Tyson Bailey was my service advisor from the day I called, dropped it off and picked it up after the service was completed. Tyson displayed a genuine desire to provide world class service and was willing to do whatever it took to ensure that I received the highest quality service available. He made sure that I was informed so I could make educated decisions and provided options that could be pursued. Based on the information he provided me, I felt very good about the experience as I felt I was part of the decision process VS someone telling me what needed to be done. I purchased my Camaro at Hendricks in Monroe, and based on my experience with the purchase, and the high level of service I have received at this dealership, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a Tahoe in May of 2015. Because of my financial situation I needed to trade the Tahoe (regrettably)for a smaller car. So Shar worked with me when I bought the Tahoe and I contacted her and she told me that she could help me with this situation. I now have an Equinox and I LOVE IT!!! It was a great switch and I am not sure if I will actually go back to the Tahoe now because I really like my Equinox. Thank you Shar and to all of the staff that assisted me with this transition! I guess I could say my experience was extra special, I had had my 2003 Corvette in a month or so prior to have a problem with my wipers repaired and the service was great! My Service Tech, Richard thought the problem was taken care of and so did I. On a Friday afternoon the problem started again so back to Hendrick I went, Richard was GREAT, put me in a very nice loaner car for the weekend and on Tuesday I picked up my Corvette with the problem fixed at NO COST to me. I could not have asked for better service!! And let me tell you when I went in on Friday afternoon I was unhappy, crying and everyone at the counter treated me with kindness and understanding. What a great bunch of guys!!!!

Made a call to Hendrick and explained the problem I was having with my 2003 Corvette windshield wipers. The service man explained to me their Corvette mechanic was out of the shop till Monday but would be glad to make me an appointment then which he did. My husband took the car in, and after they discovered the problem they explained it would take a day or so to get the part and offered my husband a car to drive until mine was repaired. My service rep was Richard Dustman and I could not have asked for a nicer more polite man to have dealt with and he did have to cross a extra few hurdles with my husband and I. We recently bought at 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. We had an amazing sales representative helping us, Shar. She worked very hard with us to make sure we got the truck we wanted. She was very thorough with the process and all the details. Our credit was kind of iffy when it went to financing but she guaranteed us if we couldn't qualify for the new truck but could qualify for a used/preowned that she wouldn't stop looking until she found us a truck. I bought a Chevrolet Malibu 2013 in Florida just a month ago. It was a great price. I bought from a Dodge dealership. The driver's seat had a stain. They tried to clean it but it did not come out. Also the car had only one key. The dealership sale's guy offered us to pay for a new cover and new key. He told us we could come to a Chevrolet dealership in Charlotte, since we live here, and they would pay for the new key and the new seat cover replacement. They bought the seatcover and sent to my home. I brought my car to Chevrolet Cadillac Monroe to have the service done and they key made. My husband and I talked to Shawn and he was very kind and professional. He called the dealership in Florida to arrange for payment for the service. Once they paid for the estimate service, Shawn called us to make an appointment to bring the car and told us to ask for Richard. I believe Shawn was off that day. Richard was great. I received excellent customer service from all the associates I came in contact with. I decided to wait for my car and I was told it would take a couple hours and that was ok with me. Myles took me to across the street to kill some time at Target and Pet Smart, then he came to pick me up. Myles is very kind and professional. I sure will bring my car here again for services when it is needed. I also walked around the car lots and looked to some of my dream car... ATS Cadillac!!! One day I will buy one and I would surely come to this dealer if I get a good deal! When my car was ready Richard called me and thanked me and handled me the key after I signed some papers. I did not have to pay for anything. He had my car checked for everything needed, and I left. PS.> The seat cover does not look very good. It is wrinkled. I called Richard back to take a look and he said it was the seat that they sent to me. Maybe with the heat it may stretch and will look better. He told me if I am not satisfied I should contact the place where the seat was bought. I am not going to worry about it and I will just wait and see. You guys are awesome and I am happy with my experience at this location.

I brought my 2007 Cadillac CTS in to have the timing chain, oil pressure switch, ignition coil and spark plugs replaced. The customer service was outstanding. I've been to many Cadillac dealers and this service center is by far the best. Sean, service manager, and Mike, service advisor, went out of their way to handle all of my problems and explain everything to me. I don't mind driving 35 miles to have my car serviced here. I'm from Florida and this dealership is my new home away from home.

I visited the dealer in order to see and research a new ATS. I met with Michael E. I think the dealership had a good selection of ATS/CTS/XTS/Escalades to view colors/options/etc. The team on site was friendly, courteous and patient with all my questions. I was looking for a Cadillac with specific options and was originally told they had cars on the lot with my required features; they quickly realized that they did not have the right features and offered to help me locate a vehicle, etc. I decided to buy a different vehicle but you should stop by and talk to these guys if you're in the market for a lux vehicle.

We brought the Equinox in for low tire air sensor light. An appointment was made for us right away. No vehicle issues as I suspected-there were 2 nails in my tires that were difficult to see. The mechanic suggested an oil change (the first of 4 free ones since purchasing the car)while we were there and also rotated my tires at no cost-Very nice. Customer friendly. My only complaint or suggestion is that when I arrived it took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was standing at the desk. It was my first experience at a dealership repair shop and I was a little unsure I was in the right area. It would have been nice for somoene to just speak and say "someone will be with you in a moment" Not a big deal but it may serve you well to put a greeter in that area. Overall, very good experience. Thank you.

If I can't be there to pick it up by close...he assures me it's secure and I see him first the the next morning. I had been to 2 other Cadillac dealers and 1 Chevrolet and I must say when I met Jason Galtieri I knew then that when I did buy my new car that he was the Sales Consultant that I was going to do busy with. I wasn't planning on buying that day but after spending all afternoon with Jason, I was driving my new CTS home and very happy with it. He showed me all the features that the car had to offer then we went for a test drive and he help me learn the features. Also this week I had the pleasure of meeting Johnny Williams he is the Parts Director I didn't see him the day I bought my car because it was a Sunday, he showed me a catalog with the accessories that I wanted and all of the other items available for a CTS. I am very happy with all of the Hendrick staff that I have met at this dealership. One last note Paige Cooper is who helped me with all of the paper work and she was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the process.

I had a electrical problem with the DIC (Drivers Information Center)and my turn signals would not work. I have experienced this problem before and knew they could fix the problem. A fuse was found to be the problem. They replaced the fuse and marked it for me so if I had the same problem again I could just replace the fuse and be on my way. Thanks for getting me back on the road again rapidly. The car is 2002 Deville, with a digital dash. The DIC information was frozen, nothing would change, Speed, RPM, Range, unable to change modes, plus I could not operate the turn signals. One 10 Amp fuse #12 in the fuse box under the back seat.

I began my search for my perfect vehicle looking online at local dealerships. When I found the red Cadillac SRXs I knew I was on the right track. I looked at the used 2011, 2012s. I decided to send Hendricks an email to request a test drive. Karen from Hendricks responded the same day and we talked on the phone over the next two days. When I found out the 2012 I was the most interested in was in Missouri and there would be an initial fee to get it to Monroe, NC I told Karen I would actually be interested in a used 2013. Within less than a day Karen had sent me an email with pictures of a used (less than 7,000 miles) 2013 Cadillac SRX, red, with ALL the extras. I could not believe it but she had found my "perfect" vehicle. Then I worked with Kenny and between those two and their finance manager I got an awesome deal and owned the SRX before the week was out. The polite and courteous staff at Hendrick has earned a family of customers for life and I have been and will continue to send all family, friends, and co-workers to Hendricks exclusively!

I purchased a 2009 Suburban LTZ and could not have been more happy with the whole process. I typically hate going to dealerships but Chuck and Mike at Hendrick Chevrolet and Cadillac in Monroe were great to work with. After the purchase we noticed a few minor details and took the Suburban back to the dealership to get fixed and everything was done to perfection. My wife was given a nice loaner vehicle to use while ours was being repaired as well. I look forward to using this dealership again thanks to the great treatment we received.
