I'd give these guys and gals 10 stars if it was an option. I didn't know anything about helms motor company. I was passing by and seen a truck I'd been looking for. I call and Mr Thomas answered. He was very patient and explained everything I wanted to know. He was more than happy to speak with my bank and give them any and everything they needed to know about the truck. I drove 2 hrs the next day to get my truck appraised. Mr. Steve helms came in the office and gave me an offer. Me personally. I thought it was a few thousand off. I gave my opinion and he did everything he could to accommodate me. We made a deal and he told me he could get me a better interest rate than my bank. And he did. These guys didn't hide anything from me. They worked with me and I had a great experience. Mr. John in finance took his time and explained everything to me. Again not hiding anything from me. By the way, all this was done after hours because of my work schedule. You can't and won't get a better place or people to by a vehicle. It was well worth the drive and my time to go buy a new truck here. I'd like to say thanks to the whole team for making a huge transaction enjoyable and easy. Special thanks to Mr Thomas, Mr Steve, and Mr John. I can't wait to buy my next truck from y'all. And I'd consider these fine gentlemen my friends.

I recently rented a Jeep Renegade from Helms. They were friendly, helpful, affordable and courteous. I would definitely recommend Helms to my friends and family for their rental and purchase needs.

We broke down on I-40 and we got towed to Helms Motor Company on a Friday afternoon. The folks at Helms did all they could for us. They arranged to have our Travel Trailer towed to Parkers Crossroads RV park and supplied us the use of a car while we waited for parts and repairs. Bad batteries and a failed alternator. We waited till Wednesday morning for parts and the service department had us all fixed and ready to go by mid afternoon. Thank you for fixing us up. Highly recommended

Bought a used Dodge vehicle elsewhere that only had 1 key. Purchased an after market key and Helms programmed it no problem. Everyone from the Service writer to the mechanic to the cashier were very friendly
