My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Tijerina to purchase our new Texas Edition Ford F-150 last November 2019. However, in October 2020 our wonderful 2019 Ford that we purchased was totaled in a car accident. With that said all I had to do was text Ryan and tell him what happened. I told him we wanted the same truck but a 2020. I also told him it would be nice to find one with a couple more upgrades such as a sunroof and 4x4. Seemed like it was within minutes he found us what we were looking for. Some time passed as we waited for the insurance company to finally come through. Turns out the truck he had selected got sold while we waited. But then again he was able to find another truck super quick. He emailed us the specs and everything we wanted and more was listed. Also, he gave us the best price. Ryan worked diligently, quickly and professionally and he just really makes the truck buying experience a breeze unlike many, many other vehicles purchases over the years. It is nice to have a car salesman that we can trust and simply call to do all the leg work before we even step foot in the dealership. Also Gus in financing was super efficient and very well versed with the different financing options, warranties etc. Helfman Ford is THE ONLY Ford dealership we will EVER purchase our trucks from!!!

6/2021: Customers of Marcus's for life. He makes the experience easy, stress free, and doesn't pressure you to buy. He gives you a deal that's fair with a service level that can't be beat. 8/18: Marcus does it again! A great deal and the other half is happy (which means I am). Thanks again, Marcus! Can't wait till next time! My first experience with Marcus was 5 years ago, my fiance drug me to a dealership to buy a new car. Figuring it would win me some brownie points, I went. To my surprise, Marcus is the antithesis of your typical car salesman. He's funny, and made dropping thousands on a ride a bit less painful. Two weeks ago, we bought two new vehicles from Marcus. I love my new truck (he tracked down the exact truck I was looking for and transferred it same day) and the other half is pretty excited about her hybrid. Both deals were solid, and for our needs exactly. Marcus never tried to upsell is or convince us we needed more than what we did. I'm looking forward to buying from him again.

Excellent service provided by Danny and the Helfman Ford team. Worked with my insurance company while I was in another country on business and had my truck as good as new by the time I got back. Just picked up F-250 dealing with Marcus Warren and it was the best experience. Ordered the truck and got it delivered in two months. Thanks again.

I purchased a 2020 F-150 XLT from Helfman Ford today. I've purchased vehicles from at least 5 different Houston area dealerships over the past 30 years or so and I must say today's experience was possibly the best. Mr. Smith assisted me with the sale and didn't give me the runaround. I was also assisted by Mr. Devoe and that in itself was a joy. He treated me with respect and was extremely courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me. Definitely outstanding customer service which made this buying experience stress free. I highly recommend Helfman Ford!!!

Marcus Warren is a miracle worker. Never is too busy to talk, even when you drop in unannounced. Gives honest advice over the easy answers. Always smiling and remembers your family members. After my car accident with an 18-wheeler I wasn't sure I would/could get back behind the wheel. He helped me when I needed it most, and I bought my first new car. He has helped us purchase at least 4 new cars. I have last track of the years I have known him and this dealership and I can't recall any bad experiences. Only great experiences!! 10/10 would buy again
