Christopher Thomas is an absolute gem! He was delightful to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and just fabulous throughout the entire process. I bought the car as a surprise for my daughter and had no way to get it home. He personally drove the car to my home in Mooresville, coordinated the timing, and delivered it with a red bow. Such superb customer service that far exceeded any of my expectations. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Kim in finance was also a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable, and I felt zero pressure to add other items on. I would rate my entire experience at this dealership a 10 if I could. I will definitely return to this dealership next time I’m in the market for a used car. We are huge BMW fans. With that being said, our loyalty has been nurtured and perfected by Ben Trask. In our experience buying a car is the easy part, but service isn't always customer friendly. We've been working solely with Ben for four years now, following him from Independence Blvd to the South Blvd location. Strong communication, integrity, and just an all around great guy are just some of his professional qualities. We will continue to depend on Ben for all of our service needs and happily accept his advise when looking into purchasing new BMW's. Do yourself a favor and choose Ben!

Joshua and the team at South Blvd. was a pleasure working with. We bonded so well with in 4hours would of thought we were family! My SA Ben Trask is not only knowledgeable in all things BMW, ensures a timely and quality delivery of service, keeps you informed and up to date with status but does so in such a fun and personable way making you really feel like you're part of the BMW family. The new South Blvd location is a more convenient location for me and continues to provide the superior quality BMW service you would expect Update: I also recently purchased a CPO at this location with another great experience. Ben was able to connect me with a sales advisor who was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and have it shipped the next day for pickup.
