Been a customer at Hendrick Acura dealer at South point.George and Jenn has always been a pleasure to work with. They helped me . If you tell them what you’re looking for... they will get it for you! If you tell him price point ...they delivers! A pleasure to work with and everyone at this dealership is helpful and can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable while waiting for any transaction you are doing. Never had issues with their service department ,they are friendly and gives you all the details about you car with not pressure you to change something if is not necessary to change it ! I Love this dealership.

I am downgrading Hendrick Acura to 4 stars for deleting my recent less-than-stellar review. From 2019:I LOVE having my Acura serviced at Hendrick Acura. I went in a couple of days ago for my annual NC Inspection, oil change and complimentary multi-point inspection and car wash/vacuum. The customer service rep Scott P. was very friendly, informative, and accurately predicted the amount of time it would take. The waiting area was clean, attractive, and well-stocked with high quality coffee/tea/snacks. I have been a loyal customer of Hendrick (formerly Performance) Acura for 13 years. They have never pressured me into having any servicing done. They always inform me of what may need fixing down the road and how much they would charge as well as any low-cost alternatives. I highly recommend Hendrick Acura Southpoint.

I recently had our RDX serviced at Acura Southpoint for an oil change and detail. We love the convenience of the oil change, tire rotation package and the concierge service. This was our first full detail and our car came back looking brand new! They did a fantastic job and would recommend doing at least once or twice a year. Scott was very helpful and kept me up to date on timing and status of our car while they had is ALWAYS very kind and helpful. Big thanks to Jennifer Butler for assisting me with excellent customer service getting me a scheduled and responding so quickly to any issues or concerns! Also had a great experience with Jose Lara during my inspection. He was so kind and answered all my questions. Really appreciated his customer service!

Service was quick and through. It was easy to schedule and the COVID protocol was easy to follow. Appropriate cleaning and use of protective products were implemented seamlessly. Scott provided great service and communicated effectively each step of the way. Clinton also did a great job making sure I had everything that I needed before I left the shop. Thanks guys for the teamwork and excellent service!!! See you next go round.
