This is our 2nd car that we purchased from him. When you work with Cory, he always has your best interest at heart. He will find out your vehicle needs and then suggest what best fits for you. He works to give you the best price on your new or used car, and if you have a trade, he shows you how they come up with the numbers that are fair to you. At delivery, he has the vehicle all clean and gassed up and takes time with you to go over the new vehicle operation and even setup your cell phones to the radio. If you have a question on the car, you can call or email him and he gets back to you promptly with the solution. Best part is when you are getting your car serviced, he may pop in and see how thing are going with you. Also down the road he will do follow-up emails if you have any questions. Craig Roberts was a fantastic sales person to work with, from taking my questions over the online chat service to answering questions on the phone before I ever walked into the dealership. Craig was a courteous professional in person and made the whole car buying experience for my family a positive one. I'll gladly leave Peoria every time I buy a car to buy from Heller and work with Chris or a similar staff member there.Please use caution in the financing process. I was assigned to First Merit bank who was a nightmare to work with. I would suggest that you ask for someone other than First Merit Bank specifically if you hope to utilize modern banking services and expect to ever deal with a real person. Their inability to do simple things such as return calls, provide receipts of my payments when the payments were in question, and to confirm that my AFT was set up, caused me to have to pay to have another bank refinance my car loan.

Great service from Mike Gannon with Heller Ford. Mike quickly answered my questions and additional photo requests concerning a used, one owner Mustang GT. Since I was an out of state buyer, Mike made my trip to see the car much easier by picking me up at the local airport. The car was exactly as described, and fairly priced. My driving trip back home was problem free - no issues were expected or occurred. Mike called later to ask about the trip home expressing concern for my safety and satisfaction. The business end of the purchase was quick and professional. I would buy another vehicle from Heller Ford.

I had a 2015 Ford Fiesta. And I had a accident on 6/6 totaling my beloved car. I was in the hospital for several days with a back injury. When I got out, I found out that my car was totaled. I live in Florida so I was devastated. I talked to Jimmy Taylor, our salesman for many years, and asked him what I should do. Of course he said lets go out and see what we got. I'm very picky. I didn't like anything on the lot. But he had a car that wasn't cleaned up yet. I loved it. So I went and saw Kris. He bent over backwards with Ford credit to get me that loan. I had been through a divorce and had a lot of credit card debt. It took awhile but he got it for me. I am so thankful to Heller Ford. I will never buy a car in Florida, I will always come back to IL and get my car at Hellers because they always treat me and my family so well. Thank you again!!!

I went to Heller Ford and talked to Cory Bellot about a Ford Mustang convertible. I wanted a 2014, and Cory listened carefully to the features that I asked for. He said that he would search, and in the couple of weeks that it took to find the perfect car for me, Cory kept me updated every few days on how the search was going. When the car came to Heller, Cory made sure that it was thoroughly serviced and detailed so that when I went to pick it up, it was amazing!

Could not believe how easy, and relaxed this process was! Loved the whole experience! Cory Bellot and Steve Johnson made the entire experience fun, clear, effortless, and simple. An amazingly easy day at Heller Ford. Traded in an older model truck for very well priced low mileage used Tacoma. The 250 mile round trip was worth the drive. Couldn't find anything close to I wanted and they had it. Cory Bellot handled the negotiations and transaction very professionally but made you feel at ease with zero amount of pressure. I would recommend this El Paso stop for anyone interested in new or used vehicle.

Mike was extremely accommodating by bringing the car to our home in Morton, due to my wife's health. The support he received from the staff in El Paso facilitated the pain-free transaction. Earlier this month, we needed a used commuter car so we went to Pete Oldham at Heller Ford. I had been talking to him about possibly buying a new F150, but I was leary about switching to Ford after buying GMC's for so many years. Pete is very patient and no pressure. He let me drive several F-150's off the lot. But today was about a used vehicle. He found the used vehicle at the Pontiac store and had it drive down. While we waited he ensured we were comfortable. Once we decided on the vehicle and the deal was finalized, we were out the door with the keys to an 08 Crown Victoria within 30 minutes. The buying process was very efficient. We walked away very unhappy. Three weeks later, it was time for the new pickup truck. After struggling with trying to purchase a new GMC Sierra Denali from four local GMC dealers, I went to see Pete ready to give up on the whole thing. Pete let me drive two more F-150's on the lot. We then went online and built and priced my ideal F-150 King Ranch. After the build and price, he went to the manager desk and brought back a build sheet of the exact truck we had built, including exterior color and options. We then agreed on a deal quickly. The first deal Pete came back with was very close to what I was hoping to get. The particular truck I wanted was no on the lot. It was "in transit" and Pete expected it within a week. I was good with that wait time. Two days later I receive a text from Pete with a photo of my truck just off the truck. He immediately took it to have all the accessories put on it. I signed the papers three days later and have a new F-150 King Ranch. After a few days, I cannot understand why I did not give Ford a chance sooner. I have never been so happy with the purchase process. At Heller, it is an efficient, quick process. I highly recommend Heller Ford. Ask for Pete Oldham. He made the whole process easier for a frustrated buyer. I have never been so happy about a vehicle purchase process, and I have purchased 54 vehicles in my lifetime so far.

***MIKE GANNON*** was out of this world wonderful! We were able to chat with him on Friday night right when the store was closing. He let us drive the explorer we were looking at home for the evening. We scheduled time with him on Saturday. Even though he had 3-4 other people he was working with, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. he also followed up with a text message with information via email we needed to complete. We looked at several dealerships in the area, and found exactly what we wanted at Heller's. We used the "text" feature from your website. We were fortunate enough to be put in touch with Mike Gannon and he was extremely helpful! We had driven several similar vehicles, but he was so knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle that we weren't even aware of. The process was quick; we drove the car, decided it was what we wanted, and got started right away on paperwork. Mike was very helpful and very available, even by text. I researched cars I wanted and walked up to Ross. I didn't know how he would take it...but I wanted to test drive 4 different Audis. I ended up driving 2 twice. The entire time, he would have the next car ready upon my return. Oh yea,cit was raining and miserable...but he never hesitated. I had a few detailed questions he helped me research online. Within minutes of completing the online pre-approval process I received a call from Mike Gannon. Had this response been an auto generated email, we probably would not have made the connection we did. Mike learned right away what we were looking for and sent us the info we needed. Again, had Mike not called me personally, we could have walked into the dealership and asked for anybody. The process was quick and easy, no pressure from Mike's part, and we left with the car we wanted and a positive experience. Working with Mike was more like having a friendly conversation as opposed to a sales pitch. Will highly consider going right to Mike for our next car!

We went to Heller Ford not knowing exactly what we wanted. We figured if we found something - great. If not, we'd keep looking. It was raining a bit and Mike Gannon was standing out front. He welcomed us with a smile and a handshake and it just got better from there. He was very patient in searching for exactly what we wanted and also what we didn't want. He was not pushy and truly had our best interest in mind. As we were test driving 2 different vehicles, our 7 year old was getting a bit agitated. Mike was there with a Hot Wheels car to keep him happy and that was all he needed! We left there with the perfect vehicle for our family and could not have asked for a better situation. Called in to get some details from Pete about a vehicle I saw on the Internet. He struggled to answer the simplest questions and had to go back and forth out to the car. He was supposed to call me right back. But... two hours later he called me back and proceeded to tell me how he ignored me and sold a vehicle next to the one was interested in while he was supposed to be answering my question. I don't shop for cars for fun so I wasn't too happy to have this guy brag about wasting my time. We just finished eating dinner down the road so I asked him to figure up a the numbers before we proceeded. (I already saw the car in person and loved it). He refused to give me any numbers over the phone... This was confusing to me because I really don't negotiate too much. I thought it was too big of a Red Flag... What else won't they tell me, right? Plus I'm the type of person that lets the dealership shop a good rate and always purchases a extended service contract for 100,000 miles because I don't want to worry about being not being covered. Well, to top it all off, Pete called me a few days later to tell me I should look for another car, as that one was Sold. He sounded happy about it too. I'm done with Heller forever. We all have Internet and "No" Pete you weren't the cheapest OR the best car out there. I found a better car at a very flexible price at another dealership. They understood I just wanted feel like I was important even though I don't live in their area. It's dinosaurs like Heller Ford and Pete that make the car buying experience more uncomfortable than it should be. I just thought I would add a REAL review here, that shows a little customer service would have gone a long way. Please shop elsewhere!

This was my first serious buying inquiry via internet. Had excellent salesman: met on phone, learned about unit, hosted test drive...all like working with old friend. Did not buy due to my misunderstanding of abbreviation in descriptive material on the net, which we realized at end of test drive. Still, for working with a previously total stranger, it was an excellent buying experience (apart from my mistaken notion of a desired piece equipment). I drove home regretting I had not bought from the salesman. I would recommend the agency and the salesman with whom I worked to anyone.

I have been researching used vehicles online for close to a year and in earnest for the last couple of months. No dealers close to me had what I wanted. We stopped at Heller Ford on our way to a conference and got there after closing time. Ron Kizer made us feel welcome and went out of his way to get the details on the Jeep we were interested in. We were unable to see the Jeep that night because they were putting brand new tires on it. Instead of my driving forty miles back to the dealership the next day, Ron arranged for sales associate Frank Hill to bring the Jeep to me at the conference so my husband would also be able to test drive it. I could not believe how they went out of their way to help us. Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful and low pressure. I love my new to me Jeep and even though they are close to 100 miles away, Heller Ford will be the first place we look the next time we are vehicle shopping.

I have been looking for a new F-150 for the past year or so. I have called and spoken to countless dealerships and salespeople. Admittedly, I'm not an easy buyer or decision maker. I connected with Rich Tom at Heller Ford. Rich was knowledgeable, personable, and persistent in the best way possible. Not pushy at all. What I appreciate the most about Rich is that he had great knowledge of the vehicle including the options and difference from other models. You would think that's par for the course for car sales but I never find that to be the case. It helped tremendously that he is passionate about this vehicle, as I am as well and that's a very different experience from someone just selling you car. I spoke to Rich on the phone for nearly three weeks. My father visited the dealership with me and immediately commented on how engaging he was and a pleasure to work with. On to the dealership. If you like trucks, SUVs, or Fords in general. . .this is the place! Nice selection of vehicles. Particularly F-150s, but there were plenty of Explorers, Mustangs, and other Fords. I was there on a Monday morning which isn't exactly the high-water mark for car sales, but there seemed to be an attentive staff on hand. I love cars but have never really liked the buying experience. I enjoyed my experience here and I consider myself a pretty informed and tough customer. Great job Heller Ford! Thanks Rich Tom.

Just purchased our 7th car from Heller Ford El Paso and decided it was time to publicly give that dealership the kudos it deserves. Asked to have a car purchased online for us and was planning to take it sight unseen as it is identical to our other vehicle. Car came in excellent condition with 50% of tire tread left but it had excessive tire noise. With the help of the great salesman that we have used for every purchase, Heller agreed to replace the noisy tires with new ones of our choosing, pro-rating the cost to us (and them). We know they did not have to do this as we had an agreement to take the car before it arrived, but we truly find this to be way over and above the good service we have come to expect from this dealership.

Was looking for a new Ford F1 50 on the Internet. I drive by Heller Ford in El Paso Illinois often. Went over all the details with Cory over the phone. Pricing. Rebates. Discounts. Was an excellent process and Cory made it easy. I had the bottom line before I even walk to the door. I arrived to the dealership an hour later. The truck I wanted was parked in the front. My wife and I were looking for a late model Edge,that was one ower and clean. Went to five other dealers in and around the B/N area. Couldn't find just exactly what we wanted and everything seemed to be overpriced for a 2011 SUV. Went online to Heller and found exactly what we wanted,called them and they said it was on the lot. Drove up from Normal,test drove the Edge and purchased the car that night. Very pleased with Cory and how he handled our sale. No pressure, and the price was in our budget. The entire process was quick and so easy. By the time my test drive was over, I was passed over to the finance center to complete my purchase. Very friendly and easy going group. My wife was disappointed when she was offered something to drink, she said what she would like, and our salesman never went and got it. it's little details like this that make a difference. Other than that, the experience was good.

A lot of going back and forth. Dealt fairly with me. No pressure from sales folks. If your thinking about buying a vehicle, I would highly recommend seeing the folks at Heller!

Purchased a beautiful Chevy Uplander, flew in from over 400 miles away to pick up and car was just as described. Drove wonderfully and got a real good deal. My dealer Mike was very nice, was available to reach in and outside of office hours, and was patient to answer all my questions and to make sure that I was happy with the deal. Excelllent company to do business with if you have to buy a car over the internet. Would definitely consider purchasing from them again!!

We just needed a 2nd vehicle and didn't know what we wanted. They had decent prices, a large inventory and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly so we decided just to get something there (we'd been looking on and off for 2 months and were ready to be done). We test drove 15ish vehicles (cars, SUVs and trucks) over two days before settling on something we loved. The whole time our salesman Cory was patient and even had a few suggestions lined up and waiting when we came up the 2nd day, saving us all some time. The dealership is right by the highway and back country roads, making it easy to test drive vehicles in a number of settings. They have a large inventory, making it easy to find something to buy, good prices and everyone was great to work with. We had outside financing so I can't speak to that, but everything else was wonderful.

its very quick response to my email went there the next day to purchase a truck... I drove almost 70 miles and it was worth the drive!

Very quick to respond to my email inquiring about the car. A personal call! Not just a form email. Worked with me to arrange and change times to see and test the car. Very helpful and knowledgable about the auto. Willing to work to make a deal possible. An excellent experience. I am going to test drive the mini tomorrow!
