RAV4 from Heiser Toyota, and it was a most enjoyable and hassle-free experience! Our sales rep, Joe Malinauskas, did a great job of meeting our requirements for showing us the vehicle, taking a test drive, and finding the exact car through the "locate" process. In fact, in all my years of purchasing new vehicles, I cannot recall one that was easier and quicker. Joe is a very pleasant and friendly individual, knowledgable about his product, and respectful of your time by being prompt for appointments. I especially liked Heiser's approach to pricing by putting their best price out front on their web site, and on other car buying web sites that I visited. I found that their price was very competitive with other dealers, so, I did not need to haggle over the last dollar as I have had to do in the past when buying a new car. Also, when I went to pick up my new RAV4, I was not subjected to a blizzard of paperwork, or post- sale sales pitches from the finance manager, which I really appreciated. All in all, Heiser was a really cool dealer to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a new Toyota.

I had a scheduled oil change yesterday and I had just purchsed this car at the end of March and it was a certified vehicle. The air conditioning filter and engine filter were really dirty and needed to be replaced. It definately was more than 3 months of dirt and grime so Heiser replaced it free of charge. I would recommend anyone to go to Heiser to purchase a vehicle or service. They are wonderful and caring.

I have been coming to this dealership for all my maintenance and I have to say that the staff is wonderful. The lounge area is comfortable and I love the fact that the kids have an area to play in also. My kids love it and so do I. Having two kids makes me a little nervous about making sure my vehicle is safe and I have to say that I have no worries going here!

I had purchased a used vehicle else where and was in need of spare keys and remote( only available thru a Toyota dealer) I did not have the amount needed to buy directly so I called your service depart and spoke with Mark. He offered cost effective options avail able from the internet and then was willing to cut my new keys and program them without me "taking out another loan" (replacement keys are very costly) Your staff was very courteous and made you feel welcome. Hats off to Mark in your service department for keeping prices real . (if you cant afford the "keep up" of the vehicle then it is not going to keep it's value. As of this writhing I would not hesitate to visit you for service and possible later date trade in.

Samantha was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the Care Plus Package. She took the time to help me understand what was covered and for how long. For that she gets FIVE STARS from me! Jessica was also very helpful and nice while explaining the features of the Prius C. I really like the patient, understanding help these women gave me, the focus they had on helping me as a customer and their no pressure attitude. Samantha J was very helpful with my service appt. My needs were 100% accomodated. The service dept at Heiser has improved over the years. They used to push for extra services more, but now they do much less of this, and I feel like I have more choices in what I get done for my car. I don't mind being told what might be needed, but I don't like being pressured to do the service when all I thought I was coming for was an oil change.

I went there for oil change and check-ups. I had to change the tires, which cots a lot (to me as a student). They also suggested me to do other oil check, and that just a check was not cheap. However, service consultant, Sam, explained the details and also asked tech people to double check (I think) if I really need that right now. She also gave me some discount using the coupon that I did not notice. I felt like I was treated as a valued customer even this was my first time there. The place was beautiful and fully equipped so that my waiting time was not bad at all. Only thing was the bit far from my place. Other than that, I am happy with my experience.

Leasing a vehicle is not always the most pleasant experience in the world, but working with Joe was extremely relaxing and pleasurable. He had no issues with delivering on the commitments that he set forth for us. There is no doubt that I would gladly refer family and friends to Heiser and to make sure they see Joe when they arrive. I brought my Toyota Yaris in for an oil change and to patch my tire. Though I was disappointed my tire could not be patched and I had to buy a new tire my experience was very positive. Samantha, my service consultant, was upbeat, friendly and professional. She was also patient with all my questions and researched the tire I bought for warranty and expected mileage. The facility was clean and the staff friendly. A staff person offered popcorn to us in the waiting area and there was soda in the fridge. It was nice for those of us being there at 7:30 pm in the evening.

Our experience with Joe was fantastic!!! He was ready for us and had the car we wanted to test drive out front waiting for us. He was very helpful on the test drive with all the features of the vehicle. Joe spent time going out to walk the lot to see if there was another option for us as the car we test drove sold while we were out driving it. He worked with his managers to get us a good price. I drove into the Service Center, without an appointment, because my son's headphones got stuck and tangled up in the center console. I was greeted immediately by Chue Lee, explained my problem and he immediately got a technician, Dan Kane, to come over and look at what could be done. Within minutes, they not only untangled the headphones, they did it with a smile on their face and they wouldn't accept any payment for their prompt service.

We came in to check out an Internet special on a new toyota sienna and were so pleased with the whole experience. We didn't plan on purchasing a car that day but went in with the intent of checking the car out and then thinking it over as we tend to take weeks even months before we make a big purchase.However the price was so right and the entire staff made it such an easy process when we asked for their absolute lowest price out the door, they printed it right out and explained it, that we did end up buying that day. After we found out our trade in value we left to go home and think and they were still so nice when at other dealerships we have been treated downright rude when we leave to think. When we came back we negotiated a little on our trade in and it was all handled very professionally and politely. We left feeling like we got a fair trade in and an absolute steal on our new car. James was wonderful throughout the whole process and so friendly with our two kids who were beyond done car shopping! We both continued commenting throughout the week on what a great process it was and would wholeheartedely recommend this dealership and particularly James to anybody in the market for a new car!

Yesterday (Saturday) afternoon I found a construction screw imbedded in the tire of my 2011 Toyota Rav 4. I called Heiser and luckily they were able to take me in to fix the tire, and while I was there also were able to provide the 25,000 mile service which had recently come due on my vehicle...all at the same time...all on a SATURDAY afternoon. The Service Consultant, Samantha, who assisted me was excellent, and the service technicians who repaired my tire/service my vehicle even stayed 1/2 hour over their 4:30pm service department closing time to complete the work that I needed done. They all met and exceeded my expectations for service. Although I have purchased and leased a number of Toyota vehicles from Heiser, for me the purchase/lease of a new vehicle is only as good as the aftercare/service provided by a dealership. I will continue to be a loyal Heiser customer due to not only their excellent sales staff, but also because of the excellent service that Heiser Toyota has provided for me in the past, and continues to provide, as demonstrated by my experience yesterday. Kudos to Heiser!!!!

I had a really good buying experience. My new car sales person, Joe M. , was exceptional! I typically do like purchasing vehicles due to the high pressure sales tactics. But I did not experience that with Heiser. It took me a month or so to make up my mind and my sales person kept in contact as we had agreed. They did not have my car and had to locate it. They promised it would be delivered on my birthday, and it was. I love my 2013 Blizzard White Highlander Limited. It came with a full tank of gas! Peter, the finance person was a gem, but the paperwork took appx 2 hours. However, that was soon forgotten when I got on the highway. Overall, it was a great experience and the entire team was very professional.

Had a recent auto emergency, Heiser Toyota came through big! Joe Malinasuaks (spelling? No disrespect man!) was there and helped me& my family out. Working on a limited budget with specifics in mind helped us obtain a really good used car. Meeting the rest of the team was a very positive experience as well. The dealership was stunning,clean and welcoming. They accommodated my children amazingly well during the paperwork side of the deal. My car was quickly inspected during a routine oil change and I was given options of how to fix the noise my car was making. During the whole process I was comfortably seated in a relaxing lounge with free hot and cold beverages, newspapers to read and TV to watch in a very bright open waiting area between the new cars and the service Dept. My wife and I went to the Milwaukee Auto Show and decided that we wanted a hybrid, so we knew it was going to be a Toyota car. We were pretty sure that we would buy a Camry, until we went to Heiser and drove both a Camry and an Avalon. We had talked on the phone with a sales person, who turned out to be Joe Malinauskas. We can't say enough good things about Joe - he is personable, he was able to answer all of our questions, and he listens!! We had a wonderful experience taking test drives, and getting to know both the Camry and the Avalon. We liked both, but decided on the Avalon. We went home, did our homework, and called Joe back to offer a price that we felt was fair. Joe checked with his managers, and the deal was done!! It was a pretty simple process. Our car was not available locally, so it was ordered, which was just fine, and came in when expected. We picked it up just two days ago, and could not be happier with the car, the experience, and the interaction with Joe and the other staff at Heiser. Thank you Heiser!! OK, so I drive up to the service garage door and it opens automatically and I drive in and wonder how far I need to go - but no worries, a Service Person came out and actually met me and said I could leave the car right there wih the keys in it - wow, thank you. Now it gets better - I walk into the service office and there are a few people there and I wonder how long this will take, but Samantha comes right up to me and says "let's get you going" - wow, thanks. Now it gets even better - after typing up the order for the 15,000 mile check-up, tire rotation, etc., she explained everything to me. Samantha told me it would take about one hour so while I was waiting, I had a great conversation with Pat - great guy - and looked over all of the Toyotas in the showroom which I really like to do - I looked for my buddy Al, and my friend Liz, but I couldn't find them - they are actually like family. So after about a half an hour, Samantha comes out and finds me and gives me an update as to how things are going - that's right, Samantha gave me an update. Communication is so important and Samantha gets it! Then she came out only 50 minutes total from when I arrived and said I was all set, my car was out front - no hassle - are you kidding me? Great service, great communication and great people. I actually enjoy going to Heiser whether it be to buy a car or to have service done. I am still tring to figure out what happened - I don't know if everyone has this great of an experience, but if they happen to get Samantha, I guarantee they do.Thanks for taking what could be a painful experience and making it inspiring!

Joe Malinauskas got to know us and learn what we were looking for. Then he showed us what was possible within our interests. When it got to the price he listened to us and was very specific about what he could do with the price. After checking with a few other dealers we came back to work on the price because we were very impressed with Joe and Bill the sales manager and with the dealership as a whole. We came to an agreement on the price that we were satisfied with and had them find the car that we wanted. It only took a few days!We had to wait for the film cover for the hood, fenders and rear bumper.When the car was delivered we were served very well by Joe Vicari, Jr. and decided on the paint protection options since we have the habit of keeping cars for a long time. He also was very professional and easy to work with.Joe Malinauskas then went through the operation of the entire car with us to the extent of making sure that my cell phone was paired correctly with the Entune system. This was very impressive since I had read a lot on-line about people having trouble with the pairing function which I believed to be due to inadequate setup. Joe brought in a service specialist to make sure that it worked with with my cell phone. Further, Joe went through many of the functions of eTune and how to get the mirror buttons to work with our garage door. This was all very helpful because after not having a new car for 17 years some of the setup tasks were rather daunting even for a computer professional.Heiser is many mile further from our house than the Toyota dealer that we had previously worked with. The friendliness, accuracy of what we were told, price, and in general the professional manner in which we were treated was a huge factor in our deciding to work with Heiser and especially Joe Malinauskas who represents Heiser very well.We would recommend Heiser Toyota to any of our friends who were looking for a car.

Overall I'm happy with buying a used car from Heiser. The car (2009) is in great shape, and I got it at a good price. Jim H and Brian D were pleasant to deal with. After I got home with the car, I noticed it was missing the rear headrests, and Heiser quickly had replacements sent to me. That was a very nice touch. The main downside was the waiting time...the paperwork took over 2 hours.

Hi,Friendly staff and nice environment but you need to decrease the waiting time for customers.I bought the car and the mileage on my car paperwork had 13 miles - which is the mileage of when I left after putting a down payment on the car. Now I was told after my first visit that my car would be stored with a SOLD sign on it...However, when I went to drive off in my new car the next week..mileage was 20. This leads me to believe that my car was test drove after I paid the down payment. Disappointing...For my first visit - I was at the dealership for over 2 hours to look at ONE car model and test drive TWO cars. That is way too long. I didn't have any trade-in and was not interested in any financing. The reason I was given on wait times..is it was due to the computers being slow. Buying this new car was actually not a pleasant experience due to all the waiting time. Getting the car keys...getting some paperwork...more paperwork...more paperwork... My second visit went much faster - thank you Katie! Also - I suggest when someone asks a question please don't answer back ... I don't know...no one has ever asked that before. Instead please let them know you will get back to them...and then get back to them. We now feel that after the sale the business is not interested in helping with questions. This feedback is a suggestion for Joe. I look forward to using Heiser for my Toyota Care maintenance!

When I started looking at cars, I knew I wanted a Toyota and I wanted to go to a dealer close to home. I met Joe M. on a Saturday morning. He was very friendly and very professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain what Toyota was offering. He allowed me time to think about it, and was never the "pushy salesman" type and I appreciated that. The dealership has always delivered friendly, prompt service. The pricing appears reasonable for a dealer. I have bought 2 sets of tires and they were able to get the tires I wanted at a reasonable price. The only minor problems I have had, which did not affect the review, is whether they wash the car before giving it to me after servicing or whether I have to drive it through their car wash. There was another instance when I had a water pump replaced but the new pump was leaking when I returned home. The service manger promptly took care of it by having the car towed back to Heiser and corrected the problem. I do not know if this was caused by a faulty part or by an installation error. I did appreciate the quick response and corrective action.

Had a really good buying experience. Went to Heiser because I saw on Cars.com that they had the car I needed at about $1,500 cheaper than anywhere around Chicago. The car had been in 3 accidents, but the salesman was very upfront about going over those with me. He had lots of bodyshop experience and told me what to look for.The paint color match is perfect and the texture is a tiny bit different, but I don't care about that, so the car is a good match for me. The previous owner had had the car for 4 years since the last accident, so I guess htere ar eno residual problems. Brett the salesman was very earnest and straightforward about everything, and even picked me up at the Milwaukee train station the day I came to pick up the car, so that I wouldn't have to drag my whole family up there and then drive back in tandem. Closing the deal was pretty quick and painless and I was in and out in half an hour. Very happy with the car and the deal I got. The only thing that was weird was that on the day I agreed to buy the car, I told them I would take it if they could meet the price that my insurance company was paying to replace our previous car. I asked if they would come down that last $450, and they agreed to come down $300, and I decided to settle there. Then, after signing the contract, I saw that the new internet price had come online that morning, and that it was lower than what I had negotiated. I caught this right after I signed the contract, the salesman "went back to the manager" and they agreed to honor the new, lower internet price. Great. Then I realized that, with their last offer, they were negotiating UP from the current asking price. I wondered how it could be that neither the salesman nor the manager could know what the asking price is for a car they were selling. Mike the manager explained to me that they have a "third party pricing source" that sets the prices for some of their cars, and that he doesn't necessarily print them out every day and that they had missed that price change. Okay... I negotiated another $200 off the new low price because I felt foolish buying a car that had been in three accidents for the asking price. So that seemed weird but everything else was cool.

The visit was for service in regards to an oil change, tire rotate and wiper blade replacement. While waiting for the service to be completed, the repair technician came to speak with me about a few items they found (bulb was out on the license plate and air cabin filter needed to be replaced). The technician gave me the cost of these items after which I gave the go ahead to complete the necessary repairs. The wait was a bit long (one and a half hours), but the waiting area is very comfortable, so it was alright. After the repairs were done, a service representative checked me out (quite hurriedly I admit) and I didn't get a chance to look over the bill until after I had checked out. It was then that I noticed I was charged the incorrect amount for the license plate bulb installment. I went to the service representative, told him the issue and because it was already paid for, he credited my account for the full amount of the bulb replacement. So, when I go in for the next repair, a credit will be on our account. I was very appreciative of the customer service since they made the mistake in overcharging me. Almost all of our repairs are with this dealer and we also purchased the vehicle from them. The service representatives seemed rushed and stressed because they were short handed. I was in no hurry, but felt rushed. That is the only concern I had with the whole experience.

Reason for visit: I'd like to select both service & new sales. Bought vehicle new AND also service vehicle at Heiser. Heiser is the best dealership I have dealt with in my almost 40 years of buying vehicles for myself and my company. Great communicators, scheduling service is easy, pulling into the garage you are greeted and assisted right away, go inside to check in, staff keeps you updated in the progress of your vehicle. Staff is always clear about what they're doing with the vehicle & why. I've had my Toyota Sienna about 3-4 years, absolutely no servicing issues -- never stranded alongside the road. Only had to do standard maintenance for how many miles is on it (I already have approx. 80,000 miles on it) and a couple of flat tires over the years. Prices good, get in & out pretty quickly. If you have something that takes time, they'll shuttle you to your job & come and get you later, when your vehicle is done. A couple of times over the years, I dropped in without an appointment and was treated very well. Staff is always friendly & efficient. Waiting room is decent while you wait for an oil change, TV, comfy couches/chairs, high tables to work on your laptop; clean bathroom; some complimentary beverages in the waiting room. Everyone is helpful & polite. I'll never go anywhere else now that I've found them.

Warren Pope was probably the nicest car salesman we have ever dealt with and showed concern of our feelings and we thank him for that. We would deal with Warren absolutely again and again. Overall, I had a decent experience with Heiser Toyota. They had the vehicle I was looking for, and provided me with the complete history report of the vehicle. They couldn't do much on the price, as they said it was "internet priced". I would buy from them again, if they could be a little more competitive on pricing.

I bought my Prius because of the knowledge and information I received from Doug Mcdonald. Even after I bought my car I can call him and have for help with features I can't seem to navigate. We were in need of a good quality used car at a fair price. After doing a lot of research online - including reviewing the Carfax - we narrowed our search to 4 vehicles ... all of which turned out to be at Heiser Toyota. We came into the dealership with the printouts and were treated very well by salesman James Hicks. Actually one of the vehicles we wanted had already been sold, but James took all the time we could have asked for in going over the 3 remaining vehicles and taking each of the vehicles on test rides that were NOT pre-determined but instead gave us the opportunity to really know the cars. No pressure, no pushing. When we decided on the vehicle we wanted we had a fair and frank conversation and settled on price without the usual game playing. It is rare when one can walk out of a dealership feeling that the deal was fair to all concerned, but that was our experience. We highly recommend James Hicks and Heiser Toyota.

We'd been looking for a 4runner at several dealerships, but returned to Heiser because of Roger Droukas' low pressure and friendly attitude. Financing and agreement on price was smooth and extremely efficient. Atmosphere and introductions of fellow staff made us feel welcome and part of a "family-orientated" business. I would highly recommend working with Roger Droukas! We explained our needs and he suggested the ideal vehicle for us; which was the Toyota Corolla. Roger took care of every little detail, and got us the car we wanted at the best price in town. We'll definitely be back to purchase a new truck when it's time. And, the service hours are fantastic, too!

I originally stopped in July. I was just beginning to gather intell on a new vehicle. I was very up front about that; I made it very clear that we wouldn't be "ready to buy" for several months. Roger took plenty of time with me and thoroughly explained the whole Scion program, even taking the time to give a detailed breakdown of the overall difference in cost between leasing and buying. Even the manager came over to meet me and offer any assistance. A few months later when we were "ready to buy" it was the easiest, most hassle free purchase of any car we have ever bought. We will definitely keep Heiser in mind when the time comes to replace our other vehicle.

I recently was at Heiser Toyota shopping for used cars with my husband. Our friends sent us to visit Roger at Heiser because they had a great experience when they bought there new rav4 a few months back. Roger did a wonderful job showing us cars in our price range and answered all the questions we had about the various vehicles. He made the car shopping experience very pleasurable and easy. Thanks again Roger, we will see you after the Holidays and will hopefully find just the right vechicle for us.

I don't live in WI, but when I was researching new minivans recently, several family members there recommended Brian in Internet sales. I thought if I got a great enough deal, it would be worth it to buy it there. I was on the fence about a couple of different vehicles, and after I got a great quote from Brian on a 2012 Sienna, we talked and he answered all my many questions patiently. He was very friendly and nice, not pushy at all. I was really impressed that he knew so much about the Toyota vehicles (the Highlander was a contender too). Other dealers/sales people I talked with didn't know half as much about the cars they sold. In the end, I bought locally (with travel, price was a wash), but would totally recommend Heiser to anyone living in the Milwaukee area.

Dishonest dealership. These guys low ball you on phone to get you into dealership. once you are there , they jack up the prices. Dont make promise that you cannot full fill, Shame on you Heiser Toyota.I finalized the deal with sales person name Ryan Withenburg with his manager Tom Enters whispering in the back about service fee of $194. So the price they agreed to on phone was $30500 with Couple of options for toyota sienna XLE. Also they pressured me on phone telling me that this price is good only if i stop in make deposit as they still had to locate a vehicle. Ryan told me on phone that I will be taken care of by his manager Tom Enters as he is only scheduled to work till 5:00pmI reached in evening at schedule appt time. Tom Enters made me wait inspite of my appointment. Then he comes tells me that price is $30900, I was ready to walk out but was also excited to buy a car, so stayed. Tom Enter send another sales person to deal with us (As he is mananger and has to seat in his cabin). I explained salesperson about our deal and I was ready to put in the deposit at $30900 with options agreed upon earlier. This sales person writes me down the price of 30900 and lists options on a peice of paper, so we thought things are ok.Next thing we know is he talks to Tom Enters and comes back with saying that price of $30900 is without any options.(options will be $500 extra). General Manager Pat Pomeranz stops to talk with Tom Enters in his lil cabin. Salesman is dispatched to tell us that they cannot make a deal at $30900 with options included.Dont make promise that you cannot full fill, Shame on you Heiser Toyota.

I bought a used Toyota. All the people were nice. But the process took very long. We went for a test drive. We noticed some noise from the back which they said they would attend to but they did not. I had to ask them a few times before they showed me the Carfax report. I don know why? Then they did not accept my starter check and I had to go to my bank and get cash. After the purchase I received a few emails asking if I was happy with the car and if they could do anything more. I wrote them about the noise and asked about when the oil was changed last time. But I did not receive any reply.

Everyone I can into contact with at this dealership was extremely friendly. I feel like they went above "good" customer service. I told Brian what I was looking for and he came back with several options for me to choose from. I usually have buyers regret when spending a lot of money on something, but I felt comfortable with my choice. Anytime I hear a friend or family member say they are looking to buy a new or used car, I will recommend Heiser. I will also tell them to speak to Brian!

Best car buying experience both my husband and I have had. Pre-buying Research:When we decided on a new Toyota truck my husband contacted his preferred dealer and I checked out almost every dealer within 100 to 200 miles. I checked stock, ask questions and set up a contact/sales person to work with. Heiser did things right from the start. They respected my wishes to contact me using e-mail during this stage, the e-mails were from a real person that actually provided the information I requested and provided useful information I didn't ask. I also didn't get tons of generic/bulk e-mails from unknown or duplicate people at Heiser like I did from others. Pros- e-mailed me like I asked, gave me the info I asked for, initial pricing given was real/transparent/a true fair priceCons- 1 or 2 bulk e-mails sent over the course of approximately 2 months Coming in:When it was time to test drive, James and everyone at Heiser were really helpful without being pushing in any way. I'm not only a new mother, but I have a demanding job and can't predict when I might be done for the day to even schedule an appointment very easily. I believe it took me almost a month to find time in my schedule. James did not get impatient with me in all that time. When I had an unexpected cancellation, James was able to get me in for a test drive with short notice (in fact it was shorter notice than I think is respective to give another professional and I thank him for that). Pros - not pushy, able to accommodate busy scheduleCons - not available at 5 am for a test drive **JUST KIDDING; the sales hours were more than accommodating - no cons** In Person Experience:Once at Heiser, everyone was professional and friendly. The place was set up well and had some great features like comfortable couches, great lighting, children's area and refreshments. I really enjoyed talking to everyone there. I observed other sales people/customer iterations and was very pleased. Anyone of them would have been good, but James Hicks was great. James was very knowledgeable with all my many questions. He took the time to listen to me and understand my needs. If he didn't have the answer off the top of his head, he found the answer for me. I really enjoyed myself at Heiser. When I came back with my husband, James zeroed in on all of his needs. He helped us find the right truck for the both of us. Pros - the employees, Sales experience of James Hicks, comfortable place to be Cons - none to speak ofPurchasing:Negotiate a price was relatively painless. We worked out a great price with the features/accessories that sold both myself and my husband. Every department worked hard to send us home with our Toyota Tundra that day. I would never buy from Heiser.I have received information from their employees pertaining to some of their practices.Quite a few customers walk away feeling satisfied and have no idea how much money they could have saved.Also they have some employees who exhibit poor behavior.One of those employees is Altaf Hussain.I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a salesman.He is very aggressive and unpleasant for a person that works with the public.In conclusion,anyone would do well to stay away from this dealership.

My husband and I both agreed that our experience, as it has been in the past, was a very good one at Heiser. The incentive to trade in his 2005 Highlander was what initially brought us in, and we ended up buying 2 new cars! We also enjoy working with Al Hussain - he's our guy! We purchased our other vehicles from him and feel very comfortable dealing with him. All in all, we had a great experience at Heiser.

When my used Camry was brought in for service, it was no longer worth fixing. The folks in the service department directed me over to sales, where Luke was very eager to help me find a new car. I was offered options and deals to make sure I left that day feeling confident in my new car purchase. Two days later I came to pick it up and even though the power went out numerous times, everyone was very helpful. I was able to get my car that day and I am very happy with my purchase. I plan on using Heiser for all my future car purchases or leases.

Corey was one of the most efficient and adept service advisors I have ever experienced at Heiser Toyota. He listened carefully, got me in and out as fast as possible (oil change and part) and finished up with the parts/warranty paperwork after I was gone - love that! Less than 24 hrs after I ordered a cracked luggage rack piece he had it in stock and called me today - that took 7 days last time. Great experience. We were very excited about purchasing a Toyota because of the great experience we had had with our Sommers Subaru. Sommers had set our expectations high and we were looking forward to the fuel economy of the Prius and similar service relationship. We brought our Prius in for our 5,000 mile service. We had problems with service form the beginning. The manager said we were not part of the service program which we had bought with out new car. He sad the prius should not be brought in until 10,000 miles. When my wife asked him to look at the headlights because they were aimed too low, he said it was fine and it was just wrong because she was a woman. When she demanded that he look at them he said everything was fine and that he adjusted them, but he did not. We had tested the headlights at an intersection near our house before going in for service, the lights did not cross the intersection. After the service manager said he had fixed it we tested it again, the lights did not cross the intersection. This service manager was very rude and condescending to my wife. Unfortunately since the sales people were very nice we purchased the pre paid service plan and will have to deal with this service manager again. It it fortunate for Heiser that Sommers does not sell Toyota.

Heiser was wonderful! We shopped another dealer previously, and the experience was awful. That dealership was not willing to work with us on our trade or move anywhere near an acceptable price. Heiser gave us a fair price on our trade (3,000 more than the other dealership) and gave us a price on the new van that was well below the other dealership. Heiser's website was also very helpful in preparing for purchasing a new vehicle. The bottom line pricing takes all the stressful guess work out of the how much the bottom line will be, and the options are all clearly listed. We were able to come to the dealership with our list of vans we wanted to look at, and we already knew the price and options for each. The Heiser staff was all very helpful when we arrived. James Hicks, our salesman, was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating! He showed us all the options, articulated the differences in the two vans we were looking at, and was so flexible with our timeline. I will definitely recommend Heiser to others! The bummer is -- we do not live close to Heiser so we will likely use another service department. However, we have not ruled out Heiser just because the experience was so positive. The drive might be worth it. Thanks so much for the great experience, AND the new van is great.

Rex and his team were very good to work with for our purchase. They were waiting for us with smiles when we arrived at the dealership. He immediately walked us through everything with the Highlander. We never felt any pressure to make "split second" decision that can often happen at car dealerships. Prior to our appointment he followed up with me both via email and phone, and even gave me his personal cell phone to contact him. The entire crew was very friendly and stayed late just to make sure we got to take our new vehicle home that night. When things got delayed, they gave us a good timeline and allowed us to take our old vehicle to go get some food. They did good diligence to make sure they had everything they needed from me, as my title from my Camry was unique coming from Nebraska. The trade-in value that we got for the Camry was exactly where I wanted/expected it to be and the price we financed the Highlander was great, and exactly what we were hoping for for our budget. I truly appreciate all the work they did, and am currently LOVING my new Highlander. Thank you!

I was very happy with the whole Heiser package. I found a car I was intersted on-line and I sent an inquiry. I rec'd a phone call back immediately with info. I was introduced to a sales rep that was working the tent sale at Miller Park. The next day, I called ahead and the rep was ready and waiting for me to test drive the car. We ended up buying a different vehicle (same make & model. I was an easy sale, but Heiser also made it easy on me!

I financed a used car. First time going through an actual dealership and had the worst experience. Within 4 days of having the vehicle my check engine light came on. That is rediculouse. Within 2 months I have been to the dealership 5 times. Never will I go back there and never will I recommend them.

I was impressed that Cory saw my service experience from beginning to end and stayed engaged the entire time. I went in for a simple oil change and requested extra service. Then I had to return because I noticed an oil leak. He didn't pass me off to anyone else, remembered that I had been in for service and type of service, and made sure the leak was corrected. He passed a very critical customer service benchmark in my book.

When I come into the service bay I am immediately greeted and made welcome. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience at Heiser Toyota. I needed a car and basically knew what I was looking for. All of my questions were answered and no "high pressure" experience. Just lovely. I cannot say enough about Jason, extremely pleased with his service and he had all of the answers. The walk through he presented when I picked up the car was great and very informative. I found myself not having to look up much at all in the owners manual, which, I am still browsing through. Jason was there to check up on me during the time I was waiting, he always knew where I was. As for the dealership itself, very clean, organized and overall a nice place to wait while the car is being serviced. The area for the children is wonderful! Well thought out. I used to work in an auto garage, I loved my job and really never saw myself needing to do my service work at the dealership. I have changed my mind on that. I will be going back. Oh, the coffee and hot chocolate are great also!

I am very happy with the customer service I received at Heiser Toyota. Brian Drewek is a plethora of information about Toyota's and really made my car buying friendly and fun. I was looking for a new Tacoma truck and Brian helped me decide what options would work best with my needs without any kind of pressure to buy. I've had my new Tacoma for a few weeks now, and I love it. I would definitely go back to Brian Drewek and Heiser and will recommend to everyone I know.

I spent two days dealing with a new salesperson here (do not remember his name) trying to buy a used vehicle. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from a different dealership. My experience here was not the best but not the worst either. I don't know that I can site the new salesman for my dissatisfaction, as I really do not feel that he received adequate training and he tried REALLY hard to assist me. The sales manager (not sure which one) was helpful to me as well and was able to assist in answering all of my questions and handling a couple of situations that came up that the new salesperson could not help with. Both called to follow up with me, which I appreciated. I didn't purchase a car there because I ended up receiving a great deal from another dealership. Overall, I was satisfied with the effort that the salesperson and manager put in to try to assist me, but I do think that more/better training of new salespeople might be beneficial.

Very nice, very friendly, very professional people every time I come in for routine oil changes/5000 mile checkups.I am Toyota's biggest fan, and I consider my 2006 Toyota Camry LE to be the perfect car.I have had zero problems with it in the five years and 73,000 miles that I have driven it.It rides like a magic carpet, gets 28.44 miles per gallon combined, is the fastest car on the road when you need to accelerate, and is just an outstanding all-around performer.

I had my 2002 Highlander in for a diagnostic analysis on Tuesday, January 25, 2011. My check engine light had been on for some time and the codes were 0420 & 0430. The diagnostic confirmed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced, my Professional Service Consultant was Joe Pappalardo. Joe explained my options, which were to replace the converter with aftermarket parts or go with genuine Toyota. His suggestion was to go with the higher quality Toyota parts as I intended to keep the vehicle for at least five years. Joe also mentioned that four oxygen sensors needed to be removed in order to replace the converter. This is a delicate process as the sensors can be damaged if they are not removed carefully. Joe wrote up a service estimate that ranged from $980 all the way up to $1700 if the sensors had to be replaced. I asked Joe if he would honor a coupon from another Toyota dealership and he did. He needed to order the converter from Chicago which arrived the next day. He never asked for a deposit which I appreciated. I dropped the vehicle off at 745 AM Thursday and the friendly shuttle driver dropped me off in Brookfield. Joe called me at 1130 that morning to say the work was finished and there were no issues with the oxygen sensors. He sent the shuttle back to pick me up and I was done by 1215. Although the work was not cheap, Joe saved me substantial money by honoring the coupon. He was straight up about the repair work and the service was performed in under four hours- very good considering the scope of work. The shuttle service was great too, the driver was friendly in spite of the slippery road conditions. Joe gave me three things that I look for as a customer: fairness, honesty and value. Based on that I would recommend Joe Pappalardo and Heiser Toyota. Great job and thank you!!

Brought our Sienna van in for the recall repair, (spare tire cable).Fixed it and did a check up, found nothing wrong, no charge and we were on our way.Our local Toyota dealer in Sheboygan would not do the recall fix. We were told we had to wait for a 2nd letter from Toyota before they would do the repair.

My father and I came into this dealership to look at a used 2010 Honda and were greeted by Brandon St. Antoine. Brandon was quick in his step, pulled the car up and drove with us and explained features of the vehicle to my dad and I. My dad had a second vehicle he wanted to look at that he found in the paper at Wilde Dodge. Brandon looked over the ad and actually called the dealership for us to get more information about the vehicle. My dad was just not sure if he wanted to make the drive to the other dealership (he was feeling ill) to go see it. The vehicle ironically was a used 2011 Rav4 at a Dodge dealer. Brandon mentioned they were a Toyota dealership so why not look at the 2011 Toyotas they had in stock to get an idea if we liked that model. My father and I were impressed by Brandon's eagerness to help us. My father ended up buying the used 2011 Rav4 at the other dealership but kept speaking highly of how he wished Brandon could have been our salesperson rather than the salesperson we ended up with. Brandon may be young and new at this, but we believe he will go a long way in this field. Hats off to the Heiser Toyota dealership for hiring this type of talent! I went there because the price the absolute lowest of anywhere else in the area at the time by over $2000. The only other good I can say is that the salesman came back after his shift to finish the sale with me later that day (my co-signer was not with me during the test drive).The finance guy was very pushy. I said I wanted a 5 year lease he kept pushing a 3-year and gap even after I signed the paperwork. Not to mention he was very very slow. It took at least an hour for him to fill out the paperwork.Do not both with trade-ins here. I had a Jeep Liberty that was in good condition, cleaned, fresh coat of wax, tires with < 5000 miles on it, and a full take of gas and they wanted to give me less than the "poor" blue-book dealer trade-in value for it. Why? Because "the car will need new tires, new oil, to be waxed and gas topped off. The Used vehicle I bought from them had 1/4 tank of gas, old oil, no wax, and tires with 20,000 miles on them. The only thing that got the proper blue-book value for me was me threatening to leave.After the sale I never got a call or email asking how my experience was or how my vehicle was working out for me. All the other dealerships I test-drove at before settling on Toyota (and other Toyota dealerships) called to make sure I was at least treated properly. I guess they don't really care.

Sales rep was great. Offered great price, etc. But was so short staffed that he was running ragged to meet everyone's needs. He gets an A for effeor and service. Used care sales mgr reduced quoted trade-in price substantially due to type of car-Infiniti. Stated was recommended by local I-dealer, which later was found to be a lie. Then quoted 4.5% int rate. I obtained 2.89 independently in minutes. The dealer suddenly "found" a comparable rate. Paperwork completed at purchase was all incorrect forms, so had to have new paperwork completed via mail. Also was angry that no extended warranties were purchased. A horrid experience resulting in absolutley no turst in delaership. Love the car; good price; accommodating sales rep...the rest was horrible.

Service and time it took were great. The service rep actually save me money on wiper refills. The only down side was this time my car was not washed as it had been in previous service appointments. We will continue to have our vehicle serviced at Heiser Toyota.

The last time I was in Heiser, I had an awful experience. However, this time I was helped in a timely manner and my issues were addressed and resolved! Thank you to Mark who made this visit a much more pleasant experience! He made sure my vehicle did not leave the service department without the issue being repaired, (unlike my previous visit) and was very professional.

I was greeted by John, sat at his desk while he the paperwork, and asked how else he could help. I asked if they could vacuum my car and they did! The waiting room with free coffee and comfortable chairs was warm and spacious. John came out close to the time my car was to be completed to update me on the work done, the paperwork, etc. He told me they were vacuuming my car and it would be just a few minutes. He came back in less than 10 minutes and my car was done. It was done in the amount of time John quoted (and that included the vacuum). When I got in my car I found they had washed my car too. It was a pleasant surprise. I had a lot of errands to run that day and their efficient work and car wash just made my day easier (as I didn't have to stop and run thru the carwash on the way home. I have found everyone at Heiser to be friendly and helpful not only while purchasing a car, but all the time I've owned the car. We've been buying Toyota's from Heiser for over 2 decades.

My car has been in for the same problem 3 times. On checking the codes that they were saying the computer was give with another repair shop I found them to be false. I also found out that the first atempt they made to solve the problem no one else heard of doing that for that problem. Every one was very nice to me but I feel they do not know what they are doing and that I got taken. I am going to take this up with upper mangament because of all the money I spent to try to get it right.

My experience is that the folks at Heiser are prompt in completing the work, accurate in the work that is to be completed, thorough in terms of the work and any situations they find with my vehicles. They don't over-diagnose, that is, when they say work needs to be done, it needs to be done.

My mother bought her car here about 1yr ago. And Bill helped us then. He is awesome with both sales and just great customer service. This was my first new car. My old one having 218k on it was not going to make it. To now have a 2009 Toyota Corolla is beyond great!!! I was going to get a Mazda 6 for under 7k and 100k miles, but Bill being Bill told me that that would never last and if I am looking for something that will be with me for a long time. I should look for something with better mileages. And as soon as I saw the apple red exterior I was sold! Well my mom was sold too :). But just want to tell you all that I am very thankful for the time that was taken out for my mother and me. You experience and quality is beyond great!!!

I went in for an oil change on the fly without an appointment, and was still out in a reasonable amount of time.I did not have my oil change vouchers so Joe Pappalardo utilized the dealership records for verification. I like customer service that makes it easy to do business and finds a way to make things happen, using resources to make my experience better.The facility is comfortable and the people I meet are very customer service orientated. Even the receptionist has a great attitude.My guess is that this positive attitude comes from the top down.Great facility and a great staff !

Went in for the 2 recalls that were required on my 2009 Toyota Camry as well as a 25000 mile inspection and oil change. Work was done quickly and everything that they found in the inspection was disclosed immediately. Had I known they offered shuttle service, I would have used it, however I had already set up a ride for the time period that the work was being completed. I purchased my car from this dealership as well and Heiser Toyota has always had a very professional and friendly staff.

Amazing experience. I was able to make a last minute appointment to have a burned out headlight bulb replaced. Service staff diagnosed loose wire and fixed problem at no cost to me - and I got a free car wash in the process. Thrilled with the help I received. The car is a 2009 Toyota Camry, purchased in the early spring of 2009. This dealer did offer a good price on it, lower than the prices of other Milwaukee area dealers.The desk staff is friendly. On a couple of service visits, the service performed however was not satisfactory to me. On the first occasion (an oil change) a promised car wash was not done, supposedly because there was no one around to wash the car.On the second occasion, (front end alignment),I was told that my complaint of the car veering to the right was not valid, supposedly because "the specs on your car are dead on". It stll veers to the right slightly. I did pay for the alignment service.I have driven two Camrys and two Corollas prior to this current car. I am 55 years old. I think I would have some familiarity with how Toyota cars drive. My 2007 Chrysler minivan tracks straighter on the road than this Camry.

Just purchased car July 31, 2010. Had some scratches on it when we purchased it and was told to bring back in for repairs, free of charge, when I could. The scratches were repaired and service was great! I also received a shuttle ride to my home, due to length of time the car was needed.

Service Representative Ms. Baker was outstanding. She is friendly, competent, and energetic (in the best since of the word). She pointed out a nail in one of my tires that I was totally unaware (of). She does not press the customer to get anything that is not needed. And, she is superb at keeping you updated as to the status of your vehicle. As for the dealership, it is 1st rate.

The entire buying experience was quick and painless. I drove into the dealership to check out my options to trade in my old car (~23MPG) for a vehicle (probably Prius) that would provide better MPG for my 110 mile daily commute. I had already done some pricing research and the initial discount offered from list price was fair and equatable. The offer on the trade was also fair. Even after the sale, bonuses including water park tickets and service discounts were provided.I was very pleased with the entire experience and I am very happy with my new Prius!

My experiences had been very pleasant at your dealership. I had scheduled the 15000 maintenance and thought it was about $50. (I did this on line.)When I got there I realized the cost was more than that and had to cancel that part (our cat needed thyroid surgery and that is where we spent out money).I apologized profusely for just getting an oil change, saying I would get the maintenance package the next time I got an oil change.The assistant was very gracious and helpful. He did not make me feel bad about canceling. Also, I was getting my tires rotated BUT the wear did not warrant a change now, so that was not done. I appreciated the honesty of your staff.

I spoke to Roger over the phone about a 2007 infiniti g35x that they had for sale. he explained to me that the car is in perfect condition other then a couple of scratches and rock chips on the car. so i flew out there with my father from New Jersey and came to look at car. was told the car is in immaculate condition. well i was told wrong. the quater panel by the passenger rear door had paint work done that was visible and can be felt. was not told about this. was really upset and they said that they can take off $200 off the price of car. i explained that it would cost alot more then that to fix that part of the car. so i decided to book a flight all the way back. i feel like they should of booked and payed for the flight because of that fact that they lied about the condition of the car. I am very disappointed with this dealership.

There was none of what you would have expected from the traditional visit to purchase a car. Heiser will treat you with respect.I expected the attitude of the traditional auto salesman and I did not find that here.The people working at any organization reflect the attitude of the management and owners. Clearly the ownership and managers have the correct focus at Heiser Toyota.Bill is personable, communicates well and presented the options that helped me make my own decision.Bill Lawrence knew his product line well and his follow up on the transaction was excellent.He spent time with me and did not have his cellphone going off or attempt to handle two transactions at the same time. Some of the individuals I ran into at other stores exhibited a poor effort at multi-tasking that just took focus away from me and my time. Not providing focus on the customer in front of you waters down the experience as it reflects the stores attitude of your value as a potential customer.William and Cory made the F&I part of the transaction seamless with no surprises.They were strait forward and explained everything well.One knock on auto stores is that they do not do what they say they are going to do.None of this here, all of the people I dealt with did exactly what they said they would do.This is the place to buy a car. Great experience !

Being honest, all car dealers are nice to their customers. It is hard to say which is better than which. What impressed us is that Heiser Toyota has a very warm setup in the lobby. The drinks are in the sizes perfectly for kids. The playing room for kids is very clean and cozy. We definitely will not go to any places that are not welcome children. Some dealers don't like little kids to touch the car body, which is totally unacceptable to us since little toddlers and young kids always want to touch something shiny. For sure Heiser's children friendly setup and people attracted us to spend our time at Heiser.Roger, our sales rep, was very helpful. Unlike some car sales, he didn't waste our time at all. To the point, nailed down price, and then we signed contract. The whole process is far more efficient than Wilde Toyota.

My overall experience was very positive. The sales rep was informative and patient and not pushy. I don't respond well to agressive sales practices especially for a high ticket item like a car. I felt comfortable throughout the process. The internet website was very helpful. It gave me the details I needed to come to the dealership looking for a particular vehicle.

I went into the shop for auto body quotes to the roof of my Highlander that I purchased at Heiser. Guy looked at the area and took some buffing compound and buffed the problem away so that it wasn't as noticeable. He also did minor repairs to my mupflaps. This attention made me come back for a windshield replacement rather than have the "glass specialist" come to my place of employment. They even gave me a ride to work! We hate buying a new car, so we only do this when our other car has died. Our first choice was a Honda, but I had heard about the nice ride of the Camry, so I wanted to test drive it. Even though we were skeptical about a Toyota after all the recall publicity. I went to a Honda Dealer first and drove the Honda Accord. Then I went to Heiser Toyota and drove the Camry. It was a much more smooth and comfortable ride than the Honda. It felt like a luxury ride. I was very impressed. So I brought my husband to see it (who could care less about cars) and after spending time with Pat Pomeranz and discussing the Toyota experience we trusted him and the changes he said Toyota has made since the recall and decided to buy the car. A week later we left on a trip of 1,700 miles, for our daughters basketball team. Well my husband hates to drive (as I mentioned) and has always driven a Honda when he has to drive. But it was dead and we needed a car for the trip. So off we went on our 2 weeks of travel and he spent the whole trip loving the car, the ride, the gas mileage and the sirius radio, I drove only 2 1/2 hrs., he was happy to do the rest! It was the most he has driven since he was in his 20's and he's 60 now. His choice of transportation is a bicycle, I'm not kidding. He still loves his bike. But our new car is his next best friend. I drive the car everyday and am so happy with the choice we made. So "Thank You" Pat for the awesome experience of buying a car from you! We really felt comfortable with your dealership and everyone who helped us and especially you! We will be back when anyone in our family needs a new car! My dad and I really appreciated working with Bill. He was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I did not feel pressured to buy. I really appreciated that too because it let me think more clearly. I was slow in deciding, but never felt like I was being rushed. I felt I could ask any questions and Bill could answer them or find the answer. He really is very kind and great to work with. I rated the quality of work at a four rather than a five because there was something not quite right with the tire when the car was first taken out to test drive (maybe just tar or something stuck to the tire, but it was strange) and then also I hoped the dealership sticker wouldn't be put on the car, but I forgot to mention that. But those are very very small things. We had done our research on pricing, and I felt that the price they told us was appropriate. Overall, great experience! I would definitely recommend Heiser Toyota and feel comfortable calling with any questions or bringing my car in for service. Again, I can't say enough good about the kindness of Bill and the others we worked with. Thank you for your service!

I came to Heiser and was willing to pay a little more for the car because of Scott but when I told him the price I received they quickly matched it and now I have a brand new car. I unexpectedly had to look for a car last week and was dreading it as my experience going to car dealerships is usually a grueling one of having to fight off salesmen who really didn't care what I wanted, only what they wanted to sell. James Mallak was the salesman that came out when I was looking in their lot. He was very friendly and not at all aggressive. What stood out to me was that he right away wanted to know what criteria I was looking for in a car and only showed me cars in my range. He did not try and sell me something I couldn't afford or wasn't interested in. They were able to offer me a very reasonable deal on the car I was interested in and a couple of days later, after researching to find they had the best offer by far, I ended up driving that car home. My experience with Heiser Toyota has no longer made me dread the whole experience of looking for a car.

We are enjoying our 2008 Toyota Sienna van. Using the Edmunds.com pricing was important to me and I was determined not to pay retail. Jerimiah did not dismiss the price guide as simply a "guideline" as another local dealer did. The van was priced well and we were able to make a deal we were comfortable with. He worked with us to come up with a deal that was satisfactory to both of us. When we decided on a vehicle, it was already sold. I am in the media business and have access to all dealers. I reduced my search to 2 dealers one being Heiser. I ultimately selected Heiser based on the treatment I recieved during my inquiry and the test drive process. Their willingness to help me find the vehicle I wanted at a payment I could afford was KEY!! And the key to that sentence is "payment I could afford." I think Todd was very instrumental in that process and James was very kind and knowledgeable about the Rav4 which is what I was looking for. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Heiser. This is my first new car in 10 years. I previously owned a Honda bought new and pretty much drove it to the 227,000 miles I traded it in with. I am very particular and the way I am treated means more to me than most other items. The service from my first phone call to the purchase was always pleasant and accommodating to me - the customer.thanks...James and his team.

I had done a lot of internet research before I went in to buy a car. The first dealer I went to, the closest to my home and whose service department I use, lost a sale when the very young salesman I had simply was not interested (yawning, etc.). The manager was involved also, and there was not even one follow up call.Heiser, on the other hand, was just the right blend of persistence and interest without being pushy or intimidating. All my contacts with them were utterly professional, and Brian was great to deal with. I think they did very well on the new car price and fairly well on my trade in. Brian spent a great deal of time and effort, and I felt was very honest. My only problem was in trying to find the store, as the yellow pages and my GPS had it located at their old site, and the new one is virtually impossible to get to until you have been there (I hope). Please give them a chance, and I don't think they will disappoint!!

My husband talked me into going to the sale at Miller Park, and I was tired and not really ready to trade in my old car. But I went. My husband had seen a Prius advertised and called about it; Brian took the call at the dealership. By the time we got to Miller, the Prius was sold, but we already had established a relationship and a rapport with Brian. That was really nice. Brian was friendly and down to earth. Not at all high-pressure, which doesn't get very far with me at all. I would definitely buy from him again, and I would also recommend friends and family to him. Glad to have met him.The only two things I did not like, and these have nothing to do with Brian: 1) the guy who did our financing was fairly aggressive. He said he couldn't put my first initial and middle on the computer, that it wouldn't accept it, which I find ridiculous in this day and age. Plenty of people have been going by first initials/middle names, and for eons; it would seem to me that by now technology would accommodate this. I regret that I didn't push the financing guy to put my name the way I wanted it. As a result, Heiser keeps calling me by my first name, which I've haven't used in 20 years, and which is also not the name on my driver's license. Also, he was pretty insistent that we buy one of your warranty-plus packages, which we bought in the end and got a good deal on, but it was like arm wrestling; 2) one of the sales managers told us that he had just driven the car we bought in from Oklahoma (I believe) and it was pretty filthy inside. We did get a We Owe for detailing, which will be taken care of on July 12. But it kind of grossed me out to drive the car away sitting on someone else's food crumbs and stains. All the other cars we looked at on the lot were pristine inside. Why not this one?All in all, though, Brian was great. I guess overall the jury's still out on Heiser, for me. We'll have to see how the service department is. Something like that would tip the scales. That, and your calling me Robin and not Cynthia.

Had a great experience with Bill at Heiser Toyota. We walked in knowing the cars we wanted to test drive, and he found several options in each make and model for us. We felt he was honest, worked to get us a good price on a certified used vehicle and took care of all our questions efficiently.

came in for my initial oil change, everything went smoothly, price was low due to coupon from dealer, all staff were very friendly and even though there were plenty of other customers there, the oil change was done very quickly, so all in all a very pleasant first service experience

I bought my 2001 Toyota Camry from this dealer because they were willing to deal. I found the same thing this time around. Other dealerships didn't seem to want to deal for a sales. I gave the rating I did because I never rate anything the highest rating.I would have bought the extended maintenance package but to ask someone who has just bought a car and put out that kind of money to pay another $500 is asking a lot. If I could have waited four months I might have had the money to make the purchase. I paid cash for the car so at the time of purchase I didn't have an extra $500.00. I would hope in the future this will be changed.

I first went to a Toyota Dealership in my hometown. I was very displeased with the experience there. The salesperson was young and seemed disinterested. Your salesperson, Roger Droukas, was very friendly, helpful, and seemed genuine from the start. He even helped me with a customization issue I had two days after the sale. I would highly recommend the Roger and the staff to all my friends. It was a positive experience. Thanks for everything!

From the begginning, Dean was friendly and show interest in helping you to buy a car. He ddidn't hesitate to allow me to drive the 3 cars I was almost interested, namely, camry 2011, avalon 2011 and venza 2010. He was very patient to go back and forth with different prices to suit my price range. At the end he helped me buy the new venza. My wife had a very bad experience with another dealer. She bought a camry 2011 and she is dissatisfied with the car she bought: At the beginning she expected to have smart key start, heated seats and remote starter. When she picked up the camry XLE car after two days with the promise of installing the remort starter, they couldn't install the remote starter, it didn't have heated seats and smart key. I went to the dealer to see if was posible a trade in. I had to pay another $3,500 to get the camry with the smart key and heated seats. As you can see, you did a wonderful job. In the future, I'll come back to your place. The Venza is now her car and she likes it very much. I however, am still thinking of the avalon Dean helped me drive it_posible trade the camry 2011 with the avalon 2011.It will probably cost me alot more. How much more? Will it cost me another $3,500 ? If interested, please call me.Thanks for your help.

The employess and staff at Heiser Toyota are very eager to accomodate. They are considerate and hard working. When I purchased my new car I was there from 10:30 to 1:30 pm and pregnant and hungry. James went out of his way to make popcorn for me so I could have a snack while waiting for the paperwork to be completed. I have found in this most recent experience and in the past, time waiting to purchase new vehicle and for service on my previous car have been lengthy. An oil change has taken at least 1 hour with an appointment made, not walk in. Walk in times have been between 2-3 hours wait.

I went to Heiser with the intention of getting more information on the 2010 Toyota Camry I ended up purchasing. The price was great, the staff was friendly and the transaction process was very smooth. Erik was helpful throughout the test drive and sales transaction. Once he handed me off to the financial guys, it was a very easy process. They even got me a better rate than my credit union offered! I would look to go back to Heiser if I were to purchase another car in the future, but I have to be honest, if another dealership in the Milwaukee/Madison area had the same price for the same car, I wouldn't have a problem going to them. The price is what influnenced me to go to Heiser in the first place, but I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and it made for a very nice experience.

I appreciated the no hassle attittude, and our salesperson (Dean) was very accommodating. We knew pretty much exactly what we wanted going in and I think they realized that. They also did not try the usual hard sell like some other dealerships, especially in the business office whIch was a quick and painless experience. The only minor issue was the number of trips to the dealership and slight miscommunication about the specific vehicle we needed. It was worth it though to get the car we wanted and at pretty close to the price I was shooting for.

Despite the fact Richard and I knew each other from a ways back, I think he treated me like any other customer and went out of his way to be available every time I've called since buying my car. I would buy another car from you with no reservations. (Unfortunately that won't be for awhile because I LOVE this car!!)

I thought the facility was great and top notch. The people were very friendly, from my sales person to the finance person to the manager. Only negative is I wish it could of been quicker but that's minor. I would recommend Heiser to anybody based on this experience.

Nothing but the best! I always bring my car in here to have it serviced. They always do an amazing job to keep my camry running smoothly and efficiently. They are friendly and the service is quick. The waiting room is comfortable and I like that they have free wi-fi as well.

I originally came to Heiser because of the great lease rates Toyota is running. My wife actually stopped in before I did. Roger helped her out and luckily had the exact car I wanted in stock.He took the time to make sure my wife and daughter were taken care of and entertained while we did the paperwork. It was the easiest buying process I have ever had. I hate car shopping, hence my wife did the initial browsing. But Roger made everything so easy for me. I didn't have to wait and wonder what was going on. He kept me informed of the process and essentially said he would do everything he could to meet the terms I was looking for. And he did. He even got a payoff on my lease trade in on a bank holiday. No small feet, I work in banking and that was something that got the deal done. Another dealer we stopped at did not take that extra step.Roger made sure I understood what was going on and that I was comfortable with the process. This was without a doubt the best guying experience I have ever had. I will be back at the end of this lease to talk to Roger.

The salesperson took as much time as we needed to go over the major features of the Camry before we drove it off the lot. He was very friendly and courteous to us during the entire buying experience. We were given options that actually saved us some money on our purchase and helped us in our decision.

The information I received over the internet was very helpful in deciding which car and which dealer to contact. The condition of and accessories on this car made my decision for me. The price was reasonable but the additional savings that Christina and Roger offered me helped seal the deal. Roger's presentation of the car as well as his no pressure tactics were impressive. My other visits to view other convertibles ( at competing dealerships) were not as pleasant and in retrospect made the Heiser choice even easier. I now hope that if any immediate problems arise from this $18,000 investment, the Heiser dealership will be just as accommodating in keeping my wife and myself happy with the purchase.Optional request:The maintenance history on a leased car should have been available to view regular visits as well as major part repairs/replacements.

We appreciated the noticeable lack of pressure in the rlationship with Rich and his associates. He focused on our expressed needs in our quest to find the vehicle best suited to our needs at this time in our lives(retired couple), and realistically and clearly explained the options within our budget. Just as important as his obvious knowledge of the product, he has a "plain-talking, no B.S." style of relating, and a great sense of humor, which greatly facilitated the communication. The reason I gave this rating is that I was very happy with the service I receive on June 14, 2010. I have leased three cars from this dealership in the past. The customer service has always been above excellent each time I visit the dealership. In 2008, I was laid off my job after being there for over 14 years. At the time I was not sure if I would get approved for a car loan. Due to the fact, I was not been on my current job that long. Brian took the time to explain all the options I had. He gave me all of his attention that evening. He made me such a great deal, I did not buy my old lease. I love my new car.

We just purchased a 2010 Prius from Roger. He was a very friendly and knowlegeable salesman. He answered all of our questions and took a personal interest in us. We were not high pressured into buying and worked to get us the best deal. We will definitely return to Heiser when we need to purchase another vehicle. We had a 2005 Prius and loved it and also have a 2006 Sienna and love that one too.

I went to Heiser after having investigated different cars and dealerships and having decided on a Toyota. I had received good words about Heiser and figured that I would save it until I knew what car I wanted. Once I got there they were very friendly and professional and right away gave me the lowest price compared to all other Toyota dealers in my area, by at least 1000 dollars. They were very fast in getting the car I wanted and I have no complaints.

Even though it's not the closest Toyota dealership for me, I still don't mind making the drive to Heiser to have them service my two Toyota vehicles. Their prices are comparable with other "express lube" franchises, but without the shady dealings that I've encountered at those chains. I have not encountered an unusual wait time for regular service. Even so, there is a nice waiting area where you can have a cup of coffee, soda or water and watch TV, work, or read a magazine.

After shopping around at a few other Toyota stores in the area, I ended up purchasing my new Highlander from Scott at Heiser. The experience I had at Heiser far surpassed the experience I had at the other 2 stores I went to. Scott was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I never once felt pressured, nor did I feel like we were playing games, which was the part that I appreciated the most. I would certainly recommend Heiser Toyota to my friends and family.

I was interested in a used Sienna. I test drove one and then went away for a couple of weeks to look at others. I then went back to Heiser's website and discovered that the price had come down substantially. I asked if I could have my mechanic look it over. Their answer was "Sure, we'll draw up a contract contingent only on your mechanic's approval and then you can take it to him to check the car." I was just astonished. Commit to buying it before I could even take it to a mechanic? I was also told that, here in the last month of the last quarter of the year, that the price was not negotiable because it had already been marked down so much and it had been on the lot for so long. Excuse me, isn't that when it becomes most negotiable?Very friendly people until it comes to trying to make a sale, then it gets hardball.

Heiser Toyota needs to improve on providing consisent customer service. The first time I visited Heiser everyone was very plesant, friendly, and willing to help. I got a quote and went home and thought about it/shopped around. I noticed that some of Heiser's competitors were providing me with lower quotes for the same car. I sent those quotes to Heiser, which they said they would match, but actually sent me e-mails back with quotes that were still a couple hundred dollars over the competitors price. I decided to tell them I needed time to think about it and I received a pushy e-mail back saying that the price they were offering was the best I was going to get and that I had to come in that day to get that price. I felt that Heiser didn't really care about me, they were just trying anything they could to get a sale. Customer service goes a long ways and I feel that they could use a refresh on that.

Dealt with a Pat there who was not very interested in following up on a vehicle delivery. He stated he didn't receive messages which were left for him to return calls (untrue and the phone records will verify our calls). When I stated I would then speak with the general manager his retort was a laugh and then this: "I really don't care." That was it, no follow up, no apology, no caring whatsoever. This is really unprofessional. I guess we will be buying a Honda and so will my friend. We will never do any personal business with this dealership. How he keeps his job is a mystery.

We bought our new Toyota Corolla from Heiser after shopping around at Andrew, Wilde and Don Jacobs. Heiser was a real pleasant shopping experience - no "games", no pressure to close the deal and excellent customer service. I would definitely go back to Heiser next time I am buying a Toyota

IMHO since they located in not the most prestigious place in Milwaukee (as for example, Safro Toyota) they are ready to negotiate price on their cars. I negotiated everything through email and when I went to pick up my car and sign all papers there were some mistakes in the paperwork (we thought you said... etc.) but eventually everything was solved just fine. Since to me the most important thing is price and they are pretty flexible with that I would buy from them again.
